Chapter 19: Oracion Seis

"Sabo's dead...," said Luffy while he and a younger Ace sat at his funeral.
"Serves him right for trying to be a pirate.," said a bratty voice making Luffy turn around.
He saw an indigo-haired boy, an orange-haired girl with pigtails, a blond girl, a large boy with brown hair that covered his eyes, a dark skinned girl with purple hair, and a boy with blue hair wearing a scarf.
"What did you say?," asked Ace.
"It's in his birthright to be a noble and exert his authority without working for it. I wouldn't mind working under that than a bunch of vagabonds drifting like fools with little importance.," said the boy.
"You take that back! Shanks isn't that!," yelled Luffy.
"The Red Hair? He's with that damn Roger and his band of dolts.," muttered the indigo-haired boy as he clenched his fist.
"Did I hear you say Roger?," asked Ace.
"Yeah, he's a bastard and I'd be ashamed if I had any of them as a relative In fact, I'd hang myself for being born.," said the boy, not realizing Ace was charging after him.
Ace began to punch bloody as he yelled-
"Say that again!," roared Ace before the large boy grabbed his fist.
Suddenly, Garp came in and punched Ace and the boy for starting a fight.
"Damnit, I was going to introduce you later and you had to start beating on each other. They're Tew Tom, Seagull Howell, Millet Jennings, Woodes Montbar, Damper Nathaniel, and Delahaye Clisson. They're grandchildren of Roger's crew so I thought you'd get along.," said the Marine.
Tom stuck his tongue at Luffy while the latter snarled.
"I'm gonna be a top agent of the World Government and serve whatever corrupt task they ask for.," Tom said.
"That's not something to be happy about...," Garp said.
Present
Luffy peeled off his skin, removing it to reveal a skeleton before swallowing it. It had Gear 5's ripple eye design with white whispy hair and a cloudy halo behind him.
"Shishishishishi. I'm even more free than before.," said Luffy with a giggle as he detached his head and threw it at Tom.
"Nika-Nika: Homing Ball!," Luffy declared.
"He's got more tricks than last time.," Buggy chided while Galdino looked on with bugged-out eyes and his jaw-dropping.
"He's a monster!" the 3-number-styled man screamed.
So Gear 6 removes his skin and allows him to use Haki to have more movement?, Shanks thought.
"A homing projectile. That's so-," said Tom before seeing it enlarge itself much to his wide-eyed shock.
He then ran the other way as the giant head chomped while he chased after him.
"Nika-Nika: Munchy-Munch.," Luffy's head said as it chased after Luffy.
"This wasn't in the reports from Wano!," Tom complained.
The Dwarf citizens looked on with awe and bewilderment.
"Could that be the Sun warrior of liberation?," asked an ale salesman.
Muffy and Olympia smiled as Minerva sighed.
"It's so nice he's revisiting friends.," said the redhead as the witch groaned.
"Looks more like he's getting back at him.," Minerva observed.
Zoro's Group
"You've learned about THAT kind of Haki? So this won't be as easy as last time.," Zoro noted before seeing the ground generate a scarf. Both fighters disengaged their battle as another party arrived.
"I was hoping to finish you with that immediate strike. But your Observation is very keen.," said a blue-haired boy dressed in a business suit with a sherpa hat, a blue scarf, and a blue facial mask.
"You don't seem to be with these guys.," Zoro noted.
"No, I'm an agent of the World Government- the Oracion Seis. We're separate from those CP battle junkies. We're professionals focused on the job at- HAND!," he said as he went for a jab meant to finish the fight.
"Great, you guys keep on getting in the way.," said Zoro as he blocked the strike with one sword and used the other to attempt a slash at him.
A cloud summoned by another individual blocked it. It was a blond girl with a golden top hat, and a business suit that was short enough to show her midriff and yellow eyes.
"Millet Jennings...He's...Woodes...Montbar...we're here to...take out...enemies of the...World Government...your Emperor status...means nothing...," said the girl much to Mohji's horror.
"Damnit. I thought we finally had the Government off our backs.," said the horned-haired man.
Montbar then noticed Vivi.
"Oh, it's the princess. Get her. She's of great importance to the Elders.," he said to his ally before Brook struck him only for the young man's body to turn into scarves to avoid the strike.
"A Cloud-Cloud and a Scarf-Scarf enemy. If they're both Awakened, it might be trouble.," said the skeleton.
