Doctor Tangle was looking at some information and writing letters down for all of Leni's enemies for them to come and join in on this new alliance to ultimately take her and her fiends down. Doctor Tangle looked determined, more determined than ever in trying to stop the heroes. With all these villains on her and Pepperocini's side, this time would be an unstoppable force to reckon with in Royal Woods, or even the whole world.

Finishing her letter up, Doctor Tangle cleared her throat, and read out loud what she had written out on the letter.

To all enemies of Poison Ivy Leni

I am aware of how those goody-goodies have defeated you time and time again, and you all have my greatest sympathies for what Poison Ivy, Lincoln, Waterboy, Iceberg, and the newest superhero: Charcoal, have put you all through during your encounters with them. But, I am more than happy to forge an alliance of all villains like us to get rid of those pesky heroes and become the greatest team in the whole world. We need to combine ourselves and put Leni in her place. I look forward to meeting you all in helping me ruin the life of that pesky teenage girl."

as soon as the letter was finished, one of the Don's henchmen copied the invitation in a printer and then one of his moles began heading into many different plates to make sure these villains and enemies of Leni and the heroes got this invitation.

Who knows how long this errand would take? It could probably be an hour or two, probably more than that, maybe even a day or two. The longer the other villains got the invitations to form this evil club, the better.

"Do you think this plan can work, Tangle?" Asked Pepperocini

"Pfft, of course it will work, my dear." Tangle boasted. "Those pesky heroes will be outnumbered and we have all of your men by our side as well. Both on the outside and on the inside." She winked at him.

"True. But my moles aren't everywhere in the city, and Leni and her gang already cut some of them off before. I only have a few moles in the city left."

"That does not matter." Tangle shrugged off. "We will have the greatest supervillain team in the whole world and we can have or do whatever we want with no heroes to stand in our way! It would be like living the dream."

"Good point." Pepperocini smiled. "I'm already thinking of all the things I can finally do with Leni out of the way. Lots of money and even more power around here without any intrusions."

"And I can finally open my own product empire at last! I would be the best best stylist across the world with mountains of money, of course I can also rob banks, hehehe."

"But who knows how long it will take for them to get those papers."

"Fair enough, Pepperocini. Fair enough." Tangle made a small scowl on her face. "Alas, many things take time, and this is one of those things."

"That, too, is a good point." said Pepperocini. "We'll wait for them to come as long as it takes."

"Yes. Yes we will."

immediately, after fifteen minutes of waiting, the first two to come in the hideout was Screaming Eagle and Star Girl. "Is this the address of the villain hangout?" Asked Kyle

"Yes it is!" Said Tangle in a sing-song voice. "Feel free to have a piece of free chocolate as a compliment from us."

"Hey, you're Doctor Tangle, are you?" Asked Star Girl. "I've heard of you. You got a good sense of fashion, even when you're totally crazy now."

"Why thank you," Tangle sounded flattered.

"And who is this mobster?" Asked Kyle

"Call me Pepperocini. Don Pepperocini, kid." He held out his hand for a handshake, which Kyle decided to take.

"Wait," Kyle remembered that name. "You're one of the most feared crime lords in all of Royal Woods, Aren't you?"

"I was the most feared crime lord." Said the Don sadly, "until those stupid, annoying heroes tarnished much of my reputation."

"Ah."

"We all have a common enemy in those fools." Said Tangle. "And there will be more new allies coming here in a little while. Once it is done, we will all hear out my new plan to take out those heroes once and for all."

"Ooh, I like the sound of that." Said Fasha. "Joining forces with other villains to finally destroy those losers. I love it!"

"I couldn't be any more in this myself." Kyle proudly said. "Anyone who is an enemy of those heroes is a friend of mine." He cracked his knuckles.

After about half an hour, Brad from his industries with Six-Gun Sid came in the hideout. "Ah, Brad." Tangle recognized. "Good to see you my old friend."

At first, the scheming businessman didn't recognized her own colleague at first, but when he did, he looked surprised. "Madame Pompous?" He said

"That name no longer has any meaning for me." She sounded annoyed as she corrected him. "I am a whole new lady. Doctor Tangle." She began laughing and cackling evilly at the ceiling in a maniacal manner.

"Well, you've gone completely crazier than a cactus in the winter snow." Said Sid

"Now now, don't be rude." said Brad

"No, you it is quite alright, Bradley. I take pride in it. I am insane and proud of it."

"Fair warning to you all," said Don Pepperocini. "One of my moles is find more villains of Leni to join our side and take her down. Sooner the rest of them get here, the sooner we can get down to dirty business.

"If this is an organization to kill Leni and her heroic friends," said Brad, "I will be more than happy to join in on the fun."
