DISCLAIMER: I don't own anything from the Naruto universe. This Natsumi is mine, though. So is Ichika! And little Haruka.

Many Hours Later -

Natsumi wanted to maim Sarutobi Biwako. She was also furious that Sakumo hadn't done it for her! How dare that woman not only allow her pups to be so quickly promoted through the Academy but encourage them - to have TRICKED them - into doing it while their mother was away.

"Natsumi, you need to calm down. And you KNOW you need to stop using your chains," Sakumo scolded.

The endlessly pregnant (she felt) kunoichi glared and stuck out her tongue at him. She had all three sleeping pups balanced precariously in her arms, had no clones going, and was only using one tiny chain to help her support them. "I should kick your ass."

Sakumo let out a tired sigh, internally agreeing with his STILL riled up but awake - thank God - wife, and flopped down beside her before pulling Kakashi against his side. He tried not to smirk when Natsu scooted over to lean against him, too; Kakashi was sandwiched nicely between them. Apparently, she wasn't THAT mad at him. "I've missed our puppy piles. Release the chain now, woman."

"Hai, hai," Natsumi agreed with widened blue eyes, letting the chain disappear. She liked when he used that tone with her but was always surprised (and usually turned on) by it. She groaned with relief and tried to get more comfortable after the chain disappeared. "I… How can we allow this to happen? –They can't yet become Genins! I don't care if they've got the supposed skills and test scores, Sake: they're just babies. Look at them!" Gazing down at her sleeping children she didn't see anything about them that looked "shinobi" other than the masks, maybe. Although Cheeky's pink mask makes her look like a naughty little princess. She brought Haruka's head up to her lips, kissing her forehead.

Natsumi had nearly lost it when Haruka had warily toddled up to her. She'd missed her first steps! And now she was wearing a mask, too! –Her baby hadn't seemed to quite remember her until she scented her, then she began sobbing before eventually grabbing her tiny little nose, rubbing it furiously. Natsumi let out a sob of her own, ignoring (that inconsiderate when it came to the Academy virile jerk,) Sakumo, as she tried to get herself under control. All three of the little ones had let out shuddering little whines while they slept so it wouldn't do for her to cry.

"You wewe ashweep fow so wong, Kaa-chan," Ichika scolded her mother.

Natsumi bit her trembling bottom lip, silently weeping, as she was finally able to hold them again: one twin in each arm. She'd hardly been able to understand what Cheeky had said before that sentence and Natsumi hoped that her daughter's speech hadn't regressed. Hopefully, she was only difficult to understand because she was so emotional. Kakashi, always more prone to worry and negative thoughts than his twin, whispered what he'd feared into her ear. She noted that his mask was down, too.

"I thought you died," he breathed. "Then you came home and you wouldn't wake up."

"I'm so sorry, Kakashi! I'm SO sorry, Ichika! I missed you and your little sister so much!"

"God, Sake! You SAW how they reacted to me being in the hospital! They're not prepared to be ninjas."

Sakumo understood how she felt; he really did. Despite their earlier training, his pups had somehow remained so innocent and sweet. Each might be a handful on their own (and they were) but together, they were different: better. Unless they're trying to drive me insane. He also wished they lived in a world where their kids had real-life heroes that were something other than shinobis so that, perhaps, they'd wish to be something else.

Ichika and Kakashi didn't know anything else, though. And there was nothing left at the Academy for them to learn. He thought that needed to change but couldn't do anything about it right now. Having Cheeky and Kashi simply sit in class all day, learning nothing, seemed like a terrible idea. God only knew what trouble Ichika would get into, especially. "Sandaime-sama has mentioned apprenticeships for all of them."

"All?" Natsumi asked.

"Aa. Kakashi's graduating with perfect scores and tied with Nawaki for Rookie of the Year. Ichika was a few points behind them." Sakumo drew his fingers through his wife's beautiful hair, wondering what she was thinking. She looked so pained by all of this and maybe he should've nipped this graduation thing in the bud when he first got back - but he'd been so overwhelmed with caring for all three of them and keeping up his duties, plus seeing to his nearly comatose wife… Plus there was the whole thing with Obito-kun and Gai-kun: they were way too enamored with his little girl.

"What were you like when you graduated from the Academy?" Sakumo asked. It was still very hard to believe that Natsumi was from a future Konoha. –Or that she believed she was, anyway.

