This is definitely where the Doctors are doing the most evil with the Wisps by mutating them into Nega-Wisps. They're violent and forced to carry out their evil plans. I won't stand for this any longer! I swear we'll save them, all of them!

Nega-Wisp Factory, Asteroid Coaster. Egg Planet Park.

BGM-Sonic Colors OST-Nega-Wisp Factory

Sonic runs through this ominous factory he discovered after being contacted by Spider-Man of its location. He stops to wonder, "What is this place?", before finding the webslinger standing alongside Ruby, Pit, and Human Torch on a cliffside.

"Sonic!" Ruby gestures him to come to their side, to show him the epitome of cruel animal abuse.

"Whoa…" Sonic joins his friends to stare in horrific disgust at countless, helpless Wisps, that just wanted to live their lives in peace, being siphoned of their very lifeforce that leads to them mutating into Nega-Wisps. "This is where they convert them into the strange…negative…aliens with the freaky energy." The hedgehog realized.

"The Doctors are modifying them to power their mind control device." Spider-Man said grimly.

"Those monsters! Rgh, when I get my hands on them…" Sonic growled expressively, furious at the doctors' unethical actions.

Just then, the flying Tails joins the scene with Yang and Palutena not too far behind. "Oh, there you are." Tails lands next to Sonic, "I thought we lost you for a second. Did you find…anything…interesting?", before shutting himself up in sad shock upon also noticing the cruel experiments done on their alien partners, "Look at all of them. They've captured thousands of aliens."

"I can sense them all. Their suffering is overwhelming. How could anyone in any universe be so cruel to creatures that just wanted peace?" Palutena frowned in grave sorrow.

"Don't worry. We'll get them out." Ruby assured her confidently.

"Guys, I haven't seen Yacker for a while." Yang frowned in worry.

"He's gone?!" Johnny realized in shock that their White Wisp friend has been missing for some time now. "You don't think…?" He wonders if he too was captured and transformed into a Nega-Wisp.

"I'm sure he's okay." Spidey assured his friends, "First, let's help these guys!"

And almost as if he was expecting something to go wrong, his Spider-Senses tingle in time to warn him of Silver Sable rushing at the heroes with her dual handguns. Everyone dodges her shots, but Spidey was kicked into a wall. Sable corners him with her guns just as the other heroes threatens her with their unique powers, resulting in a tense stalemate between both parties. "You harassed my men, destroyed my equipment, and cost my clients MILLIONS. Give me one good reason I should not kill you all right now." The fearless mercenary threatened the Avengers.

"Listen. We don't like you, you don't like us. But your clients are draining innocent creatures of their power to brainwash everyone on our worlds. Symkaria won't be spared. Even if it is, they'll just use the rest of the world to conquer it. You don't want to put your own people at risk, do you?" Spidey said to calmly reason with her. It seems to be working as he spots her suspicious glance at the factory, "Capturing aliens will just get innocents caught in the crossfire. That's never been your style. We can fight each other, or we can stop them from doing that. But, not both."

His words are sound and truthful to her ears as Sable puts away her guns in regret and allows Spidey to breathe better. "This mean we're good?" He asked her.

"Just go and shut down the generator. Mysterio will be waiting. I'll pretend you were not here." Sable replied sternly, finally joining the heroes' side.

"Works for me." Spidey muttered.

"Can you also tell your men to stop shooting at us?" Pit asked.

"I make no promises." Sable retorted whilst walking away.

Sonic then says to Tails, "Keep an eye on things here, buddy…We have a generator to shut down.", before everyone leaves a concerned Tails looking at the captured aliens.

Spider-Man leads his Dimensional Avengers out of the Nega-Wisp Factory to begin their search for the last tractor beam generator. Spidey and Palutena pushes their psychic senses to the limit in hopes of finding it faster, but so far they sense nothing, see nothing, and hear nothing except the Eggman PA system that still thinks it's funny, 'THE SPACE SICKNESS YOU WILL EVENTUALLY GET IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EGGMAN'S INCREDIBLE INTERSTELLAR AMUSEMENT PARK OR ITS SUBSIDIARIES. SEND ANY COMPLAINTS TO THE INVENTOR OF SPACE. THANK YOU.'

"Should've asked Sable for directions. Where could that last generator be? There's too much space." Johnny wondered.

