Me: Anyways we don't own Yu-Gi-Oh! And never will the only person we own is Arainaina for she is my character that I use in almost all my stories under both my accounts
Chapter 6: Visiting
It was about 9 O'clock that night and Arai was still donating blood to Yugi, when all of a sudden Yami returns. "Arai, since we need a bit more blood from you, we're having you stay here tonight" explains Yami.
"Hmm" murmurs Arai, to let him know she was still listing to him. But just when she think he has left, he walks over to the bed that she was on and decides to lay down next to her, before falling asleep like a little child.
'For someone who's 20, he sure acts like he's 12' Arai mused, before falling asleep herself. The next day was a bright and sunny day, which wasn't hard to tell with the sun rising and hitting her in the face.
So, with nothing else Arai decides to wake up before deciding on sitting up. Once able to get up without falling flat on her face from the lack of blood, does Arai quickly notices the IV gone from her arm and Yami no longer next to her on the bed.
"Morning" greets Yami with a smile on his face, which causes her to look up only to notice him in the doorway holding some food on a tray.
"Morning" was Arai's reply, as she continues to steady herself upon the bed. "Here, I brought you some food from the lunch room" Yami replies as he walks over to the bed and hands her the tray. A few minutes later Arai is able to get enough energy to stand before deciding to head back to the house only to be stopped by Yami.
"How do you think he's perfect for me" asked Yami. "I just know is all" and with that Arai quickly leaves the room and out of the hospital, all the while walking back towards her car. Minutes later Arai finally make it home before quickly putting the car into park before heading for the house.
Upon reaching the house Arai can't help but notice the door unlocked so out of curiosity she carefully walks in only to see Yami's friends and three new people with them. "Hey Arai where were you guys" asks Bakura. "Well, we were at the hospital all night, but I'll explain once I change" was the reply before Arai quickly leaves the group to go up to her room to change out of yesterday's cloths.
A few hours later and a hot shower to boot does Arai walk back downstairs all clean and dressed while sporting a black t-shirt, skinny jeans and thigh high boots. "So, why were you at the hospital" asks Ryou, once Arai reached the living room.
"Because a new friend of mine was in an accident yesterday, and I had to rush him to the hospital, plus donate some blood to him" remarks Arai as yesterday's event play within her mind.
"Oh... well what about Yami, he should've came home yesterday" answers Seto. "Well, he decided to stay last night with me" Arai answer back. "Well that explains why no one was home" replies a new voice.
"Oh, Arai I'd like you to meet my step brother Noa, my little brother Mokuba and the pup's sister Serenity" gestures Seto to the three new comers. "Hi... anyway sorry to cut the greeting so short but I wish to head back to the hospital and check on Yugi" replies Arai as she turns back around but not before asking them if they would like to come as well.
But just as there about to leave Arai quickly remembers that she left her keys and that upstairs on her bed and so she tells them to head for the car while she ran back upstairs for a moment. Once Arai had the keys does she quickly returns to the others only to "bump" into Tristan.
"What do you want Tristan" asks Arai as she tries to give her best impersonation of Yami to him.
"I only want to ask you where Yugi is" answer's Tristan. "Well forget it I don't know and even if I did know you think I'd tell you?" and with that said Arai continue making her way to the car only to be halted by Tristan again.
"You know where he is don't you" asks Tristan bluntly as he grabs Arai but her forearm which causes her to halt in her tracks once more. "Even if I did I'm sure as hell ain't telling you" and with that Arai yanks her arm free before walking towards the car but not before one final thought came to mind, 'How in the hell did Tristan manage to find me...Even better though, How did he know where Yami stayed...'.
With thoughts in mind, Arai can't help but stop once more before glancing over her shoulder only to find Tristan gone from where he stood not to long ago which sent a shiver down her spine, all the while praying to Ra that she would never run into him again before shaking her head one last time before making it all the way to her car where the others sat waiting for her.
"Who was he Arai" asks Noa. "A jerk from college, he use to date a friend I knew, her name was Ishizu" answers Arai as she glanced threw rear view mirror to Noa. "Wait did you say Ishizu? as in Ishizu Ishtar?" asks a surprised Malik. "Yeah, why" questioned Arai.
"Well she's my sister" replies Malik. "Ah, so your the one she calls trouble" replies Arai all the while noticing Malik blush with embarrassment. "Oh man! That reminds me I was suppose to call Mai the day I arrived... Oh man she'll never let this down" and with that Arai quickly grabs her cell and begins calling Mai.
After a few rings Mai answers the phone. "Hello, Mai speaking", "Yeah, hey Mai sorry about not calling you", "Oh Arai, how's the family visit?" , "Ok, Hey is Ishizu there?", "Yeah, why", "Put her on for a moment I have someone who would love to talk to her", "Alright, ISHIZU PHONE!" shouts Mai.
"Hello?", "Hey Ishizu it's me Arai I have someone who wants to say hi to you", "Ok", and with that Arai passed the phone over to Malik all the while keeping her eyes on the road.
"Hello?", "Hey Ishizu how's it been?", "Malik? it's been greet how have you've been", "Oh I've been great Ishizu", "That's good anyway I can't stay long for I'm busy packing but tell Arai that Mai and I are coming to see her soon ok", "Sure thing Ishizu bye" and with that they hang up.
"Um, Arai? Ishizu told me to tell you that..." but Arai quickly cut him off for she already knew what he was going to say. "That there coming to visit me right?" she ask back. "Yeah how'd you know that" asks Malik. "Easy I guess" and with that said Arai parks the car and everyone climbs out and make there way towards the hospital.
Once inside Arai decides to stop by the gift shop real quickly before buying a brown teddy bear with a blue bow and a balloon before paying the lady and heading up to Yugi's room. Pretty soon everyone makes it to Yugi's room only to stop when they hear talking coming from within the room.
'Those voices sound familiar one I know is Yami's but the other...it can't be... for the voice in question sounds like Yugi' thinks Arai, before deciding to confirm her thoughts as she silently pokes her head in the doorway and to her surprise she sees a smiling Yugi talking away with her brother.
Deciding that this was a perfect opportunity, Arai silently sneaks up behind Yami all the while trying to be quiet about the stunt she was going to do. Yugi who notices Arai decides to speak up only to stop when she suddenly shakes her head no.
So once up to them and close enough to Yami's shoulder Arai gently places the bear on his shoulder and begin speaking silly talk. "Oh look, Atemu has awaken the sleeping prince now what will he do?" asks Arai, which causes Yugi to giggle like crazy only to blush when he finally realized she was talking about him.
"HA, HA, HA very funny Arai" replies Yami. But deciding she wasn't done yet, Arai decides to do it once more, "Aw..is poor little Atemu mad? I guess I need to fix that" and with that Arai gives him a quick kiss on the check and then a hug, which while this was happening everyone else was laughing up a storm.
"But seriously when did he wake?" replies Arai. "About and hour after you left" answers Yami, so after getting her answer Arai moves over to Yugi all the time trying to be careful not to hurt him as she bends down to give him a hug before handing him the bear, which he takes happily before hugging the bear to his chest.
After a while Arai quickly introduces everyone to Yugi and Yugi to everyone else before asking Yami another question that was beginning to bug her. "Hey Yami when can Yugi leave?", "I say in about a couple of days depending how he's doing from his accident" replies Yami. "Cool, then I'll come and get him once he's ready to be released from the hospital" remarks Arai, and so for the rest of the day everyone decided to stay and visit with Yugi before it started to get late and Yugi to begin yawning signaling he was getting tired.
