"Fine, let's do it" Jade said and they looked at each other surprised, that had been a quick change.
"Thank you, Jade, I promise you they will pay" Anna said and Jade sighed. "Come on, let's get you something to eat"
They took Jade to Tori's house and she freshened up there, she sobered up and they sat down to prep her. "Okay Jade, when are you going to see them again?" Anna asked her.
"There is a party tomorrow, lots of producers…and of course, we are encouraged to mingle with them and audition" Jade explained.
"Great, then we can get more of them if they do something incriminating" Luke said and she nodded.
"They will…" She said and they smiled at her.
"It's gonna be okay, we'll be close by and you don't have to do anything" Anna affirmed and she shrugged.
"What difference does it make?" Jade asked sincerely.
"It matters, Jade, it's your body" Tori said and she sighed, most of the time she didn't feel her body was hers. She'd learned to separate herself from it.
"Don't worry about that tonight, you can stay with your friends and we'll pick you up tomorrow" Anna said.
"That's alright, I can go to the hotel" She responded.
"I wouldn't recommend that, you shouldn't be alone tonight" Anna said.
"I've been alone for a year, I'll be fine" Jade simply said.
"No, you're staying with us" Tori said "Don't fight it, please"
"I think that's best" Luke added and Jade shrugged.
"Fine"
The cops left Jade in the house with her friends, but she felt very uncomfortable, and she was getting very anxious without the drugs. She didn't even know how to hang out around them anymore, it felt unnatural and awkward.
"So, do you wanna watch a movie?" Cat asked nicely.
"Sure" Jade said and they sat down around her in the living room, so she ended up between Beck and Robbie. They all felt uncomfortable as well, but for very different reasons, they didn't know how to treat her without making things worse.
They watched the movie in silence and Jade felt even worse after, she could sense they were not at ease, but she imagined it was because they didn't want to be around her.
"Well, it's over…" Tori said when the move ended, it'd been the longest 2 hours they'd ever experienced.
"How about cards?" Andre suggested and Jade exhaled in resignation.
"This isn't working" She said "I should go, I'll be fine" she added as she stood up and grabbed her purse.
"No, wait" Beck said as he grabbed her arm. "Please, it's not safe out there" He said and she looked at him emotionlessly, but he could basically read her mind and he knew what she was thinking. "And yes, I know you've been out there for months, but it doesn't make it better or less dangerous" He added.
"You are all so uncomfortable, I can feel it" Jade said "How about you drop me off at the hotel?"
"And then what? You'll take more pills?" Beck asked and she rolled her eyes. "It's not a good idea, we'll leave if you want, but you'll stay with Tori"
"Yes" Tori said and Jade knew they were right, so she put her purse back and sighed.
The following night Jade was prepared and wired up, they put a little camera and microphone on a necklace she was wearing, and she showed up at the venue for the party. There were lots of men and girls walking around, chatting, and drinking as usual.
"At least four of those girls are underage too" Anna commented, they were all outside watching on the monitors.
"Jade darling, there you are" Evelyn said as she greeted Jade "Great job last night" She said and kissed her on the cheek.
"Hey Evelyn" Jade said coldly.
"Well done, we got a very good call from George, your audition went perfectly…he hopes to see you again" She added and Jade faked a smile, but she knew everyone would be hearing it.
"I don't know, he was kind of aggressive" Jade said "And he didn't even tip me well"
"What do you mean?" Rogers asked.
"He slapped me…a few times and he was very rough, I told him to slow down but he didn't" Jade said "I'm surprised he had a good time, I thought he'd tell you I wasn't nice"
"Oh honey, don't even worry about that, we know you are a good girl" Evelyn said "He likes the game…next time you can fight him a little, it's like foreplay" she added and everyone in the police van rolled their eyes annoyed, they truly saw her as an object.
"Gotcha" Jade said coldly.
"Okay beautiful, time to mingle…remember, nice and flirty, but don't get too tired" Roger said and winked at her "In fact, we have something planned for tonight…the afterparty, for our very best associates and you're our girl of the season"
"What do you mean?" Jade asked.
