"Holy Titanic! Just as a Pokemon pirating plan is foiled by Ash and his friends, catastrophe strikes the St Anne! The cruise ship capsizes with them still on board! Team Rocket also faces the same horrible fat as the once proud St Anne plunges deeper and deeper into the depths of the sea! Could this be how it ends?"

"You guys were on the St Anne?!" Serena asked, covering her mouth in horror.

"What's that?" Bonnie asked, confused.

"A horrible day." James shuddered.

"It was a ship, beautiful design." Clemont sighed. "It sank, sadly."

The scene opens on Officer Jenny giving a eulogy to the dead Ash, Brock, Misty, Jessie and James, saluting as she threw flowers into the sea, a bugle call sounding out into the morning. It then cut to Ash waking up, seeing Brock, Misty and Pikachu all upside down, before revealing he was trapped by a table and on the now ceiling, he struggled and fell from it to the floor, trapping Pikachu beneath him. Ash asked what had happened whilst Misty told him to look outside, seeing fish swimming, Ash realised the ship had capsized, yelling about it.

"They just wrote you off as dead? How long had it been since the ship sank?" May asked.

"About twelve hours." Brock answered as the room shook their heads. They'd just given up any hope they'd survived already, what was the Kanto police doing?

"How did he even end up trapped under a table?" Max asked.

"I have no idea." Misty shook her head. "We all got knocked out when the ship went down, we woke up to find Ash above us."

Elsewhere, James and Jessie dreamt of tanning on a beach, before Meowth told them to wake up, being cooked by fires from the ovens, they screamed and ran around, ducking under water, before being informed the ship had sunk, and it'd be hard to get off of it, James cried that they were all doomed. Jessie ordered Ekans out and to acid attack to cut a hole they could escape from, all it achieved was flooding their area and wiping Team Rocket out.

"How are you guys not dead from that alone?" Bonnie asked James.

"Power of anime." James shrugged.

"What's that?" Bonnie questioned.

"You'll find out when you're older." James assured her, as Bonnie frowned at him.

"How would making more holes inside the ship help at all?" Clemont pondered. "Is this some kind of double bluff?"

James had no idea how to reply to that so kept silent, looking at the screen.

Back with the trio, Misty sent Goldeen out to find a way to the deck below, swimming down, Goldeen found no escape, but brought back Team Rocket, saving their lives from drowning. As they washed up, everyone rushed to their balls, Ekans and Koffing squaring up against Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle and Geodude. The ship began to tilt as they tried to send their Pokemon to the other end of the corridor for balance, eventually listening to Misty as she ordered all four of them to call back their Pokemon so the ship didn't sink further.

"At least one of you had brains to realise the ship would sink further if you didn't balance quick!" Clemont congratulated Misty, who beamed.

"Well they're mostly all guys." Misty shrugged, May, Dawn, Bonnie and Serena giggled as Max, Brock and James scowled. Clemont just looked bemused.

"Yeah it really wasn't the best time to be battling." Brock admitted.

Misty brokered a truce, with everyone shaking hands, despite Meowth being shocked by Pikachu, as they worked on how to escape. Misty explained if they climbed to the hull and cut a hole through the hull, they should be able to swim out. Using Onix, they climbed up to the lower decks and used Charmander to light the way, heading towards the engine room and potential freedom. Reaching a chasm, with the floor ablaze, they wondered what to do as Jessie and James hugged each other, remarking how they were both beautiful and doomed to die young.

"You're all using your Pokemon's strengths to work together!" Max marvelled.

"Even I can put aside my dislike of you twerps and twerpettes if it means living." James stated.

"How can you be so dramatic? Don't you know the best thing to do in a situation like this is to remain calm?" Bonnie asked.

"I really am too young and beautiful to die so young!" James protested.

"Oh brother." Misty shook her head.

"At least Misty had a brain in this situation, or you'd probably all have died." May grimaced, not liking the thought of that happening to her friends.

Misty slapped them both as Ash used Pikachu to electrocute his brain to find an idea, before he sent out Bulbasaur, everyone crossing on the vines whilst James had a freak-out. Snapping him out of it, Team Rocket crossed as well. Ash used Charmander to cut a hole in the hull as the trio tied themselves to their water Pokemon, escaping as the water entered.

"How is that not killing Ash by now?" Dawn wondered.