Natsumi sighed and shook her head. "I was 7 when I got out. I was the last one allowed to graduate that early; the minimum age to graduate was moved to 12 after that." She looked at him and smiled sadly. "I was apprenticed to a Jonin who'd been experimented on and had wood release: he's Tsunade's baby, in fact, although I don't know how." She couldn't look at her husband when she said that; it was just too crazy. "Soon after that, the Uchihas were massacred by their heir - on Danzo's orders," she added when she saw the horror in his expression - "who had also graduated early. Listen, I know we have a lot to discuss but I don't want to do it with the pups here."

Sakumo didn't disagree so Natsumi went back to staring lovingly at her little ones. She'd also been earlier love-attacked by her ninkens who were now all over the living room. She couldn't help but giggle when Sammi forced her way in and lay down on her feet underneath Taeko's legs (his big face was on her lap.) Natsumi really had a lot of ninken. She kissed her little ones again and then marveled at how much Haruka had grown. Again. "Do you have giant's blood in your lineage, Sakumo?"

Sakumo snorted before breaking out in knowing laughter. "Oh my God, Natsu. When I saw her, I couldn't believe how big Haruka-chan had gotten. But don't be mean!"

"I'm not being mean! She's just really big! –Kakashi said Haruka weighs almost as much as he does!" It felt like it: Haruka-chan was a big long baby. Toddler. Again, she was solid.

"Yeah, well Kakashi weighs next to nothing."

"He's lanky," Natsumi said fondly. He began to stir and his gray eyes blinked rapidly when he saw her before turning into happy little crescents.

"Kaa-chan!"

"I'm here, baby," Natsumi assured him.

"I'm not a baby: I'm a ninja," he growled with a stretch before his eyes became big and sparkly. He wrapped his arms around her. "Otou-san said you summoned the hound boss!"

Natsumi looked up as she tapped her chin and thought about that. "Yeah, I guess maybe I did!" She looked to her husband who nodded. "Ha! I didn't even know he was the boss but he sure was big." She grinned mischievously at Kakashi and wiggled her eyebrows. "He had three heads."

"Yeah," Kakashi exclaimed excitedly before adjusting the mask on his face and sitting up more. His mother pouted because he did, so he snuggled against her before uncovering his nose and taking in her scent. It quickly wrinkled and he covered it back up. He smelled his Kaa-chan, alright, but she was covered with disgusting hospital smells. "And he's got an eyeball on his tail."

"He does?" Natsumi asked in disbelief. That couldn't be right, could it?!

"That's what they say," Sakumo said, "but I doubt it." He was having trouble staying awake. "You're going to The Farm to have the pups," he said, reaching for her nearly flat stomach and running his hand over it lovingly. He chuckled when Kakashi took it away as he and Natsu began debating it (Kakashi being very excited about going to The Farm, which was where the canines lived or came from) while Sakumo yawned and yawned. "I was… busy but the big boy definitely aided me in battle." The presence of a Cerberus also scared the hell out of everyone.

"That's good to know," Natsumi smiled.

"Okaa-chan's awesome," Kakashi said with a grin that almost made his eyes shut. His mother ran her hand through his hair and he leaned into it.

"If anyone was awesome, it was your father." She looked over at Sakumo who was out cold. "Your Otou-san's tired, puppy. Why don't we take a nap?"

Kakashi's face fell. "What if you won't wake up again?"

Natsumi bent toward him and kissed his kawaii-masked nose while ruffling his wild hair. "Kurama's awake and I'm awake, too. My body just needed to heal. Normally it doesn't take nearly that long, I promise."

"Cuz you're going to have more puppies," Kakashi said knowingly. "They'd better be boys this time or we're not keeping them." He pouted furiously as his mother laughed at that. "Minato-oji says Otou-san needs to keep it in his pants."

Natsumi choked so hard that she woke everyone up. "Kah-KASH-shi!"

Sakumo shook his head like a dog then wiped his chin, worried that he might be drooling: he was so damn tired. "What happened?" Kakashi repeated what he'd said and Sakumo's jaw dropped. "He shouldn't say things like that!"

"I don't understand what your wallet has to do with Okaa-chan having babies, though."

Sakumo stared at his son blankly for several seconds. Does he think the "It" Minato (that brat) said I supposedly need to keep in my pants is my wallet? What the hell are they teaching at the Academy?! –Well, he supposed that his brother was the one to have "the Talk" with him and he was certainly older than Kakashi. "Don't worry about it, Kakashi." He rubbed his eyes and under his breath, he muttered "Maa, looks like Minato needs his ass kicked again."

"They're not ready," Natsumi sang in a knowing whisper.

