Scourge smirked. "I would rather she be born on time." He would love to be there but not at the cost of her having to come earlier than expected and risk anything.
Vanessa humm, "I would love that too. But it too early Amelia…," She said placing her hand on Amy's shoulders. "He only have a few days…you go back after…" Amy's ears fell and she said nothing else.
"Will she be cleared to fly after this?" He asked, watching her.
Vanessa hummed, rubbing her stomach. "We have to take her to doctor first. We go in morning." She saw the covers on the floor. She examined the covers seeing the wet spot. "Her water no break. That good. We still go to doctor in the morning. See what he say, okay." She walked over to the door looking back at them and smiling, "We only wait a little longer. Good night my bebés." Scourge sighed angrily. "Say it Amy." He said. She sat up shaking her head. "Get it out." He said. "Just…say what you need me to hear." He did hate it when she did that. Like she was afraid to speak her mind when they have known each other long enough.
"I need you there!" She cried. "I want you to be there…," she said calmly. Trying to clean her face. "I can't do anything but sleep and be in pain and it bothers me…I'm gaining too much weight. I can't even exercise let alone dance." She said. "I didn't think…I hoped it would be better…but I get more anxious with each week…she's almost in my arms but your not…" Scourge said nothing letting her get it out. Scourge got up and walked to the other side of the bed. Him not saying anything bothered her more. "Amy, I really need you to get on board here. If I can be there I will and you know this already, I don't get it…," she heard him lay down and turned, seeing he had his back turned to her.
Amy laid down and cried quietly. She really felt like she was pushing him away. She didn't mean to but she hated that she couldn't control her emotions and she was always overthinking, especially now. Scourge sighed and turned over facing her, he pulled her close to him. Amy got up before the sun. She didn't want to but she really wanted to talk to her father. She remembered his schedule like clock work. He got up before everyone. Amy followed him stepping into the rose garden. This garden stretched out for a few miles. This was her father's work. She saw him enter the greenhouse. She was confused because he only grew special roses there. His roses went all over the world. He was a king pin but his money really came from the beautiful flowers he grew that was his name sake; roses.
Amy walked up to the greenhouse and rang the bell. Amilio came out quickly making sure she couldn't see inside. Amy smiled as he smiled back and hugged her.
"Bueno dai," he said looking at her. "Everything okay?" He asked.
Amy nodded, "Si, I needed momma to check something for me…," she said hoping he got the hint.

Amilio motioned for her to follow him. They walked for a little while. Amy greeted her 'aunts' and 'uncles' as they walked through the garden a little away from the greenhouse. They got to a white metal rose shaped table and sat down.
Amy sighed, "I need your advice…on…," she fidgeted more as Amilio smiled at her warmly. "I feel like I'm pushing him away…"
Amilio chuckled. "Now you want my advice on this?" He said jokingly. Amy sighed. "Alright, alright, what wrong?" He asked.
Amy looked to the roses, "I…think I'm pushing him away because…," she stopped.
"Because of you overthink," he said as Amy sighed and started tearing up. Amilio changed seats and sat beside her. "You may daughter…," he said hugging her to him. "I name you after me. Amelia. Amy sighed not willing to look at Scourge as he and Vanessa stood there. Scourge looked at her and as Amilio and Vanessa watched them. Vanessa sat beside Amy as Amilio let Scourge sit beside Amy. He moved the chair over and it bothered Amy.

Amy could barely look at him. She knew she was wrong but she wasn't willing to admit it. Scourge almost got up as she grabbed his wrist and looked at him. He only looked back at her sitting down. His mouth twitched, he wanted to smirk in victory. Amilio glared but smiled. Scourge knew his daughter very well.
"I want to…say I'm sorry. You've been better than him at everything from the moment I met you. Even my mom likes you and…," she looked down stopping. Scourge was leaning on the table smirking at her. "Scourge I just…," she said but stopped again. Vanessa pinched her on the arm making her jump.

Scourge made Amy look at him. "I want you to express yourself the way you did when you caved in the roof of The Lagoon." He said making Amy blush. Vanessa and Amilio smiled proudly.
Amy looked at him keeping her eyes on his. "Scourge, I dated Sonic for years and I didn't listen to anyone about how he really was. When he broke up with me…it…it bothered me more than I was willingly to admit." She said even as her heart raced and she wanted to shut back down, she knew she couldn't stop now. She expressed herself when it didn't mean being vulnerable. This required her to be vulnerable. She didn't like that.
She fought against it and continued. "You were my distraction, from all the bad things that I thought about. All my…insecurities…you liked me and I didn't understand why. Scourge pointed her smiling, "Now…that is the Rose I met." He said as she glanced away still blushing. "The Rose I fucked that very night…," he said still smiling at her as she gave him a weary look. But the question is, what will you do to keep this ball rollin'?" He asked. Amy didn't have time to answer. He looked at her with a serious look. "Stop over thinkin' shit." He said.
Scourge shook his head. "I love ya Rose but ya gotta help me help you. I ain't got the best track record. But damn have I shown you otherwise while we have been exclusive?" He asked, Amy shook her head. "I haven't and don't intend to." He cupped Amy chin making her look at him. "I didn't have it made either. You know. Your the most exclusive thing I have had in fuckin' years. Even Fiona is in love with ya. That fox barely likes anyone." He said as Amy smiled. He let her chin go and sat back. "My bad I can't be here like you need me too. Trust me. I'm not happy about it but at least the money is rolling in." He shrugged.
Amy smiled warmly, "I will try my best…to stop over thinkin'." She said stood up and got in front of him. He let her stand in between his legs. She wrapped her arms around her shoulders and hugged him. "I love you and thank you." She said. Scourge kissed her stomach before they kissed holding each other.
Vanessa awed before standing, "Come Amy, we gotta get there early." She said.
Scourge let Amy go as she smiled and left with her mother. "Estoy tan orgullosa de ti. (I'm so proud of you.)" Vanessa hugging Amy to her.