One of the pawns began to run away as Yamato noticed.
"Damnit. Get back here.," he said before Jennings summoned more clouds to smother the Straw Hats and the Cross Guild.
"Reminds me of Skypeia except this might be more of a pain.," said Zoro.
"You should've never allied with Luffy. He's just a dead weight.," said Montbar.
"You seem to be familiar with Luffy.," said Yamato.
"We...were...kids together...until we were...recruited into the Oracion Seis...," said Jennings.
"The Oracion Seis?!," said Bonz with some concern.
"I remember that. Cipher Pol is the shield that protects the World Nobles- being bodyguards and assassins. Oracion Seis is the arrow of the World Government- being its mandated bounty hunter group to bring dangerous individuals and other important items to them dead or alive. To think children would be among its current generation.," said Brook.
"Not sure where you were for a week but better to take you all out very quickly.," said Montbar as he summoned scarves on the clouds to strangle the targets.
The goblin did a rhythmic snapping with his fingers as the cloud began to disrupt...
Franky's Group
Franky grappled with a brown-haired man with blinding bangs and a backward baseball cap with a propeller on top. Franky grabbed some nearby old equipment and in a flurry, proceeded to create a wave-motion gun resembling a donkey.
"I don't mind the kiddie hat. You seem to be a really macho guy! Super Ass Gun!," Franky shouted as it fired condensed cola as a wave-motion beam at the young man. The man responded by enlarging his forearms- making his muscles grow into a shield without destroying the fabric of the suit.
"Dampier Nathaniel. I ate the Muscle-Muscle Fruit, so I'm a muscle man. We should've been the ones to drag you to Saturn to make that anti-Pluton weapon instead of the Cipher Pol clowns.," said the man in a passive-aggressive tone.
"Hey. Hey! We're busy with our own thing. Mind if you leave?," asked the bun-haired girl as she struck the man with her bell but he didn't budge. However, the ringing made him slightly off-balance.
He then noticed the ground beneath him was liquefying into mercury as he saw Vega 40 turn into a beaver and bite on his midsection.
"Ultra Beaver Beam!," she yelled as she fired a beam from her mouth, sending him flying.
She returned to normal with a confident grin only to see the man generate a muscle dome to protect himself.
"I've mastered all aspects of my powers. I doubt the likes of you-," he said before noticing Polly fly right at him.
"Oh, it's Uranus. You'll be scolded for your treachery-," said the young man before the macaw transformed into a massive Tyrannosaurus Rex.
"My name is Polly! Rex Deus Split!," the parrot-dinosaur declared as he whacked Nathaniel to the ground with his tail only for the latter to get up like it was nothing.
"I thought you were just a talking parrot but you have the King of the Dinosaurs as your Daimon. This fellow is one that requires more direct discipline.," said Jinbe as Roux blitzed behind the young man to fire at his head.
Nathaniel dodged only for Jinbe to use his Fish-Man Karate on him.
"5 Million Demon Brick Fist!," Jinbe declared as liquid with white electric with blue outline sparks protruded from the fist as Nathaniel began to be propelled away.
"The body is comprised of water. And I have become a Water Fishman to complement this new move.," Jinbe said as Nathaniel was sent flying several kilometers away.
Sanji's Group
Sanji was enamored by the dark-skinned woman with red, wearing a beret, a black overcoat over her midriff exposing business suit.
"You with CP9?," asked Nami.
"No, we're the Oracion Seis. I'm their commander- Delahaye Clisson. You've become too much of a threat. So die.," said the woman as she turned into a black unicorn and charged at Nami.
Robin generated a massive blue hand to grab the unicorn but it generated feathered wings.
"The Horse-Horse: Alicorn. That's a troubling foe.," Robin observed as Nami went in for an attack.
"Ok, alicorns can do what my Climat Tact can do on their own- really unfair. I'll distract her with a clash of lightning while you restrain her. Sanji's useless here unless he does that...," said Nami with Sanji giving a revolted expression when an implication was brought up.
"And Anne will-," said Nami as she saw Anne charge at her in her Angelic bestial form.
"Cherubim Heavenly Nova!," Anne shouted as she fired a solar-based beam at Clisson, sending her into a crater.
"I did it! I did it!," shouted Anne as she turned back to normal and began to jump up and down.
"Going off on her own. Really reminds me of our captain.," Robin chuckled.
