Percy realizes that if Annabeth or he were to be arrested for underage drinking, his mother would never trust them again. Annabeth lies still on the bed as Percy looks to her, hoping she has some sort of plan. "Annabeth?" Percy says as he begins to shake her. Annabeth's eyes flutter open, and she starts to giggle madly.
Even though Percy was wasted, he was still able to think and function. On the other hand, Annabeth struggled to keep her eyes open. Now Percy starts to doubt himself; what if she was too drunk to give her consent? He hopes she won't think the worst of him in the morning.
Percy quickly scatters across the room, tripping and staggering as he looks for Annabeth's clothing. "Annabeth? You need to get up now the police are here." He receives a huge affectionate smile as she once more opens her eyes. He would have taken more time admiring her smile if the police weren't around and maybe inside the house.
She begins to lean up on the bed and looks up at Percy with an expression that looks slightly similar to a pufferfish. She looks up at him with tears in her eyes now, which shocks Percy, he has rarely seen this girl cry before. What does he do?
She burps softly and murmurs "Percy. I'm not feeling well." Her words were slurred so he could barely make out what she was trying to say.
Percy now understands that she is about to throw up. "Wise girl, could you try to hold it?" He takes hold of her bra and properly positions it on her chest then clips it in place. She was obviously too drunk to get dressed herself, and Percy can't drag a naked girl out the door.
She starts to cry and grumble like a dog with an injury, "I can't hold it, Percy." Her eyes were big and watery as she turned to face him. While cursing to himself, Percy searched the room for possible things for her to throw up in. A plastic bag was discovered under the bed. Under it, he had also discovered a toothbrush and a condom. The condom was hurriedly tucked into his pocket in case he needed it later. He has a hunch he's going to need it.
"Okay, Annabeth, look at me." Percy said as he grabbed her cheeks with his hands and forced her to look at his face. "The cops are here. I need to get your clothes on before they bust in here."
Her eyes enlarge, indicating that perhaps she is engaging her brain's rational side. She gets to her feet before falling into Percy's embrace. He makes a concerted effort to block out thoughts of the gorgeous blonde who is mostly naked in his arms and instead focuses on planning an escape. When Percy heard police sirens outside, he panicked even more. They don't have time for this, so he swiftly places Annabeth onto the bed .
Once she was dressed, she giggled as if the whole thing were a joke. He can't figure out how she went from feeling like she might throw up to giggling uncontrollably. He finds drunk girls fascinating.
Because Percy is too drunk to come up with a viable escape strategy, he does the only thing he can think of. He turns to see Annabeth sitting on the bed, rocking back and forth and not looking at anything in particular. She giggles once again as he approaches her and lifts her up in his arms. "Where are we headed?" As Percy unlocks and opens the door, she mumbles. He does not see anyone when he looks down the corridor and decides the coast is clear.
Surprised to see no one downstairs, he slowly descends the steps. The police cars' flashing lights are visible outside. He thinks that they might be too preoccupied chasing other intoxicated teens to check to see if anyone else was in the house. Fortunately, he has been to Evon's house several times and is familiar with the location of the back entrance.
Annabeth mumbles something that Percy is unable to understand. He sprints into the kitchen, where the backdoor is. Annabeth was in his arms as he dashed out of the backyard after opening the door.
He could hear a lot of noise coming from the house's front. He knew there was no way he was walking in front of the house, so he made the decision to turn around and go through the woods behind Evon's home. He was running extremely quickly despite his vision being hazy and the girl he was holding in his arms.
Annabeth cries out, "Percy," as she turns to look at him. "Please put me down for a moment."
He turns to check behind him and determines that the home was enough away for a brief rest. Annabeth's legs and arms are released, and she collapses to the ground. He continues to stand and stare at her, wondering whether she's going to start throwing up or cry.
She raises her head to face him, an enigmatic sparkle in her eyes. She positions her body in a crouching position next to his legs. "If you're going to puke please don't do it on me," he whines. She responds by furrowing her brow.
She mumbled, "Seaweed brain," and grinned silly at him. She murmurs, "I don't need to throw up," and knelt down in front of Percy's chest. She makes the decision to touch his dick through his pants while grinning at the grunt he puts out.
He is so taken with the sensation of her hands that he almost doesn't remember how drunk she is. She pouts as he catches her straying hand. "You're too drunk. I don't want you to have any more regrets."
She whimpers in sadness, "I want to make you feel good though." She crosses her arms and stomps her foot like a toddler having a temper tantrum.
He grabs her shoulders in his hands and says, "Listen. We need to head home right away, but if you want to make me feel amazing tomorrow when you're entirely sober, I'm down. "
She responds in a seductive tone, "I plan on it," which gives him shivers. "Don't be shocked when you wake up tomorrow with my mouth on your dick." Percy was stunned by her foul language.
The journey back to Percy's apartment took them more than thirty minutes. In his mind, he kept confusing the directions, and Annabeth was not much help. She did nothing more than leap into a bush, point at random buildings, and demand a piggyback ride from Percy.
Around one in the morning, they returned home. Percy gently and slowly opened the door while holding the house key in his pockets. In an effort to avoid waking his mother, he rushes Annabeth and himself inside. He doesn't want her to see Annabeth and him like this.
Annabeth is already dozing off in his arms while gently snoring. He looks down at her soft features. He leads her into the guest's bedroom, where he takes the blanket and lays her on the bed. He covers her with the blanket and puts out the lamp. Before leaving and shutting the door, he gives her one last long gaze down.
