"Thank you for helping me rake up these leaves, Roo. Normally I do this myself but I've just been so busy lately..."
"I'm happy to help, Rabbit. Don't worry about it." Roo said, using his makeshift smaller rake to pull in a big a clump of leaves into the pile as he could.
Rabbit was getting some leaves from between the pumpkins in the garden when Roo asked a question.
"You do know Tigger's just going to come along and bounce into the leaf pile?"
Rabbit paused for just a moment before letting out a small chuckle and shrugging.
"Yes. I do. But I'd hate to disappoint him."
It turned out of course that the leaf pile was not long for this world as minutes later a tell tale bouncing noise sounded. Leaves went flying everywhere as Tigger bounced through the leaf pile as expected of him. He laughed as he stopped before Rabbit and stood up, nose to nose with his lover.
"Nothing like bouncing through the leaves!" Tigger said.
"Yes. But there's also nothing like helping me and Roo rake up the leaves you got all over the yard." Rabbit said calmly, handing a rake to Tigger.
Tigger looked down at the rake at first and lifted a brow, as if unsure what the tool in his hands was. Though he didn't look too happy about the idea of raking, he helped with no complaint. And eventually he put his normal amount of energy he put into life into the job.
