"Good morning sunshine, it's done."

Izuku Midoriya couldn't help but gasp loudly as he was woken up by Naze Youka, who was in the middle of removing the bandages off his face

"W-Where am I?! What happened?! What did you do to me?! Did you kidnap me?! Did I accidentally make a deal with villains?! Why would you-"

Izuku was so confused, extremely panicked and unable to comprehend what was going on, looking around at the unknown area he was in, not knowing how he got here, while also looking at himself, not sure what was wrong with him at the same time

"God you talk a lot, shut up."

Naze wore an annoyed expression while also bluntly and very rudely expressing her feelings to him, which made him flinch and shut him up completely

"Also no, you have not been kidnapped, you have the option to leave and never come back, of course we will erase your memories of this place and all the people you met, but hey, you get to keep the powers we gave you, so that's a plus."

As soon as Naze said that Midoriya was suddenly given powers, his jaw dropped and looked at himself with newfound excitement, disbelief and joy

"I-I have a Quirk?!"

Izuku couldn't help but feel so, 'Blessed', all his life he felt so weak, helpless and useless, but if what Youka said was true, that he actually had powers now, then, well, he doesn't really know what to say except that he feels so, 'Whole' or 'Complete'

"It's not a Quirk, don't offend us 'Abnormals' like that."

Naze narrowed her eyes slightly, feeling a bit insulted to be compared to those with 'Quirks', which made him flinch and wanted to apologize, but couldn't help but realize what she said

"Abnormal?"

Izuku was clearly confused to be referred to as an 'Abnormal', as he had never heard that term before when describing someone, though before he could ask any questions, they immediately got answered by a certain someone

"An 'Abnormal' is an individual possessing overwhelming capabilities such that the individual is unable to control that aspect of themselves and inherently seeks to master this power."

Both Midoriya and Youka turned around and faced the direction of where the voice was coming from, which came from the entrance of the lab

"An 'Abnormality' is the specific, beyond human ability that an 'Abnormal' possesses, and most 'Abnormalities' manifest solely as internal powers, and rarely can be projected outside of the user's body."

And at said entrance of the lab, there was an older teenager, around 17 or so, who had light brown skin, dark brown tied up hair, a few piercings on his face and ears, a dark blue t-shirt with red shorts and a lab coat

"Of course there are some notable exceptions to this rule, like Oudo Miyakonojou for example, but 'Abnormalities' are often innate abilities, though they are not necessarily present from birth, as it often takes a few years to become evident."

Judging by his appearance, he was clearly a scientist, or at the very least some kind of doctor that has expertise in research and other areas of study or knowledge

"Was my brief summary able to help you understand what we are, Izuku Midoriya?"

Though unlike the brooding girl with bandages over her face and head, who also seemed to be interested in the field of experiment and research, he seemed to be more happy and overjoyed in what he does, which made the Quirkless shiver uncomfortably

"Y-Yes, it actually helped Sir,..."

Despite feeling creeped out, Izuku was genuinely grateful for the information that allowed him to understand what he was now and what he needed to know, he was even gonna thank him for it, though he couldn't help but pause when he realized that he didn't know the name of the person he was speaking to, which made him chuckle

"I'm 13 Party's Hard Wrapping, Takachiho Shigusa, though for you specifically, you can calm me the man who helps make you better, heh~"

"Well, we both did, as well as Oudo, but yeah, be grateful you muttering twerp."

As the man, now known as Takachiho Shigusa introduced himself, while Black White explained and reinforced the idea that the Powerless Normal was no longer 'Powerless' or 'Normal', he actually took the moment and time to look at himself, and process what type of choice he made while also realizing what he was now

'I… I actually have power now…'

Izuku clenched his hands as his eyes were filled with fiery passion and determination, clearly already accepting what happened and beyond motivated to own up to his choices and situation he was in and made

"With introduction out of the way, please follow me, we need to test out your newfound skill and see what it does."

Takachiho then turns away and gestures Midoriya to follow him, to which the new Quirkless Abnormal wasted no time listening and doing as he was told, standing up and quickly following after him

"Yes! Of course!~"

As Izuku eagerly leaves with Shigusa, beyond excited to find out what he can do now, Naze Youka was left behind inside the lab and just plainly watched the two leave her lab, she lets out a small hum as she pulls out a notepad and begins to write inside of it

"Been a while since someone survived becoming Abnormal… Let's see how long that lasts."

Sorry for the short chapter, but I'm still planning on his ability and roles, which I did narrow down, hopefully that will make picking easier.

(BTW, since this a group of Abnormality, I'm thinking of adding a small group of Minuses, cause you know, to give them a mortal enemy and rival to deal with, though not Kumagawa, want to make it fair after all)

Fire Force (Hero): They could either be vigilante/or privately funded people that will make examples of what true heroes are supposed to be, or something similar.

(Main allies will be the UA Students and a few other characters like Gentle Criminal)

Remodel Human (Neutral): Flask Plan thinks Quirks are very worthless yet at the same time dangerous, to much discrimination, being labeled as Hero or Villains, easily corrupted, and in honesty makes the world a much more unnecessarily complicated place, they want a 'Normal Abnormal World' again and erase all Quirks for good.

(Main allies will be Overhaul and his group)

Alibi Block (Villain): Oudo is the True King of Everything, and he will take what belongs to him, which is the entire world.

(Main allies will be the League of Villains)
