Diablo Desert/Fry Pan Community
It is early in the morning as Yamcha had walked around the Fry Pan community to talk to Lisa for a moment before he noticed that she wasn't around and was most likely training so after venturing out of the community Yamcha discovered Lisa wearing an oversized shirt and jean shorts with sneakers on her feet as she is in a meditative stance while he could somehow feel a strange aura around Lisa.
"Lisa?" Yamcha asked as he got close and in response Lisa opened her eyes and saw Yamcha as she now stood up and greeted him.
"Hey Yamcha, what's up? Also, where's Puar?" Lisa asked as she dusted some sand off of her butt for a moment as Yamcha blushed a bit when he caught himself staring at her legs for a moment when she stood up.
"Lisa, we didn't know each other for long but since you're going to be leaving to train under Muten Roshi I was wondering if you would want to spar with me one last time. I've been refining my skills and I can't think of a better sparing partner. Also, Puar is wandering around Fry Pan and playing with some of the kids." Yamcha said as Lisa thought about what Yamcha said for a moment before responding.
"Sure. I'll spar with you." Lisa said as she and Yamcha got into a ready stance and prepared to fight each other before they both heard someone driving up to Fry Pan with a loud vehicle engine so they turned away and saw a car pull up near them and the people inside where a young kid with wild hair and a monkey tail in a blue gi and pants with black martial arts shoes on his feet. The second is a pretty blue haired girl who for some reason is wearing a bunny outfit that Lisa recognized from watching a spicy movie once in East City and the last person is a short anthropomorphic pig man dressed in a military style outfit.
"Hey there. Do either of you know if this is Fry Pan?" The girl driving asked as Lisa glanced at the information above their heads.

Yamcha started explaining things to the group while Lisa couldn't help but become confused by the young boys level and was tempted to scan him with Minds Eye before a new quest appeared in front of her.

Lisa was now very confused about what was going on but she didn't voice anything as she simply hit the accept button and spoke up.
"We are still rebuilding the community so can you tell us exactly why you're here since I doubt your tourists." Lisa said honestly since the girl known as Bulma seemed a bit secretive during her conversation with Yamcha since she pressed him to see the Ox King.
"Why should we tell you that? It's our business." Bulma said defensively to Lisa who responded with a deadpan expression of her own.
"I helped reinvent Fry Pan and I'm not going to sit back and let it get ruined again by people looking for Ox Kings gold or something so spill it." Lisa said bluntly as she crossed her arms and gave Bulma a serious look while the kid Goku seemed confused and Oolong honestly looked like he didn't even want to be here.
"How about this. If my friend Goku can beat up your friend here who seems tough. You have to let us talk to Ox King with no questions asked and if he wins, we'll talk about why we are here." Bulma said before yet another quest screen appeared.

Lisa hit the yes button mentally before responding.
"Yamcha you can stand back. I'll handle this." Lisa said confidently, which surprised the three guests.
"You're going to fight this brat? Your just a pretty face." Oolong said which made Lisa glare at the pig who quickly looked a bit scared as if he saw a monster.
"I'll show you all just how strong I am now let's go." Lisa said sternly as Goku hopped out of the car while Lisa got into a ready stance.
"But I wanna fight the Ox King." Goku complained to Bulma as Lisa noticed the bo staff on his back that seemed different from a normal wooden one.
"You can fight him after you fight here Goku." Bulma said back to him as he looked at Lisa.
"Ok." Goku simply said with a casual smile and shrug of his shoulders as he got into a ready stance of his own before both of them charged at each other.
Lisa had the height advantage as she activated her Focused Reinforcement skill and attacked Goku with a swift kick that the monkey boy ducked under and with surprising speed he landed a uppercut to Lisa's chin which did some damage as she was knocked down for a moment before getting back up and rubbing her chin.
'That kid hits hard. Based on his level I could already assume he knew how to use his Ki but maybe I underestimated him a bit.' Lisa thought to herself as she went towards the monkey boy again but this time she blocked a punch from him with her palm and recoiled which proved that Goku was using his Ki to deal decent damage before Lisa responded by attacking with a low kick which tripped Goku and knocked him down as Lisa aimed to attack with a Power Strike enhanced fist to her downed enemy before he rolled out of the way as Lisa punched her arm into the sandy ground before pulling it out and dusting her arm off.
This time Goku charged first and attacked with a flurry of his own strikes while Lisa did the same as the fight was a bit back and forth before Goku tripped Lisa by using his tail to grab her ankle and pulled her foot out from underneath her as she hit the ground and Goku capitalized with a elbow to her gut which knocked a lot of wind out of her as Goku got up while Lisa was slow to get back up to her feet.
"Keep it up Goku!" Bulma shouted to Goku with full support.
"You're really strong. Let's fight some more." Goku said with a bright smile and honestly Lisa couldn't help but smile back because by fighting with Goku she at least learned that Goku wasn't some bag guy or something and instead he just seemed to enjoy fighting.
"I'd love to." Lisa said back wiping a bit of blood off her bottom lip since Goku managed to split her lip with one of his punches as he rushed her again but this time he had brought his hands together as if he was playing a game of rock paper scissors.
"Janken: Rock." Goku said before getting close and thrusting his dominate hand forward with a mighty punch as Lisa crossed her arms and enhanced them with Ki to try and nullify as much damage as possible but she was still send off her feet onto the ground as she heard Goku coming to press his advantage and without thinking she quickly rose up and thrust her hand forward and summoned a Ki Ball that rocketed towards Goku and hit him square on and sent him tumbling back on the ground.
"Oh crap." Lisa quickly said as she rushed up to Goku's side and saw that she had knocked him out cold due to that attack.

