:Chapter Start:

League of Villians Bar Hide out-a few days later.

Hands stepped through a portal made by the cloud guy into a bar, your standard basement bar, with only one occupant. The black cloud reformed into a bartender with Black Cloud's misty head and brace. The single occupant of the bar was a Gangular in human disguise. Hands spoke, "Your monster was useless!" struggling to clench his robotic hand.

The Gangular turns to Hands and says with Gauche's voice, "Oh, Shiguraki dear, I know that Free help is not always the best. In this case It was one of my experiments that I wanted to see how it held up. Which I will have to try again," Gauche hums to herself in thought. Gauche's disguise was highly attractive super model who had been Quirkless, not that anyone knew as the person apparently faked it until she won a modelling contract.

Shiguraki growls and asks in anger, "Then give us something that can kill All Might."

Gauche frowns before stating, "This is why we are performing experiments for this task. Did you recover the item I requested, Kurogiri?"

The Cloud man, Kurogiri created a portal on the ground summoning the destroyed Safe from their failed assassination attempt. "This was all that remained."

Gauche hummed happily before stating, "This is all I wanted of the failure. Once I have another Ganglar ready for you, I will bring it right over," with that she finished her drink before grabbing the safe and walking through an invisible portal, like walking through cling wrap.

Shiguraki growls before having a drink poured for him by Kurogiri while stating, "I should have just crushed her throat."

The television that was not plugged in suddenly turned on and a black helmeted individual spoke with a clear robotic tinge as they no longer had vocal cords, "Unfortunately Shiguraki, we need her. Atleast until we get all the Quirks we need for our ultimate plan." Shiguraki growls but accepted his masters plan. The voice then states, "Considering the LupinRangers apparently know about me, then they will need to be destroyed as well."

Bistro Jurer-The next Morning-Saturday

Uraraka, Idda and Inko were preparing the cafe for the day's business for the Saturday rush as it was there most busy day of the week, mainly due to UA being so close and the students were able to head off campus. Where was Izuku in this, he was out to collect supplies for the day, having taken Good Striker. Idda proceeded to set the chairs down around the tables while Uraraka was examining all the glasses were cleaned properly while Inko prepared the what ingredients they had.

Idda looks at the time and sighs as he says, "Izuka is taking way too long. As usual."

Uraraka comments, "You do remember what he is doing every time he leaves." Inko was silent as they continued to talk.

Idda sighs before stating, "Yes, he is watching everyone in public," Idda does not say the 'what' he is truly looking for. Idda then comments, "Though the number of books in his room, he wrote himself is alarmingly accurate."

Uraraka hums before stating, "A couple minutes against a Gangular, Hero or Villain, next thing you know Izuku has already made a plan to counter them. Even that guy in Red with the Brain Washing Quirk," When Ichigo used their Quirk it went through the suits and did affect Uraraka, only to be knocked back before it could be realised. Uraraka then adds, "Considering that we managed to get the collection piece long before the police showed up, from now on it may not be as easy."

Idda nods before stating, "We have to be extremely more careful."

Inko mutters quietly, "because lives are at stake" concern for her son and his friends.

With Izuka and Good Striker-Half way from the store that moment.

Izuku was holding several bags of groceries while Good Striker was sitting on his shoulder. Izuky was wearing a pair of sun glasses to hide his eyes as he searched through the crowds for anyone suspicious. They did not find anyone suspicious but Izuku did run into one person, "Kogure-san?" with his Limo again.

Kogure looks to Izuku and says, "Care for a lift to work."

Izukus sighs and gets into the car after grabbing Good Striker while saying, "We need Good Striker to collect the collection pieces." Izuku defended Good Striker as they get into the Limo. Izuku finally asks after a couple minutes of travel, "So, what do you have for us?"

Kogure simply states, "News of my Asui, have reached the press but my contact in the International Hero Association has yet to considering capturing the Ganglars, and do not agree that of the chance of a civilian being caught."

Izuku frowns before asking, "Is she in danger?"