Percy enters his room and immediately collapses on his bed due to his extreme exhaustion. He finds it hard to believe what happened tonight. Before slipping under his comforter and shutting out his lights, he grinned to himself.
—--
When Percy enters the kitchen that morning, Sally greets him joyfully with, "Good morning." Surprisingly, he feels energized and has no headache. He is wondering if Annabeth is hidden in the bedroom or is still asleep. He is thinking a lot as he gives his mother a hug. Annabeth and if she regrets last night are all he can think about.
As his mother flips the pancake she is currently cooking on the frypan, he takes a seat and watches. "Is Annabeth still asleep?" Percy asks.
Sally replies as she turns to face her son, "She hasn't left her room yet. How was the party?"
Percy shrugs. His only response is, "It was fun." Although he wants to tell her about the police getting home at one, he is afraid of how she would respond. He wasn't familiar with this situation before. Normally, he would go to the party and spend the night with a friend.
"That's great. Did Annabeth meet your friends?"" As she puts a pancake on a plate, Sally asks. She then grabs orange juice, a cup, syrup, and utensils. She sets them in front of Percy and goes down to kiss his head.
He murmurs, "Thanks for the food," and bites into his pancake. "Some of them she met. They liked her." As he chewed his breakfast, Percy added, "Jasper was very excited we came. "
Sally laughs. She has had several interactions with Jasper and adores him. He and Percy have a very similar sense of humor. Not that she dislikes Percy's camp friends, she just loves that he now has friends who are mortal. She's just glad he's fitting more into society now rather than being away on quests or fights. "He is a nice kid."
Percy continues to eat his pancake while nodding in agreement. After he swallows he reaches for the orange juice and pours it into his cup. ""What are you two planning on doing today?" As she starts on another pancake, Sally asks. "I'm running a lot of errands today, and I'm also going to dinner with Paul, so I won't get home till late."
"I'm not yet sure." Percy takes another sip of his orange juice and says, "I'll talk to Annabeth about it when she wakes up." He pauses, "how is Paul doing?"
When Paul is brought up, Sally gives an affectionate smile. She turns the pancake over and sets the frypan on the stove. Her gaze moves to Percy. "He's great. He adopted a cat several days ago." She smiles softly, "He named her Octavia. "
The name Octavia makes Percy chuckle. Paul used to just come over to binge watch The 100 series with him and Sally. Paul's favorite has always been Octavia. Sally dislikes Octavia for an unknown reason, which has led to numerous silly arguments between the two.
Percy utters, "Of course he did," as he finishes his pancake. He picks up his cup and finishes the last of the orange juice before standing up. He gathers the remaining silverware and loads the dishwasher with it.
"Can you go ask Annabeth if she would like a pancake." As she places her now-completed pancake onto a plate, Sally asks.
Percy replies, turning around and moving toward the guest room. "Sure," he says. He knocks twice when he gets to the door's threshold just in case she's awake. When he hears nothing in response, he opens the door and enters.
On the bed, Annabeth is still fast asleep. Her feet are sticking out from the blanket, which is rolled up around her waist. Her head tilted to the side as she slept on her back. Even as she sleeps, Percy thinks she is stunning.
Her face and hair are bathed in sunlight thanks to the curtains being open. She has such a calm and contented look on her face that Percy regrets having to wake her up.
Percy kneels down and gives Annabeth a light shake. She is motionless. After giving her a firmer shake, he calls her name. She wakes up with a bewildered, tired look on her face. She yawns and widens her eyes as she examines her surroundings. She turns to face Percy and smiles briefly at him before speaking. "My head hurts so badly."
He knows exactly how horrible she feels and Percy grimaces in response. He's woken up countless times after a wild night of partying with a pounding headache.
Annabeth groans and leans forward, grabbing her head in pain. She yawns and once more turns to face Percy. She is hesitant if she should bring up last night or act like it never happened. She is going to have to mention it because she knows Percy won't bring it up.
They can't just ignore this, Annabeth thinks. He went down on her and did a fantastic job with it as well. She wonders if it was his first time going down on a girl. Following this, they can no longer simply act like best friends, Annabeth figures.
"Do you want pancakes?" Annabeth is forced out of her thoughts by Percy's question. With a grin, he casts a downward glance at her. He isn't at all acting awkwardly. Annabeth takes this as a good sign.
"Sure," She grins while speaking in a more upbeat tone. She yawns again and then gets to her feet. She finds herself wondering what happened last night. After she and Percy drank entirely too much fireball in the kitchen, she eventually blacked out. She remembers Percy going down on her and after that everything is a blur.
Percy leaves her room and walks into the kitchen, forcing her to stop thinking. The excessive light in the room causes her to hold her head and wince. She makes a mental note to close the curtains later. She exits the bedroom and enters the kitchen after Percy.
Sally calls out to her enthusiastically, "Annabeth," and sets a plate of pancakes down on the table for the two of them to share.
Annabeth replies as she settles onto one of the chairs, "Good morning, Sally." The chair next to her is occupied by Percy. For the two of them to use, Sally sets two plates on the table. Before proceeding to make herself a glass of orange juice, Annabeth expresses her appreciation to her for the breakfast and say's thank you.
Percy chooses to eat another pancake and smears it in syrup. The amount of syrup he used makes Annabeth shake her head as she watches him.
As she grabs the syrup bottle and pours some on her pancake, Annabeth jokes, "You're going to drown your pancakes, seaweed brain."
Her joke makes him laugh. He replies as he puts a large chunk of the pancake into his mouth, "More syrup the better."