Amilio smiled at them before looking at Scourge. He actually frowned. "She always be my bebé…" he told him as he stood.
Scourge stood eyeing him back, smirking. "She's mine…," he growled.
Amilio and Scourge glared at one another smirking as Merah walked up. She observed the roses and smiled. "Amilio…their so beautiful and the smell…," she sniffed them.
Amilio glanced at her before looking back at Scourge. "Good morning Merah. Their ready." He said.
Merah gasped and ran to the greenhouse going in. Scourge looked between him and the greenhouse. Amilio smirked and nodded to it. Scourge continued to eye him till he couldn't see him anymore. Scourge walked into the greenhouse and was amazed. He smirked as he turned and looked at Amilio, who smiled at him.
"Their perfect!" Merah exclaimed. "Amilio, you and that green thumb of yours has done it again." She said walking over to him. "I gotta go get Rouge and the others from the airport. You guys gotta keep her away from a few hours." She said leaving quickly.
Scourge looked over the green roses. They were real grown green roses. His color green.
"There other flowers, we want it to be surprise for you both…" he said, patting Scourge on the shoulder.
"How long did it take to grow these?" Scourge asked noticing the other green grown flowers.
Amilio shrugged, "I start soon as we come back. They no do well me send through mail. I don't know why. Merah say it good to have baby shower here, instead."
Scourge nodded thinking about the baby. About Amy. Amilio patted his shoulder. "You do good. Listen well. She need that." He said smiling at Scourge.
Scourge smirked. "Most girls I dealt with couldn't stand or didn't know their fathers." He said. It was true a lot of the girls he dealt with bad daddy issues. Amy's father was very present and it showed through her. She still had issues but they were manageable.
Amilio laughed, "I no have worry about competition before but I no mind now. I know you love my daughter and my veni love you. But you only have one." He said.
Scourge chuckled. "I definitely like my choice." He said.

Scourge was standing by the black mustang Million loaned him for the day. Scourge smirked as Amy and Vanessa spoke walking out the doctors office. They saw him and walked over.
"Where did you get this?" Amy asked looking the car over.
"Million let me borrow it for the day." He explained opening the door. "I wanted to go to the beach for a few." He said.
Vanessa giggled, "In other news, she good for fly." She said kissing Amy's cheek and before walking over to Scourge and presenting her cheek to him. Amy giggled as Scourge only waited for her to climb in the car. Amy quickly bucked herself as Scourge climbed and chuckled before speeding off. Making the wheels screech as he pulled off. Amy looked at him wearily.
"Oh, yeah…" he said, speeding up as he got on the highway. Amy's heart raced as he swerved around cars going out the city. He glanced in the mirror seeing Amy's mom. "Oh! Momma V wants to race…,"
Amy quickly called her mother but go no answer as Scourge sped up as he got off the highway and onto an empty back road. He knew it would lead them to beach. He didn't slow down as Vanessa sped up beside him. She called Amy and Amy covered her face and answered.
"LET'S GO HIJO!" She screamed through the phone.
"HELL YEAH!" Scourge yelled as they screeched their wheels speeding up.

Amy was squeezing the seat belt and trying to think happy thoughts. Scourge was now on the opposite side of the street trying to get in front of Vanessa. He saw the other car coming and he was determined to get in front of her. They could see the beach coming up. Amy opened her eyes at the wrong time. Her heart speeding up to an alarming pace.
"Scourge!" She screamed before they disappeared and appeared at the beach. They caused those present in the parking lot to jump and move away from the car. Amy and Scourge stared out the front window. Scourge confused and Amy absolutely horrified. Amy slowly climbed out the car going behind it and throwing up as Vanessa pulled up beside them.
Vanessa got the car stomping up the driver's side as Scourge climbed out. "That was cheating hijo!" She yelled.
Scourge chuckled, "I didn't do that!" He said before they both heard Amy still throwing up harshly behind the car. Vanessa grew concerned and she and Scourge went to check on her.
Amy could barely breathe and Vanessa felt her heartbeat was fast. Alarmingly fast. She felt the baby turning and moving as Amy groaned and threw up again. Vanessa was forced her back in the car and she and Scourge said nothing else.
Amy moaned and groaned as Scourge and Vanessa sped back to the house. They parked as Vanessa walked over to the car. "Stay here." She said running inside.
Amy was still groaning as Scourge tried to touch her but moved his hand. She shook her head. Covering her mouth as she almost threw up again.
Vanessa quickly ran back out waving Scourge to come on. She helped Amy out of the car. Scourge picked Amy up as she buried her face in his chest. He could feel her heartbeat and he could hear Emerald's. Emmy. He didn't get a response. Vanessa quickly went in front of him looking around.
"Hurry to her room. He be so mad if he see her like this." Vanessa said, they both heard the backdoor.
"Veni…," it was Amilio.
Vanessa looked terrified. "Hurry vamos!" She said rushing him along.
Amilio saw Vanessa as she smiled at him. Amilio looked at her suspiciously, "¿Está Amelia con Scourge?" He asked.
Vanessa nodded, "Si. La recogió del hospital y se fueron a la playa. (He picked her up from the hospital and they went to the beach.) She said trying to go to the backdoor.
Scourge stood by the hallway entrance listening as Amy groaned, "papa…," she cried quietly.
Vanessa watched as Amilio glanced back at the hallway. "Todos preparando todo en la parte de atrás? (Everyone getting everything ready in the back?)." She asked nervously as Amilio walked away to the hallway.
Amilio saw Amy's room door close slightly. Vanessa groaned quietly as he quickly made his way to it and opened it. He glared back at Vanessa as Scourge tried to comfort Amy.
"¿Qué hiciste? ¿Qué le pasa a ella? ¡Y mentiste!" He started fussing at her as she tried to calm him down.
