In his office, Phillip was angry hearing how his competition was doijg so well hissing needing to figure out what to do until he heard the door of his office opening seeing Rocket's birth-mom, Roxy there offering her assistance with his campaign making the otter-male excitable accepting her offer.
"Let's do this, and cement my reign as president, maybe emperor." he told her hearing her laughing evilly shaking his paw knowing this would be a good partnership surprised her runt of a son was running against Phillip seeing him nodding.
"My free-spirited sister, Lylla is his campaign manager and the Under Half-worlders love him." he told her.