"How did you sleep last night?" As she starts to clean the kitchen, Sally asks Annabeth. She throws away several wrappers that were on the counter and shuts all of the drawers that were opened.
As she consumes the pancake piece she had been chewing, Annabeth hums. "Really good." She replies, "The bed is very comfortable." She takes a sip from her cup of orange juice. She flinches a little from her headache pain, and Percy notices and gives her a pitiful look.
Sally gives a satisfied nod. She stops for a second, then says, "That's good," turning to face Percy. "I have already talked to Percy about this, but I just wanted to let you know that I have a few errands around town to run, and then I'm going out to dinner with Paul, so I'll be coming back later tonight." She then turns to face Percy and smiles sarcastically. "Don't set the apartment on fire while I'm away."
Annabeth and Percy both chuckle at her joke. "Don't worry," Annabeth replies as she sips her orange juice once more. She pauses, then says, grinning, "I'll make sure he doesn't do anything stupid. Maybe we can work on some of the missing homework that Percy hasn't even looked at."
Sally chuckles as Percy groans loudly and rolls his eyes. He whines in a joking manner, "Wise girl, I want to do something fun."
Annabeth smiles over at Percy, "School is fun," she says defensively. In response, he snorts and rolls his eyes. The only person he knows who has ever said that school is fun is Annabeth.
Percy would say that going to school is irritating and completely meaningless. He doesn't need to know algebra or be able to name the sixth president, it's not going to help him survive, he doesn't need it. Percy values quests and understanding battle strategies significantly more.
Sally walks out of the kitchen while Percy and Annabeth finish their breakfast. She searches for her purse and finds it sitting on the couch in the living room. "Ive got to go now," she says loudly so both Annabeth and Percy can hear her.
As Sally leaves the apartment, they both say their goodbyes. The door squeaks as she closes it behind her. Now that she is gone Percy and Annabeth sit around the kitchen table in silence. Annabeth continues to eat the remainder of her pancake while Percy has already finished his second one.
"How's the headache?" Percy questions. "Want any medicine?"
As she swallows a portion of her pancake, Annabeth hums. Before speaking, she clears her throat. "It's not that bad; I don't need any medication, thanks though."
Percy nods in response and they're back to being silent. After several minutes of silence, Annabeth decides she's had enough of the stillness. "How are you feeling?" She asks.
Percy looks away from the floor and fixes his gaze on Annabeth. He pauses before continuing. "I somehow don't have a headache," he chuckles. "Do you remember anything from last night?" He asks while blushing slightly.
Because of the way his face goes a little crimson and the way he massages the back of his neck with his palm, Annabeth can see how anxious he is. In addition, he avoids looking at her and instead fixes his gaze on the table in front of them.
Before starting the conversation they both need to have, she makes the decision that she needs to calm his nerves and introduce the topic slowly. "I remember a majority of the night, I think. You going down on me was the last thing I can remember," she shrugs idly. "It's a blur but I also think I remember jumping into a bush," she raises her eyebrows and looks over at Percy. "Did I actually jump into a bush?"
When the memory of him going down on her is brought up, Percy flushes even more. Annabeth, on the other hand, spoke in a tone that was so calm it shocked her. She is just as nervous as Percy, she's just much better at hiding her emotions.
Percy looks at Annabeth as he comes out of the mental fog he had been caught in. He laughed last night when she just jumped into the bush, and the memory still makes him laugh. He says, "Yeah you did," he laughs, and this time Annabeth laughs along with him. "You begged me to let you off my back, and once I let you down, you said the bush looked lonely. You ran into the bush and wouldn't come out until I promised you could come back tomorrow." Percy adds, "I don't think I've ever seen someone so drunk that they willingly jump into a bush," and the two of them start laughing even harder.
"That was the most drunk I've ever been in my life. Normally when I do drink, I drink just enough to keep my brain functioning but still able to feel something," Annabeth pauses. "I had never before encountered the inability to think clearly before last night." As she speaks, she keeps her gaze fixed on Percy's face.
As she speaks, his eyes are fixated only on her face. When she realizes he's actually listening to her, she beams. That is something her father would never do. Sure her father would listen to the words coming out of her mouth, but wouldn't listen to what or why she was saying the words coming out of her mouth. He was always distracted or thinking about something else while she spoke.
When Percy opens his mouth to speak, Annabeth tells herself to stop thinking about her father. Percy chuckles quietly and cracks a slight grin on his face. "Yeah," he replies. He pauses and says, "I've never seen you out of control before. It was funny to watch. Do you even remember the cops pulling up to the party?"
Annabeth's eyes practically burst from her head when he mentioned the cops. "The police arrived? What happened? How did we not get caught?" Annabeth is astonished. She is curious as to how Percy Jackson managed to sneak them both out of that house unnoticed by the police. She imagines it wasn't easy given the drunk she was.
Percy chuckles and relaxes in his chair. Before responding to Annabeth's question, he turns to face her. "Can we go to the living room or to my room?" He asks, pausing to straighten his back. "I'm starting to feel uncomfortable in this seat."
Annabeth agrees, and they both get to their feet. She follows Percy into his room after they leave the kitchen together.
She settles on his bed, her back against the headboard, and makes herself comfortable. With just a few inches separating them, Percy follows her lead and takes a seat next to her. Annabeth can barely feel her headache, yet it still causes her to groan as she reaches for her head once more.
As he turns to face her, Percy grabs the remote control from his bedside. "Do you want to watch anything?" He asks as he turns on the TV by pressing the power button on the remote.
She smiles and looks at Percy before saying, "Yes, but you have to tell me how the hell you got both of us out of that party." While chuckling, Percy shakes his head.