Nami thwacked her on the back of the head.
"You can't just rush without thinking! You idiot!," Nami scolded.
"I apologize.," Anne said with a bow but Nami thwacked her again.
"She was so militant and disciplined when we met. Guess being passionate is her true nature.," Robin noted.
"She's getting back up.," said Snake as Clisson flew out of the crater as a centaur hybrid with an Awakened halo.
Usopp's Group
Usopp, Chopper, Carrot, and Eugene looked on as they saw an orange-haired girl with pigtails dressed in a business suit approach them.
"She's just a brat that got lost in the caves. Poor thing.," said Peclo before she made a wave with her hand.
A subtle, ambient sound was heard and suddenly, everyone felt uneasy.
"What the hell was that?," asked Usopp before he pulled out his Black Kabuto to block the incoming strike- but it shattered.
"Sorry Master Hercules!," cried Usopp while Carrot attempted her moves but couldn't.
"This is bad. She's normalized the area.," said Eugene.
"Oh boy.," said Chopper.
"Don't bother. This entire city's Haki and Devil Fruits are negated. I ate the Normal-Normal Fruit. I can lock onto the singular targets and negate their Haki. While myself and selected allies can maintain our own.," the girl explained.
She then scoffed as she muttered-
"Tom. Why didn't you have me join you instead of doing in these jokers."
"You're Seagull Howell. You're still wearing that-," said Yasopp before she pulled a gun on him.
"You visited me more than your own son and didn't even visit your lover on her deathbed. How pitiful a meager Emperor wingman you are. I'd say you're disappointing your son and wife but they were just a waste of time.," she said before seeing Usopp pull another Kabuto- this one white with a grinning sun face and much bigger than the last one.
"I don't care if you're taking our resentments about being related to someone that made your lives more difficult. Don't talk shit about my mom.," said Usopp coldly as he fired at her.
She generated a white cathedral barrier to block the strike.
"Your little Haki seed won't-," said the girl before seeing it was an angelic-looking plant that bypassed the barrier and constricted her.
"Just like Devil Fruits being a crutch lets you down- you can't just rely on Haki for everything. There's more to life than your job and taking in and exploring the world will lead to you finding out a lot more than fearing the unknown.," said Usopp.
Ok, that sounded cool. I kinda wish I could use THAT right now but it looks like its being shut off for the moment., he thought.
"Your Captain's very reliant on his own power. Lil' Luffy's going be manhandled by Tom!," Howell gloated.
"A good captain relies on his crew., You seem to know Luffy from a while ago but...what are you gonna say if you see him now." said Chopper as Carrot looked just as stern and confident as he was- with Eugene bashfully attempting the same.
Luffy's Group
My Haki's been negated. Is that why they were always comfortable with me around them? It must be a Devil Fruit user with the same kind of power., thought Shanks.
Luffy grinned in his normal state while Tom looked confused.
"You were gonna have it easy but now...you've messed up.," said Luffy as he crossed his arms.
"Your Haki's being targetted individually by Howell-," said Tom.
"Hey, how's she doing? I wanted to marry her a while back-," Luffy said before Tom gave a blushed and flustered look.
"You take that back, idiot!," shouted Tom.
"You're the dumbass working like a dog for those weirdoes!," yelled Luffy.
"Dumb Monkey wrecking things!" Tom screamed.
Both young men began to fight as Sabo and the other Revolutionaries arrived childishly.
Tom then resumed being serious.
"Lookie there. I guess Sabo's a zombie...better put him in the grave so he can share with Ace how you failed to do anything to save him. Wallow in your own self-pity-," Tom said candidly as he summoned a dot to pull a knife on an unsuspecting Sabo.
Suddenly, Luffy grabbed his arm and forced it back.
"I've been training so I don't have that ever happen again. So individually? What's that mean Dot-Tom?," asked Luffy.
"Means one target with one Haki...," Tom replied.
Luffy then turned to his colleagues and said-
"Then I'm pretty sure you don't have a chance."
Tom looked puzzled as Luffy shouted-
"Hey! Let's do Mantle!"

Author Notes: The Oracion Seis are described as being superior in-story but narratively, they act as a gauge point to see if Luffy can take on the CP0 and other World Noble elite forces after their training. I describe them as Luffy's bullies all grown up and believing in the self-righteous bullshit the World Nobles tell themselves.