Lisa just mentally hit the yes button to get rid of the information in front of her as she shook Goku a bit and thankfully just when Bulma ran up to them he woke up and hopped to his feet.
"That was so awesome." Goku cheered with his bright smile plastered on his face with a few fresh new bruises from where the Ki Ball had struck him.
"Damn it Goku don't scare me like that. I thought this girl killed you or something." Bulma said as Lisa's curiosity got the better of her and she activated Minds Eye to scan Goku.

"I hardly stood a chance." Lisa said to herself as she looked over Goku's stats and saw that he is really strong and he was just twelve years old unlike her but her sadness only lasted for a quick moment before she remembered that she has a unique power that helped her get this far and that she would soon be training under a master martial artist which would help her get crazy strong in no time at all.
"Alright. Lisa beat up your fighter so its time for you to start talking." Yamcha said with his arms crossed at Bulma before she sighed and explained that she is looking for the Dragon Balls and that one of them is here in Fry Pan and that when all of them are gathered a person can make a any wish they want to the Dragon Shenron and have their wish granted no matter what it is.
"What exactly are you trying to wish for?" Lisa asked Bulma as she blushed and looked away.
"Oh its nothing to important." Bulma said while giggling a bit.
"Well if that's the case than I'm going with you." Lisa said bluntly.
"What for?" Oolong asked rudely as he walked up to the group.
"Red Ribbon attacked East City in force months ago and turned the entire city into a giant memorial site. That's the city I'm from and I barely managed to get away. So, if Shenron can grant a wish than I want to wish for everyone who was killed by Red Ribbon to come back to life." Lisa said in a serious and heavy tone of voice as Bulma stopped blushing and thought about what Lisa had just said.
"I heard about that. The entire city got wiped out and the worlds united government increased police work and forces around the other cities as a result." Bulma said with a sad sigh. "It certainly makes my wish sound selfish in comparison."
"What was it? Wishing for a boyfriend or something?" Oolong asked as Bulma blushed and glared at the pig.
"Shut it porky!" Bulma shouted at the pig who started laughing.
"I was right. Damn you should see the look on your face." Oolong laughed as Bulma was practically fuming.
"Lisa, I don't think these guys are much of a threat." Yamcha said to Lisa with a smile as he tried not to laugh at the scene.
"I guess your right about that." Lisa replied as Goku walked up to her.
"That fight was so cool. Can we fight again?" Goku asked with his fists balled up and a excited look on his face.
"Maybe some other time." Lisa replied with a chuckle.
"Aw." Goku said sadly as Lisa ruffled his hair a bit before he walked to Bulma's side as Lisa took the time to summon up her own stats that she hasn't seen in a while.