.

After getting big, thrilled, and surprised hugs from most of their closest friends plus Shizune, Kushina, and Minato (whom Sakumo whacked for "either not knowing the appropriate times to make shitty remarks or for trying to turn my pup into a deviant, you little shit,") Natsumi stood with her loved ones with Haruka on her hip, watching her tiny children and godson graduate from the Academy. Hiruzen made the same damn speech he'd made at her and at Naruto's graduation: that guy was not creative. "This is so wrong," she mumbled under her breath.

"I think they'd be great on a team together," she heard Dan whisper excitedly to Sakumo. They were both in their ANBU gear. That idea made Natsumi feel sick.

Natsumi clapped for them and she was proud of their chibi accomplishments but was very afraid. She'd tried to talk both Cheeky and Kashi out of going through with this the night before but they wouldn't budge. Cheeky, at least, enjoyed the Academy for the social aspects of it but Kakashi found it "a revolting waste of time." She had felt the same way at their age, sadly. She looked at Haruka. "Promise me you won't graduate this early, Riki-chan."

Haruka blinked up at her mama with hooded dark blue eyes. "Okay."

Natty smiled at her and tickled her tummy. "I'm going to hold you to that!"

Tenzo was close to Kakashi when she was a teenager, and Tenzo had shared with his apprentice, Natsumi, the major horrors of Kakashi's life. Not only had Sakumo committed suicide, leaving Kakashi to find him (something she could not imagine her Sakumo doing in a million years) but Kakashi's team had been picked off, one by one.

Minato (and Kushina) were the last family that he lost. Yeah. Not on my watch.

Uchiha Obito was killed by an Iwa attack wherein he was left half-crushed, without an eye, and dying (only to be found by Madara) –And THAT was after Kakashi had lost his own eye in battle.

Nohara Rin killed herself via Kakashi's Chidori after being turned into a faulty jinchuuriki. How someone could force their teammate to kill them was beyond Natsumi.

Natsumi remembered what she'd asked Tenzo about that event.

"Why didn't she kill herself, Tenzo-sensei? Or, I don't know. If it had been me, I'd like to think I would've turned around toward my enemy and shown them exactly what an out-of-control bijuu can do. Or force the enemy to kill me."

"Let's not go there, Natty-chan. And please don't tell Senpai I told you all this."

So no, Natsumi did not think that her extremely precious Nawaki, Kakashi, and Ichika should be the new Team 7 or something. "What do you think, Tsunade?"

Tsunade shook her head slightly and looked around to see who was listening. "It's better they learn to fully protect themselves as soon as possible considering… their heritages and the circles we run in." She didn't like to think about it but preventing anyone from getting their hands on Nawaki is why she'd been training him as long as she had. "Soon we'll have to start training Yamato-chan and Riki-chan." She smiled when Natsumi lifted up Yamato's little shirt and blew a raspberry on his tummy. She had to drag Yamato's fist out of Haruka's hair: her son was obsessed with silver hair.

Haruka-chan was a tough little girl. Yamato had yanked her hair fairly hard (as he always did) and the silver-haired toddler only gave him the stink eye and rubbed her head. "Kiss Riki-chan and make her feel better," Tsunade cooed. Sakumo growled as the children kissed adorably and she rolled her eyes. "I don't know how you can stand that Wolfman, Bartender."

Natsumi laughed. "I can stand him just fine." She looked up and shushed everyone when she saw the way Kakashi was looking at them with so much exasperation. They really should be paying more attention. "Shh, we're pissing Kakashi off." All of the adults began snickering.

As one of the Academy teachers spoke - and BOY was the guy long-winded - Natsumi grinned. Ichika wasn't paying a lick of attention. She was happily wandering through the taller students from a different class, introducing herself and talking their heads off while Kakashi kept trying to pull her back and not leave his own spot. Nawaki seemed to find the whole thing amusing at first but was now about to nod off. "Do you know who their senseis are going to be?"

"I've heard some things," Tsunade said. Her eyes glanced meaningfully toward Minato. Natsumi groaned, beginning to feel like throwing up again. She didn't want her children to suffer the fate of the adult Kakashi (and his team, worse still) that she'd once known. "Your little brother set fire to Kushina's place," Tsunade then whispered, leaning over so she could better give up some gossip.

"Dammit. He must have been cooking again. That boy doesn't understand stoves." Minato also had a penchant for taking things apart and putting them back together rather "creatively:" things like ovens and small appliances. He'd gotten a little too into fuuinjutsu and was always attempting to use seals instead of electricity, fuses, etc.

