So now I am going to be making updates and so I decided that I am going to be making another chapter to my Son of Thor story seeing as I have this on my mind and so I figured that I would make an update for this. Now in the last chapter we met Joshua who is friends with Bianca and Nico so it is pretty much a Norse Demigod being friends with two Greek Demigods with one of the Greek Demigods having a thing for him right now. Now then if you haven't already noticed I deleted the first chapter of Son of Thor and replaced it with almost the same thing with a tweak and that tweak was getting rid of the anime sword and giving my O.C. the Leviathan Axe as I already stated as to why. Now then I was wondering if I should give Joshua another weapon from God of War like the Blades of Chaos or even the Claws of Hades and I am leaning on giving Joshua another weapon even though he can still beat the shit out of most opponents. Beyond that I really won't be using the Norse Pantheon just yet as I want Joshua to be out i the world and then having the Norse Pantheon be used more even if they are just talked about though we will be seeing some of Joshua's past with his father but it isn't going to be a good one at that. So then I do believe that it is time for me to get this update off the ground before the inspiration leaves my mind and never comes back as believe me I have had that happen to me many times in the past and it pisses me off every single time that it happens. Disclaimer: I own nothing at all nor will I ever save for the O.C. I made for this story.
We see an eight year old Joshua gritting his teeth as he tried to keep the scream of pain suppressed as he slammed into a massive stone column before going wide eye when he saw a tree also coming his way. Joshua managed to get out of the way as the tree landed in the position that he was at and Joshua got a good look at the thing that was attacking him, a fucking troll.
Trolls are massive creatures, with Joshua not even reaching up to the creatures knees with large tusks on the edge of its face. All trolls have massive strength, durability, and stamina along with having higher intelligence than most creatures. This made them more dangerous as they would think and plan and if you didn't then you would find yourself six feet under and if that wasn't enough each troll carried a massive stone totems with runes etched into them and these runes enhance their skills even more.
Joshua was looking around for something ANYTHING that he could use to help him in his current situation as the troll was looming over him ready to kill him and that was when he saw his means of salvation a rock. Joshua jumped forwards and grabbed the rock and managed to get enough distance between himself and the troll and charged the rock with lightning and aimed it at his opponent. He then flicked his thumb and sent the lightning charged rock at the troll and before the massive creature could even register what happened the massive beast fell to the ground.
Though before he could celebrate his victory over his opponent he noticed something as someone grabbed his wrist and threw him onto the ground making Joshua groan in pain. He looked at the person who threw him away and knew that cold look and serious expression anywhere seeing as he had seen it many times during his time here.
"I did as you told me to father, the troll is dead" Joshua said firmly.
"I said no weapons" Thor said seriously.
Both the Thunder God and Joshua remained silent before Thor walked over to the now dead troll and spotted something smoking from it's stomach and got the rock out which made Joshua go pale.
"Then explain to me why I found this in the troll" Thor demanded.
Before Joshua could say anything he gasped in pain and clutched his stomach as Thor flicked the rock at Joshua's gut though if he didn't hold back the rock would've went right through Joshua.
"You did indeed defeat the troll using your own hands, however you will be walking back to the Temple of Tyr after you kill three Ancients and bring me back their hearts as proof of your kill" Thor said firmly.
Joshua was shocked at Thor's demand as finding one Ancient was hard enough as they had bodies made completely out of rock so that they could blend in with their surroundings and now Thor wanted him to find three of those fuckers and kill them before bringing back their hearts.
"I can give you other targets much harder if you don't give me an answer right now boy" Thor said coldly.
"N-no father, I will kill three Ancients and bring back the hearts your desire" Joshua said in rush.
"Good, I expect them by the end of the day, or else we will start your training all over again" Thor said firmly.
Thor disappeared and once Joshua knew that he was gone, Joshua covered his mouth and hacked up some blood from his broken ribs from the troll fight and now they were more damaged by Thor flicking that rock in his gut. Joshua struggled to get to his feet and when he did he set out to find those three Ancients as he knew that he didn't have that much time to find them.

"Three fucking Ancients, and what do I get for almost dying to get each of their hearts, I expect you to do better next time" Joshua thought bitterly.
Currently Joshua is sitting near an open fire looking at it with his mind someplace else, everyone else was getting Bianca and Nico caught up to speed with what their life would be like from now on. Joshua on the other hand was thinking back to his time with his father and getting raised by him which he would not want to place onto anyone as that was hell on earth.
