Chapter 2

Izuku left the school that day with a little jump in his step. He had made someone's day better, no, his life better. That made Izuku proud of himself. Yes, he was a vigilante/villain but he cared for those that the "heros'' had forgotten about. He got to the people that the "heros" couldn't reach. He "took-care-of" the people the "heros" couldn't touch because of the law. He wasn't against spilling some blood, Midorya "Yomi" Inko was his mother after all, death was just the final part of life. Izuku had a weird relationship with death. He could cause it to those he agreed needed to "rest" for a good while, but he wasn't scared of it. He wasn't scared of death, he was scared of how he would die. His biggest fear was being slowly crushed to death. Slow and painfully. He never killed anyone any slower than they deserved. He had a system in place to figure out just how slow their death would be and if they didn't deserve death at all, well, either his mother was to take care of it legally or his father still needed to be able to experiment with the poisons and weapons he made to fund the family's operation.

All for One had stopped the Nomu experiments after one of them had scared Izuku into a seizure when he was around five. He couldn't remember anything about that week or what the Nomu's were, but his father promised that he wouldn't even try to make something like a Nomu again. It didn't really matter to Izuku, but he did find out that the seizure had caused his left eye to go blind. All for One used most of the money he made for the better part of three years testing realistic bionic eyes and finally he created one. It had a zoom function, a video recorder, camera, face scanner that was connected to the police database (not that they knew that), and many other helpful things all the while being made without metal so he could go through a metal detector without setting it off. His eye had come in handy when dealing with "clients".

Izuku pulled himself out of his thoughts as he opened the door to the bar his father owned. He took a look around and saw Tomura playing his games with his quirk resistant artist gloves on his hands. Izuku had been the one to find Tomura after hearing screams and cries while out on a walk with his mother shortly after he had first met his father. He ran off without another thought and his mother quickly followed behind. His mom kicked down the door to a house in a small neighborhood as neighbors came out of their houses to check on all of the commotion. Izuku and Inko paid them no mind as they rushed into the house to only see two bodies, one male and one female, and hear some crying from behind the kitchen counter. Inko ignored the bodies, but it was Izuku's first time seeing dead people. Fresh dead people. Still bleeding dead people. They were missing some of their body parts and he couldn't turn his eyes away. He felt like throwing up and suffocating at the same time. Fear and amazement took control as he backed away to the door and stood there holding the frame as his mother came back with a small child following her. He had blood on his hands and a tortured look in his eyes. He looked like Izuku when he learned that he was quirkless. His life had fallen apart right in front of him and there was nothing he could do.

Izuku let go of the doorway and walked to the kid behind his mother. He couldn't remember if his mom had said anything to him as she walked out of the house as the kids followed her. Izuku turned to fall in step with the kid as they reached his position. He walked silently beside the kid as he stared ahead. That wasn't good. He needed to be able to feel and talk. He had shut down and was drawing. He was drawing in what-ifs and images. Izuku knew how that felt. He had a first hand experience of his world being flipped upside down. He didn't have a dad, yes he did, he had a best friend, no he didn't, heroes are good, no they aren't, villains are bad, not true, he wanted to be a hero, not one of them. He reached out and touched the kid's hand and he might as well have shot the kid. His eyes went wide and he jumped away from Izuku. He stared at him with those familiar eyes and Izuku backed away. The kid had grabbed a stick from the ground and was holding it out in front of him before it started to decay as his last finger touched the stick and it clicked for Izuku. How that had happened and why the kid was covered in blood. There was no break-in. No one outside of the family had done this. The kids had. His quirk had activated in the middle of family fun and had destroyed the family.

Izuku took a slow step forward and then another before sitting down a little ways from the kid. He had curled up into himself and was holding onto his pant legs with three fingers of each hand. Just as Izuku thought; he had to touch the object with his full hand to have it activate. Izuku looked up to find his mom and saw her talking a little bit away to a police officer. They kept stealing glances over to the kid in front of him, but there were two very different emotions in each of their eyes. His mom looked concerned and a little mad. Izuku could only assume it was at the policeman who was looking at the kid in fear and disgust. Izuku felt something he hadn't in a while; rage. How dare this man judge a four year old boy for getting his quirk at a very poor time. He turned his attention back to the boy in front of him and scooted a little closer.