"Don't worry darling, it'll be fun! And here, take this...you can go into the bathroom to take it" Evelyn said as she handed her some cocaine and winked "I'll get you more later, and your favorite too, just waiting for the afterparty" she added smiling.
"We got possession and distribution of narcotics a minute in…it's okay, we are okay" Luke said impatiently as they all watched the live footage.
Jade walked around for a while, so everyone would get good visuals and they did; they could see lots of men chatting with the girls on their laps. Most of the girls seemed to be in their 20s, but there were several underage ones just like Jade, they were smiling and they seemed happy, they were all well trained.
"This is disgusting, they all could be the fathers or grandfathers of those girls" Beck said upset.
"They're predators" Anna said.
A couple of hours went by, and Jade was approached multiple times, so she had to play it cool, she laughed and drank champagne with them, but she didn't take the drugs because she knew she had to be sober and she didn't want them to see her taking them.
"Jade, so nice to see you, come here and meet my friends" One of the men said as he held arm and Jade immediately recognized him, it was the first guy who had sponsored her, Thomas.
"Hey" Jade said trying to play it cool, but seeing him made her feel very anxious, he was the first man they'd officially pimped her out to. "I haven't seen you in a while" She responded.
"Been working abroad on some projects, but I'm back" Thomas said and stroked her cheek "I've thought about you a lot, you know?" He added smirking and everyone in the van knew he'd been one of her abusers, it was obvious.
"Really…" Jade responded emotionlessly.
"Guys, this is Jade" The man said as he introduced her to a group of men "Come on dear, sit with us" He demanded nicely and made her sit on his lap.
"Pleasure" The others said and Thomas laughed as he looked at her and stroked her leg.
"You know, I was her very first sponsor" Thomas bragged, and the others chuckled "Remember that, honey?"
"Yeah" She said coldly.
"She was so cute, you guys should've seen her…so nervous and shaky, but she just needed a firm directing hand and we made it work, didn't we?" He asked and kissed her cheek, so she nodded trying to contain the tears, she was full of rage.
"Son of a bitch" Beck said angrily in the van, he knew that was the man Jade had mentioned, he had raped her aided by Evelyn's threats.
"Firm hand? Is that new code for rape?" Tori added upset.
"I should hope you've improved by now, right? I'd love to sponsor you again" Thomas said as he moved his hand up her thigh.
"I'm busy tonight" She said and he smiled.
"I know, but perhaps tomorrow" He said as he continued groping her.
"Sure" Jade said and tried to stand up, but he pulled her back down.
"Come on, be nice" Thomas said "Stay with us for a little longer" He added and she sighed, but she had to stay. A few minutes passed and a couple more girls joined the group, all the guys had a girl with them, and soft strokes quickly turned into full on grabbing and making out.
The cops and the gang were in the police van watching everything from Jade's point of view, they could see flashes of the girls sitting on the laps of all the guys, they were all being touched and kissed, and Jade was no different. Thomas was touching her all over and they could see him kissing her, so most of the view was blocked by him.
"I can't watch this" Beck said upset and looked away, knowing that was just routine for Jade made him so angry.
An hour passed, the girls were dismissed or taken upstairs, and the venue started to clear up, so Evelyn and Roger took Jade into another room.
"Finally, some peace and quiet, right?" Roger said. "A little break before we start."
"So…what's next? When do I have another actual shoot?" Jade asked as she sat down on the sofa.
"Soon, shoots come from sponsors, and you are auditioning to get sponsors, darling" Roger said "The happier they are with your performance, the more generous they are with us"
"Wait, you mean you get paid…like actually paid when I have sex with them?" Jade asked upset, she knew that was true, but she was playing dumb "You said this was for me specifically, so they'd give ME projects, not you" she added
"We are your agents, we handle your projects…it's only fair we get a cut of your success, you wouldn't even be in the same room as these people if it weren't for us" Evelyn responded coldly.
"You are not sending me to act out a scene, you make me sleep with them and I'm supposed to believe it's for me, now you're telling me YOU get paid? And I get what? A miserable tip?" Jade asked angrily.
"Where is this attitude coming from? The tips you get are plenty, honey" Evelyn said.
"How much do you guys get every time I go on a date?" Jade asked.