He pauses and flushes as he says, "After we uh," before averting his gaze from her and fixing it on the television in front of them. "You know," he says in a hesitant manner. He takes a breath before continuing. "I was forced to put your clothes back on for you. By the way, I'm sorry for doing that," he continues. "Every time I tried to wake you up, you just laughed and went back to sleep."
Annabeth laughs at him. Having to clothe her makes him feel horrible, and Annabeth can tell he is bothered by it. He really is a gentleman, Annabeth thinks to herself, Sally raised him right. She clears her throat and then says, "Thank you for getting me dressed. I think it would have been worse if you hadn't. If the authorities had seen you carrying a drunk, naked, unconscious girl in your arms, they would have arrested you without a doubt."
At that, Percy shakes his head and snorts. He then makes eye contact with Annabeth while running his hand through his hair. "Definitely," he says after pausing. "When we left the bedroom, for some reason, nobody was inside the house. There were no police officers searching the house and it really caught me off guard, but when we got outside, I could hear the sirens coming from the front of the house." He shrugs, "They must have found someone with drugs or something."
Annabeth responds, "That's ridiculous. We got super lucky," she pauses. "What happened after that?"
"I led us through the woods behind Evon's house because of the cops in the neighborhood and in front of the house." He pauses to think about what to say to her. He questions whether or not he should include the bit where she got on her knees to give him a blowjob. Then when she said he would wake up with his dick in her mouth.
Annabeth waits patiently by Percy's side as he thinks. She looks at his face and can almost see the wheels turning in his head. She wonders what he is thinking about.
He pauses and his face becomes slightly flushed before saying, "You asked me to put you down and I thought you were going to puke so I did." In response to his face turning slightly red, Annabeth arches her eyebrows and wonders what happened next that caused him to blush. "Then I let you ride on my back as we returned to the apartment. That's when you jumped into the bush," he laughs.
She chuckles as she turns to face him. When she decides that this is the perfect time to speak to him about their relationship. When she finally opens her mouth to speak, Percy beats her to it. "What do you want to watch, then?" He reaches for the remote once more and launches Netflix.
As she thinks, Annabeth hums. "Can we watch something that involves a lot of blood and fighting?" She asks. She enjoys watching tv shows and movies about war and struggle. It serves as a reminder that her life could be much worse.
Percy smiles, turning to face her. "Sure," he replies. "Have you ever watched The 100?"
"Nope," Annabeth replies. "What is it about?"
Percy uses the remote to switch on the show. He selects the first episode of the first season and it begins to play. He then turns to face Annabeth. He shrugs as he says, "It's about these 100 teenagers that were sent to Earth from space years after it exploded or something," he pauses. "You'll like it. There's a lot of fighting and other stuff like that in it." He grins as the show makes him think of Paul and his mother. "Paul and my mom used to watch this show with me on repeat all the time."
Annabeth turns to face him and beams. He seems content, Annabeth thinks in her head. "That's nice. Are you and Paul close?" Annabeth finds herself asking.
Before responding to her, he waits a moment to give it some thought. The show's introduction is playing in the background, but Annabeth is not paying any attention to the show and is instead focusing on Percy's face and occasionally his lips.
Percy says, "We've gotten closer, yeah," and then he clears his throat. "In all honesty, I wouldn't be shocked if my mom and Paul got married." Percy blurts out before focusing his attention on the television.
Annabeth switches her focus to the television as well. "Do you want your mom to get married to Paul?" One minute after he spoke, she asked.
In answer, he shrugs and continues to watch the television. "I wouldn't hate it if they did," he admits. "She deserves to be with someone who makes her happy, and Paul definitely seems to be doing that," Percy replies quietly as the television show's sound speaks over his words.
Both Annabeth and Percy remain silent for a short period while they watch the events of the show happen on the television. Percy finds himself frequently looking at Annabeth and hopes she won't notice. She most likely did, though, because Annabeth is observant.
Annabeth makes a remark when the scene in which Octavia, one of the characters and Paul's personal favorite, removes her pants just before jumping into the water. She murmurs "She's hot," loud enough for Percy to hear.
She turns to look at Percy and sees him smiling. Then he speaks and agrees with Annabeth.
When Annabeth notices that their shoulders are touching, she becomes distracted from the show. She can feel so much warmth emanating from his body even though they are barely touching.
Annabeth makes the decision that she is going to bring up and talk about their relationship. She is terrified out of her mind, primarily due to her fear of rejection, but given the way Percy kissed her many times last night, rejection shouldn't be anything she worries about.
She speaks in a calmer, quieter voice, "Seaweed brain." In answer, Percy hums while keeping his gaze fixed on the television in front of them.
She takes a moment to mentally gather herself before opening her mouth once more. Although she knows she should be looking into his eyes when she does this, she struggles to keep her eyes off the television. The instant she says, "We need to talk about last night," Percy turns his full focus entirely on her.
His face turns flushed once more, and he starts to stammer. Annabeth finds how nervous he is adorable. She finds it intriguing how sensitive and delicate he is sober. He was aggressive and radiated confidence when he was drunk. She's not used to having people, especially men, act more forceful and dominant than her. She can't deny the fact that Percy restraining and taking control of her last night turned her on. Before she becomes overly excited, she needs to quickly push the thought of Percy controlling her out of her head.
