Short chapter btw and new poll on my profile.

So you didn't expect me to update this did you? Surprise. Anyway, One Piece won the poll by one vote instead of DxD thank god. The mess of messes story is getting worked on more than halfway done with the first chapter of that, but instead of it having yaoi and hetero might just make 3 different versions or 2. One that is pure straight shit and one that is yaoi and hetro, and one that is pure yaoi. Might only do 2, but who knows.

So go vote in the poll for what should be next etc. No smut this chapter sadly we moving along slowly but surely.

Warnings - no beta and ooc stuff, etc

Ichigo stared at the classroom ceiling, his life flashing before his eyes as he tried focusing on the scared face man's explanation of the genin teams. Lifting the water bottle to his lips, he drank like his life depended on it. Shizune had almost drained him in her sex-crazed state after he and Tsunade caught her. The two of them continued the escapades long into the night as they made up an excuse to walk him home at night. The staff believed that they were looking after him, unaware of the devious deeds they did.

"Kurosaki-san, can you come here for a moment?" The man said, drawing Ichigo out of his tired state as he stood up to go talk to the man. He was racking his brain, trying to remember his name. The lack of hydration got to him before he remembered it.

"Yo, Iruka, what do you need?" Ichigo asked, not using any formalities, which drew a tiny bit of ire from the instructor.

"It's Iruka-sensei," The man said, staring at Ichigo, who just stared back blankly. The teen's complexion was pale compared to a couple of days ago. "Nevermind, so we have an issue with the number of classmates and jōnin we have. You understand how we put you in teams of four, counting your jōnin instructor, right?"

"Yeah," Ichigo answered, not really understanding where this was going and hiding that he didn't know why they were placed in teams of four. He wasn't bothering to search for any information since he's been here. Something he was slowly regretting, but it wasn't like he had any free time to research the world he was in.

"Good, you understand then the situation you're in," Iruka continued. "But the Hokage has granted you permission to take on D-rank missions alone if you want to earn some ryō. Though I recommend that you can stay here and socialize with your fellow genin instead of going to the mission desk, which is only a couple of floors above us, to get your first mission."

Ichigo nodded in response as he thought about what to do. He had no reason to stay and have small talk with the other students, but it sure was boring without Kaguya. The woman vanished some time ago during his time with Tsunade and Shizune. Someone called out his name, drawing him out of his thoughts.

"Yo Kurosaki, come over here. I got a question for you," A blonde yelled at him from above one of the fellow genin Iruka told him about though he wasn't paying that much attention. He walked over to the blonde sitting in the middle between a pink-haired girl and a raven-haired boy, likely his two teammates if he had to guess. "So, you have any idea why my dad was asking about you?"

Ichigo raised an eyebrow at the question he asked before making the connection that this was Minato's son, likely from the mention of his dad. "Just hit my head and lost my memories, is all," Ichigo said, lying through his teeth, already tired of the lie. Wishing he thought of something better.

"Oh, shit, really? Sorry to hear that," The blonde said, scratching at his face where what seemed to be whisker marks were. The blonde was clearly uncomfortable at learning that. Ichigo's curiosity stirred slightly but was crushed. "Since you don't remember anything, name's Naruto Namikaze. These two are my partners, Sasuke Uchiha and Sakura Haruno."

"If you need any help or anything, don't be afraid to ask; we'll be more than happy to help you," The pink-haired girl called Sakura Haruno said, looking up at him from the chair she was sitting in with a smile on her face. Ichigo gave a light smile back, thinking that she was pretty cute with her long pink hair and the red qipao dress that she wore.

"Oh, do you have your phone with you?" Naruto asked, pulling his red phone out of his pocket, a fox charm dangling from it. "We can exchange information if you got any questions or need help."

This time it was Ichigo who scratched at his cheek, knowing that he did have his phone, but he didn't have the password for it, so he was blocked from assessing the information that the past him had on it. "I do, but I don't remember the password," He answered, watching Naruto's face blank at that before he slapped himself.