"That's not of your concern, we get you gigs and that's what you should care about" Roger said. "This is the show business, it's not fair…grow up" He added annoyed and drank his whisky.
"So, that's it? I'm stuck living in a hotel room?" Jade asked and shook her head.
"Not long ago you were on the streets, you are in that hotel room thanks to us" Evelyn responded annoyed as well "You are so ungrateful."
"Why should I be grateful that you turned me into a prostitute?" Jade asked sincerely, anger and sadness dripping from her voice and her friends could feel it, so they closed their eyes sadly. "You ruined my life."
"You are back at this again" Evelyn said annoyed "You acted like a whore in that video, and we saw a chance to help your career, you just needed that little push."
"You drugged me" She responded and looked at Roger "And you raped me"
"Rape? Seriously?" Roger said and chuckled "We gave you what you wanted, all the crying and moaning was part of the game, it was art…You should see it"
"No thank you" Jade said coldly.
"I had a few shots printed, look" He said as he walked over to the bookshelf and showed her an enlarged photo where Jade was clearly distressed, crying and topless, she was covering her chest, while the two men surrounded her, one kissing her neck from behind and the other surrounding her with his arm.
"Jesus…" Beck said in anger and pain seeing her face in that shot, she looked helpless and tiny next to them.
"This one is my favorite" Roger said and showed her another, where Jade was on the floor unconscious while Roger laid on top of her, clearly raping her and the other man kissed her neck.
"Oh my god" Tori said disgusted and they looked away, they could not even look at that. Jade was looking at the photos and remembering that night, most was a blur, but she remembered some horrible parts of it.
"You see? This is art, honey, it's just for more advanced audiences" Roger said and smiled as he looked at the images.
"Don't cry, you look gorgeous" Evelyn said and handed her a glass of wine "Drink, come on…it'll make you feel better" she added and Jade did, she needed to drink and numb herself because she felt she was breaking apart.
"And on that note, we got a few propositions to make another video with you, that's our afterparty plan for tonight, a few of our friends saw the tape and they want you" Roger said
"What?" Jade asked confused "No way, I won't be on display for everyone to see."
"Honey, it's only for the community, Thomas will be there too…we saw you cozying up to him tonight so this should be easy" Evelyn commented "It's just going to be for you and a few of our friends, we have Thomas and a couple more who want to participate."
"What does that even mean? You mean me and all of them? Are you insane?" Jade asked angrily and scared.
"Oh please, you'll enjoy it" Evelyn said and winked.
"No, I won't do it" Jade said and the woman rolled her eyes.
"I told you she'd be a problem" Evelyn commented and Rogers smiled as he looked at Jade, he seemed calm which scared her even more.
"There is nothing to worry about, sweetie, you won't even notice…it'll be over by the time you wake up" Rogers said and smiled creepily, so Jade stood up and started feeling weird.
"What did you do? What-" Jade said confused and scared as she held her head and tried not to trip.
"This will help you be more relaxed, don't worry, I'll make sure you look great in the shots" Evelyn said as she stroked her face and Jade felt her legs weakening, so she tried to hold on to Evelyn, but then she dropped on her knees and fell back barely conscious. The gang and the police could see Evelyn and Roger from the floor.
"Is everything ready?" Rogers asked and Evelyn nodded as she leaned down over Jade.
"Yes, they'll be here soon…I'll get her ready" The woman said as she smiled and stroked Jade's head, who could barely understand what was happening at that point "It's okay, don't be scared…you're going to do great" She said to her and chuckled.
"Oh my god" Andre said nervously.
"We need to do something" Beck demanded scared
"We will, we will…don't worry" Anna said
"Don't worry? They drugged her and plan to let four men rape her on camera" Tori said angrily "GO IN THERE NOW!"
"Not yet, this is good, we can get them all" Luke said "Don't worry, we won't let them hurt her."
"What if you can't stop them in time? We need to get her out" Beck said anxiously.
"You need to calm down, we know what we are doing" Anna said "We want the best for Jade too, putting those bastards in prison will help her heal."
"I don't like this" Tori admitted "We need to get her out"
"We will, everyone is in place, don't worry" Luke said "We'll get those bastards"