Just then, Palutena senses something odd up north, "Feels like something's hidden away in here…" The heroes go and investigate the area, where everything is quiet until they find the three Secret Avengers they met on this planet. "It's you guys." Palutena recognized her old allies.

"We've been waiting, Dimensional Avengers." greeted Shadow the Hedgehog, standing stoically as usual beside Omega and Winter Schnee.

"Shadow and Omega? And Winter? What are you three doing?" The shocked Ruby asked them.

"Location found: Eggman's secret ride." Omega answered, gesturing them to a skeletal roller coaster.

"A secret ride?" Ruby remarked.

"The Doctors seem to be hiding something there." Winter informed.

"Hiding what? The generator?" Spidey wondered.

"Well, I guess we'll know that once we go see it." Sonic replied, deciding they should investigate this ride for answers.

BGM-Sonic Colors: Ultimate OST- Asteroid Coaster: Act 3 (Remix)

All aboard the skeleton coaster. The two Avengers teams collaborate for this investigation mission as they hop onto their seats before the secretive ride starts moving. Dimensional Avengers wait in excited anticipation, in contrast to the Secret Avengers' serious expectations. The coaster goes up the track, slow and steady. But once it reaches that first slope, it roars loudly whilst falling down at an extreme velocity.

"WHOOOOOOAHOHOHOOOOO! YEAAAAAAHAHAHAHA!" The Dimensional Avengers screamed ecstatically, with some like Ruby flailing their arms in the air and others like Pit's face struggling to endure the sheer speed they're experiencing.

Again, the Secret Avengers show no emotion except boring apathy. That all changed once they realize their coaster is about to run out of track, quickly prompting Winter to spot another coaster riding parallel to their own and shouts, "JUMP TO THE LEFT!", at her friends. Everyone complies, leaving their old ride to fall into the vacuum of space, but they're not out of the woods yet. There are multiple tracks on this ride, all with their own skeleton coaster, some that lead to bottomless pits. The Avengers are being super careful here if they wish to survive to the end, knowing the right moments to jump over pits and the best moments to switch coasters.

"Never ridden roller coasters so complex before!" Yang commented.

"I know! Why did they keep this one a secret?! This is super fun!" Johnny grinned.

"Only because you can fly yourself out of a bottomless pit!" Spidey snarked.

"Enough talk! We have incoming!" Shadow shouted, prompting everyone to notice several flying skulls trying to strike them from both sides. Palutena casts a Reflect Barrier to her left while Winter conjures a protective glyph to her right, both deflecting the skulls as far away from their ride so they would never again be a bother. Only one skull remains, and it attempts to finish them off by ramming toward their front. Most of the heroes scream for their lives, but not Shadow and Omega. They prefer to combine their firepower and use it to blast apart the massive skull just mere seconds before it crashes into them. Everyone is safe. Some sighing in relief. At least the ride is almost over as it's readying itself to park inside a hidden planetoid.

"That was exhilarating. Let's never do it again." Spidey joked.

BGM-Transformers: Devastation OST-Operation Obliteration

After getting off the coaster, the Avengers begin exploring the interior of this mysterious planetoid until they find something interesting. They did, and it appears to be a laboratory that was experimenting on some dangerous secrets, as well as containing the blue Chaos Emerald in a containment field. "Look, the Chaos Emerald!" Ruby noticing, stealing the 6th emerald for her team.

"Okay, so what else they got hiding in here?" Sonic wondered.

"Give me just one second and I'll crack their system wide open." Using his amazing brain, Spidey hacks into the computer system in a breeze and reads out records for his friends to listen carefully, "Discovered where they're hiding the generator. And something else…" He then quotes, "'Project 'Mother' a success…Massive energy source secured. 'Mother' beyond control. Subject escaped. Current whereabouts unknown.'"

"Project Mother?" Pit questioned, curious to know more about it.

"Looks like the results from some experiment." Spidey said.

"Whatever it is, sounds like it's long gone." Yang commented grimly.

Shadow scoffs, "Disappointing haul for a promising lead."

"Well, every little bit helps. Thanks, you three." Sonic smiled at his Secret Avengers allies.

"Remaining time: scarce. Hurry!" Omega urges the Dimensional Avengers to destroy the tractor beam generator.

"We will. C'mon, gang!" said Sonic before racing out of the lab.

"Hey, wait up! Soniiic!" Spidey screams while the team scrambles to catch up with him.

"Finally, a little peace and quiet." Shadow said, feeling more laxed now that it's just him with Winter and Omega.

