Harry Potter & The Ancient Grimoire
A/N Hello everyone, before I even begin to start my story, I would like to make clear I do not own harry Potter, or any property in anyway shape or form relating to Harry Potter and J.K Rowling. This is my first ever story and there are going to be lots of mistakes and may not be described in the best way. I haven't written since high school so... don't be too harsh on me XD Please leave reviews and comment your thoughts! I will probably edit it after it's posted as I'm terrible with grammar. I would just like to state right now, most of the spell's from Harry's grimoire are going to be made up by myself, and they are going to probably sound very riddikulus (heh) so please don't hate the spells to harshly.
Harry looked over his trunk and mentally confirmed his checklist the third time and clasped the trunk shut, a shimmer of magic covering the trunk locking it for everyone besides Harry himself. He turned around after hearing the door open and his Godfather was smiling, leaning against the frame. The month of medical treatment was a massive success, Sirius and Harry were as healthy as they should be for people of their age group. A small, short blonde nurse quietly snuck in and casted several spells to double check her favourite patient was all set before he had to leave her.
Harry gently wrapped his arms around the nurse and was immediately smothered with love while his head was unfortunately squished into her breasts, Harry tried to breath but was starting to turn a slightly different colour before he was released. Harry bent over with his hands on his knees, he breathed him trying to regain control of his breathing. Barks of laughter was heard from the door as Sirius was currently dying of intense laughter.
"You are one lucky pup, your godfather would have loved to be in that position" Sirius spoke after his bout of laughter, his arms around his ribs to try and control his breathing from laughing so hard. Harry glared at his Godfather while the nurse was blushing from embarrassment, she once again hugged Harry softly and muttered a "be safe honey" before she walked past Sirius and continued her nursing duties.
Sirius smiled at how good Harry looked, the glasses were no more with his fixed eyesight. Harry had gained several pounds of weight and had grown several inches, he was probably taller than most boys his age. Amelia walked into the room and smiled at the new state of Sirius and Harry and coughed softly to get their attention.
"We have organized an impromptu trial at the Ministry of Magic, it's been kept under wraps in case the Minister or Malfoy decide to do somethingā¦ unethical and influence everyone's opinion of Sirius." Amelia turned and looked at Harry who was looking visibly nervous, Amelia smiled softly and hugged him using one arm. "Me and Sirius have been through this several times, we are certain he will obtain his freedom after today, We have significant evidence against Dumbledore and actually recently discovered some evidence against Lucius Malfoy, today will be quite the roller coaster I expect" Amelia and Sirius had evil grins on their faces with the knowledge they had.
Harry, Amelia and Sirius walked out of Harry's room and waved at all of the kind nurses and doctor's who helped both Sirius and Harry, They thanked each profusely and shook their hands or gave them a quick small hug after getting to know each staff member over the month of treatments. They walked over to the Floo and Amelia pulled out a pair of magic supressing cuffs, attaching them to Sirius as was protocol since he was still technically a fugitive. Harry threw in the floo powder and floo'd to the Auror Offices in the Ministry of Magic as Amelia had to Floo both herself and Sirius. Several minutes later both Sirius and Amelia stepped out after Harry and nodded to Harry to follow them, as several Aurors followed Amelia Sirius and Harry to secure their safety.
Harry, Sirius and Amelia walked into Courtroom 1, the largest of the courtrooms that the ministry possessed. It was used for the largest of court cases, the last time the courtroom was used was for the trials of the arrested Death Eaters that were eventually captured after he who must not be named was defeated by the boy who lived, Harry himself. Sirius was led to a large stone chair in the middle of the room under disillusionment, Harry and Amelia walked over to an empty sitting area and sat down, a few moments later several witches, the kind nurse from Saint Mungo's sat beside him and smiled, a rough looking scarred man with a limp and magical eye that Harry recognized as Mad Eyed Moody sat beside the nurse and nodded towards Amelia and Harry, Hermione and Daphne became visible as soon as they entered the seating area and waved at Harry before a wave of magic emerged from the bench and became invisible to every single person in the courtroom as evidence key witnesses.
Cyrus Greengrass walked into the courtroom and shook hands with several people he could not remember for the life of him who they were or which faction they were a member of, he hoped to somehow persuade their votes for Sirius by sucking up to as many Wizengamot members as the emergency trial was not publicly known to the Wizengamot.
Minister Fudge and the pompous toad known to everyone as Madam Dolores Umbridge walked to the Ministers chair and Undersecretary chair and sat down, and Fudge used his gavel to bring everyone to attention as they scrambled to sit down in their perspective chairs.
"Good morning, everyone, I now proclaim this emergency Wizengamot session into session. Please be silent."
Madam Bones stood up from her seat and silently casted an amplifying voice charm on herself, making sure to look over the entire courtroom, to solidify her position.
"Good morning, today we will be correcting a grave error that happened many years ago, Lord Sirius Black of the Black Family was arrested, and thrown into Azkaban twelve years ago without a trial of any shape or form, Today we will be attempting to correct this grave mistake made by Barty Crouch Sr, and other high member officials at that time.
Amelia waved her wand, the disillusionment charm was lifted from Sirius, exposing him to the Courtroom as everyone went hysterical, several witches and wizards we're yelling to kill the dangerous prisoner and several stupefy spells were casted at Sirius, a golden dome surrounded Sirius and deflected the spells to the ceiling. Several aurors stunned and arrested the witches and wizards who shot spells at Sirius, Amelia and Dumbledore used a spell to imitate a cannonball shot to try and restore order within the courtroom.
Fudge was banging the gavel as the entire population of the courtroom calmed down and retook their seats, excluding the witches or wizards who stupidly shot spells at Sirius, Fudge glared down at Sirius and spoke in a tone filled with hared, nervousness and fear as Lucius was glaring at Fudge.
I'm sorry for the very long wait for this chapter, I have recently broke a part of a bone in my foot and also slightly tore a ligament in my foot as well, my house has also had a small flooding and my basement carpet got slightly soaked, the smell was terrible so I couldn't honestly sit down and work for more then 10 minutes before I felt sick and wanted to vomit.