"He's got an empty enough head that Pikachu's attacks must pass through without hitting anything." Misty giggled.

"At least you're off the boat finally!" Serena cheered as they escaped the sinking ship.

"Not all of us." James glared at her as Serena sank into her seat.

Team Rocket panicked as they didn't have a water Pokemon, before James laughed, reminding the others that he had bought a Magikarp and they ridiculed him for it. Jessie and Meowth apologised as they tied themselves to Magikarp, who just sat there, as the ship finally fell off of its perch and sank to the sea floor, Team Rocket seemingly still trapped aboard.

"Well I have to say, I didn't expect a Magikarp, but it's better than nothing!" Max beamed.

"Oh no, nothing would have been much better." James muttered as Brock and Misty nodded ruefully.

"How is it so weak it doesn't know to just swim out?" Bonnie asked.

"Magikarp are probably the weakest Pokemon there is." Clemont told his sister. "I wouldn't expect much from one."

On a dry dock, the trio sent out Pidgeotto to find dry land, following the tale of Noah and how he had done so (I'd forgotten how much Abrahamic imagery was in this show before they made a God Pokemon) Pidgeotto headed out before it cut to the dock again and Team Rocket aboard it. The trio thought they were dead and prayed, before saying they'd have to bury them at sea. Pushing them towards the ocean, Team Rocket sprung up, as the trio panicked it was being attacked by zombies. Pikachu snapped his fingers in disappointment that Meowth wasn't dead.

"Wait, you didn't even check for a pulse or anything, you just assumed they were dead and left it at that?" Dawn asked.

"Not our best moment." Misty admitted.

"YOU WERE GOING TO DROWN US IF WE DIDN'T WAKE UP?!" James roared. They figured the twerps were up to something, but killing them?

"At least they were respectful enough to try bury you, rather than eat you?" May asked as James paled. What if these twerps try eat him?

"Anyone else notice Pikachu seems bloodthirsty where Meowth is concerned?" Max shuddered.

As the night passed into day, they began to suffer from hunger, seeing Magikarp splashing on the dock, everyone demanded they eat it, Meowth bit into it, breaking his fangs, as Misty explained Magikarp was only scales and bones, with no meat to eat. James kicked Magikarp off of the dock, stating he didn't want to be its master any longer.

"I mean I can kinda see why the rest of you would be into it, exhaustion and hunger, but isn't Pikachu and Meowth like cannibalism?" Dawn asked.

"It really is an entirely useless Pokemon to have until it evolves." May shrugged.

"I can't say I blame earlier you for disowning it." Bonnie told James.

"I can blame him." James grumbled, remembering what came next.

As Magikarp landed in the water, it began to glow, becoming Gyarados. James whimpered as Gyarados bared down on them, demanding it listen to him as the master. Gyarados merely glared, as Misty sent out her Pokemon, telling them that her plan was to run away, they paddled as the three water Pokemon pulled the raft, Gyarados in pursuit, until it stopped. They began to cheer it had given up before Misty warned that maybe the stories were true about Dragon Rage, suddenly four more Gyarados appeared, all five circling as they prepared a Dragon Rage attack.

"Wow, a Gyarados!" Bonnie exclaimed, marvelling at the size of the Pokemon.

"Not a good time to see one, when we attacked it and tried to eat it." Brock rubbed the back of his head awkwardly.

"Yeah, that's probably the best plan to deal with a Gyarados." May agreed, seeing them trying to flee.

"Oh Arceus, Dragon Rage?" Dawn's eyes widened.

James just sighed, he really didn't want to relive the whole giant Pokemon island thing again.

Misty said nobody had ever escaped Dragon Rage as they attacked, the twister getting hold of everyone, sending them flying, Team Rocket were quickly thrown away, as Ash told the others to hold on, as they were also thrown into the twister, before being thrown away to regions unknown, as the screen faded away.

"Well that was intense, what happened to you guys?" Max asked.

"We got thrown away to this island with giant Pokemon on it." Misty shook her head. "It was crazy."

Well I've worked a bit these last few days on this fic exclusively, I've written the script part for Mewtwo Strikes Back, clocking in at 3700 words without any reaction, and I've begun work on the Power of One script. Do you guys want to see those published when done under a separate fic or published when I reach them in this one?