"I used up a bit of Ki when fighting Goku and now that I look at things I can say that a Ki activation cost is minor but using Ki to keep a skill up or enhance my natural abilities will drain my Ki quickly. Using my Focused Reinforcement skill drained some Ki but also adding in more Ki to enhance the skill as well as my body plus using Power Strike made sure that I lost a bit of energy." Lisa whispered to herself before mentally dismissing the screen while deciding to save the stat points for later.
Lisa also took note that passive skills played a part in her abilities as well but she didn't dwell on things too long before she and Yamcha gave the group a small tour of Fry Pan before meeting up with Ox King who actually outright gave Bulma and her friends the Dragon Ball they were after since he didn't see any reason not to after Lisa had vouched for them to be good guys but as soon as that happened. Disaster struck.
PAT-PAT
"So, you really are a girl." Goku said as if he just made a earth shattering discovery about Lisa as he had raised his hand and patted her twice on her private region over her shorts as Lisa just looked as bright red as a tomato.
"Pervert!" Lisa shouted before she kicked Goku with a Power Strike enhanced kick which sent him flying before he crashed into a tree as she took a moment to calm down before realizing what she had just done as Goku slowly rose to his feet as Bulma rushed to his side.
"I told you to stop that Pat-Pat crap Goku!" Bulma shouted towards Goku.
Later on during the day Lisa was sitting on a park bench next to Bulma and Yamcha as they looked on at Goku playing around with some of the other kids as the three teens each have cups of flavored shaved ice they got for free from a nearby vendor as a way to thank Lisa for what she did for Fry Pan as Bulma got apple flavored while Lisa got grape and Yamcha got banana.
"So, that old man seriously put out the legendary fire of Fry Pan with a single move?" Bulma asked as Lisa had just finished telling her the story of what happened.
"Yup. He was crazy strong, but he is also a pervert. But I'm still excited to start training under him." Lisa said back as she thought about the elderly man.
"That old man is a pervert alright. Goku also wants to train under him so now it looks like he'll have a training partner." Bulma said as that statement took Lisa off guard a bit.
"You've meet Muten Roshi?" Lisa asked as Bulma blushed intensely at that.
"Yeah. We got his Dragon Ball, but it came at a pretty big cost that Goku made worse." Bulma said as Lisa was confused at that but decided not to ask for details since Bulma seemed pretty embarrassed right now.
"Are you going to try and train under him too?" Lisa asked her as she shook her head.
"Nah. Fighting isn't my thing." Bulma said as she went back to eating her frozen treat in the hot sun.
"Really?" Yamcha asked.
"Yeah. I'm better with tools and science." Bulma replied before the group of them all heard some loud booming noise nearby which caused a bit of chaos as some of the families grabbed their kids and ran towards their homes.
"What the hell is that?" Yamcha asked as he quickly stood up.
"I don't know but I'm going to check it out." Lisa said as she stuffed her frozen treat into her Inventory before she took out Frost Pain before she activated Ki Sprint and ran towards the source of the sounds as she saw a site that made her blood boil.
Ox King was standing in a defensive stance with his axe in hand in front of a large unit of Red Ribbon soldiers as Ox King's clothes/armor had a few openings in it now as the soldiers also stood behind a large robotic mech of some kind that has a oval like shape with mechanical arms and legs with a large pain of glass in the center showing the pilot in control of the machine.
"We told you once but we will tell you again! Hand over the Dragon Balls that are at this location or else we will be forced to level the entire area just to find them!" The pilot shouted from inside his mechanized suit.
"Get the hell away from Fry Pan!" Ox King said back with a loud shout as he stood his ground.
"Attack!" The pilot and leader of the group shouted as the soldiers behind him readied their weapons as Lisa activated Mana Shield in addition to Ki Sprint as she charged into the group of the soldiers quickly as that surprised some of the soldiers before Lisa raised her sword high into the air.
"Icy Burst!" Lisa shouted as she sheathed Frost Pain into the ground and pumped a bunch of mana into the sword and created a massive burst of ice cold wind around her which blinded the soldiers and caused some of them to start freezing with small sections of their body starting to get frozen as some of the soldiers fired their weapons at Lisa who kept casting her shield spell to replace ones when they broke as she managed to withstand the barrage before she heard several alerts.