"I didn't know they were living together until he decided to make Kushina breakfast that day."

"DO WHAT NOW?!" Natsumi stalked over with her hair flying in every direction and dragged the little delinquent pervert back over. Minato was whining. How is this guy the fearsome Yellow Flash? To her, Minato, her "little brother," was more like the Naughty Corncob. "Minato," she hissed, "did you take advantage of that sweet, innocent girl?" She glanced over at Kushina and glared at him more.

Minato gasped. "No, nee-chan!" If anything, Kushina would've taken advantage of me! "I moved out of the Nara Compound and Kushi let me crash there." Natsumi's matching blue eyes bore into his very soul.

"I can find out if you're lying."

"Nee-chaaan!" At least his big sister didn't ask why he'd been forced to move out of the Nara compound: Minato was grateful for that.

"Hmph. Well, make sure you don't. You could've come back to stay with us, ya know."

Minato shook his head. "You were in the hospital." I was really worried about you. You were calling me "Tou-san!" He thought that Natsumi had never met her/their parents.

"Sakumo brought the kids home when we got back. You're family, Minato!"

Minato didn't think he'd ever quite get used to that; he loved the idea and feeling of being a part of a family so much. "Sakumo-sama's scary," he whispered, "but awesome, of course. I didn't want to… I don't know."

"He could've used your help. And Sakumo's a big teddy bear!" She smiled when Sakumo leaned forward and gave her a look of disbelief from under his mask before obviously grinning at her. "Maa, maybe a better description would be a big wolf plushie."

"I'm sorry," Minato said, now feeling bad that he wasn't there to help his brother-in-law.

"It's okay. Just know that you're always welcome wherever we are."

.

Later that night, Natsumi sat in Sakumo's lap in their bed. She was exhausted after the early morning graduation, the little party they'd had for the kids at Tsunade's place, and then checking in on things at the bar (much to Sakumo's dismay. The bar was making money so he needed to get over it, she thought.)

Sakumo sucked on her neck and blew in her ear. "So… How are you feeling?"

"Tired."

"Ah."

"You said you'd listen to my story - of how I got sent to the past, Sake. You promised."

"I did," Sakumo drawled while moving her hair aside so he could better access her neck again. He grinned at the reaction he got when he bit her. She shivered all over and his hands ran over soft skin that became covered with goosebumps. "Does it have to be right now?"

"Pervert." She nipped his lips and kissed him deeply anyway. He was a sexy beast and deserved it.

He groaned into the kiss and finally ran a hand over her breast - finding that she was extremely sensitive - while grabbing her ass and pulling her into him. "You bet I'm a pervert. Considering that I've been with my mate exactly once in MONTHS?"

"It was four times then, thank you very much," Natsumi teased with a smile.

"But only one night!" He pulled her nightgown off and began sucking and biting down her neck, making his way toward his targets.

"You knocked me up."

"I'm like that." He groaned as he kissed her breast. He gave one of her nipples a lick. "Talented."

"A dick," she joked. She did not like being pregnant!

"Oh, I'll show you a dick." He flipped them over and asked if she was okay before continuing. She nodded and he achingly slowly rutted into her as he sucked and lapped at her tits.

"Well? You said you'd show me! Bring that big, beautiful monster out."

Sakumo let go of one of her tits with a loud pop. He looked up at her in disbelief, pulling one of her legs up and slapping her ass for that comment. The top of his cheeks and his ears were burning. "Don't say… Shut up."

Natsumi giggled. He was so cute when he was flustered. "I love you. …Make love to me?"

"Maa, you're mouthy. So no," Sakumo said while pulling her panties off. He quickly dropped his pants.

"There it is!"

Sakumo growled at her. "Yeah, I'm gonna fuck your brains out - but… carefully of course. I mean, you just got out of the hospital." Maybe if he repeated that to himself, he wouldn't be such an animal.

Natsumi rolled over as if she was a brat. She tossed her hair over her shoulder and pouted at him. "I don't want you to be careful!"

Sakumo had sucked in a breath when he saw those new scars on her back. They'd healed up remarkably well, considering the blades had been covered in poison and lightning chakra but it was still completely unnerving. "Have you seen your scars?" he asked quietly. He caringly pressed his lips into her skin, around each one. "And don't be so demanding. You're already in so much trouble for what you did and I've been waiting months to punish you."

"Are the scars ugly?" she asked curiously. She was only being playful when she'd turned away from him and she hadn't thought to look at them earlier.