Amy heard him. "Papa…," she called. Amilio scoffed at Vanessa and walked over as Amy was sweating. Amilio rubbed her forehead, wiping the sweat away. "Papá no me siento bien." She cried lightly. She felt sick and hot.
Amilio glared at Vanessa and Scourge, "What you two do?" He growled.
Scourge shrugged for once he felt absolutely terrible about something he did that affected someone else unintentionally.
Amilio growled harshly. "Primero mentiste anoche. Luego date la vuelta y vuelve a acostarte. (First you lied last night. Then turn around and lie again.)" He said, glaring at Vanessa. Scourge now saw that Amy got her overreacting from him and not Vanessa.
Vanessa huffed but Scourge could tell she felt really bad. "¡Ya ves por qué! Algo le pasa a ella y tú por mi garganta. (You see why! Something happens to her and your down my throat.). She argued in defense.
Amy groaned, rubbing her stomach. Scourge reached for her but Amilio blocked him putting his body over hers, saying, "You play part in this." He glared at him. "Look at my bebé." He said looking back at Amy as she grew pale. He glared at Scourge and Vanessa. "Out." He ordered.
Vanessa gasped. "That no fair!" She yelled as he pushed Scourge to the door.
Amilio was about to slam the door till Amy cried out. He looked back as Amy reached out for Scourge and Vanessa.
Amilio growled, "Amelia, Necesitas descansar ahora. Puedo cuidar de ti." he said in a soft tone to her. He walked over to Amy as she looked at him.
"Please…papa…I need him." She cried.
Amilio sighed, he tried but his baby girl had another man on her mind. And she wanted him by her side. Scourge walked back in not bothering to show any victories he was really concerned about his two girls. Vanessa walked in sitting on the bed by Amilio as Scourge sat down on the other side.
"Scourge…she's…so fidgety but something is wrong." Amy said, referring to their daughter.
Scourge sighed, touching her stomach and closing his eyes. He could see she was moving around a lot.
"Emerald…," He called out to her. She opened her eyes and they glowed. She was crying, she caused time to stand still making Amy, Amilio and Vanessa freeze along with it. Scourge cussed under his breath. She used chaos control because of the excitement of the race they had, and she's doing it now.
Silver and Shadow walked in the room the only ones not affected by the chaos control Emerald had just caused. They walked over and stood beside Scourge, his eyes were glowing.
"Wow…I felt her energy just standing beside her." Silver referring to Amy and the baby. "She's gonna be amazing but she'll need training that's for sure." He said watching Shadow touch Scourge's shoulder and his eyes glow red before Silver touched him and his eyes glowed turquoise blue.
They both appeared in a void and it was dark like a stormy day as Scourge stood near-by. Emerald was in a fiddle position and holding her head as a tornado blew around them. The roses were being ripped apart by the wind.
"Emerald…," Scourge called out. But she didn't answer. He cautiously walked over trying to get close to her.
"No…no…," she cried.
Silver was going to walk over till Shadow stopped him. "Let him do it…we may only cause more damage." He said as Silver looked at the two wearily.
Scourge got close enough to kneel in front of her. "Emmy…" he said, touching her shoulder. She gasped causing the wind to pick up. "It's okay…It's me…" he assured her. Even Shadow was surprised at the tone of voice he used.
Emerald cried louder causing thunder to boom as she tackled Scourge hugging his neck. "She's so mean!" She cried.
Scourge was really confused but he couldn't focus on that. He was dealing with a bunch of emotions. Emotions between happiness of holding his daughter and those of concern on how to help her.
"Why does she hate you?" Emerald asked still hugging his neck.
Scourge dived into her mind hearing Aleena's voice. A baby shower for a freak. Why do they even bother? He isn't going to do anything but leave her. And then her last thoughts were of why Scourge's father couldn't be faithful. About what happened that day on Angel Island. Why is couldn't he just DIE!
Scourge pulled Emerald back gently. "Emerald…," he called to her as she looked at him. Tears still streaming down her face. "Get those thoughts out of your head." He ordered. "That bitch means nothing to you or me or your mother." Scourge got angry that her hatred spilled to his daughter. He realized the angrier he got the worst it would get. He calmed down. Hugging Emerald to him. "I love you…Don't you ever forget that. Focus on the positive and good things. Please…," he said.
Silver watched as moments between him and Amy were being shared. Of them joking, their fun on their dates, their fun drawing together. The happiness they had when they found out about her. Her grandparents were happy about her. Anything but their intimate times.
The wind slowed dramatically and the sky turned white. Silver smiled as Emerald watched everything in awe. It took a lot on him but Scourge brought in Amy's subconscious. She looked around confused before looking at him and gasping as Emerald turned around and saw her.
Amy smiled, "Hola…," she said Emerald ran to her as Amy got to her knees and hugged her. Amy almost melted. She was really holding her. She squeezed Emerald showing her this was her body. "oh Esmeralda…," she cried pulling Emerald back to look at her.
"I'm sorry mommy. I wanted Daddy to win the race…I did what he did." Emerald said, pointing at Shadow. Scourge and Amy looked back at Shadow and Silver finally noticing them.
"Hello." Silver said smiling. "Your a really smart young lady. Kinda makes me scared to have kids now."
Emerald smiled brightly before her smile fell slowly. Scourge frowned. "Emmy…," he said in a warning tone. "Remember what I said…,"
Emerald nodded. "I do…I just…," she trailed off.
Scourge shook his head and folded his arms. "No. You just do it, okay?..." He said walking over to her and kneeling down in front of her.
Amy was confused but she decided to ask later. Emerald nodded as Amy and Scourge glanced at each other. He smirked before he and Amy kissed Emerald on the cheek. Making her giggle sweetly. That tone would be imprinted in both their minds.
"We should go back," Shadow said as Amy sighed sadly.
Amy hugged Emerald tightly as Scourge rubbed her head. "I can't wait to hold you…" she said, kissing her forehead with Scourge.