"What the hell are we even doing?" She asks aloud in a hesitant manner. She pauses before saying, "I had fun and all last night, and before I lose the confidence to say this," as her eyes lock with Percys'. "You are so good with your tongue," Even though Percy's face is still red, he chuckles and smiles with pride at her. She now speaks more quickly because of how nervous she is, "but we seriously need to figure this out now because I seriously don't think I can just be your best friend after last night happened," she says. She just emptied her heart out to her best friend, whom she might be falling for, so it makes sense that she would be anxious.
Annabeth's hand is unconsciously moving, Annabeth thinks her anxiousness is taking over her body. Her hand stops moving when Percy places his hand over it. When she glances over at Percy's eyes, he is beaming broadly, and his smile is as wide as someone who had just won the lottery.
Before speaking, Percy takes a few seconds to gather his thoughts while turning to the television. He almost laughs when he hears the background noise. Screaming and grunting can be heard coming from the television and they are currently over here discussing something sappy.
He starts with, "You're my best friend," and clears his throat. When he turns to face Annabeth, he notices that she is waiting for him to say something while looking right into his eyes. "You will always be my best friend and have been for a while, but," he stops briefly to gather his thoughts. He grins and shakes his head, saying, "I don't know when or how but someday I started thinking of you differently. The number of times I caught myself staring at you for no reason and I didn't really understand why I was until one of Apollo's kids was talking to me and said he saw you flirting with some loser from the Aries cabin."
When Annabeth finally understands the direction this conversation is going, her face begins to flush. She understands that he is declaring his feelings for her, not rejecting her. She gets a pleasant sensation inside knowing that Percy feels the same way about her. She watches his face as he thinks of what to say next.
He looks down at her with a modest, sincere grin on his lips, "I hated the idea of you flirting with someone else and then what really did it for me was when you took that dagger for me." Percy starts to say, "That's when I just knew I was falling for you, and I understand if you don't feel the same way, and if you don't hopefully you can just forget," but Annabeth stops him from speaking by moving in and pressing her lips firmly against his.
When Percy feels her lips touch his, he is startled, but he reacts quickly by returning her kiss. To gain a better position, Annabeth leans in a little higher before putting both of her hands into his hair. He lets out a low grunt as a result of her gently pulling on his hair.
Annabeth releases his lips and looks up at his face. She did not want the kiss to become too passionate just yet. She smiles back at Percy, and he widens his eyes and grins back at her. They both begin to chuckle a little before becoming silent. They continued to look at each other in silence for a little while.
Annabeth makes the decision to speak up once more and does so. She smiles happily, "I'm falling for you too," she admits. "I have been for quite some time. If I'm being totally honest, I assumed you liked Rachel and when you told me last night that you didn't," she giggles and grins brightly. "I just knew that I had to kiss you."
Percy doesn't think his grin could get any larger. He hasn't been this happy in a very long time. Annabeth likes him the same way he likes her and she just kissed him. If Percy could go back in time and tell his younger self that he and Annabeth were more than just best friends, his younger self wouldn't believe him for a second. He would most likely think it was a prank or a sick joke.
He considers how different camp will be now. She might end up being his girlfriend if he somehow finds the confidence to ask her out on a date. Percy can already picture the wide range of responses they will face at camp. He wishes Silena was still alive to finally see Annabeth and him get together. He's been told by a lot of people that Silena wanted the two of them to get together. Apparently, she thought they were soulmates, which is what Grover told Percy several months back.
"Will you go out on a date with me?" He speaks without thinking. He is hesitant to look at Annabeth's face because he is afraid. Again, Annabeth notices how anxious Percy is, but she is baffled as to why. They just confessed their feelings for one another, didn't they? Why would she reject him now?
She grinned and turned her head to face him in a new position. "Seaweed brain, I'd really love that."
He quickly turns to face her and gives her a foolish smile. They continue to look at each other for a while before Percy decides to lean in for a kiss.
She meets him halfway, and they start kissing once more, but this time they kiss more slowly and passionately. She decides she wants more even though she does enjoy kissing him like this. With an overwhelming sense of confidence, Annabeth leans forward and climbs into Percy's lap, encircling his waist with her legs.
Percy quietly growls in return, putting one arm around her waist and the other in her hair. She grumbles softly as he tugs at her hair before smiling and breaking the kiss briefly before his lips press against hers once more. She inserts both of her hands into his hair and starts to gently pull at the strands.
Annabeth becomes aware that she is still dressed in yesterday's clothes and has not yet brushed her teeth this morning. She releases his mouth and slowly pulls back so she can talk. She fears she might not be clean enough for this to go any further. "Could I go take a shower?"
He takes his hand out of her hair, and wraps it around her waist. She feels awful abandoning him in this state but she needs to shower. She can feel him hardening beneath her. Percy grins and nods. After saying, "Of course you can," he pulls his arms away from her waist and ruffles his hair while Annabeth gets out of bed.
Percy is still seated in the spot, his eyes fixed on hers as she steps up and looks down at him. She gives him a smile. "We can continue watching the show after I get back. Give me around ten minutes to shower."
"Alright," he says, groaning and bending forward before rising from the bed and standing. As soon as he stands up, he stretches his back and his shirt begins to gently rise. His waist is partially visible to Annabeth. She turns away from him in the hopes that all the dirty thoughts she was having about him and his physique would go away.
Percy starts to go towards the door, "I'm going to go get some snacks for us while you shower," he adds. "Do you want any of the leftover pizza from yesterday? My mom put it in the refrigerator."
The idea of pizza makes Annabeth grin. Knowing that Annabeth loved pepperoni pizza, Percy specifically ordered it. He knew to order it without her even having to ask. She smiles to herself as she looks up at Percy's vanishing figure. He is undoubtedly one of the most considerate people she has ever met.