The boy flinched back before looking up to meet his eyes. His eyes were red, but they weren't scary. They were full of pain and self-loathing. Izuku held his hand out to Red-eyes and waited for him to take it. "You should stay away. I'll just kill you too." Izuku's face scrunched up in confusion before realization took its place. He didn't know how his quirk worked.

"You won't hurt me as long as you don't touch me with all of your fingers. It's a five point activation quirk, and my mom and I can help you if you will let us." Izuku gave his best calming smile. The one Bakugo called his "fucking nerd smile." The boy studied him for a while before Izuku spoke again, "Even if you hurt me I won't hate you. I won't hurt you and I won't die or leave you, I promise." That seemed to be what the kid needed to hear because in the next moment he was grabbing Izuku's still outstretched hand. He made sure not to touch Izuku with all of his figures.

"There you go. I told you, you wouldn't hurt me." Izuku smiled at him once again before pulling him to his mother and the police officer who seemed to be in a big argument. The police officer turned away, before he could hear anything, and drove off in his car. "What was that about mom?" He asked as they got close enough.

"He was asking to be sued, anyway how's the other sweetheart behind you?"

Izuku stepped aside to show her red-eyes and gave him a little smile before gesturing to him to step forward. "Hello, thank you for helping me." He said before shrinking away.

"I think we need to get him somewhere he can rest and feel safe, mom." Izuku told his mother as she nodded her head.

"How would you feel about going back to your fathers?" She asked him as he tensed but nodded. If she thought the best way to help red-eyes was to take him to his dad he would trust her.

The rest of the night went by in a blur, but he remembered his dad freaking out about Red being hurt and healing him before reading him a story to help him fall asleep. Izuku knew that was the moment that he started trusting his father and letting him into his life.

"Hey Zuku, how was school?" Tomura asked as he stared at his game while spamming the buttons. Izuku made his way over to him and sat down to watch him play.

"It's good Red, but another kid will be coming to stay with you and dad." Izuku stated as he grabbed a controller as Tomura died. Tomura scowled at the nickman and that made Izuku grin. He hadn't gotten Tomura's name until after him staying there a week and Izuku had thought that red-eyes was too long, so it was shortened to Red and it stuck. The entire family called him that and as much as he scolded and pretended to hate the name he continued to let them use it even after knowing if they truly wanted them to stop all he had to do was ask.

"Who did you adopt now, Zuku?" A feminine voice came from the other side of the room. Toga walked into the main area with a blood milkshake in her hands. Izuku had found Toga on one of his potroles last month and she had made a huge improvement in that time. Apparently she was a freak and a monster for needing blood and was abused and left to die on the streets when she was five. She had gone on a killing spree afterwards and hunted down the fluid she needed to survive. Izuku had been one of the people on the hunt for her as well. He was planning on trying to talk the person away from killing those that didn't deserve it or killing them, but instead he had found a mentally split girl who had attacked him to get his blood. He had been cut by the surprise attack, but he was more surprised when the girl stopped her advance to lick the blood off the knife. From there Izuku was able to work backwards and figure out she was in quirk withdrawal. That was the one good thing about not having a quirk. He didn't have to deal with things like that, but here was a girl driven insane by the world because what she needed wasn't normal. Oh how he hated this world. He was able to lead her back to the bar using his own blood as bait, which he later cleaned up, and got her knocked out and on the mend. Now she was like the sister he needed while Tomura was his brother in all but blood. The three young-adults were as close as one could get which was why he hoped that Hitoshi would fit in.

