Author's Note: I am SO sorry it took me so long to get this up! I am currently working on raising money for a summer trip. But never fear, I wholly plan to finish this before I leave for seven weeks! If not… then… Just send me a thousand PMs until I answer and get back to it. 'XD Hope you enjoy this episode!

Potato Stew

Needed:

Potatoes (enough for your group; best are small in size)
Carrots (several, large)
Celery (five stalks)
Onion (one, chopped)
Beans or peas (two handfuls still in pods)
Favorite potato seasoning and salt to taste
Fresh brace of coneys, skinned and deboned
Rabbit broth (enough to almost fill your pot after everything else has been put in)
Butter (a tad)
Pot with lid (big enough to feed your family one meal)
Spatula
Ladle
Knife (and chopping board if desired or one is handy)

Instructions:

Cut meat into cubes, and brown in butter and potato seasonings in your pot. Scrape the bottom of the pot so that the drippings are loose, and add potatoes, beans, and onion. Chop celery and carrots into one-inch sticks (or just ask Merry to break them for you) and add them in. Fill the pot with broth until about an inch is left unfilled. Stir, Then put the lid on and let stew for two to three hours, stirring occasionally.