She forces herself out of her trance and walks out of his room to get in the shower. She initially makes a stop in her room to gather the items she would need for the shower. Before leaving the room and going to the bathroom, she also takes a towel and a change of clothes.
Percy is searching the kitchen for snacks in the meantime. Fortunately, his mother had gone shopping the day before Annabeth arrived, so there were plenty of snacks available. Percy chooses to get the goldfish and Doritos for the two of them to share. He also grabs a slice of pizza for both of them. Before returning to his room, he also takes two water bottles with him.
As soon as he enters his room, he places the snacks, water and pizza on the bedside table next to him and sits down. He uses the remote and resumes where they left off on the show. His back collides with the headboard as he gets more relaxed.
His thoughts begin to wander to Annabeth as soon as he hears the shower running. He finds it hard to believe she really likes him. He is now beginning to understand certain things that used to make no sense. He now understands her reasons for kissing him in the labyrinth and her fierce hostility toward Rachel. She simply did it because she liked him. He cracks a foolish smile at that idea.
Percy thinks that maybe now Rachel and Annabeth could get along. If Annabeth's hatred for Rachel stemmed solely from her suspicion that Rachel was attracted to him, perhaps the two of them can become friends. When Percy is with her, he is not only off-limits, but Rachel is also the oracle now, which rules out the possibility of them ever getting together, but it's not like Percy is interested in Rachel anyways.
He remembers Rachel kissing him, and if he is being very honest, it wasn't that fantastic. Percy doesn't think she is a bad kisser or anything along those lines. When compared to kissing Annabeth, Rachel's kiss felt very different. The intense and addictive feeling of kissing Annabeth is different from the friend-like feeling he felt when he kissed Rachel.
Then he questions whether he and Annabeth are going too far. They only engaged in physical contact for the first time yesterday, and even then, they hadn't yet admitted their feelings for each other. Given that Sally won't be home for several hours, he imagines how heated things could get between them at this point.
He wants to hear her scream and groan again, like she did the night before. He has never seen Annabeth relax in such a way, and he enjoys the idea of being able to do it to her. He is aware that most couples don't have sex at the beginning of their relationship and normally wait, and Percy isn't even sure if he and Annabeth are dating. He didn't ask her to be his girlfriend; he just asked her out on a date. Percy isn't sure if he has to ask her to be his girlfriend or if that was implied when he asked her out.
Annabeth enters Percy's room, smiling, and she breaks him out of his trance. When her hair is damp, it appears even longer than usual, Percy realizes. A long time ago she stole a really huge hoodie from her father's closet, which she is currently wearing with a pair of sweatpants. She notices that Percy is looking at her and can't help but feel a little nervous.
He grinned at her and started using the remote to rewind the show. He continues to watch the show rewind while saying, "I got us some snacks and water along with the Pizza." Before settling down where she had been sitting before her shower, Annabeth murmurs a thank you.
This time, they are sitting closer together, their shoulders and arms touching. When Annabeth realizes, she grinned to herself. In the meantime, Percy finished rewinding the show to the previous scene they were on. They both divert their focus to the television. A short while later, Percy takes all the food and water from beside him and sets them on the bed in front of him and Annabeth.
Annabeth reaches for the pizza Percy had grabbed for her and started to bite into it. Opening the goldfish, Percy takes out a handful and begins eating. They both keep quiet while stuffing their faces with food.
They watch as one of the show's characters cheers before being speared in the chest the next instant. In shock, Annabeth stifles a gasp and turns to face Percy. "So they are not by themselves on the ground?"
He shakes his head and chuckles as he tilts his head to look at her. "Nope." He says, he then turns back to the television before turning to face Annabeth again. "Do you like the show so far?"
As she takes another slice of her pizza, Annabeth nods. "I enjoy it." She scrunches her eyebrows as if she's analyzing the show, which makes Percy grin to himself. Annabeth speaks again, "the characters are played brilliantly, and the plot is really engaging. Although I wish it were more violent, the show is not that gory." Given that they are both demigods and frequently encounter blood, Percy was surprised that Annabeth enjoyed watching gore.
In between chuckles, Percy stuffs his mouth with a number of goldfish. "Later in the seasons, more blood and death happen. The show has just started; this is only the first episode."
In return, Annabeth just nods without comment. Then she sits up, picks up a water bottle, and unscrews the cap. She starts to drink the water, not realizing Percy is looking at her face. When she has finished drinking her water, he turns his attention away and hopes she didn't catch him staring at her.
"Do Clarke and Bellamy end up dating?" Annabeth asks several seconds later. Percy doesn't want to spoil the show for her but he figures she wouldn't be asking if she didn't want to know.
"Nope. He ends up with a different girl." As Percy speaks, Annabeth nods and sighs in a disappointing way. He didn't know Annabeth cared much about romance. He is beginning to understand that there are some things about her he doesn't know.
Percy is now twitching his leg as they continue to watch the show. He isn't really paying attention to the show anymore. He is trying to come up with a strategy to make a move on Annabeth. Despite how ridiculous it sounds, he wants to know what it feels like to cuddle with a girl, specifically Annabeth. He has never cuddled with a girl like that before and he has never even had a girlfriend before. He wonders if he is Annabeth's first soon to be boyfriend.
He continues to think it over for some time before turning to face Annabeth. A few seconds later, she turns to face him, indicating that she must have felt his eyes on her before. "What's up?" She just asks.