Amilio and Vanessa gasped as the chaos control field was taken down. They looked as Amy sat up and stared at her stomach, smiling. Scourge was holding his head as it pounded.
Shadow sighed. "It'll get better over time." He said patting Scourge back as he groaned.
Silver sighed, "She was able to read thoughts when she did Chaos control. And because of her connection to you both she read those thoughts. And they bothered her greatly." Silver said and shook his head.
"Why is that bitch even here?" He asked as Vanessa glanced at Amilio.
"Who is here?" She asked. Amilio sighed as Vanessa stomped out.
"Maldita sea…," he groaned.
Amy looked at Scourge before looking at Shadow. "Who is here?" She asked as the two hedgehogs glanced at each other.
Scourge growled harshly and left the room. Silver quickly helped Amy up as they followed. Scourge walked out the back door as everyone looked at him. Cream ran up to him looking wearily. He didn't pay her any mind. He stared hatefully at Aleena. Who stood by Rosemary and Vanilla as the other woman whispered among one another and glanced at her.
Scourge was going to walk over till he heard a young girl call him. "Big green bro!" He stopped turning to see his little sister, Maiah. She was the youngest of them, being 12, and a complete secret between them…until today. He smiled at her walking over as she ran up to him. They hugged as he looked down at her. She was a dark purple like Bernie with blonde curly hair in the front. She was Bernie's spitting image.
Scourge glanced at his mother as she looked at him smoking a cigarette. "Nice of you to come for once." For he said as he still hugged Maiah.
Fiona walked up standing beside Bernie, "We had to tie her up and drag her here." She said leaning on Bernie's shoulder. She only rolled her eyes. Scourge knew she wouldn't have come if she didn't want to.
Amy walked out eyeing Aleena before seeing Scourge talking to Bernie. Everyone groaned as she noticed all the decorations and gasped.
"THANK YOU EVERYONE!" She yelled excitedly.
Everyone cheered quietly and angrily as they looked at Scourge, he shrugged. "I tried…," he said. They lowered their eyes at him. He quickly dragged Maiah over to Amy. "Anyways, Amy this is Maiah. The baby sister." He said getting Aleena's attention.
Jules walked over as Maiah turned and hugged him. "Awww, yes the baby. Sorry Amy, dear." He said holding Maiah to him. Amy was actually heartbroken. "But Maiah dear you won't be the baby for long." Jules said motioning to Amy's stomach.
Maiah awed and touched her stomach. "Scourgey, talks about you all the time." She happily said telling on him. She smiled showing her sharp teeth and glancing at him. Amy giggled.
Aleena walked over as Scourge glanced at her smirking. "Well look at this!" He said pulling Aleena under his arm. "I get both my mothers here!" He was so loud everyone was starting to pay attention. That's what he wanted.
Aleena pulled away from him. Bernie walked over pulling Maiah to her. They glared at one another. Everyone got quiet.
"Well, well it like looking into past."
They all turned as Teofila walked up. Maiah, smiled at her. "Hey Abuela T!" She said hugging her.
Teofila smiled at her and cupped her face. "Hola again my precious." She said sweetly to her before looking at Aleena. "Well look whose home." She said smiling and flashing her teeth.
Aleena stood proudly, "Madre Teofila…" she simply said. She ignored the mocking of the aunties.
Teofila laughed and Scourge watched as Aleena backed down. Like a child who tried to upstage their parent but was shown their efforts meant nothing. "La puta is home." She roared with laughter. "Ah, Jules…," Teofila said, nudging him. "That head be real good. She trap you!" She laughed as Aleena frowned and looked down. Teofila then turned to Bernie. "Oooh look at the bad puta here. I see why he make three bebé with you." She said as Bernie smirked at her.
Scourge laughed as Aleena realized it. She turned to Jules as he only glanced at her. "Don't act stupid. You knew." He simply said. Aleena said nothing as Bernie smirked and rubbed Maiah's head.
"Yo!" Manic ran over tackling Maiah and hugged tightly making her laugh. "Sonia!" He called.
Sonia walked over smiling, "Look at you!" She said hugging Maiah. "You've gotten so big!"
Two dragged her off to meet everyone as Teofila and the others watched. She looked back at Aleena as she frowned refusing to acknowledge anyone. "Testarudo y estúpido. siempre lo fuiste…" Teofila said as Aleena glared at her. Teofila ignored her pulling Amy and Scourge along. "VAMOS A EMPEZAR!" She yelled as everyone cheered. The decorations were pretty much done.
Amy gasped as Teofila brought them over to a table that said Emerald's dad and mom. Behind it was a big Archway worth pink and green balloons and green roses and other flowers that were not naturally that color. The table itself was decorated with a green, black and gold accent. Amy's chair was green while Scourge's was pink. They sat down as everyone cheered for them. Scourge was given a nice size bottle of tequila.
Teofila raised her hand as everyone calmed down. Amy noticed those that she didn't think would be there, where there smiling at them. Be-An, Bean and Bark. Knuckles, Lara-Le and Finite-Na. Red. Shadow and the whole band, including Miles and Fiona. Rosy and Million. And even Sally.
"Amelia, what you want to say?" Teofila said, giving the floor to Amy.
Amy looked at Scourge as he was already downing some of the tequila. She shook her head. "Oi." She said, rolling her eyes. Everyone laughed. She tapped Scourge's arm as he put up one finger and held it before stopping and standing up. Letting out a big burp that made the men cheer. "Anyways…," she glanced at Scourge as he smirked. "Thank you guys…I'm sorry we came back earlier than expected. I really didn't know this was happening here and I really appreciate you all for being here." She said, looked at Scourge smiling. "And thank you…," she said rubbing Scourge's arm.