"For now." Winter claimed sternly, "'Mother' must be the Giant Wisp that Nova is looking for. Let's rendezvous with the others to hunt it down before it is too late."

"Right. Spider-Man's team can handle the Doctors." Shadow said, placing great faith in the kids to defeat the Masters of Evil.

"Unable to process. According to data, our combined ability equals the Dimensional Avengers'. We can kill two birds with one stone." Omega commented, with his arrogance believing the Secret Avengers are capable of defeating both the Doctors and hunting the Giant Wisp.

"That just goes to show that data won't tell you everything." Shadow replied, eliciting a little smile from the stern Schnee.

"Does not compute…" Omega retorted, just left stumped.

Later…

BGM-Sonic Colors OST-Sugar Armada Appears

At long last, after surviving so many death traps and enduring the most dangerous amusement park rides this universe has to offer, the Dimensional Avengers have finally located the final tractor beam generator. Waiting for them is its Super Badnik guardian, the Frigate Skullian. And standing atop it like a confident showman is the last of the Sinister Six, the Master of Hallucination, Mysterio.

"Hey! We heard a rumor that there was an evil genius terrorizing aliens around here, but all we can see is a bubble-headed has-been playing with his robot toy." Spider-Man quipped at his old foe.

"Mock me all you want, wall-crawler. It will make no difference. Your dimensions are doomed and it is Mysterio who will provide the grand finish!" Mysterio retorted confidently.

"Actually, we had a meeting about the script without you and decided that the ending you want just isn't working for us…We're all in agreement that we should just clobber you instead." Sonic snarked while taunting him with stretches.

"You can try all you want, but don't expect success against the malevolent magical mayhem of Mysterio!" Mysterio responded, growing frustrated with their mocking of him.

"You supercrooks just love talking in the third person. If you want to run away from being further humiliated, please feel free. There's no shame in it…" Sonic joked.

"Well, maybe a little shame." Ruby snarked slyly, angering the supervillain to further heights.

"Too angry to talk back?" Spidey taunted.

"I prefer my actions to speak for me!" Mysterio unleashes a strange purple mist onto the battlefield that consumes everyone. When it dissipates, the heroes are shocked to find Mysterio has grown gigantic and cackling maniacally, "AHAHAHAHAAAAA!", with he and Frigate Skullian ready to start the greatest killer show of their lives.

"Yowza! Fair enough. Don't say we didn't warn you." Spidey quipped, with his unintimidated team just as ready to cancel his show once and for all.

BGM-Sonic Colors: Ultimate OST-Vs. Orcan & Skullian (Remix)

A purple energy road is formed endlessly for the Dimensional Avengers that can't fly as the heroes pursue Mysterio and the Frigate Skullian. Mysterio stays in the background of space to taunt his enemies, "YOU WON'T BELIEVE YOUR EYES WHEN YOU SEE WHAT I'VE GOT IN STORE FOR YOU!", before using his illusions to conjure an army of Sinister Soldiers sharing his color scheme to support his Super Badnik on the road.

"Sinister Soldiers painted with your ego? Lame!" Spidey snarked. He and Yang wham on the Soldiers amid their run and keep doing so until Frigate Skullian intercepts by firing its dual-barreled machine guns. Sonic and Ruby counterattack, launching homing attacks on the machine guns until they explode. This forces the warship to flee through a portal that sends out asteroids to keep all four heroes at bay, with Sonic dodging them all until he accidently crashes into an enlarged fist conjured by the laughing Mysterio. Skullian reappears above the heroes with more machine guns that focus on the dazed hedgehog, leaving it up to the Semblance-powered Ruby to save him. Skullian then charges up a meteorite hammer that would've slammed Yang if she didn't reflect it with a powerful explosive punch, causing cargo boxes to fall and for Spidey to swiftly web-throw them back with the sensational force to reveal 12 robots powering the vessel.

"Something's wrong! I'm using my best ranged weapon and it's still not reaching him! It's like he's at the end of space!" noted Pit, flying in pursuit of the giant Mysterio with his Flintlock Staff that fails to land any blow on him.

"It's his illusions messing with our heads! Can't tell if that one's real!" Human Torch stated.

"BOW BEFORE MYSTERIO'S MIGHT!" Mysterio taunted, conjuring floating eyeballs that overwhelm the flying Avengers with lasers, alongside summoning smaller clones of himself that give Palutena a hard time until she strikes back with energy blasts.

