Save that The Elemental Nations want to drag them into this conflict, even though the Empire has its own problems to deal with.
Glad your guys enjoy this story so much. Nothing much to say. Also at this point, I'm going to look at the pairing one last time, before fully pulling the trigger on them and finalizing them.

Chapter 5: Sparring the best
Location: Port City
Place: Army barracks
Time: Morning
Inuzuka Kiba was easily one of the brashest young men that was considered a powerhouse of a Hunter Nin within the ranks of Konoha shinobi. A special Jonin, Kiba figured that he was one of the strongest if not the strongest. He wasn't as tall as Sasuke, maybe 5'8" with a more agile frame of body, shaggy brown hair that reached his shoulders, silted black eyes, sharpened canines in his mouth, sharpened nails that could slice through a tree, and two red fangs like tattoos on his face. He wore a white shirt, a black leather jacket, and black pants. He chose to go barefoot, revealing his sharpened toenails.
The Special Jonin looked at the soldiers and snorted. The forced exercise wasn't his idea of a good time. He'd rather hunt down criminals, particularly female criminals. Hunter-nin tended to work solo and have a LOT of leeway with how they dealt with bounties or criminals so long as they completed their missions. The reason he was part of the Hunter nin core instead of the regular forces was that Kiba had... problems working with others. It was all in his file with his first disciplinary misconduct coming from his Jonin Sensei Sarutobi-Yuhi Kurenai. As much as he hated to admit it, he really shouldn't have tried to sleep with her right after her husband died and she was pregnant with his brat. He learned the hard way how hard the lazy bastard Shikamaru could hit.
Kiba's gaze shifted to his current bitch or the loosest bitch in Konoha. It was a woman who was currently knife sparring with a soldier. He wouldn't call her his lover. More like a booty call that he kept around for her looks and support skills more than the sex. More athletically built than the other women of their age group. She didn't have a massive chest like Hinata, dick-sucking lips like Ino, or even Sakura's large ass. No but it allowed her to last a bit longer than others in their age group. wearing a white sleeveless, high-collared qipao dress with red trimmings and a pink flame pattern on the left, tied with a maroon obi. Underneath, she has fishnet leg stockings and black high-heeled boots. She no longer wears her gloves and forehead protector, but wears a pair of black scrolls around her wrists like bangles,
Tenten had once been a promising young kunoichi and even gained the Nickname 'Konoha's Arsenal Princess', as early as her genin days. She was the long-range support of team Gai. During the Konoha-Oto war, her then-boyfriend -who took years to find his balls and put them to use- Hyuuga Neji stayed behind in a village that had been friendly on the border town and fended off over 20 Jonin alone giving his teammate time to escape. He died a hero's death according to Tsunade. To Kiba he died a fool.
Kiba was brought back to the present as he watched the guard of that Uzumaki dude swing a wooden sword leading several people through the motions. While he did know his family's fighting style the 'Wolf Fang Fist, Kiba used a more brawler style than other members of his clan did. Even his companion Akamaru was larger and stronger than even his mother's own ninhound.
Kiba watched her for about 10 minutes. If nothing else, her body would probably be really tight around him. He smirked once she called the group to attention and dismissed them for the day. People came up to her to ask her about things or speak with her. Kiba kicked off the wall and slicked back his hair and was about to walk over to Saeko. Hopefully to work his magic and get her into his bed.
He was stopped however as the leader of all the troops walked in front of Kiba. Kiba wasn't stupid and could smell the raw power coming off this guy, but if that was all he was then he wasn't a match for Kiba, besides he might have just been Fleet Admiral because of his family name.
"What do you want!?" asked Kiba in annoyance.
Tenten who was using a towel to dry off sighed as she heard her sex-friend -if that- talking shit. She honestly didn't know why she put up with Kiba with how much shit he did. It wasn't like he was the only man or even woman that she had sex with. But he was the only one assigned to this mission. And even if the rumors about her sex life were a bit exaggerated, she did have a few partners. At least enough to count using both hands.
