Tony was sitting in his private jet once more, he'd been doing a lot of traveling as late between Malibu, New Mexico, New York and now India he couldn't help but be relived he gave CEO-ship over to Pepper. Even now his plate was crammed with things to do and this was his only opening as of late, thinking it the best to capitalize on his down time to visit Dr. Banner himself he was feeling a little jittery.

Bedsides the whole turning into a raging green monster he was a fan of Banner's work. On the ride over he brushed up on his more favorite pieces Banner had a hand in or made himself and as the time ticked away he could feel the bubbling of anticipation rising.

Hopefully the dear doctor would be amiable to him because he knew for a fact that he didn't want SHIELD bothering the guy. Being cornered by them was hardly good for the heart. Bruce and he agreed it was best he go as himself for the least provoking chance which was low key hilarious to think about, him being non-provoking? Weirder things have happened he supposed.

It was too bad he couldn't hand General Ross' head to gift his soon to be buddy but for all that it was obvious the man was sketchy and was the reason Banner was the way he was Tony's hands were tied for once. The bastard had way too many powers that be on his side even if Tony were to have concrete evidence.

What the billionaire did have was the ability to give Banner a place to relax without worry that he'd be arrested or snatched off the road or have a swat team randomly drop in. Sometimes being who Tony was came in handy and he had just as many tricks up his sleeve as Mr. General not to mention a spy agency alliance, that helped too.

They already went over the way he'd interact with Banner, although Tony wanted to go in designer glasses shining, pressed suit freshly cut from his private designer but Bruce denied him his fun. Instead he had JARVIS give him some clothes that wouldn't stand out too much in the area he was going to hunt Banner in. Something about not wanting to fight off pickpockets and people targeting him for his flashiness. Tony thought he was silly, pickpockets would try no matter who or what came by.

Granted once Bruce brought up the fact Banner would not take kindly to having attention drawn to himself he gave way. Bruce even wondered about feigning injury (or not so feigning) to get seen by the doctor but that was pushed aside, they didn't want to meet the guy through subterfuge, it was why they were greeting him and not SHIELD after all.

Instead, Tony would have his suit in pieces flying high in the sky ready to come at his call should things take a turn into shits creek. A suitcase would draw anyone's attention but he couldn't go in without some precautions. Tony might have blind faith in Bruce's ability in keeping him alive while also having faith he wouldn't make Banner's fight response kick in. But that didn't mean Bruce would allow such negligence, if Tony was the reason Banner freaked out it was his responsibility to ensure the guy didn't hurt anyone.

As he pondered things Tony admired his wristband, it was a real beaut, a genius in engineering. To be able to call forth his suit, without having a suspicious lanky case in his hand all the time. It still had some refinement to go through but for now he felt comfortable trying it out in the upcoming interaction.

They were as prepped as they could be to meet Dr. Banner so he allowed his mind to drift, to a while back when he met with Dr. Foster and her assistant, as he gave them a deal of a life time and after having them agree to work for him, how he had them go into more detail as to what happened that lead to a god falling from the sky.

Darcy, he remembered complained about it, saying they told everything to that mean shield agent. Tony was fast to let them know that though he was a consultant he was by no means in bed with them. They did their own thing and he did his better. Eventually he did get the girls to talk, the best Thai food delivery helped loosen tongues more than any poking and prodding. Once she was more comfortable Foster was quite the story teller.

Tony and Bruce had a categorized list of the whole event and they went over it with a fine toothed comb. Any information on life outside their planet was precious. The key points were Thor recently went through a botched coronation, meaning they had a system based on royalty of sorts.

Apparently Thor did something that made his father banish him and locked him out of his godly powers until he changed his ways or stuck it out as a mortal. Foster explained why he couldn't pick up his hammer when he tired though Tony found it very fairy tale like that Thor needed to relearn the ability to use his own weapon.

After some culture clashes and getting used to his loss of godliness that was when Thor's brother sent that metal monster to kill him while Thor was weak but only ended up giving him the tools needed to require the rights to his powers and hammer once more.

The four others who were with Thor were his close friends who came back to warn him and tell him of his brother's treachery. Last Foster knew of him was that Thor and his comrades went to overthrow his bothers reign and it was chancy if he would come back.

Wherever Thor was from was about as complex as your run of the mill Victorian era soap opera. With harsh punishments but finicky requirements to reclaim ones honor as if realizing some part of themselves was enough to overwrite any wrong doings they did.

Not that the girls knew what Thor did in detail or if it was even worth being banished for or if it was too kind in its punishment. Ultimately it felt like the god was put in time out and told to think about his actions and once he said sorry he could have a cookie. Tony wasn't sure if Thor was an ancient being or actually still a child in his own cultures eyes.

Having not been known to bother earth in their downtime Tony wasn't sure if it mattered who won the kingship but it was better the guy who got along with some humans and fought alongside them than the person who sent a fuckall machine to kill his own brother, humans likely not even a foot note.

Whatever else those alien gods were, they did not see earth as a threat and from what he has seen Tony could agree but that didn't mean humans couldn't do damage if forced. For now it was better to be looked down on and able to surprise them than be taken as a threat. At the moment Tony was appeased with what they learned, all the more reason they got some assets on their side that could trump anything that might come their way.

As the hum of the jet told him he was close to his destination he cracked his knuckles, just you wait Dr. Banner.

Tony Stark was on his way.
