Back on earth, Optimus and the others told those who didn't go with them the truth. Wheeljack was shocked to hear that, as were the other Autobots. Silverbolt leaned against the wall and said, "So we weren't born on Cybertron…" Optimus, out of his Drone, nodded his head and said, "It seems so, and as much as I care to hate it, cybertron is a bad place." Silverbolt nodded his head and said, "Of course." and the rest of the Living Autobots also agreed with John. That was when Ratchet said, "Ok, now we need the constructicons here so we can see what Megatron did to them." John nodded his head and said, "Ok Team, let's get to work. Operation: Reconstruct is a go."
Present: John was looking over the Schematics of the Constructicons as Ratchet and Wheeljack looked at them as well. Karma thought about making their own Constructibots and suggested it. But John said, "Remember, Trion made cybertronians by taking the minds of organics to make them. I am not going to do that." Karma sighed and nodded his head. John smiled when the alarm went off and Karasuma said, "The Combaticons are attacking!" John looked and shouted, "AERIALBOTS! TEAM BULLET TRAIN! MOVE OUT!" The Aerialbots and Team Bullet Train nodded their heads and went to deal with the Combaticons.
In the Decepticon base, Megatron had the Constructicons begin the construction of a fortress for Decepticons. Scrapper nodded his head and had the Constructicons begin the building process. After a while, they needed materials so they went out and raided several Construction sites. Back in the Autobot base, Teletrann-one alerted them to the Constructicons attacking the Construction sites. John hopped into his drone seat after shouting, "Karma! Nagisa! Kayano! Yuma! Drone up!" The four people he said nodded their heads and got into their drone seats. Optimus stood up and said, "Jetfire! Jazz! Landmine! Red Alert! Mirage! With us. Ironhide, you, Jazz, and Landmine will handle one site. Red Alert, Bumblebee, Mirage, Handle the other one. Jetfire, Wingblade, and I will handle the last one. Autobots! Transform, and Roll out!"
At a Construction site in New Jersey, Scrapper and Bonecrusher were gathering girders when Ironhide, Jazz, and Landmine rolled up. Seeing Landmine, Scrapper and Bonecrusher were instantly angry and scrapper shouted, "Landmine you traitor! You don't deserve that Alt mode!" Ironhide looked at Landmine and Landmine said, "Yeah I was once on the same team with these lugnuts but I went and joined the Autobots when I heard they joined the cons." Ironhide nodded his head and said, "Let's stop them from getting these materials. Move in!" as he pulled out his blasters and opened fire while Bonecrusher charged in. over in England, Scavenger and Mixmaster were gathering metal sheets when Red Alert, Bumblebee, and Mirage arrived and opened fire at them.
"Die autobot losers!" Shouted mixmaster as one shot struck Mirage. Bumblebee covered Mirage as Red Alert tended to the shot autobot. They continued to exchange shots as the human Construction workers got to safety. Scavenger grabbed one human and threatened to blast him if the autobots didn't back off. Bumblebee looked and noticed Mirage was gone as Red alert readied his own blaster. Bumblebee asked where Mirage was, and Red Alert said, "wait for it." That was when Scavenger was shot in the back and Mirage appeared, getting the human to safety.
In China, the Chinese Army was dealing with the last two Constructicons, Hook and Long Haul, when Optimus, Jetfire, and Wingblade arrived. Optimus and Jetfire combined into Jet Optimus and took aim at the two Constructicons from above with Wingblade. Hook and Long Haul were getting tired of being blasted at and retreated, but not before blasting a large crane that was going to fall on the humans, but Jet Optimus caught it before it crushed the Chinese army. The Chinese leader thanked Optimus, who said, "You're welcome." in Chinese. Wingblade then said, "Optimus I just got word from the other teams, the Constructicons retreated from both battles while taking Construction supplies with them.
"Very well, let us return to base." Optimus said to her before putting the crane back in place and held it as Construction workers welded the broken halves back together. Back in the base, Optimus was out of his drone as he said, "The Decepticons are up to something, building something… but what I don't know yet." Then Karma said, "What's more is that Landmine was once one of the Constructicons." John looked at Landmine and he said, "I know what you're thinking, but I'm telling you I'm for the Autobots." John raised his hand and said, "Don't tell me. I trust you Landmine, you forget that Orion Prime trusted you and so do I." Landmine smiled and thanked John for his trust.