She walked up and put a hand on his shoulder. "Kiba stop this alpha male bullshit," said Tenten.
Kiba looked at the tenant and throw her hand off his shoulder, before turning to Naruto. "You know what I want from you pretty boy!?"
Naruto tilted his head. "Sorry Kiba-san I have o idea what you want," said Naruto.
Kiba looked at Saeko who was walking up. "That little swordswoman sucking me off for one," said Kiba.
Tenten groaned hearing him say this. She knew Kiba was a bit of a horndog, but she at least thought that he wouldn't be so open about his desire to sleep with the FREAKING BODYGUARD of the Fleet Lord.
"Kiba-san I suggest that you stop staring at Saeko like that or else I'll have to neuter a dog," said Naruto walking up to Kiba.
"What did you say pretty boy!?" growled Kiba.
"I said stop staring at my bodyguard. While Saeko is a beautiful woman she has no desire to be stared at like a piece of meat. My entire army is humans and quite precise to me. They are my family and if anyone threatens them I'll send your soul to Hades," said Naruto allowing his eyes to blaze slightly.
The Fleet Lord would give credit where credit was do. Kiba didn't outwardly flinch, but he definitely bulked slightly.
Tenten put her hand on Kiba's shoulder once more. "Kiba, Hinata-san told us to be on our best behavior," said Tenten with a frown on her face
Kiba snorted as he throw her hand off. "Well, Hinata ain't here, this Pretty-boy isn't anything other than a fighter on paper. I bet even a Genin could defeat him," said Kiba as he got into a stance.
Several soldiers from the Empire, Samurai, and Shinobi looked at Kiba like he had lost his damn mind. Several people had personally served with Naruto and knew that he wasn't a pushover. In fact, he was probably the last person in the empire you would want to piss off if you wanted to live to see another sunrise. Someone walked up with a sneer on his face. a fairly muscular young man standing at around 5'11 with short, dark blue hair and eyes. He wore a black tank top and blue naval pants, and around his neck was an anchor-style necklace. On his left side was a dark blue naval cutlass.
"Watch your damn mouth when you speak to Lord Uzumaki mutt!" growled the young man.
Kiba rounded on the Young man. "Who the fuck are you to speak to me like that!?"
"Ensign Wave No Name of the 3rd Raiding Floatilla," said Wave.
Naruto instantly recognized the name of the young man. He was a member of a raiding team. His record was spotless. Except for the fact that he was somewhat of an innocent type of guy. Honestly, Naruto would love to take Wave under his wing and teach him. As his name implied, he would make waves in the empire when he reached his full potential.
"Kiba we need to stop this! We're embarrassing Konoha with our actions," said Tenten hoping that her sex friend would listen to her.
"You're not embarrassing your home, Miss Tenten. Your boyfriend here is," said Wave looking at Tenten in her eyes.
Tenten blushed hearing this. "I'm afraid that as he is a comrade and I can't keep him in line," said the Weapon's mistress.
"Stay out of this Tenten. This is a male thing, you wouldn't understand," growled Kiba.
"You shouldn't talk to a lady like that, especially your beautiful girlfriend," said Wave.
Tenten blushed. "Beautiful?" thought Tenten.
The Inuzuka snorted. "She's not my girlfriend. She's just a piece of ass that I tap on the regular," said Kiba.
Naruto frowned at hearing this. While the Empire was far from perfect, Naruto would never allow soldiers and comrades to degrade each other in such a manner, especially in front of foreign dignitaries. The punishment for such a lashing would be quite severe. Naruto opened his mouth about to reprimand the younger man but stopped as he looked at the bun-haired girl whose eyes were staring at Kiba in such a way that Naruto was sure that her flames were hotter than even his own.
The resounding SMACK could be heard all around the yard. Several men winced hearing them.
