Self-Sabotage Day 11
A week after the video was shown to the branches, Christina and Damian had gotten used to the phone calls from the branch heads asking them to go on missions with their branch. Some they accepted, some they did not. The reason being, they were still training their group, code named the Snow Dragon Division. it consisted of Christina, Damian, Peter, MJ, Piper, Atlas, Aslan, and Phoenix. The last four had training, but not enough. They were also fellow students. The recruits had been handpicked by Christina and Damian; as per the President's request, none of the adults were allowed to interfere. Piper, Atlas, Aslan, and Phoenix had been rescued from Hydra with Damian and Christina. They got more training and were just transferred to Midtown by the Army. Christina had set up a meeting with them to explain that they were moving to the Tower. She also accidentally scheduled a board meeting at the same time. She didn't get any sleep because she was way too excited. This was a recipe for a self sabotaging disaster. It was April twentieth and Graduation was fast approaching in May because they didn't have any snow days, As well as Christina and Damian's real wedding in the eyes of their family. They also had a meeting with some department heads that they were firing. They had tested Damian's patience way too far. They still had school, so Christina got up and ready. When they arrived Christina realized she forgot her tablet that had all her notes for her presentation, and she forgot her watch that was connected to Crystal. Thankfully, she had her earrings that were connected to Crystal. The normally prepared and organized hero, CEO, and Captain was a bit discombobulated. Of course, Flash couldn't just sit still and look pretty, and decided to take advantage of the situation. He decided to drop a chair right next to her, making a loud noise, causing her to almost jump to the ceiling. Thankfully she was awake enough to still speak English, and was just clumsier than usual. If Damian moved Flash's chair just slightly with the force, causing Flash to sit and fall on the ground lightly, then the class was none the wiser. Christina had sabotaged herself again at lunch when she wasn't looking where she was going and ran into said Flash. Flash wasn't too happy and tried to shove her, which didn't work. He soon got frustrated and left her alone. Then Gym class came and she ran, using a fair amount of super speed, and almost hit the wall too hard. When they got home after Christina got some sleep, they figured out that she had double scheduled all of them. They had to move the board meeting ahead an hour, making it so they had thirty minutes to get ready. The meeting thankfully passed without much incident. Then, the four other members showed up. They were led to a private meeting room reserved for meetings that outsiders weren't allowed to hear.
"Hi guys, this meeting is to let you know that you guys are being moved to the Tower. After the last mission we decided that we needed our Padawans closer to us. So, we've asked that you all be moved here. I know some of you have wanted to move closer to us and attend Midtown." Damian started. After the unanimous cheer rang out, Christina continued.
"I'm glad you all accepted. We've designed your rooms to the details of what you like. I'm really excited that you guys are going to be living here." With that, the day of self sabotage ended without many more incidents.