"Many have called for her incarceration," Kogure states before admitting, "Fortunately calmer heads prevailed. After blood tests, medical exams and physicals, it found that she had been preserved in a set of modified hibernation. The Safe's on the Gangular was successful in preserving her body resulting in the girl not aging. Unfortunately you and the others have become popular," Kogure hands Izuku a Magazine with a picture of all three Lupin Rangers on the cover.

Izuku chuckles at the sight before stating, "Outsider Hero Magazine. The only hero magazine not controlled by the NHA and sold around the world," he looks at a couple pages before humming as he says, "Impressive, some of their theories are pretty close."

Kogure simply nods before stating, "Unfortunately Ganglar activity has been slow. We will have to wait for some time. Specifically for the UA sports festival."

"Where some of the best Quirks are put on display," Izuku countered before sighing and stating, "Considering All Might will be there we have to be extra careful if a Ganglar does show up and we have to collect the piece and destroying any Ganglar will have to be a secondary concern," Izuku did not like that before commenting, "Perhaps those others with VS Changers."

Kogure hums before stating, "Unfortunately, I have to request this of you," Izuku looks at him for a moment before he gives a sad laugh.

Izuku states, "I would have to do it alone."

Kogure nods before stating, "But that is no different than when you first recovered. For now though, you should rest for when the next Ganglar is discovered." Izuku simply nods as they reach the cafe.

Izuku simply stated, "I wonder how the heroes are handling this situation."

Kogure simply counters with, "You were able to master all of Asine Lupines skills within a months of your original recovery, while Idda and Uraraka are still mastering said skills. Then again, you were able to convince me you were ready a couple months before you were even ready."

Izuku simply says, "The Ganglars did not wait for someone to be ready to fight them. They sure as hell would not wait for us to be ready," with that Izuku stepped out the Limo with Good Striker to get to work.

UA Training gym-that time.

Ichigou and Nigou were currently shooting at black blue ghosts appearing around the concrete pillars training to hit targets before they could attack the civilian targets being balloons of simular colours. These two had been training for hours while there Third Member had apparently gone to his previous home room class to train their Quirk.

Nezu was standing nearby with a cup of tea before clearing their throat and speaking, "That is enough you two. Power Loader has completed your new Dormitory and control room." With that Ichigou and Nigou followed their principle while the two teachers helping them cleared the Gym.

Ichigou and Nigou powered down their Ranger forms as Shinso asks, "Why are we getting our own Dorm?"

"It will also be acting as a Command Centre for your future missions and Investigations. There is also specialised training rooms and specialised teaching rooms along with a trusted police presence to assist with training and command. They will be joining us around the Sports Festival which at this time is one hundred percent optional but you won't be able to get any work place placements."

Hatsumei simply asks, "Will I still be able to show off my Babies?"

Nezu hums before stating, "Well there is nothing stopping you from doing that. But you will be expected to keep the VS Changers with you at all times." Shinso and Hatsumei nods at this before Nezu states, "For now it is time to introduce you to your new co worker," Nezu leads the pair into the main office where they see four computer stations a desk facing the entrance, clearly for the boss, where between it and a large table without chairs was a wooden crate. Nezu gestured for Shinso to open the crate resulting in the discovery of a white robot activating where Nezu spoke, "This is Jim Carter, an Assistant Robot who will assistant with deployment, investigation, finances, paperwork and security of UA Police division."

Hatsumei was about to ask a question before Jim simply states, "No, you may not disassemble me. My designs will be added to the Commandd Centre's main server. If you want a project though, the 3D material part Scanner should already ready for us," everyone blinked as Hatsumei had vanished into thin air.

Shinso simply asks, "For now though I would like to have some more practice with the equipment."

Nezu simply says, "Then I would recommend that you take Jim to make scans of your VS Vehicle to make the simulator of the VS Vehicles."

This was when Jim and Shinso proceeded to get scans and practice of using the VS Vehicle to get basic controls and weapons. The with the help of Hatsumei they made a trio of simulation booths practice. They would not see Neito until the Monday for classes.

Yeah a short chapter but I have limited time at the moment to actually write individual chapters.