"Fuck you Kiba! As far as this 'piece of ass goes, the kitchen is closed!" growled Tenten before she stormed off
"Kiba-san stand down now!" yelled Hinata as Sasuke glared at Kiba.
Kiba and the other Shinobi looked at Hinata wondering when she had arrived. Well, Her, Sasuke, Esdeath, and Suzuhara. They had just finished a meeting. A meeting that neither Naruto nor Esdath wanted to attend. So they settled it the old-fashioned way. A 6-hour tumble in her quarters with Esdeath losing because she fainted first.
Kiba snorted. "Stay out of this Hinata. The runt stepped into the middle of something he didn't need to be in," said Kiba.
Hinata's eyes narrowed. "Are you questioning my orders Kiba-san?" asked Hinata.
"Typical mutt," said Sasuke as he reached into his pouch.
"There's no need Hinata-sama. How about we let Wave-kun spar with Kiba-san," said Naruto.
Everyone looked at Naruto in shock.
"M'lord is that wise?" asked Saeko.
"I have faith in Wave. He reminds me a lot of myself when I was younger," said Naruto.
Saeko and Rangiku looked at eahc other and couldn't see naruto being so... dorky.
Kiba laughed before get took off his jacket. "Just tell me the rules and i'll hand your little friend his ass!" yelled Kiba.
"Kiba, stop this at once!" yelled Hinata.
"Don't worry Hinata-sama I'll refree and if it looks like things are getting out of hand I'll personally step in. Besides how can we hope to become allies if we don't start trusting each other," said Naruto.
Hinata looked at Naruto, before closing her eyes. "Very well,"
Naruto looked at Wave and then Kiba. "No Jutsu, No weapons. Fists only. If I say stop I mean it," said Naruto looking at both Wave and Kiba.
Both men nodded, before they got across from each other. Wave took off his sword and slammed it into the ground before he took a classic boxing defensive stance and lightly bounced on his feet. Kiba lowered his center of gravity and smirked as his eyes became more feral and his fangs elongated slightly. However, the biggest difference was that his claws got a small almost unnoticeable metallic shine to them.
Naruto raised his hand and dropped it. As he did so Kiba rushed forward, intending on ending this in a flash. Wave stepped to the left dodging a claw strike, before lifting his knee and planting it in Kiba's gut. Kiba gasped and spit up saliva but didn't flatter and retaliated with a closed fist to Wave's right cheek and rolled with the blow before coming to his feet and running at Kiba before throwing out a punch.
Kiba caught the punch, before he lifted Wave and slammed him into the dirt. Wave gasped as the wind was knocked from him since he didn't have time to brace himself for the unexpected slam. Kiba jumped up and was about to stomp on Wave's chest, but Wave managed to roll away and Kiba slammed into the ground kicking up dirt. Wave got to his feet and panted lowering his body Wave called on one of Grand Chariots' abilities. As long as Grand Chariot was within a specific radius Wave could call upon it to give him a slight boost in speed and straight. The boost wasn't much, only 5 percent, but that 5 percent could turn Wave into a Superhuman.
Rushing forward, wave kicked Kiba in the leg making him drop to one knee, Wave quickly spun and stomped on Kiba's back, before kicking him in the face, and finally ending it with a German suplex. Kiba gasped in pain as he rolled on the ground away from Wave. Kiba growled, he was about to activate one of his jutsu and put Wave in the dirt. Wave noticed this was held out his hand to call Grand Chariot to him.
"ENOUGH!" yelled Naruto.
"Why did you stop us!?" yelled Kiba.
"This was a simple sparing match and you were both about to take it too far. I let the use of your enhancement jutsu and well as Wave calling upon Grand Chariot's enhancement abilities slide, but the use of more powerful techniques I won't allow," said Naruto.
Kiba growled, before grabbing his jacket and telling Akamaru to follow him. As they left Saeko and Rangiku took Wave aside and were scolding him For his recklessness.
Hinata bowed to Naruto. "Please forgive me Uzumaki-sama for not keeping my subordinate in line. Kiba is a former teammate of mine and a once valued friend," said Hinata.
