New Home
Naruto and Hinata finally settled down outside their little apartment. Kushina had found a nice four bed, three bath house that had a nice yard was perfect for them. Hinata had told Naruto that she was pregnant the day she announced her pregnancy and her marriage to the rest of their friends. Naruto had grabbed Hinata and spun her around whooping for joy. That was six months ago now. Hinata was hungry, really hungry. Naruto had brought her some ramen to help her with her increased appetite. It seemed she had to eat every few hours or she'll get cranky. "Hinata, why are you standing up?" Naruto asked while he returned with ramen. "I'm just trying to get some chores done." "Hinata, lay your ass down in bed. You were told not to do much!" Hinata sighed and did as she was told. As she laid down in her bed, she patted to the side of her. "Can you please lay down next to me?" Naruto smiled and got in bed beside her, holding her stomach lightly. Hinata sighed at the feeling and she smiled. "You look ready to pop soon." "I do not!" "Yes you do! Look at you, your belly is all swollen." Hinata sighed at of exasperation. "Sometimes I feel like I'm taking care of four people not just one." "Isn't it about time for your ultrasound thing tomorrow?" Hinata nodded. "I'm a little scared though. It's relatively new technology and I don't trust it fully." Naruto nodded. "Well let's try to get some rest for you then. You're gonna need it." Hinata nodded, smiled and grew tired. She was out like a light not too long after that.
The next day found Naruto and Hinata at the hospital. Hinata was on her back while Sakura started the ultrasound. Sakura didn't see anything at first but suddenly she saw something that startled her. "Hinata, I see your children." "Children?" "It looks like two boys and one girl." Hinata's eyes grew wide. "You mean?" "Hinata you're having triplets!" "They look healthy and coming along well, I say they'll be ready by their due date." After the visit, Hinata was walking home with Naruto. Naruto wasn't allowed in the room where she was and had spent it talking with his mom in the lobby. "So how did it go Hinata?" Hinata looked startled a bit but she looked at Naruto with her blush on her face. "Sakura s-said they were doing fine." "Hinata you stuttering again?- what did you just say?" Naruto locked eyes with Hinata. "Naruto-kun I-I'm having t-triplets." Naruto looked like he was just hit on the head by a rock. He tried to make sense of what happened. 'HINATA IS HAVING TRIPLETS!!?' "HINATA!!!?" Kushina burst out as she was also caught off guard by the news. Her eyes seemed to turn as bright as when Minato told her he was selected to be the Fourth Hokage. "HINATA THAT'S WONDERFUL!!!" She hugged the poor girl gingerly as she could and Hinata tried her best not to faint. She was met with another hug, this one by Naruto and she couldn't take it anymore and passed out. Naruto had to carry the pregnant woman all the way home.
Author's Note(post script): I have enjoyed writing this story so far. But all things must end soon. I'm expecting to end this story by Chapter twelve. I have some ideas for an action story that has NaruHina in it. But I might write a story that I have personally been considering writing. It won't feature Naruto characters but original characters that might be exciting to read about. Thanks to all who enjoyed this story so far.