As the numbers climbed Lisa stopped her spell when her shields finally cracked under the pressure of the ice effect she was casting and soon enough as the icy storm around her faded she saw that the soldiers had all fallen and where partially frozen over and couldn't move meaning that what she had just done was froze the enemies so badly that they experienced rapid hypothermia and their hearts must have stopped. A pang of guilt came up into Lisa's chest but the skill Gamers Mind activated and forced her back into focus as she barely dodged a robotic claw looking to strike her down as she saw the robot coming towards her.
"You're not getting your hands on the Dragon Balls!" Lisa shouted as she enhanced her legs with Ki and jumped back a large distance as she didn't think that a Ki Ball or Sizzle would do her much good and her ice blade didn't do any real damage to the machine which meant that she was in a bit of a pickle as the robot charged towards her as she stashed away Frost Pain and brought her hands together in front of her and summoned a Ki Ball but instead of firing it as is she focused on her control of Ki and thought about a beam like attack similar to the Kamehameha but obviously not as potent as Lisa ignored the loud stomps and focused on concentrating her Ki into a beam and sure enough her Ki responded and the Ki Ball in front of pointed outwards towards her target and fired a small beam of concentrated Ki at the robot.
The attack managed to hit the robots leg joint as the robot moved and thankfully the beam managed to melt its way through the metal and stop the inner parts of the machine from working the legs as the robot toppled over as Lisa stopped her attack as she felt a intense drain of her Ki as Ox King came up from behind and with his axe he slammed it down hard onto the glass center of the robot and shattered the glass as well as split the man in two.

"The Red Ribbon army was here looking for the Dragon Balls. I guess those things are important after all." Ox King said with an exhausted voice.
"I've got to tell Bulma and the others. I'm sorry Ox King but if Roshi comes here tell him that my training might be delayed until we make sure that the Red Ribbon won't be tailing us." Lisa said before she used the last of her Ki to sprint back to Bulma and the others to tell them what was going on.
"The Red Ribbon Army is after the Dragon Balls too? How did they even know we where here?" Oolong asked with obvious fear in his voice.
"They must have their own Dragon Ball Radar like I do." Bulma said as she took out her Dragon Ball Radar and activated it to see how far away the nearest Dragon Balls are. "The Dragon Balls are still pretty far away but they are all clustered together."
"That means that the Red Ribbon must have already gathered the remaining ones." Lisa said back with heavy breath as her Exhaustion Debuff had activated and left her rather weak at the moment. Even with her passive buffs it seemed like she is constantly on the backfoot.
"So that means we can go there and beat them up right?" Goku asked as Lisa looked down at the kid.
"Not exactly. These guys are super bad news and we can't just beat them all up." Lisa said to him before looking over at Bulme. "But we can't just let them keep the Dragon Balls either. We need to do something."
"I know but I'm not sure what we can do." Bulma said as she thought about things for a moment. "I've got it."
"Got what?" Oolong asked.
"We don't need to fight the Red Ribbon at all. All we've got to do is steal their Dragon Balls. As long as we aren't caught it won't be a problem." Bulma said before Lisa saw a new quest alert appear in front of her face.

Name: Stealing a Ribbon
Objective: Sneak into the Red Ribbon stash location of the Dragon Balls and take them away.
Rewards: Gathering the rest of the Dragon Balls plus 13,000 EXP!
Failure: Possible Death!

Lisa easily excepted the quest before reaching into her Inventory and took out a protein bar that she quickly ate to gain the buff and restore some energy.
"Count me in. As far as being sneaky goes I'm starting to get comparable to a ninja." Lisa said as Yamcha vouched for her before the newly formed group got into Bulma's care and after stopping by Yamcha's place to get Puar they moved out towards the Red Ribbon stash house to get the rest of the Dragon Balls from the hands of the worlds most dangerous terrorist group.
"I'd better use those points now." Lisa said before she decided to enhance her stats a bit.

Lisa dumped all the stat points into her speed so she could at least move fast enough to sneak into the base and sneak out with no issue as the packed car speed up a bit as Bulma covered ground quickly in her hovercar while Lisa started eating some more rations and drinking energy drinks to amp herself up as fast as possible.

A/N: Short chapter but decently made in my opinion and some bad stuff is going down. The RRA has the Dragon Balls and our newly formed group of heroes are on their way to try and put a stop to whatever the RRA is planning.
Who knows what is going to happen next.