"No worries, you can make it up to my by accompanying me to dinner," said Naruto smiling.
"Dinner?" asked Hinata.
"Dinner!?" yelled Rangiku and Saeko.
"Dinner. Don't worry it's nothing special It's a celebration. I just wish to know you a bit better," said Naruto
Hinata smiled at Naruto. "Very well Naruto-sama," said Hinata
"Great Dinner will be this evening Please dress in your best," said Naruto.
Location: Southern Empire, Rear line
Place: Revolutionary Army HQ
Time: Noon.
The city that the Revolutionary Army occupied wasn't large, but it was big enough to be considered a fort. The Fort was large enough to house an entire division, but because of the size of the revolutionary army 70 percent of the main army was housed here, while the other 30 percent were scattered across the south.
In the office of the Head Strategist and Head of the Combat division. The man was tall, easily 6'3" a mild-featured man with brown scholarly hair enhanced by square glasses, along with soft brown eyes. A white Kimono top with a pink sash, and white hakama with a white jacket thrown over it. On his side was a katana with a green hilt.
Standing across from him was a young woman, maybe about 27 or 28, standing at 5'6" with C-cup breasts, with short, silver hair and a purple eye. She wears an eye patch where her right eye used to be. She wears a black suit that shows her cleavage. She has a green and black mechanical right arm that had a large shoulder guard. This was former Southern Region General and the Commander of the Assassination Group Night Raid. A Group of Assassins who worked the Capital.
"You wanted to see me Leader?" asked Najenda
"I did Najenda. It has come to my attention that several high-ranking members of the Imperial Army are in Port City," said the Leader.
"This has to do with me because?" asked Najenda.
"Lord Naruto is there," said Leader.
Najenda's eye widened. "Why tell me this?" asked Najenda.
"Because of your history I wanted you to be the first person to know that I've dispatched the Sixth Extermination Squad to deal with him. The Pack,"
Najenda slammed a hand on the desk. "Wait a minute! Calling in the 6th extermination squad is too extreme! Even for Naruto. Night Raid can handle any target that you ask of us. Give my people the job and we'll handle it,"
The Leader of the Revolutionary Army Combat Action Brigade raised and eyebrow. "Najenda you and I know that the only reason I allow you to lead Night raid is because you personally trained that pink haired girl, knew Bulat and Lubbock from your days in the Military. Sheele is nothing but an airhead that you can handle well. If she wasn't so deadly with a blade she'd be living in a whorehouse or as some noble's slave. Leone is a drunk brawler that posses as an assassin Akame is the only competent assassin on your roster and I have half a mind to pull her and put her on actual missions that would serve the cause well. Your mother hening is keeping valuable assets under heel,"
Najenda balled up her mechanical fist. "Leader she does best with targets that are actually problems! Not your handpicked targets fool targets!" yelled Najenda.
"Your mothering them Najenda," said Leader.
"SO WHAT!? A lot of them never knew their parents. We'll all we have! We're family!" growled Najenda.
Leader narrowed his eyes and made Najenda back up. "Don'tmake the mistake of loving them Najenda. Your not their mother, your just their Leader. They fight and die on your orders. Nothing more nothing less. The Pack will go After Lord Uzumaki, and he will die. Regardless of your feelings for him Najenda," said Leader.
Najenda's hand flew into her pocket and a pistol came out, only for a blade to appear at her neck.
"Now now Miss Najenda, there's no need for that. It must be hard to fight with such a blind spot... Oh sorry about that Tousan.
"None taken," said another man who was next to the Leader.
Najenda shrugged off the man. "Send your execution squad after Naruto-kun if you must, but know that they will die if they face him Sosuke Aizen. Naruto isn't someone to take lightly," said Najenda as she walked out of the tent.
The man sitting behind the desk smirked. "Najenda do you really think I'm so foolish as to do this without a plan,"