Scourge groaned playfully. "Come on, Rose no…," he said making everyone laugh lightly. Amy rolled her eyes as she sat down. "oh I guess it's my turn…" he said glancing down at her as she nodded. "Thanks." He simply said sitting back down. Amy groaned and rubbed her temples. "You really want me to give a speech." He whined as Amy only glanced at him with her eyes lowered. He sighed, getting back up. "Okay, fine. Thanks mom and dad for…creating the best thing alive, aka me." Shadow scoffed at that, he ignored him and continued. "And thanks little blue bro, wherever you are for letting me bag a hottie. And make her mine." Amy covered face and sighed as everyone cheered. She watched as Aleena was on the phone with someone in the back.
Amy smiled as Scourge raised the tequila and everyone that had some raised their glass also cheered. The party started from there. Everyone mingled as the children played. Everyone that brought a gift lined up to present their gifts.
Sally was first not having seen Amy in months. Not since the incident. "I have to say, pregnancy looks good on your body." She said winking at her.
Scourge slammed the table making the table shake and Amy and Sally jump. "Could you tell her that twice?!" He said.
"Scourge!" Amy scolded him.
Scourge waved her off, "I don't wanna hear that shit." He said ignoring her glare as he looked at Sally. He thumbed at her saying, "She's over thinkin' she's too big to dance or exercise. Like she's overweight." He said glancing at her.
Sally looked at Amy with a smirk. "Amy, you weren't and you still aren't big. I didn't let you dance because of fear for the baby." Sally explained.
Amy sighed, "It's not that easy when all you do is eat and sleep. Anyways, how is…," she asked, knowing Sally would know who she was asking about.
Sally shook her head and smiled, "Of course and their fine. Mad as hell with me when they found out where I was going for the weekend but they'll live." She said jokingly. Amy smiled feeling relieved. "Congratulations. I see a few hotties and I'm gonna go try my shot at them. Bye!" She said leaving. Amy pulled at her gift and saw it was a few cute outfits with tutu's and some diapers. Sally didn't do relationships from what Amy could tell. She's like Rouge before Knuckles came along.
Be-An stepped up next with Bark. Bark blushed at Amy as Scourge eyed him. Bark glared at him before getting behind Be-An. Amy looked at Scourge as he quickly straightened his face and smiled at her. Amy glared at him suspiciously before looking at Bark.
Be-An laughed. "They've both been asking about you girls." She said. "Bean's running around here somewhere." she said." She gently pushed Bark back beside her. "Go on…" she said to him. Bark blushed looking down.
Amy awed. "Bark, can I get a hug?" She asked sweetly. Bark slowly walked around the table and up to her as she hugged him to her. She felt a kick that made her jump and Bark's blush deepened. "Well she sure is excited." Amy laughed before jumping again as the baby kicked more.
Scourge sat up and leaned towards Amy focusing on connecting with Emerald. It's him. I know him! It's Bark-Ark! I like him! He's really nice! He backed off as she got more excited, was babbling on about Bark and Amy laughed nervously. Even Be-An giggled at this.
Scourge started growling threateningly at Bark before Amy glared at him. "Stop it." She growled and hugged Bark to her. She felt him trying to back away because of Scourge.
Be-An giggled. "Someone's daddy mode is kicking in~," she said
Amy growled harshly and glared intensely, "I said: Back. Off." Her eyes lightly glowed but only for a split second. Scourge looked at her shocked but still frowned. He already felt what Amilio felt when he was around. His daughter liked someone.
Bark felt the baby moved and gasped lightly. Amy looked down at him. "It's okay…," she said rubbing his back. "She really likes you." She said softly. He placed his hand on her stomach as the baby pushed at his hand.
Be-An awed at this. "Would you like to stay with for a little while?" She asked him. Bark glanced at her and then back at Amy's stomach before nodding lightly. Be-An gave Amy a thumbs up before Amy smiled and she walked away.
Scourge groaned lightly as Amy glared at him. "Now I know how pops feels…," he grumbled.
Amy didn't have time to respond as next to come up was Bernie. She put out her cigarette, flicking it in the trash can. She blew the smoke out her nose looking at Scourge and Amy.
"My gift is my presence." She said smirking as Scourge rolled his eyes. Maiah walked up with three bags. She nodded to the biggest bag. "I know you don't think I give a damn about ya. This one is personally yours." Maiah skipped to Scourge handing him the bag.
Scourge smiled before an idea came to him. "Hey Mimi…,"
Amy tapped his arms. "Don't even. Think about it." She said rubbing Bark's back as he lightly poked Amy's stomach. He smiled as he felt the baby moved around under his hand.
Scourge groaned and opened the bag. He paused, staring at the content as Amy looked at him confused. He slowly pulled out a partially burnt electric guitar, it was the first one he ever had. He looked it over, it was unusable and he thought he lost it.
Bernie smirked, "I went to get that guitar. The bitch wouldn't let me in the apartment to get it willingly so I broke in and stole it." She said as Scourge smirked and looked up at her. Maiah kissed his cheek as she walked over to Amy and gave her the other two bags. "That's for the girls."
Amy smiled and let go of Bark. He stood closely by her as she pulled out two shirts. One the size for her and the other the size for the baby. The one for her said: I got knocked up by a Rockstar. The small shirt said: my dad is a Rockstar. The second bag as nothing but diapers and wipes.
"Thank you Bernie." Amy said sweetly. "We're definitely taking pictures in these." Amy said. Scourge looked in his bag and pulled a shirt that said: I'm the Rockstar.
Bernie smiled. "I'm proud of ya my boy." She said walking away with Maiah. Scourge smiled, placing his guitar against his chair and drinking down some more tequila.
Bark tapped Amy's arm. Amy looked at him as she followed his gaze. It was Be-An talking with some of her aunties. Amy whined as he looked sad. She kissed his cheek first before letting him go. Scourge growled quietly as Amy looked at him with a frown.
"What is wrong with you?" She whined. "He's precious." She said watching as Bark took Be-An's hand letting her know he was there. She began to introduce him. Amy giggled as her aunts began to awe and baby him immediately. "See." She said as Scourge shrugged.
