Chapter 62
Margarita sat in the passenger seat next to Hannibal as he pulled up to Will's home. She nibbled her lower lip softly seeing Will sitting on the porch barely dressed warm enough to be out in the cold. She could see that he was shivering and staring off into space like he had seen something terrible. Margarita slowly got out of the car with her husband and stuck her hands into her black winter coat.
Hannibal walked up to Will slowly, his wife not too far behind him.
"I went to Minnesota. I took Abigail. We went to Minnesota. She didn't come back with me." Will said, still shivering from the cold.
Hannibal effectively feigns shock and concern easily. "Show me." He said as he held his hand out to Will.
Will looked at it for a moment, before looking up at Hannibal and then took it slowly getting up to his feet.
Hannibal ushered him inside with Margarita following the both of them. Hannibal wrapped a blanket around Will, sitting him down. Hannibal slowly went towards the kitchen and went inside.
Margarita stood by the doorway watching with a concerned look on her face playing her part well. Her heart rammed in her chest knowing that this was the plan her husband had come up with.
Hannibal stared at the sink seeing what was in it in stunned silence.
Will sat in the living room staring into the middle distance. "I don't remember going to bed last night. But I must have. Maybe I got up to let the dogs out and I…"
"When did you last see Abigail?" Hannibal questioned his voice coming out fairly concerned.
"I woke up and my feet were muddy."
"Will. When did you last see Abigail?"
"Yesterday. At her father's cabin. I had an episode. She said something was wrong with me. She was afraid of me. She ran away."
"What happened? Why was she afraid?"
"I hallucinated. I hallucinated that I killed her. But it wasn't real. I know it wasn't real." He looked up at Hannibal and Margarita, desperate and terrified.
Hannibal was saddened and concerned. He kneeled next to Will. "Will, we have to call Jack Crawford. You can't run from this. It will only make things worse."
Will slowly nodded his head.
"Get dressed." Margarita said softly as Hannibal got up to his feet moving towards her and wrapping an arm around her playing the part of a concerned man. Margarita moved closer to her husband with a worried gaze upon her face. Her heart pounded lightly in her chest knowing that their plan was going to work, but she couldn't help but wonder for how long their plan was going to work. She knew that soon she was going to have to give up the work with the FBI because it would cause too much of a stir.
HANNIBAL
Hannibal patiently stood next to the door observing the perimeter as FBI agents and local police had established. Among the FBI and animal services, Brian, Jimmy, and Beverly stood patiently waiting.
Margarita stood next to her husband as he pulled her close to him. She knew that she wasn't going to be allowed inside just like he was due to them being there finding the crime scene. She knew that Jack wasn't happy about having her there with her husband and finding the scene.
Hannibal pressed a soft kiss on the top of her head, rubbing her back, hoping to keep her warm since it was chilly outside. He knew that they couldn't leave until Will was taken away in cuffs. "You did well." He said softly into her ear knowing that no one would suspect the two of them doing this to Will.
Margarita nodded her head weakly, dark circles were under her eyes from the lack of sleep from the last few days, but people could easily think it was due to her pregnancy.
The door swung open as Will was led out of his home in handcuffs with two FBI agents at his side.
Hannibal watched on with a sadly stoic expression on his face to keep the act up.
Margarita frowned softly, pursing her lips together.
Jack followed Will out, but stopped on the porch with Hannibal and Margarita. Jack nodded to his team and the animal control officers and FBI agents including, Brian, Jimmy, and Beverly who were picking up their gear.
Will was marched across the front yard by the two agents leading him to an FBI vehicle. One of the agents opened the back door while the other agent tucked Will's head and pushed him into the back seat and shut the door. Will looked out the window seeing Hannibal, Margarita and Jack still standing on his porch.
HANNIBAL
Hannibal sat in the car with his wife as he slowly began to start the car up. "I want you to come to my appointment today." Hannibal said softly as he began to pull away from Will's home.
Margarita pursed her lips together in worry. "You want me to go to your appointment with Bedelia? But you're her only patient."
"I know this, but you'll benefit from talking to her."
Margarita let out a soft breath and nodded her head slowly. "Alright."

This is the end of Chapter 62. I hope that you guys enjoyed this chapter. I have tried my best in trying to write this chapter out and make it longer, but it is hard to do so when I had to take a bunch out for this chapter since Margarita wouldn't be there during the FBI scenes since she was one of the people that had found the crime scene. Please leave a review and let me know what you think. Reviews help me write chapters out and keep going when it comes to writing. I hopefully will update next week on Friday. UNtil next time.