He says nothing at all. Her body is compelled to move toward his chest when he moves his arms to encircle her. Annabeth, on the other hand, also remains silent as she scooches closer to Percy, a loving smile now on her face. She drapes one of her legs over his waist and encircles his waist with the other. She then leans her head against his chest while tilting her head to maintain vision of the television in front of them.
He moves his hand to play with her wet hair, Percy then sighs deeply and places an arm on her back. She sighs and briefly shuts her eyes as the attention he is giving her feels good.
They remain in this position until the first episode is finished. Annabeth does not make an effort to move to ease Percy's burden as he grabs for the remote control. Before rapidly focusing on the television and starting to play the next episode, he casts a short glance down at her.
Percy notices Annabeth wriggling beneath him and wonders what she is up to. A few seconds later, as her lips touch his, he reacts quickly. They start kissing once again and he crushes his lips on hers.
Percy believes that when he takes control during a sexual session, Annabeth reacts more strongly. Last night was proof of that. He finds it somewhat logical that Annabeth, although having a strong personality, wouldn't be as forceful in bed. She is a natural leader and a control freak, but in bed she seems to not want control but to be controlled.
Percy decides to go one step further and flip them over, so he is now laying on top of her. Annabeth quietly growled happily at the change of position.
Now kissing her more passionately, he also grasps her cheeks with both hands. Due to the force, her head slams into the pillow. She pulled one of her legs out from under his torso and encircled him with it in response.
As he becomes more determined, Percy begins to grind against Annabeth, to which she instantly reacts. She starts to slowly sway her hips to match Percy's. He groans after a few more seconds of grinding and when Annabeth's clothing-covered core strikes him in the right spot, he holds back a moan.
She grins into their kiss, as if she is aware of the extent of her influence over his body. She eventually works up the courage to reach her hands underneath his shirt to feel his abs. She has seen him without a shirt before, and he is undoubtedly ripped, but she has never seen his chest in this kind of situation. Annabeth starts removing his shirt. To assist her in taking it off, he slightly elevated his arms and leaned forward.
Percy goes down to kiss Annabeth once his shirt has been taken off, his naked chest touching hers. While both of her hands explore his chest, tracing his shoulders and abs, she kisses him more passionately. He quickens the tempo of their kiss as she slides her hands down his back.
His lips leave her mouth as he grinds harder against her, and a few seconds later, his lips make contact with her throat. As Percy begins to take pleasure in licking and kissing Annabeth's neck, she reclines her head and sighs gently.
Percy wants to hear more pleasure come from her mouth because of her excellent response to him. Leaning down, he can see many red spots on her neck that will soon transform into bruised hickeys. He won't tell her this right now for fear of ruining the moment or upsetting her.
Percy eventually lifts up Annabeth's hoodie. While silently requesting her consent to remove her shirt, he looks up at Annabeth and makes eye contact with her. She nods, and a few seconds later her hoodie is next to his shirt on the ground.
He looks down at her briefly before continuing. She is now only wearing her bra. She didn't have a shirt underneath her hoodie. Her boobs still astonish Percy. She laid beneath him and was only wearing an orange bra. Although Percy is unsure of the normal size of a girl's chest, he is certain that Annabeth's are larger than average. He can't help but wonder how she manages to conceal them so well. Although Percy doesn't often stare at her chest, the outline of her boobs were rarely visible when he did.
Annabeth spoke for the first time since they began kissing. She responds in a playful but serious voice, "Take my bra off before I do." He gives Annabeth a sinister grin as he looks down at her, then presses his lips once more to her neck, reaching behind her to feel for the bra clasp.
To allow Percy to place his hands behind her back, she slightly arches her back. When he eventually found the clasp, unclipping it took a while, which caused them both to chuckle. Once he has the bra unclipped, Percy slowly removes the item of clothing and tosses it to the ground as Annabeth raises her arms.
He is silent for several seconds while he looks down at her. He didn't notice Annabeth staring at his face as he was too busy ogling her chest. She had never before seen a boy respond to the sight of her breasts with such passion. She takes pride in the fact that Percy was astounded just by staring at her chest, and when he put his hand on both breasts, she squealed with delight and slammed her head back against the pillow.
In comparison to yesterday night, he started massaging them much slower. He wanted to savor this moment in time and decided he was going to take his time. Once more, his lips touch her neck. Before lowering his lips to her collarbone, he kisses the hickeys he left on her neck. His head is pushed against her body as Annabeth slowly exhales and reaches out to tuck one hand into his hair.
Before putting his lips on one of her nipples, he grinned to himself. Then, as soon as his lips made contact, he used one of his hands to massage her other breast while his lips were on the other. Annabeth reacted by grinding against him and softly moaning. His ears are soothed by the sound of her moaning, which urges him on even more.
Finally, Annabeth makes the decision to participate more. She keeps one hand in his hair and drags the other slowly down his chest till it touches the top of his jeans. He still has his sweatpants on, so she takes a moment to think before putting her hand on top of his dick. Percy groans and pulls his lips away from her nipple for just a moment as he tosses his head back. He resumes attacking her nipple a few seconds later.
She watches for a moment as he turns his gaze to her other breast, which remains untouched by his lips. Never before has Annabeth felt better. In contrast to their previous sexual session, this time Percy took his time with her and wasn't hurrying to remove her pants.
She pulls her hand away from him and makes up her mind and decides she needs to make up for last night. He groans once more as she tightly encircles him in the middle with both legs. She uses lots of her strength to effectively shift their positions, so she is now on top and Percy is underneath her.