Fiona and Miles walked up Miles holding Fiona's side. Scourge smirked. They gave Amy a card and she opened as Miles said, "Well…I guess our kids will be best friends like we were." He said glancing at Scourge as Scourge glanced back at him smirking.
Amy gasped reading the card. "You're formally invited…to Fiona and Miles' baby shower…" she teared up as she got up and tackled them with a hug. Miles squeezed from in-between them. "Felicidades." Amy said as Fiona giggled.
Scourge groaned, "Do you have to cry about that?" He asked as Amy ignored him and rubbed Fiona's stomach realizing she had a little stomach already growing. "She's three months." Scourge simply said as Miles eyed him.
"Oh Dios mío. ¿Qué es?" Amy asked excitedly.
Fiona hummed. "Es un niño." She said as Amy squealed lightly.
"ROUGE!" Amy yelled.
Rouge walked over smiling, "Ah you told her huh?" She asked. Fiona shrugged.
Fiona giggled, "You don't have any surprises of your own." She said as Amy gasped.
"No, no, no." Rouge quickly said. "None of that right now." She giggled. "Maybe someday." She said as she glanced at Knuckles who was speaking with the men.
Amy and Fiona watched as she walked over to him, getting his attention. "Sorry we didn't really get anything." She said as Amy smiled.
"This is a gift." She said flashing the invitation. "Thank you…," she said, hugging Fiona before she and Miles walked off.
After that a few others came up with gifts. It was a lot of diapers and wipes for sure. The men set a line of tables connecting them to Scourge and Amy's. A line of tables on one end and a line of tables on the other end. The food was placed down and it looked like a giant family dinner. Bernie and Jules sat closest to Scourge and Amy on one side while Amilio and Vanessa sat directly across from them. Aleena sat on the other side of Jules across from Teofila. Red sat beside her with Merah beside him. Rouge and Knuckles sat across from them with Lara-Le beside him. Shadow was beside Merah with Sonia next to him. Manic and Lagoon sat across from them. Emi sat beside her as Million and Rosy sat across from them.
Cream, her mom and Tails and his parents started at the beginning of the second line of tables, Be-An, Blaze and Silver. Flying, Predator, his girlfriend, Wave, Simian, Miles, Fiona and Sally. With the host of Aunties and uncles gladly taking the end of the table.
Teofila smirked at Aleena as she avoided eye contact with her and Amilio stood up. Getting everyone's attention. "I guess I go first." He said, he looked at Amy smiling, "I know I say it all the time: Amelia mi bebé." The auntie and uncles groaned as he waved them off. "This no easy for me, Okay? I watch you grow and I no like that he gets to have you now." Everyone whined as Teofila stood up making him sit down.
"Anyways. Anyone else." She groaned.
Cream jumped up, "I'll say something~," she said standing up and smiling at them. "Scourge. In the beginning: I no like you." She said with a Spanish accent she had been practicing, and thanks to Amy she sounded really good. "I say: no mi gusta." She said harshly. Making some laugh and Scourge smirk. "BUT….Our pinky loves you. And I'm happy to see you love her too surprisingly. And here we are. Amy is my best friend and she's going to be my maid of honor. All I ask is that you hold off for a while so I can have my girl for our wedding." She said as Scourge shrugged.
"I'll think about it." He said smirking at her. Cream playfully glared at him.
Miles stood next but sat down as Fiona rolled her eyes and stood up. "Me pones nervioso. ¿Por qué no dijiste algo?" She said fluently, getting a few whistles and cheers. She smiled looking at Scourge but addressing Amy. "No puedo agradecerte lo suficiente, Amy, por ser lo que él necesitaba y quería. Estoy tan feliz de que te haya conocido. Realmente lo has cambiado y lo has atrapado. el no va a ninguna parte. (I can't thank you enough Amy for being what he needed and wanted. I'm so happy he met you. You've really changed him and you've trapped him. He's not going anywhere.) She said raising her small shot of tequila. "To you both….¡SALUD!" She cheered as everyone took a shot with her. She got extra cheers for the aunties and uncles.
Rouge stood next, smiling, "Amy, Scourge…" she said smirking. "I have known you both and I can say I'm honestly shocked. I knew the moment Scourge smirked at her and she blushed at him. Like right now." She said as Amy looked away and Scourge kept his eyes on her. "That we would end up…like this." She said laughing. "And I couldn't be more happy. Even though the gals house is separating we shall be family, near and far. So as the French would say: L'amitié est le plus beau cadeau de la vie et je l'ai reçu. (Friendship is the greatest thing in life and I received it.) She said taking a shot and getting cheers as everyone took a shot with her.
Teofila stood quickly. "Alright, alright. Itz bez my turnz!" She said in horrible French accent. This made Red roar with laughter. She was taking jabs at him. "I would like to bring attention to a long lost child…," she said. The aunties and uncles glanced at each other. She smiled at Aleena. "Aleena." She said passionately. "Without her Scourge would no be here!" She declared. "Plus it's been long time. You no come home." She said mocking sadness, eyeing her with a smile.
Aleena sighed quietly. Jules glanced at her. "You wanted to come…" he simply said to her.
Aleena stood up facing Teofila, there was, what Amy felt, misplaced hate in her eyes toward her. "I have nothing nice to say. So I was raised to be quiet in that regard." She said slyly.
"Yet my daughter heard it." Scourge said as Aleena refused to look at him but he eyed her. "Was you calling her a freak or me?" He asked her.
Aleena glared at him,"You…," she growled angrily.
Scourge stopped Amy from standing as he watched in shock as his mother stood up glaring at Aleena. Bernie and Aleena glared at each other as Teofila sat back down and leaned on the table. Red glanced at her smirking. She only leaned on the table watching this.
"You ztill gotz Itz." He whispered to her.
Teofila waved her hand. "No now. Ive waited years for this." She said, smiling bigger as they both caught Rouge watching them. They both smirked as Rouge looked away smiling.
