We see him driving in his car with a serious but slightly sad expression on his face as a Spanish sounding song played in the radio something about that song it made this trip all the more difficult but he couldn't turn it off for some reason, he reached his destination and parked the car in front of the establishment getting out of the car he walked inside stopping in the check out part as the security searched for anything that could be used as a weapon*

Aizawa did just that and sure enough there he was talking with his mother, Aizawa sighed and looked back at hizashi who had his arm crossed*

We see Masaru in his chair his feet on top of his desk while he cracked nuts, on the other sided laid the hero association, the school board association, UA and his teachers, not to mention a couple other lawyers representing the students, the students were there with there parents, all in all around 30 to 50 were there while Masaru just cracked nuts without a care in the world while the judge was in between them unlike the first trial they all agreed of making this one a private affair they've been at it for almost 15 hours with Masaru not giving them an inch while the lawyers came back time after time with a new settlement offer *
Sakura:now Mr. Bakugo...

I mean my client suffered in every aspect imaginable he has multiple permanent disabilities, disabilities that could've been avoided if say recovery girl over took her hypocritic oath seriously but she didn't, disabilities if say you all did your jobs and actually investigated the claims but you didn't, disabilities he could've gotten treatment if he wasn't denied medical care when it happened which is illegal on so many levels, but let's move pass the injuries how about we go in to the fact that you put my client on the most extreme prison ever build when he should've been placed in a regular prison, or how about the fact that his name was sneered by everyone to the point that it will never be fixed honestly you're honor there's absolutely nothing they can say that will save them am i allowed to talk normally?
Judge; I'll allow it
Masaru:you all fucked up and you're not coming out of this without punishment you absolute sacks of shits
Lunch rush:now wait just a minute we're just as victim as Mr. Midoriya we were tricked by the TODOROKI family!!

The parents took a breath of relief and walked off with there children and lawyers, and then Masaru took his attention back to the other group and noticed something that made him frown*
Masaru:where is nezu, Aizawa and toshinori?
Sakura;due to there importance to the Japanese government they were deemed to important so you can't prosecute them the government has agreed however in exchange Midoriya will be allowed to have a restraining order on them and be giving a large some of money from each of the 3 savings and paycheck for the next 30 years
Masaru:hm... so the big fish got away huh? That yellow hair man looks crushed what's wrong buddy oh let me guess you were involved with one of them?
The smug tone on masaru's voice made hizashi bawl his fist as he remained with his eyes on the ground still in shocked and utterly betrayed by the situation*
Masaru:I've had enough judge I've giving you all the evidence even the most corrupt judge in the world couldn't deny the charges so please if you will

Judge:then i award Mr. Midoriya the amount in full further more the heroes of UA present will have there teaching license and hero license revoked and have to live out a 30 year sentence without parole with 15 on good behavior this case is over
The judge slammed the gabble and Masaru looked at everyone with shocked faces*
Masaru:now please do me a big favor and kindly get the fuck out my office

Hizashi:that man spend more then 15, hours without break and won everything he's gonna win this too no, my only option is to live out this sentence and mentally hate myself every day because i trusted you and not nemuri never come here again shouta because the man you loved died and you killed him
Hizashi got up and left with the other inmates leaving shouta Aizawa there alone with his thoughts and his regrets
Meanwhile with nemuri in Jamaica
We see her on the beach in a bikini her once dark purple hair now bleached to a bright blond, her face almost unrecognizable with all the plastic surgery she's done to not even look the same as she was*

Nemuri took her sunglasses off and got up with a loving smile seeing her daughter run up to her, life for nemuri was good or as she's now known mirasol de los santos life was real good her life as nemuri kayama left as just a distant memory a dream really, as she felt her husband kissed her cheek mirasol smile thankful she made the right choice and ran away*
