Hey! I'm writing this on Easter, but I don't know if I'll finish in time to post tonight.
But that's beside the point. I just wanted to say that I would really appreciate some reviews, specifically with ideas on how to continue this story. I am also accepting other story ideas! Anyways, I hope you enjoy this chapter and happy reading!
At first, Harry and Ron weren't too concerned about Hermione's erratic behavior. But when she didn't show up for the rest of their classes, they became worried.
However, no matter how hard they looked, Hermione was nowhere to be found.
"Y'think we should tell a teacher?" Harry asked. The two boys were sitting in the Common Room before their final class of the day.
"Nah," said Ron. "I don't think she wants to be found." They agreed that they would only get help if Hermione didn't show up by dinner time. At that moment, she strolled into the Common Room.
"Hermione!" exclaimed Harry. "Where have you been?"
"Well hello to you too," said Hermione casually.
"Really? That's all we get?" asked Ron.
Harry piped in; "Yeah, we've been looking for you all day. We were starting to worry!" Hermione sighed.
"All right, but you can't tell anyone," Hermione said. "The truth is, I got my period today and I wasn't sure what to do. That's why I've been so moody and annoying."
"Merlin! That's all?" said Ron.
"You know what a period is?" Hermione asked, obviously shocked. "How?"
Ron snorted. "Are you kidding? Ginny started this summer, and Harry was the only one home! Both of them were traumatized!" Unable to contain himself, Ron started to laugh hysterically, his eyes watering. "Remember that, Harry?" Harry nodded, face pale at the memory.
"Erm- what he's trying to say is that we understand," said Harry. "Every girl goes through it, and it shouldn't be something that's embarrassing." The trio hugged and went up to bed.