He wasn't able to respond to aToga before the door opened and his mother walked in with Hitoshi close behind her. Toshi looked to be a little uncomfortable until he saw him and then he was running his way. "Zuku, Thank you, thank you, thank you." He continued for a while until he started to bawl. Izuku wrapped his arms around him before nodding for his sibling to come closer.

"Toshi, I want you to meet my brother and sister. He's Tomura, but we call him Red, and she's Toga." He wasn't about to explain that he mostly called his sister until Toshi knew what exactly his family did.

Toshi gave them all a smile wave before his stomach growled and he blushed a dark red. Izuku let out a chuckle and pulled him to his feet and pulled him along to the dining area, "Come on, dinner has to be done soon anyway." Behind the bar's "employ only" door was completely different from the rundown bar they had just come from. It was a dining room with a set of stairs running up to a second story. The walls were a light green with nice wooden accents. Toshi looked around in awe as Izuku gave him a seat before sitting down himself. Izuku was on his right while Tomura scared Toga into sitting by Izuku while he took the other seat by Toshi. Just as they had sat down Inko came out carring plenty of food and Hisashi followed after with plates and silverware. They set the food down then sat across from the kids that were crammed onto one side of the table.

"Hello Hitoshi, I'm Hisashi, Izuku's father and the "friend" of my wife that will be taking care of you." Toshi stared at him like he had grown a second head before nodding and giving him a quiet thank you. "If there is anything you need to feel more comfortable with us I would love to try and help you settle in. I'm hoping you will stay with us for a long while." Hitishi looked up with tears in his eyes at that. Was it mean to basically manipulate a hurting kid into staying with them and getting another person for their team? Yes, but it was how their family and most of the world ran. Was offering kindness to a hurting person always manipulative or was it only when the people helping were seen as the bad guys? Izuku believed it was the second.

"Why would you want me? I have a villain's quirk." Izuku shot him a look, but let him finish so his family could prove that they understood.

"Yours can't be as bad as mine. I decay anything I touch with all of my fingers and after I accidentally killed my birth parents I tried to cut off both of my pinkies just to make sure it wouldn't happen again." Toshi spoke as he ate. Izuku remembered that week. His mom had found him and freaked. It was only because of her telekinesis that she was even able to stop him before he actually hurt himself. They had hidden all of the knives for a month before they were convinced he wouldn't try it again and Izuku drilled into his head all of the non harmful abilities of his quirk. He could instantly get rid of any object that was crushing or hurting someone and he could clear blocked paths. There were many more Izuku had listed off that night, but those two were the main ones.

"My quirk requires me to digest blood at least three times a day or else I can physically and mentally harm myself." Toga chimed in. He had done the same thing for her as he had Tomura, but he was still trying to get through to her.

"See Toshi, they understand. You are safe here and we will always welcome you back." Izuku spoke as he looked around the table. He was so lucky to have such an amazing family.

"Mines brainwashing." Izuku obviously needed to go on his what-can-your-quirk-do-for -you rant again. No one paid him any mind by asking him how it worked. Toshi even caught Tomura in his quirk and it was one of the few times Izuku hadn't seen him blow up at someone. That meant Tomura liked Toshi. As dinner and the questions slowed down Toshi let out a yawn and Izuku volunteered to lead him to his room while the rest of the family cleaned up the table from dinner. He showed him where the nearest bathroom was and asked him to write down some things he would like to have in his room before leaving Toshi to sleep.

"I hope you can learn to trust us Toshi." Izuku muttered as he closed the door. He missed the small, "I do." as the door closed.

He returned to main area to see his father waiting for him to make their announcement. Hitashi and him had been working on a plan for the last few year and it was finally time to enact their plan.

"Alright, now the family meeting can start." Hitashi started, "As you know Izuku and I have been working on something for a few years now and I think it's time we set it in motion." He turned to Izuku and nodded to let him know he had the floor.