"No worries, Landmine. Happy to have you as a friend." John told him. Landmine smiled as he had the trust of the Autobots leader. John then looked at Ratchet and asked, "Any updates on looking over the Schematics?" and Ratchet said, "Good news is that we've fully looked them over and are ready to attempt to turn them." But that was when Wheeljack said, "Well, I had an idea, in case they can't be changed." John looked at him and asked, "What is it, Wheeljack?" Wheeljack then brought up the Schematics and he said, "Since we have their schematics, we can make our own Constructicons, or Constructibots as they would be called."
"Are you suggesting we take construction vehicles and make out our combiner?" Karma asked Wheeljack. Wheeljack then said, "That's not the main idea, it's a backup in case we can't get the Constructicons to change their ways." John nodded his head and said, "That might work, Mr. Karasuma…" When Agent Karasuma walked up to John, he told the Government Agent, "We're going to be needing a front end loader, a Bulldozer, a Power Shovel, a Cement Mixer, a Crane, and a Dump Truck." Agent Karasuma nodded his head and said, "I'll get it done." John thanked him before saying, "Still pissed about the chips in our heads Agent Karasuma, not trusting our own decisions." Agent Karasuma, Agent Sone, and Aguri all looked down in shame.
"Only problem now is how to get the Constructicons here." Said Yuma. That was when John got an idea. He then told them his plan. Meanwhile, in the Decepticon base, the Constructicons were building with the materials they were able to steal when Megatron came and shouted, "WAS THIS ALL YOU COULD GATHER?!" Scrapper said, "Sorry lord Megatron, but the Autobots got in the way. We got as much as we could." Megatron smashed Scrapper into a wall and shouted, "I CARE NOT FOR YOUR EXCUSES! GET MORE MATERIALS!" Scrapper nodded his head and Megatron Left. Scrapper then looked at Mixmaster and Hook and said, "Go get more materials, steal from human transport trucks if you need to." Mixmaster and Hook nodded their heads and walked out.
Later, John and the team were told that several Construction transport trucks were attacked by MIzmaster and Hook. John then said, "So instead of Construction sites they're attacking the trucks transporting the materials. Smart move, but we can use that against them." When Karma asked what he meant, John said, "I'll disguise myself as one of the transport trucks to take the supplies to a Construction site, you guys follow close behind and when they get to me, move in." The team nodded their heads and ran to their drones.
Later, John was in his drone again, rolling with a Trailer full of construction parts. Knowing the Constructicons would not let an opportunity like this be missed and that was when a Cement Truck rolled up next to him on one side and a Crane on the other. Both had the Decepticon symbol on the side and that was when they transformed. It was Mixmaster and Hook and they opened the trailer to plunder the trailer. That was when Optimus transformed and punched both of them as Bumblebee, Ironhide, Jazz, Wheeljack, and Ratchet appeared and pinned down the two cons, and they managed to get them into stasis lock. Optimus called for a ground bridge and they were able to get the Constructicons through.
In the Decepticon Headquarters, Scrapper was told about Mixmaster and Hook's capture and he ran to Megatron. Scrapper then said, "Lord Megatron, Mixmaster and Hook have been captured by the Autobots. Permission to go get them." but Megatron said, "No, they got themselves into this mess, they can get themselves out of it." Scrapper was shocked and shouted, "BUT LORD MEGATRON… WE NEED…" and Megatron punched Scrapper in his faceplate before shouting, "NEVER YELL AT ME! I AM YOUR LEADER! YOU ARE TO FOLLOW MY ORDERS! REMAIN IN THE BASE AND WORK ON WHAT I TOLD YOU TO DO!" Scrapper scowled at his leader and walked off to the remaining Constructicons and told them what Megatron said. Long Haul said, "We have to do something, they're our teammates!" Scrapper nodded his head and said, "Megatron can go scrap himself, we're getting our comrades back."
At the Autobot base, Ratchet looked over Mixmaster and Hook before he said, "Ah I see what was done. It's an easy fix." Optimus, in his human form, smiled and said, "Get it done Ratchet. We need all the Constructicons on our side." Ratchet nodded his head and got to work. That was when the rest of the Constructicons charged into the base to rescue their comrades. The Drone users droned up to help the Aerialbots, Protectobots, and the wreckers. In the Decepticon headquarters, Megatron was angry that the Constructicons left the base despite his orders not to. Starscream asked to go get them, but Megatron said, "No, let them be fools and get captured. They brought this upon themselves."