"So the Greek Gods are actually real, and that girl was actually Artemis" Bianca said in shock.
"Yeah my mother is Athena, Thalia's father is Zeus, and Andromeda's father is Poseidon" Annabeth said honestly.
"That's so awesome! Do you know who our godly parent is" Nico asked in excitement.
"We don't know, most children are claimed by their godly parent, but whoever it is must be important enough for someone like Thorn to go after you" Andromeda said honestly.
"So that would mean that the person that attacked us last summer in DC was a monster" Bianca said in shock.
"See I told you that those horns on the bus driver were real but you didn't believe me" Nico said proudly.
"Yeah and Thorn won't be the last monster that comes after you guys. Which is why we should get you guys to Camp Half-Blood as it will be more safe for you two" Thalia said honestly.
"Say will we get any magic weapons like Joshua's axe" Nico asked gleefully.
"That all depends on your godly parent to decide if you will get one in the first place" Annabeth said honestly.
"Speaking of which, hey Sparky" Thalia suddenly said as well as snapping her fingers at Joshua to get his attention.
"What" Joshua asked in wonder.
"Joshua why aren't you any at all surprised about all this" Bianca asked in wonder.
"Oh I knew, about all of this" Joshua said bluntly.
"Why haven't you ever been in camp" Grover suddenly asked.
"You are under the impression that I am Greek" Joshua said honestly.
"That doesn't make any sense in the slightest, there aren't any other gods out there other than the Greek Gods" Annabeth said firmly.
"Who even told you that, do you honestly think that the Greek Gods could govern the ENTIRE world, there are many other gods out there and some are not very nice or friendly. They would sooner vaporize your sorry ass if you even looked at them funny" Joshua said honestly.
"Then if you aren't a Greek God or even a minor god in general then, which pantheon are you from" Thalia asked bluntly.
"You are from the Norse Pantheon aren't you" Annabeth suddenly asked.
"You are correct, I am from the Aesir tribe" Joshua replied not even shocked that a daughter of Athena could figure it out.
"What're Norse Gods and the Aesir Tribe" Bianca asked in wonder.
Before Joshua could say anything else Zoe walked up to everyone before looking at Joshua like he was nothing but dirt.
"Lady Artemis wishes to speak to thee, including you male" Zoe said bluntly.
"It's you, how hard is that to say" Thalia said bluntly.
"Hey Nico why don't you show Grover how to play your game" Joshua said honestly.
With that said Joshua, Bianca, Thalia, Annabeth, and Andromeda followed after Zoe and soon found themselves standing in front of a slightly larger tent than the ones that they already passed. When they entered said tent it was decorated in stuff that would make any hunter proud and sitting in front of a brazier was nonother than Artemis herself.
"Sit join us" Artemis said honestly.
"If you are planning on giving me that offer, than my answer will still be the same" Thalia said bluntly.
"Understood, Thalia Grace. Now then Aesir why are you in these lands" Artemis asked firmly.
"This was the best place for me to hide from the rest of my family, none of them would ever think about looking for me here" Joshua said honestly.
"You left you family and fled here? Why not go any other place, but you still chose to come to America specifically" Artemis asked seriously.
"Would you honestly look for a giant amongst ants" Joshua said bluntly.
"How are thee" Zoe was about to begin.
"That is enough Zoe, as insulting as that is he does have a point" Artemis said though she looked like she was ready to wash her mouth out with soap.
"So there really are other pantheons out there, why weren't we ever told" Thalia asked firmly.
"Blame your old man and his paranoia" Joshua said honestly.
"He is correct...our father does not like the fact that other demigods can learn about separate pantheons, he believes that if that would happen they would lose faith in Olympus if they found out that we weren't the sole power in the world" Artemis said seriously.
"So then how come he knows about them and we don't" Annabeth asked firmly.
"You forget that I have been arounds the gods for most of my life so it is only natural that I would know of these things" Joshua said firmly.
"Now then onto my next question who is your godly parent" Artemis asked seriously.
A scowl appeared on Joshua's face and he clench his hand into a fist which caused thunder to boom in the sky and most of the people in the room looked to Thalia.
"That wasn't me" Thalia said honestly.
"Don't tell me" Artemis said, though she was mentally preying that her thought wasn't correct.
"I go by Joshua Walker as it is my mother's last name and to hide who I really am. My true name is Joshua Thorson" Joshua said bluntly.
"Thorson like Thor the God of Thunder, the magic hammer that only someone worthy can lift, appearing in movies, comic books, and video games" Andromeda asked in shock.