A faint groan escapes her lips as Percy goes for her bouncing breasts and gently squeezes them once again. Given their current situation, Annabeth is going to assume that Percy prefers boobs over asses. They gaze into each other's eyes for a moment, and both lust and love are evident in both.
"Are you sure that you want to do this?" Percy asks a timid question. He takes one of his hands away from her breast and positions it behind her ears in order to tuck the hair that is flying in front of her face. He pauses to watch Annabeth's reaction, but she merely raises an eyebrow and waits for him to say more. "I mean, we just confessed how we feel for each other and now we're both half naked," he continues. "Isn't it too soon for us to be doing this?"
Annabeth is aware that Percy is not rejecting her. She can feel him hard underneath her, and she concludes that he wants to have sex with her but is afraid. Not many people have sex on their first day of dating.
She pauses as she watches him flush, "Percy, we have been best friends since we were twelve, and I've wanted to fuck you for at least half of that time." She's aware that he likes it when she swears, presumably because she doesn't do it often so she curses to spur him on a little bit. As she slides both of her hands down his chest, Annabeth remarks, "Honestly, I think this should have happened a long time ago."
After which, she places both of her hands at his pants' waistline. She looks up at him and pleads with him with her eyes. He nods while glancing down at her.
His sweatpants are progressively removed by her before being entirely removed and dumped on the ground. She shifts her focus to the sizable and plainly visible tent in his boxers. When she notices that he is wearing SpongeBob boxers, she almost laughs, but instead she fights the temptation and clutches his dick with one hand, feeling most of him even if the boxers are still covering him.
He grunts as he stares up at her. His eyes are pleading and imploring for her to do something. She realizes his dick must be feeling uncomfortable right now, all confined in those boxers. She then makes the decision to lean forward, sending her breasts slamming into Percy's face. Although it was an honest accident, Percy grunts in pleasure and grinds against her. "I suppose I owe you for last night," she murmurs as she whispers into his ear.
Annabeth leans back to remove Percy's boxers and Percy can be seen gulping visibly. Since this is the first time a girl has touched him down there, he can't help but feel awkward. Then he told himself that he shouldn't be worried because this is Annabeth.
Before starting to pull down his boxers, she gives him one more glance. When his boxers are fully undone and on the floor, he sighs with relief. His dick was far too uncomfortable to remain inside of them.
Annabeth is staring down at him, and he can't bear to look at her. He covers his eyes to avoid the embarrassment. Soon, he feels a hand slowly jerk him off. When he opens them, Annabeth is gazing down at her hand as it passes over his dick. As she carefully grinds on his thighs in search of something to apply pressure to, she licks her lips.
He throws his head back and groans in delight as she moves her fingers up his shaft more quickly while gazing up at him with an animal-like expression.
He's not sure if Annabeth has ever given a guy a blowjob or a hand job, but she has amazing skills and is fantastic at jerking him off. He finds himself moaning louder and louder as her hand glides rapidly. He briefly worries about how loud he was but then remembers that his mother won't be home for a long time.
When he feels something warm and wet take the place of her hand, his eyes widen. When he looks down, Annabeth is staring up at him and grasping his dick in her mouth. When she warned him not to be shocked if his dick was in her mouth when he woke up, he almost giggles as he remembered. Despite not being present when he was awake, she was undoubtedly sucking his dick now.
He sighs, "Annabeth," as she starts to bob her head up and down. "How are you so good at this?" He starts to speak, but his words sound more like a whine since his dick is in her mouth.
While her lips continue to bob up and down, taking more of him each time, she briefly looks up at him. She takes her lips off his dick for a second and begins pumping it with her hand. She smirks and replies, "I'm good at everything," before taking her hand away and using her mouth once more.
As he gets closer, he relaxes, and groans and moans unstop. He made the decision to pull her hair at one point by grabbing it with one of his hands. She moaned in return, and the vibration of her groan on his dick further roused him.
Annabeth eventually manages to take his whole dick in her mouth without gagging, which Percy finds to be extremely impressive. Given how huge he is, he wonders if she even has a gag reflex. Percy is well aware of his larger-than-average size so Annabeth being able to deep throat him is crazy.
He cries out, "Annabeth," as he senses himself drawing closer. He groans and throws his head back when she hums in response. He grabs her head and hair with both hands and forces her down harder on his dick. She understands the message and starts sucking him quicker. "Annabeth." He tells her, "I'm not going to last much longer."
Instead, she glanced up at him with a mischievous grin, and started sucking him and bopping her head up and down at an even quicker tempo. He had assumed that she would pause and let him cum on her stomach or possibly his own stomach, but clearly, he was wrong. As his orgasm started, he moaned her name aloud and tugged her hair firmly.
She made an effort to swallow everything he gave her, but a portion of it came out and ran down her face. When he was finished and exhausted, his entire body fell to the bed. While wiping her lips, Annabeth stares at him and grins at the pleasured expression on his face.
He embraced her and smiled. He tells her, "You are so good at that," and she beams with pride. He is aware of Annabeth's love of affirmation. He grabs her shoulders and pulls her in close to him, saying, "Give me like ten minutes then we can go again."
She merely whispers, "Can't wait," as Percy's eyelids close. He is very exhausted even though he does not want to sleep. A few minutes later, he finds himself falling asleep, leaving Annabeth awake at his side. She spends some time examining his sleeping body. She then scans the room for her hoodie, which she discovers next to Percy's shirt.
She makes the choice to put his shirt on instead. She grins excitedly when she notices that it smells just like Percy. She gives Percy one last downward glance before settling into his side and enclosing them both in the blanket.
A few minutes later, Annabeth is sound asleep at Percy's side.