"Then I'll order the drones to get to building." Starscream said as he walked off. Back in the base, the Autobots were able to put all of the Constructicons into stasis lock. Ratchet was then able to reverse the damage done to them by Megatron. Bringing them back online, Scrapper said, "What… what happened?" John walked up to him and said, "we freed you from the reprogramming Megatron did to you and the others." Scrapper stood up and said, "By the allspark, I remember now… Omega… is he?" That was when Omega's voice was heard and he said, "Omega… here." Scrapper walked out and said, "Omega Supreme my old friend… I remember all I did… Can you… forgive us?" Omega said nothing as he stared at Scrapper before walking off.
Soon the rest of the Constructicons were fixed and they all got Autobot symbols in place over their Decepticon ones. John smiled as the Constructicons became Constructibots. John welcomed the new team to the Autobots and asked if they could combine. Scrapper said, "Constructibots! Combine into, Constructor!" The Constructibots combined into Devastator, now being called Constructor. John smiled at that sight. But Omega simply looked at them with distrust for what they did to him all those Cycles ago. That was when Primal John ran in and said, "Hiroto and I just detected another Maximal Signature!"
In the Arctic, Decepticons were around a downed ship when the Aerialbots arrived with Kayano in her Drone form and they all blasted the drones while some took cover. But Optimus arrived at the battle with Team Bullet Train, Bumblebee, Ironhide, Landmine, and the new Constructibots. The drones then called for a ground bridge as their targets were there. When the Decepticon ground bridge opened up, Megatron walked through and growled at the Constructibots. Scrapper looked and said, "YOU! YOU TURNED US AGAINST OUR FRIEND! DIE MONSTER!" He then blasted Megatron, but it didn't work.
"No, die traitor." Said Megatron before blasting Scrapper. The other Constructibots ran at Megatron when Megatron blasted them all one by one. That was when Optimus ran into Megatron and slammed him into an Ice wall as Ratchet, Red Alert, and First Aid tended to the Constructibots. Optimus punched and jabbed at Megatron as he dodged the Decepticon's punches. Megatron then ordered his men to retreat as he fired at the ground in front of Optimus. Growling, Optimus walked over to Ratchet and asked how the Constructibots were doing. Ratchet said, "they took direct hits but they'll be fine." Optimus smiled and said, "Good to hear that. Primal, come on through." That was when Primal John in his drone walked through and wiped away some snow. Primal then said, "this is one of my world's."
Optimus nodded his head and opened the canopy to reveal a Robot with parts of its body resembling a White SIberian Tiger. Heading inside the ship, they saw another Hibernation Tube and inside it was a Yuma. Primal John said, "By the matrix, it's Yuma." Optimus nodded his head and said, "Let's get Yuma and the bot back to base. Our wounded too." Primal John looked and was shocked that the Constructibots were injured so he helped with Scrapper. Meanwhile, Megatron growled and said, "I hope I destroyed those traitors." That was when Starscream said, "Well Megatron, you did make them follow your every command after rewiring their systems." Megatron glared at Starscream and said, "The next time I want your opinion Starscream I WILL ASK FOR IT!" Starscream growled and walked off.
Back at the Autobot Base, Primal John woke Primal Yuma up with Primal Hiroto as his drone was put on a recharging slab. Primal Yuma groaned and Primal Hiroto said, "Welcome back to the land of the living." Primal Yuma looked and said, "Hiroto? John? What happened?" That was when Optimus, out of his drone body said, "You three are in a parallel universe." Primal Yuma blinked as he saw another John, Hiroto, and himself. Primal John and Primal Hiroto had Primal Yuma stand up and explained things to him. As they did that, John walked over to the Constructibots and asked Ratchet, "How are they Ratchet?"
"They will make it, like I said. They will just need to rest for a few days." Ratchet said to him. John nodded his head and said, "Got it." John then walked out to see the other Autobots training. Smiling, John saw Toka walk up to him so they share a kiss. Karma and Nagisa saw that and smiled for them and knew that the world was in good hands.