"No, but you're not allowed to get another one."

"Yeah, right," Natsumi said under her breath - or she thought she did. Sakumo whacked her ass again and got up and put his pajama pants back on. "Sake?"

"Nope!" He left for the kitchen. When Natsumi joined him several minutes later, she was trembling all over and sobbed into his arms. "Oh, crap." He'd gotten upset - probably because I'm still so tired and worried - and hadn't considered that his kunoichi wife was still in one of those horrible phases of her pregnancy. "Baby, I'm sorry! You just worry me so much when you do crazy shit."

"It's ugly and you don't want me anymore," she sobbed, hating herself for it. "I'm going to kill you cuz you're mean."

"Aww. Of course, you will, my love. What can I do to make it better before my untimely demise by your powerful, pretty hand?" He kissed one and then the other.

Natsumi sniffled and wiped her teary face on her hands. Sakumo watched her face wrinkle up with amusement. With nothing else to dry it on, she used his pajama pants - right between his legs - and got a hiss out of him. She made sure her hand was as dry as possible: up and down, around over the top, over and over again, biting her bottom lip or smiling as she did so. Then she went to the sink and washed her face and hands again, giggling.

"You're a bad, bad girl. And a sadist tonight it seems," he purred, reaching around to open her yukata. He growled as he grabbed and played with one of her breasts, pulling down his pants with the other before flipping her robe up. He ran his hand over her ass appreciatively several times before reaching between her legs. "Wet for me? Not even making me do anything for it: you little slut. ...Um, you know I don't mean that."

"I know that," she whispered with a little snarl. "I like it when you talk dirty!" He began quietly laughing at her as he moved to push his cock inside of her but then froze and covered both of them back up.

"Kaa-chan?" came a little voice from behind them. "I. Am goin-ta bed Now," Ichika said robotically. Natsumi had turned and watched her leave to go back to her bedroom with wide eyes.

Her eyes darted into her husband's. "Did you just genjutsu your daughter?!"

"I'm good with genjutsus, Natsu," Sakumo said cockily. "I'm good with pretty much everything. Now. Do I have to genjutsu you?"

Natsumi tried to decide, wondering what that would be like or if he'd done it before. –Only with Sakumo, whom she trusted more than anyone, ever, of course. "No. Come back to our room with me. I'll make up for being so bad and give you a ride, hm? You won't have to do anything. You can just lay back and watch me."

He let out a breathy laugh. "You're too weak for that."

"I can try!"

Sakumo nodded his head, knowing that he'd follow this woman not only to their bedroom but to the ends of the earth, probably agreeing to any dangerous or other nonsense she'd come up with.

.

Kakashi pulled a face when his uncle flashed into the classroom: a bunch of girls had squealed and a few had even fallen to the ground as if they'd fainted. He looked over to see his twin's reaction but she was only shaking her head at him, looking disappointed. Ichika was right: Minato-oji was showing off.

Did this mean that Minato was a Jonin-sensei, too? His uncle hadn't said anything about it yesterday but the other Jonins who'd been in so far to pick up teams today were only there for that. It was possible that he had other business here, he supposed.

Either way, Ichika scolded him. "Minato-oji, stop beina butt." Kakashi snickered as did many of his classmates. His uncle wilted like a flower. "And shtop pouting!"

Minato couldn't believe how his niece had stolen his thunder. Literally! He'd used his Flying Thunder God technique to surprise and wow them and this is what he gets. And oh shit. I left Kushina outside when she ran over to greet Koko. She, of course, ran into the classroom just as he realized it, her fist raised and yelling at him. "Wait, wait! We've gotta pick up the Genins, Kushina-chan!"

"Oh, right. I almost forgot, 'ttebane! Hatake Ichika, come with me!" Kushina watched with a bright smile as Ichika and Kakashi looked at each other, then at Nawaki, (almost like kawaii mirror images) before the little one got up and hurried to her side. Once out in the hall, she wiggled her red eyebrows at the extremely young Genin and ruffled her wild, pinkish-sheened silver hair affectionately. "You're going to be my apprentice, puppy. But first, we've gotta meet up with the others…"

Most of the remaining students had recovered and had begun getting noisy.

"Did that baby get an apprenticeship? That's not fair!"
"Maybe Uzumaki-san already has a team and one of them died."