The destruction of his clones seems to damage the giant Mysterio somehow, which inspires a strategy in Palutena's gasping head. "It's his clones! They're linked to the original! Destroying them should weaken the illusion!" She informed her allies.

"Awesome! Let's roast this show!" Johnny grinned eagerly.

Following Palutena's example, the Avengers focus their firepower on the Mysterio Clones. Human Torch burns a few that causes pain for Beck to feel. Palutena shines her light on several more that causes a greater pain in Beck than before. Pit fires off a storm of arrows that decimate copies by the dozen, all while devastating the showman to the point of screaming in agony. "YOU AVENGERS HAVE CAUSED ME MORE THAN ENOUGH TROUBLE! I'M FINISHED TOLERATING YOUR INSOLENCE!" Mysterio exclaimed furiously at their annoying attempts to defeat him.

"Ok, well, how about we make a deal then? You shut down your Wisp Factory, and we promise that we'll put a Blu-Ray player in your windowless cell! Sound good?" Sonic snarked.

"YOU ARE IN NO POSITION TO TRY AND BARGAIN WITH ME. YOUR ENTIRE UNIVERSES WILL SUBMIT TO OUR CONTROL! MY ONLY REGRET IS THAT I SHALL KILL YOU BEFORE YOU CAN SEE IT HAPPEN!" Mysterio threatened arrogantly.

"Fine, but don't say we didn't try to be reasonable!" Pit quipped.

Desperate, Mysterio activates his Wisp Armor to harness a Color Power that should crush his enemies by any means necessary. He goes as far as to access Purple Frenzy, gifting his costume with a new sinister purple color scheme and a demonic face that looks intimidating from within his helmet. "Hey! You almost look like a threat now!" Yang mocked.

"CAN'T STOP ME! THE SHOW MUST GO ON!" Purple Frenzy Mysterio tries out a new move that claws space and unleashes shockwaves way too fast for the flying Avengers to avoid. Those three are knocked out for a moment, leaving the runners to be staring at a large Purple Frenzy dog charging at their front with one humongous bite. The four jumps over the illusion just as Frigate Skullian shoots them down, with Spidey and the spinballing Sonic recovering on time for the former to kick the latter at the flying robot with the epic force to drop a Violet Wisp Capsule.

"All yours, kid!" Sonic tosses the alien for Ruby to catch. She then absorbs the Nega-Wisp that transforms herself as well as her weapon, granting it the destructive power to generate a black hole that slowly swallows up Frigate Skullian.

"STOP! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" The horrified Mysterio shouted.

"Cancelling your show!" snarked Ruby, sucking parts of the robot until her weapon grows marvelous enough to consume the Frigate Skullian in all its entirety. And while he's distracted, Human Torch finishes off the remaining Mysterio clones that dispels the giant Mysterio, revealing the smaller, real Mysterio flying ahead of the heroes.

"No more tricks! This is it!" Spidey claimed, web-zipping to the sky to finish off his nemesis.

"On the contrary!" Purple Frenzy Mysterio quickly traps his foe in an energy sphere that is filling up with a deadly toxic gas, "This mist infused with the Nega-Wisp will chew you from the inside out!"

"NO!" Spidey exclaimed, feeling himself dying from his poisonous gas.

"Mwahahahahahaha!" Mysterio cackles maniacally, unaware that his last resort is about to be foiled by Yang and Palutena.

"I'll end this once and for all!" Yang declared, thrown into the air by Pit as she swiftly envelops her fists with the blue flames of Resonance Blaze.

Just as Palutena grabs the illusionist from behind with her staff, Mysterio shouts, "Impossi-!", until he was cut off by Yang smashing open his helmet with flaming roaring fury that also purges him of the Dark Color Power. "RRAAAAAAAAAARGH…!" The helmetless Mysterio roars out his last act of furious defiance as he allows himself to fall to the vacuum of space, where he won't be seen or heard from for quite a while.

"That takes care of this place." Spider-Man stated after being freed from Mysterio's trap.

"That should put a stop to this Wisp-draining insanity!" Ruby proclaimed victoriously.

BGM-Sonic Colors OST-Free From Nega-Wisp Factory

Finally, the last tractor beam generator is shutting down. The Dimensional Avengers land victoriously beside it as Sonic jokes, "Whew! That was almost difficult.", before Tails arrives to congratulate them all.