"Aleena you married him. Fine. You had his first child. Fine. But what I am really tired of is what you did to my sons just to prove a point." She said Jules backed his chair away. "YOU did that shit on purpose just so my boys wouldn't look like him." She turned to Scourge and then Manic, "I'm sorry to you both. That I let this bitch anywhere near you for selfish reasons!" She said angrily looking at Aleena. "Amy…," she looked at Amy. "That boy," she said pointing at Scourge, "Is just like his father and Manic too. Just please don't question his love for you…don't overthink his loyalty. That was my mistake and I have had this battle for years because of it." She said, shaking her head. "No more." She said looking at Jules.
Jules stood up glaring at her. "Don't do this here." He warned.
"Oh I am. This is where you met the bitch, this is where it started and where, I, will end it." Bernie declared glaring. Maiah walked over, having been listening as her and the other children were sitting in various places in the garages. "I should have done it that night after your anniversary dinner. After Maiah's birth. Hell, after what she did to my boys!" She yelled. "Jules you pick…I let you do what you wanted long enough." She sat down shaking her head. Maiah placed her food down and ran to Bernie hugging her as Bernie hugged her back.
Jules watched them as Aleena touched his shoulder. He looked at her and she knew he made his mind up. "What did you hear, Scourge?" Jules asked, looking at Aleena.
Scourge repeated what he heard earlier. From Emerald. Amy frowned looking down at her stomach. That's why Emerald had been crying. She could tell.
Jules nodded, "Lets go, Aleena." She smiled as Jules walked off and she glanced back at Bernie as she left.
Amy was going to say something but Scourge stopped her. "She's leaving, that's all that matters." He watched as Maiah held her mother. Bernie got up and walked into Amilio's house. Manic quickly followed her with Maiah. Amy pushed Scourge to follow them. He sucked his teeth and got up.
Teofila sat back smirking, she looked at Rouge. "Why you stare at me?" She asked her flashing her teeth. Red drank his wine watching this. Vanessa and Merah looked at them.
Rouge leaned forward smirking, "Should I say it or you?" She asked.
Cream watched as the aunties started giggling and whispering as the men took shots and whispered with them. Cream knew little to no Spanish but what she could piece together it was something referring to the situation as Miles choked on his drink from what they were saying. He glanced at Red smirking.
Shadow shook his head, "Shut up, Rouge." He said glancing up at her.
Rouge flicked him off, still eyeing Red and Teofila. Jules, Bernie, Manic, Maiah and Scourge came back. Scourge sat down as Amy glanced at him before looking back at Red and Teofila. Scourge glanced at her and at them.
"What happened now?" He asked as everyone stayed quiet. He put the pieces together himself. "Ooooh," he said, taking a shot. "You found out Big Red's ya granddad." He said. Amy choked on her drink as Vanessa gasped. She was the youngest out of all of them. Even Amilio just sighed and tried not to laugh.
Rouge gasped in disbelief, "What the hell are you talkin' about!?" She asked glaring at Scourge, who looked at her confused.
Shadow even raised an eyebrow, "I thought that's what you referring to…," he slowly stopped talking and started drinking.
Emi tackled Red with a hug. "I knew it! I knew it!" She said nuzzling his cheek.
Rouge stood up, "Get off! He's mine!" She yelled.
Emi smirked at her, "His mine too!" She roared with laughter.
Merah glared at Red. "Papa…" she said, "Is it true?"
Teofila smiled flashing her teeth. "he makes beautiful children…no?" She said as the aunties and uncles roared with laughter.
Vanessa and Merah both gasped. They started fussing at them both in Spanish and French as Lara-Le watched and laughed at this. Knuckles shook his head.
"WAIT!" Amy yelled standing up as they stopped and looked at her. "Your my mother's father?" She asked Red as smiled at her.
"Oui précieux." Red said affectionately. "Youz waz Amilio'z. Petit Rouge waz minez." He said simply as Emi pouted. "I noz know why Teo noz sayz anythingz." Teofila shrugged.
Vanessa took a few shots before fussing at Amilio and the others who fussed back with her. Merah just shook her head. Rouge growled as Emi rubbed her cheek against his and stuck her tongue out at her.
Amy sighed, shaking her head. "Can we please just eat?" She whined as Amilio made Vanessa sit down. Everyone pretty much talked about that for the rest of the night.
It was getting dark but they didn't want the bugs to bother the food. Amilio closed the area in with the shutters that were built for occasions like this.
Red stood up making Merah sigh, "Oh hush." He told her. "Oh preciouz." He said looking at Amy. "Now you see why I assess Scourge… I noz do Tailz or Zilva because Blaze is strongz girl. I fearz for him." He said, making everyone chuckle.
Silver smirked, "I will require a deposit tonight…," he said in her ear.
"And Tailz is good guy I watchz himz grow." Red said as Amardues patted Tails shoulder. "But Iz alwayz look outz for youz noz?" He said.
Amy looked at him, realizing all the times he interacted with her was like a father and child. Or grandfather and child. She gasped looking at Rouge. Rouge glanced at her.
"Rouge willz alwayz bez little redz noz replacez." He said making sure to look at her when he said it. "Butz yez I amz yourz grandfatherz. And I amz zorry petit Rouge…," he pointed at her stomach. "Thatz iz mez first great grandz." He said, smiling at Rouge.
Rouge stomped standing up. "Fuck it, I am pregnant." She announced looking at Fiona. Knuckles lowered his head as his mother glared at him. Rouge just covered her face as she sat back down.
Merah looked at her sadly, she knew Rouge really wanted to be the first to give Red a great grandchild. Amy, Cream and Blaze walked over and hugged her as Fiona joined them.
Scourge sighed, "This is…a great baby shower. Thanks." He said taking another shot.
"Shut up Scourge." Bernie and Jules said.
Amy looked at them realizing he stayed. She smiled before making Rouge look at her. "We're cousins!" Amy said happily hugging Rouge. "We're gonna have babies that are the same age." She nuzzled her cheek. "I wouldn't want it any other way." She said.