Kakashi turned toward the gossipmongers. "She doesn't have a team. And Kushina-san wouldn't let her Genins die." He put his masked chin on his fists and waited for Minato to say why he was there. His uncle was talking to an older Jonin who looked like she was in love with him. His goofy uncle, of course, seemed to have no clue. He coughed to get his attention and glared at the Jonin kunoichi although he only spoke to his very blonde uncle. "Minato-oji, why are you here?"

"Ah! Kakashi, come with me, please." Kakashi got up and tried not to pay attention to his classmates who were now complaining about how unfair it was that he got Minato-oji as his sensei along with a lot of other stuff about his and Ichika's "family connections." Truly, his first classmates were much better than this bunch. His mother had once said that the kids in that class were important but he'd thought she meant all of the kids in the Academy or even in all of Konoha. –Not that it mattered now. His first-year class had been separated and moved around a lot and he was finally out of there anyway. "See ya later, Nawaki," he said quietly to his best friend.

"See ya, Kakashi!"

An hour later, he was sitting with Nawaki again - and Ichika - while Minato tried to get them to fight against each other for two stupid bells. "No."

Kushina rolled over on the ground she was sitting on, laughing. Minato turned and narrowed his eyes at her before trying to make the bells look more attractive. He jingled them, swaying his shoulders left and right - and smiled at the kids, then did it again, holding them out this time, dinging them together another few times.

"Yeah, dat's stupid," Ichika concluded. "I can go back to da Acamy. I don' cawe- caaRRe. Dey can havda beLlal-s." (She meant the bells.)

Minato didn't want to admit that Kushina (and his big sister) had been right about this test not working for these three. "But…"

Nawaki shook his head again. "No, sensei. Kaa-chan told me about how Hokage-sama gave her this Genin test when he was her sensei. You're only setting us up to go against each other and that's not cool 'cause your test is about teamwork." He tried to look at his best friend's uncle as if he was supremely disappointed. "I thought that you were cool, Minato-o- um-sensei."

"I'm cool," Minato replied, sounding hurt.

"You are so not," Kushina helpfully added before bursting into more giggles.

The third Jonin stood and clapped her hands together loudly, making the kids all jump up. "Well! If you refuse to fight each other then here's what we're going to do, eh? I'm going to kick your asses to see what you've got!" She rushed forward with a kunai, making the kids jump before moving to powerfully attack Kakashi first with a kick.

"NO," two little voices yelled as they came to his aid.

She tripped over chains and wood that had grabbed each of her legs. "Mokuton?" Both Nawaki and Ichika almost immediately passed out but Kakashi rammed his kunai straight into her thigh. "OWW!" She threw the brat back and he came right back to attack her with another one.

Minato intercepted him before the chibi maniac took out her other leg, too. "Kakashi stop; it's okay!" He glared at the kid who had just nipped him. "And no biting please." The boy let out a whine and ran to his sister. Kakashi checked for a pulse before doing the same for Nawaki-kun - who had wood winding out of his arm. Kushina was trying to heal Koko-chan so Minato figured he'd better free her from the rootlike restraints. At least the chains were gone. "Well that went about as well as could be expected, I guess." Not.

Not! Not! NOT!
Kushina's crazy idea for a Genin test was better than THAT!

"Cheeky got her chains," Kushina exclaimed excitedly. "And who would've thought? Mokuton!" She wrapped Nawaki's sensei's (probably not after today) leg up with tight bandages. "Sorry, Koko but you're going to have to go to the hospital. Kashi-kun got ya deep." She turned to a very nervous and wary Kakashi while helping the older, very silent Jonin get onto her back. "Cheeky just overused her chakra in a big burst. She'll be fine, 'ttebane. –Nawaki, too, I bet! With chains, that's what usually happens."

Kakashi was glad for his mask and didn't know what to do. His heart still hadn't slowed down. Koko, that Jonin lady had been FAST. "Now what?"

Minato sighed. "I guess I'll have to get you all home, huh? And Kakashi; I need you to keep quiet about what you saw today: tell NO ONE." Kakashi nodded and looked so worried and regretful that it melted his heart. "It's okay, kiddo. We'll start taking missions tomorrow; what do you say to that?"

"Okay," he said quietly. His uncle put his out-cold sister on his back so that he could carry her home.

"Oh no," Minato said as he ensured he was touching all three chibis. "Now we have to deal with Natsumi and Tsunade-hime's wrath!"

Kakashi nodded and readjusted Ichika before letting out a big relieved breath. "You're SCREWED, Uncle." He wasn't taking responsibility for what just happened.

"That's 'sensei' to you!" And yes I am…