"I swear I hate those stupid pop culture depictions with a passion. Thor is not a muscle bound hero as the real him is a complete jackass and his appearance is completely false, also that whole 'worthy' thing is complete bullshit anyone can pick it up if they are strong enough, and finally yes Thor is my father" Joshua said bluntly.
"Though it was pretty funny to see him get hit by a car" Joshua thought happily.
Joshua honestly hated how Marvel comic portrayed his father as a heroic and funny god which is something he wished that his actual father was like compared to the physical, mental, and emotional neglect and abuse that he suffered at the hands of his father. Though he did like the depiction of Loki the Trickster God as he was one of the few Norse Gods that he could get along with.
"Your father is Thor and you still had the bright idea of coming here" Artemis said in anger.
"Like I told you before, no one would really look for me here" Joshua said bluntly.
"Then thou shall leave right now" Zoe said firmly.
"Believe me sweetheart, I would love nothing more that to not get dragged into another screwed up pantheon. However Bianca and Nico are now involved in this and I made it a point to never abandon my friends" Joshua said seriously.
This made Bianca smile that Joshua was staying because of her and Nico while Zoe's face was red due to anger.
"Sweetheart, thou will stay silent before I remove thy tongue" Zoe said in anger.
"Zoe that is enough" Artemis said with authority in her voice which caused Zoe to frown and cross her arms.
"That's right act like a princess, I mean you already have a fucking tiara" Joshua said humorously.
"He's not wrong Nightshade! Maybe you should get a dress to complete the look" Thalia added.
Zoe glared at both Joshua and Thalia and if looks could kill then the daughter of Zeus and the son of Thor would be dead many times over while Artemis was rubbing her temple as she could feel a headache coming.
"Could you please not antagonize my hunters" Artemis asked seriously.
"I'll think about it, but the answer is no" Joshua said with a smirk on his face.
After hearing this Artemis was tempted to let Zoe attack Joshua but her better judgment got the better of her before she turned to Bianca and Andromeda as she wanted to get to the other reason for this meeting.
"Bianca di Angelo, Andromeda Jackson I would like to ask you both something but before we get to that I would like to know if that manticore told you anything about his reasoning for attacking you" Artemis said seriously.
"He said something about a great stirring, that a lot of monster are appearing, and that his general would explain things to us when he arrived" Bianca said honestly while also going slightly pale at the thought of Thorn.
"He also said something about soon having the most powerful monster that could even destroy Olympus" Andromeda said honestly.
"Then it would seem as though the scent that I was following was correct, something that I have not hunted in many years has finally come" Artemis said bluntly.
"What on earth are you talking about" Thalia asked firmly.
"We came here after sensing the manticore, but he wasn't the one that I was seeking. It is something much more dangerous and more powerful than the manticore if the general gets his hands on it" Artemis said bluntly,
"Are all Olympians this cryptic and never giving a straight answer" Joshua asked out of genuine curiosity.
"Unfortunately" Thalia groaned, as even though she was freed from being a tree she could tell that she wasn't told everything.
"You have no idea" Andromeda said bluntly as she could still remember her first day in Camp Half-blood and not getting a straight answer.
"That is because we hide such information and tell you when you are ready" Artemis said firmly.
"Who decides that they are ready? You? Their parents who they barely even know in the first place? How about a fucking Oracle that speak in even more cryptic rhymes? You know keeping information like this is why more and more demigods are drawn to the titans because unlike so many gods they actually tell you a few things that their parents don't and that causes many demigods to distrust and even hate the gods" Joshua said in anger.
"See even sparky here gets it" Andromeda said honestly.
Thalia could only smirk at her cousin for using her nickname and everyone could tell that Artemis and Zoe were getting pretty pissed off at Joshua for pretty much telling them what many demigods thought as there had been many demigods would left Camp Half-Blood because they were getting sick and tired of not getting answers and with the titans at least willing to explain a few things that brought more people to the titans side while Olympus was still stuck in their old ways of keeping things under lock and key.
"This information is kept from them, so that monsters won't find out" Artemis said firmly.
"Oh yeah and how is that working out for you" Joshua asked bluntly.
"Silence male, thou have said enough" Zoe said in anger.
"Now then onto the other reason that I have asked you to come, Andromeda Jackson and Bianca di Angelo would you both be willing to join the hunt" Artemis asked honestly.
Sorry that it took so long to make this one, I have been working a lot of days and so I am pretty tired on my off days but since I am going to be taking a few days off I think that more chapters can be made.