"Sorry, I shouldn't have asked forgot about that," Naruto said with a small laugh leaving him. Before his eyes widened, the blonde boy turned around to yell at someone. "Yo! Shikamaru come here; we need help getting into Ichigo's phone; he lost his memories and doesn't remember it!"

Whack!

Ichigo watched as Sakura's fist connected with Naruto's head, sending him into the desk as she yelled at him. His eyes widened slightly as he watched what had happened to the blonde. "You idiot, you don't go yelling about others' medical conditions like that!"

He debated if he should walk away before it was too late. Naruto and Sakura were already arguing with each other. "You lost your memory?"

"Yeah," Ichigo answered again, watching the spectacle before him. Morbid curiosity clutched at him as it continued. This time it wasn't crushed. "You, Shikamaru?" Ichigo asked as the pineapple-haired teen walked up to them.

"Yep, and only helping you cause Naruto asked otherwise. This would be too much of a drag," He answered him. His narrow brown eyes looked like they were about to fully close to go to sleep any second. "Mind giving me your phone?"

"Here," Ichigo said, handing it over to him as he looked down at it. "What are the chances of you being able to get into it?"

"Depends," Shikaru answered, holding it. "What are the chances you used your birthday as the password."

Ichigo stared at him, not actually thinking of using his own birthday as a password to try and unlock it, but it would make sense since it was pretty common to use your own information as a password. "I didn't try."

"Really?" Shikamaru said, dumbfounded by the answer he was given. He shook his head, knowing that the password would likely be the answer he provided. "What is it?"

"July fifteenth," He answered sheepishly, embarrassment washing over him that he didn't try it beforehand.

Shikamaru stared at him blankly as he handed the phone back over, the device unlocked as his fellow genin muttered to himself about it being a drag and a waste of time.

"Thanks," Ichigo said, knowing it was the right thing to say. Shikarmarus's shoulders slumped as he waved his hand lazily toward him in acknowledgment.

"Oh, you got it unlocked? Cool," Naruto said, looking up at him as he seemed to forget about the argument he was in with Sakura. "Here's my information."

Ichigo entered the information Naruto gave him, saving him under the contacts in his phone and seeing two unknown messages that had yet to be opened with images attached.

"Here's mine too," Sakura said, pulling out a pink phone which caused an eyebrow to rise. "Sasuke, do you want to give him your information too?"

"No, not really," Sasuke said as he observed the conversation happening around him, not interjecting himself.

"Don't listen to him here, I'll give you his number in case you can't reach Sakura or me," Naruto said, sending him a text message with Sasuke's information. Ichigo caught a glimpse of annoyance from him but not saying anything. The two unread messages from unknown numbers in his message log were more interesting. Noting that both had attachments on them from the senders. He could already guess who the senders were from what his gut was telling him.

"Anyway, I got to get going now," Ichigo said, wanting to go see what missions he could do and to see if it was even worth his time. "Curious about the type of missions they have."

"What about your jōnin instructor and teammates?"

Ichigo stared at Sasuke, his black eyes staring into his brown. Wondering why he had to ask something like that right as he was about to leave. "Don't have any, there was no spare jōnin left to pair me with, and there were only thirty other students, not including me, so only ten teams."

"Wow, that sucks," Naruto interjected, resting his head on his elbow, thinking of what someone could do if they didn't have a team. "So how are you going to train and stuff?"

"By myself, I guess," Ichgio answered the question, realizing he would be stuck playing twenty-one questions if he wasn't careful.

"Training by yourself isn't bad, but if you ever need a hand, you can ask me anytime," Naruto replied with a bright smile on his face. "Always need someone to help try new tactics on and jutsu."

"Okay, I'll message you if I ever need help training," He answered before regretting it Sakura and Sasuke's faces both paled at hearing him agree to the idea presented by Naruto.

"You won't regret it, I promise you that," Naruto said, a smile on his face that made him look like a fox. "Sorry for holding you up by the way. I kinda guessed you wanted to go get a mission?"

"It's no problem, and yeah," Ichigo answered before saying goodbye to the people he met. Making his way out of the classroom and moving past a cream-hooded jacket figure as he felt their eyes on him.

This could have been better I feel like but eh. Wanted to get it out as soon as possible.
