Takin' Care of Things
It was common knowledge that their personalities were different. Completely different, in fact.
Phineas was the talkative one, Ferb was the silent one. Phineas was the man with a plan, Ferb was the man of action. Phineas came up with the ideas, and Ferb made them happen.
They balanced each other perfectly.
But even though at first they seemed like opposites, they also shared many of the same talents and likes. Both were genius's, able to make anything. Both loved to sing, and did a lot. Both were considerate, generous, polite, and both loved their family, as well as their pet platypus, and they were willing to do anything for their friends.
They were rarely ever seen without each other. They were best friends, and did everything together.
Through law, they had become stepbrothers.
But through bond, they had become brothers.