"Dad and I have come up with a way we believe we can crumble hero society as people know it without causing any undo blood shed to innocences." He paused at the shocked gasp that filled the room. His entire family had waited for this day to come for a long time. This society had hurt them all too much and it was time for it to fall. "We will all have an important part to play for it to go down smoothly, but if everything goes the right way we will win before they know they are at war." He pulled out five notebooks and handed each out to the person they corresponded to as he continued to talk. "For this to work we need them to be focused on what they assume is the big threat and then confuse them and have them turn against each other.

"Mom, we need you to continue to do as you do now. It might not seem like it but that is very important to the rest of our plan." He paused as she nodded and read through her book. "Dad, you need to subtly drop hints that you might still be alive and let All Might go crazy and try to hunt down his next successor. This should force him to try and become a teacher at UA to find someone worthy of the title of "symbol of peace". Izuku gagged a little as he said that. All Might was just a big oaf who thought he knew how the world worked without having to live in it. "Red, you are going to stay here and start a "villain" group based out of here. Dad will supply you with a cream that lets you change how you look and we are going to make you look down right evil, but if you don't feel comfortable with that we can always try to do something else."

Tomura thought about it before looking all of them in the eye and saying, "I want to do this. It's the only way I can guarantee that no other kid will have to witness the world turning their backs on them."

Izuku gave them a proud smile and continued, "you will be the diversion or the "big" threat that catches the "heroes" attention. You will refer to dad as sensei to the "heroes" and have only one goal," He paused to catch his breath, "killing All Might." He waited for the deadly silence to clear the room as the others started to understand. "This will only push you to be a bigger threat to the "heroes"."

"How am I supposed to kill All Might if he's in UA?" Tomura asked and he only got Izuku's creepiest smile in return.

"That's the fun part, but I'll get there after Toga." He turned to her, "You need to recruit more people for our group and help Red get this group going, but I also need to let random people see you begging for blood in order to not go crazy again. Do this for many months and then kill someone and run back to the lead, by then we will make our second big showing and those with villainous or no quirk will be sympathetic to you. The poor girl who had to kill to stop her hunger and had to turn to the villains for help." Toga nodded her head.

"I want to help." A voice spoke from the door they had all just come from. Turning around they saw Toshi standing there with a confident look in his eyes, "I don't want anyone to go through what we have ever again." Izuku just smiled. He wasn't going to try and talk him out of it; he knew that look.

"Alright you will be with me. Now let me explain what we will be doing." He paused. "You and I are going to go to UA as heroes-in-training." The room exploded with noise. He couldn't tell who was saying what but it needed to stop, "Enough! I have a very good reason for this if you will let me explain. I will become their first quirkless UA student and inspire some quirkless to get on our side or at least show them we aren't weak and we can stand up to quirks if we try. Toshi on the other hand will get sympathy from the horror stories he will share with the class. If we can get an entire grade of soon-to-be-heroes to see that not all heroes are good, then we will have already won. With no one to teach of the next generation we will spread like a disease through homes and minds destroying their blind faith in heroes. We will also double up as spies that will get caught." At their confused looks he explained, "Red will slip up about having someone on the inside of the school and throw everyone into a panic. Trust will be broken and their army will start to fall apart. Now I also have another position to be." He turned back to Tomura, "You will be the main face of the league, but you will let it slip in our second attack that you have a partner that stays in the shadows and makes the battle plans. That will catch Nezu's attention enough for him to ask to see me. He will figure it out and I know he won't let anyone know, because he wants the government to fall as much as we do. He wasn't made in some random lab, he was made by the commission and he wants revenge, that he will get if he works with us." He paused again, "With this generation's ranks and trust shattered, the backlash of civilians, the loss of the next generations and their smartest mind, the commission will fall and along with "hero" society." Izuku finished explaining the base of his plan and waited for the rest of the group to tell him what they thought.

"You really are scary smart. I'm happy I'm on your side." Toshi spoke quietly and everyone agreed. Izuku definitely didn't blush at the praise, but he did feel pride in his plan and his family that would be able to pull it off. Yes, the commission would fall before they realized the carpet had been pulled out from under their feet.