"Guys! You did it!" Tails smiled proudly.

"Couldn't have done it without you, buddy!" The grateful Sonic replied as they all walk.

"Thanks. Hey, we all deserve some kind of reward." Tails said.

"Yeah! Let's go to an amusement park or something!" Spidey quipped.

Tails chuckles, "Right. But, one that's, y'know, less evil than this one.", causing everyone to share a heartwarming laugh.

"So, are all the aliens getting free?" Ruby asked the fox.

"Looks like it. Once the power went off the locks vanished." Tails answered, before expressing a concerned frown, "I hope Yacker's OK."

"I think he'll be fine." Sonic assured his little brother, "You don't think the weapon you were shot with still works?"

"Not without power flowing to it. I think we're all good." Tails answered surely.

"That's what I like to hear." Spidey said, as it's finally time for the team to leave the liberated Asteroid Coaster.

Shortly After…

BGM-Sonic Colors OST-Broken Chains

The Dimensional Avengers are riding the Egg Shuttle back to Tropical Resort after an exhausting day of running across multiple planets. As they relax, Pit looks out the window to catch a breathtaking view of their accomplishments, "Guys, look at this!" Everyone joins him in watching all five tractor beams beginning to flicker on and off. Planet Wisp. Aquarium Park. Sweet Mountain. Starlight Carnival. Asteroid Coaster. One by one the chains that anchored them to the Egg Planet Park disappear, forever freeing them from the Masters of Evil's tyranny.

"SWEET! The tractor beams are gone! The planets are free!" Tails smiled happily.

"We did it! We saved the Wisps!" Human Torch expressed victoriously.

"WOOHOO!" Ruby exclaimed with overwhelming joy.

"BOOYAH!" Yang smiles with so much cheerfulness that can't be contained even while hugging her little sister.

"All right!" Spidey shouted, exchanging bro-fists with Johnny.

"I'm so proud of everyone!" Palutena grinned proudly.

"Was there ever any doubt? I mean, really? Great job, team." smiled Sonic, as the heroes share one huge amazing high-five for a job well done.

Tropical Resort.

BGM-Sonic Colors OST-Finally Go Home?

Countless Wisps are seen flying around with their happiest expressions ever now that their planets are freed from evil. It's all thanks to their amazing new friends in the Dimensional Avengers that risked their lives traveling between planets and harnessing their powers to defeat the monsters that were holding them captive. Their heroes are just as happy to see them okay, as expressed by Ruby's smile, "They're so happy!"

"With all the generators destroyed, we can blow this joint and head home. We did it dudes!" Tails said to his dimensional friends.

The teasing Human Torch chuckles, "We? I don't remember you fighting off any insane robots and costumed crazies."

"True. Well, good job to you on inventing a translator that allowed us to speak to the aliens and figure out exactly what we needed to do so we weren't running around the park looking like idiots. Oh no wait, that was me." Tails snarked back.

"Hm…Good point." Johnny smiled.

"Either way, we can get out of this crazy place and go home." Sonic said.

Before that, the Wisps wants them to stay a little longer as they start flying around their saviors. "Looks like the aliens are happy to be going home too. Uh, I think we're in the middle of a party." Spider-Man believed.

"The middle? We ARE the party. I think we're their guests of honor." Sonic retorted.

"Totally." Spidey agreed wholeheartedly, joining his friends in partying alongside their newfound alien friends. Blissfully unaware of the endgame that approaches.

BGM-Sonic Colors OST-Options Screen

KFX Here: Five generators destroyed. Five planets saved. Five of the Sinister Six beaten to a pulp. This could only mean that Doctor Octopus, as well as Eggman, are ready to unleash their last resort. The final battle with the Dimensional Doctors is next, folks!

Nathan Ramos: Each member of Team RWBY now has their own unique abilities. Ruby has her Silver Eyes. Weiss has the Super Norn Stone from God Mission RX. Blake can use ISO-8 to create cosmic clones that can teleport (displayed during Spider-Island RX). And now Yang has Resonance Blaze.

Braewriter of Rewriting: There won't be that many crossover powers. There's X-Aura (based on X-Factor from Marvel vs. Capcom 3) for Spider-Man. Resonance Blaze for Yang. Weiss and Lucina have their Super Norn Stones from the God Mission RX storyline. And everyone else is allowed access to the Exo Stones.