Everyone cheered, taking more shots. The rest of the hour went well enough. Teofila and Red were bombarded with questions on when and why. Red was gigantic compared to Teofila's small frame. Even Lara-Le had a few questions that Knuckles found highly inappropriate.
Amy had made her way around everyone coming back to Jules and Bernie. She stood in between them as they looked at her. "I'm glad you came back papa Jules." She said smiling, "Do you mind me asking: where'd she go?"
Jules smirked, "Called her a taxi and then I called Sonic to meet her at the airport at home." He said smiling as Amy shook her head. "She's right you know…" he said referring to Bernie. "Don't question our loyalty…," he pointed at Scourge, who was talking to Maiah. "That boy is more loyal to you than what I expected, honestly." Jules said.
Bernie shook her head. "What he's saying is, just don't push him away. You've done a good job thus far." She said, giving Amy a small smile.
Amy smiled back. "Thanks." She said hugging them both.
"Hey!" Scourge called making the three look at him. "Don't hug them, they don't deserve it." He said. Maiah was fighting to pull away from him.
Amy rolled her eyes and walked over, "Let her go!" She fussed at him. Maiah growled and bit his wrist.
Bernie turned back around not giving a damn. "She's probably gonna burn both houses down when she gets back." She said referring to Aleena.
Jules shrugged, "Their insured." He said. They both ignored Maiah and Scourge cussing at each other.
Amilio shook his head. "Our Pequeño needs a place to stay, no?"
Jules laughed, "Her Daddy's got enough money for that. And I know damn well you'll help." He said as Amilio shook his head and offered him a blunt.
Bernie quickly took it and lit it as Jules stared at her.
"Mommy!" Maiah ran up as Bernie blew the smoke in her face making Maiah gag in disgust.
"I'm busy girl." Bernie said as Scourge ran up. Bernie growled. "What are your two doing!?" She yelled.
Maiah balled up and quickly rolled under the table to the other side. Scourge spin dashed after her. As Amy was breathing heavily to keep up. She coughed, having taken a breath right when Bernie blew out more smoke. Bernie shook her head. Manic chuckled before joining the chase spin dashing under the table and destroying Sonia's chair making her fall.
"Dammit!" She yelled getting up and chasing them. "Get back here!"
Shadow shook his head but stayed in his seat. Bernie growled looking away to enjoy her drugs. Jules completely ignored it. Manic caught Maiah and he held her Scourge walked up cracking his knuckles. He smirked as he closed in before Sonia tackled all of them.
"Sonia!"
"Don't Sonia me! You made me fall on my ass. I'm returning the favor." She said as they started tusselling. Amy caught up to them.
"Dammit…," she groaned, too tired to stop it.
Everyone laughed as each of them fought to get the other off of them. Amy sat back down as Teofila walked up with Red and Lara-Le behind her.
"That what you deal with if you have more." Teofila said, winking at her before patting her back and walking on with Red following.
Lara-Le patted her shoulder, "Felicidades se que te irá bien." She said, smiling at her, before following Red and Teofila.
Amy smiled rubbing her stomach and ignoring that everyone was cheering the fight one. "You're gonna be a sweet baby and even sweeter little girl, right?" She said feeling light movement. Amy smiled. She laughed as Bernie finally got up to stop them and that made them scatter from her.
Scourge sat back in seat glancing at Amy as looked away smirking. "How are you tired?" He asked her.
Amy yawned. "I'm carrying the weight of two people…and I've been through a lot today…" she started falling asleep so she got up. "Good night everyone!" She announced. Making her way to her parent's house. She made sure to give Knuckles a hug and congratulate him
"I wonder if you and my dad are related." She said eyeing him suspiciously.
Knuckles smirked, "No we aren't." He assured her. "He ain't got these." He said pointing at his hand spikes.
Rouge touched them. "I wonder if our kids will have these."
Knuckles shrugged lightly, "If it's a boy." He said. All three looked at Fini falling asleep and leaning on Bean.
Be-An walked over. "I don't believe Finnie-Nini heard your announcement. Or else she would have been over here." Be-An joked.
Knuckles chuckled, "Fini." She sat up and looked for him before walking over. Bean almost fell over till Bark caught him and let Bean lean against him. Knuckles chuckled as she got to them and Be-An walked over to get Bean.
"Yes…," she said tiredly.
Knuckles picked her up and let her sit on his lap. "Rouge esta embarazada." He said as Fini gasped and smiled. She reached for Rouge who gladly held her.
"That's awesome…," she said, quickly nuzzling Rouge's chest and falling asleep. "I'm gonna…be a big…sister…," she said snoring.
They giggled as Merah smiled. She glanced to her side and saw Shadow was gone. She rolled her eyes, taking a shot and walking off. Amy shook her head and followed her inside.
"Good night pinky." Merah said walking off to the room she had the night before.
Amy yawned, bidding her a good night as Scourge walked up behind her. She looked back at him, sighing. Her eyes were heavy and her back started hurting. Scourge let her drag him to the room.
"Oh come on!" They both heard Merah yell somewhere above them. "You couldn't have found another room?!"
"No." They heard Shadow say.
Merah growled as she stomped to another room and slammed the door. Amy knew the room belonged to Rosy.
Amy shook her head, she took a shower as Scourge took off his clothes and laid down. She came back drying herself and started to grab a gown to lay down in. She noticed Scourge watching her in the mirror.
"You might as well not even bother…" he said, smirking. Amy turned to him, tossing her towel on the bed.
"Don't you get enough of me?" She asked. She walked over to bed and climbed onto it. Getting on top of him. She sat up.
Scourge smirked, eyeing her down. "Is it too much for you?" He asked, rubbing her hips.
Amy sighed playfully, "A little…" she said before he pushed himself in her. Making her gasp and smile at him. He smirked back as they started.
