A few days after his fourth year, after he had gotten told about what the ministry and the Daily Prophet are saying about him, he leaves the Wizarding World. He heads to Smallville where he meets Jonathan Kent and his family before he starts at a special boarding school.

This is a second version of The Charmed Kitsune Prince of Fairy Tail (Multi X-Over), one that had gotten stuck in my head.
Warning: spoilers for Season 2 episode 5 of Superman & Lois, if you haven't seen it.

The next day Phoenix and Jon are back at the Kent Farm, Phoenix enters the kitchen with Jordan and Jon, and Jordan says as they enter "We smell banana muffins" pointing towards the basket. The two start walking towards the basket before Clark says "They're for Natalie" Lois goes over to the stove and grabs three banana muffins and says "Well"
"ooh...ooh!"
"hey...yah!"
"yum" mutters Phoenix as Lois gives the three a muffin each. Clark says "Whoa, whoa! Not fair" Lois gives one to Clark who says to Lois "Ah, thanks"
"so, uh, any updates on John Henry?" asks Jon as he closes the fridge after grabbing the milk while Jordan is grabbing some bowls, Phoenix stands in the kitchen eating his muffin.
"yeah, I talked to the doctors this morning, he's out of the ICU, but he does have a tough recovery ahead"
"so it takes it, that means that Nat won't be making it to Sarah's quinceanera?"
"unfortunately not" replies Clark before saying "probably not the best time to be hosting a party, but-"
"We're not cancelling, right?" asks Jordan in a slight panic before adding "I mean, it's kind of a big deal, it's not just a normal party, she's, like, studied for this"
"We wouldn't do that to Sarah, there are just a few things I have to take care of first," says Clark.
"yeah, and I have to go to the office for a little bit, so I need you three to stay here, there are people coming soon to set up the barn, so make sure they have everything they need," says Lois.
"Okay," says Jon.
"don't worry," says Phoenix.
Later that day the boys are sitting outside, Phoenix hears the boys' granddad pull in, and he turns to see him drive towards the house and stop, Jon and Jordan also see his car and Jon asks "Grandpa's not coming to the quinceanera, is he?"
"uh, no, he's here for me" replies Jordan.
"you?" asks Phoenix.
"what? Do you two have plans? Did you lose a bet?" asks Jon. Jordan starts to walk away, Jon puts the football in the basket before Jordan says "Uh, no, we-we hang" Phoenix looks confused, they start walking away from the tire swing and Jon asks "Uh, since when?" he then says "name one time"
"a-a-all right, so we don't, like, normally hang, but, uh..."
"Bro, why are being so sketch?" asks Jon.
"fine, he's training me," says Jordan.
"for what?" asks Phoenix.
"to help, like, sharpen my powers, but look, you can't tell Mom and Dad" replies Jordan as he stops walking. They hear a car door close, and their grandpa says to them as he walks over "Boys" They turn and Jon asks his grandpa as he walks over to them "You're training this guy?"
"Jordan, you'd make a terrible spy," says Sam Lane making Phoenix chuckle.
"I sh-okay, I don't get why this needs to be a big secret?" says Jon.
"because your parents aren't ready to deal with the reality of Jordan's situation, whether your father wants to hear it or not, one day, he may need Jordan's help, and I want him to be prepared should that be the case"
"I agree with that," says Phoenix. Sam Lane looks at him and Phoenix says "I didn't become an S-Class just by sitting on my ass, I prepared myself"
"oh, have fun," says Jon before saying "I have my own training to do"
"what? Football?" asks Jordan.
"no, in Magic" replies Jon before he starts to walk away with Phoenix.
"Actually, we could use you today, both of you" Phoenix and Jon stop before Sam Lane says "Help us figure out what Jordan's baseline is" Jon and Phoenix walk back "I assume I can count on you to keep this between us"
"Sure"
"yep"
"all right then, follow me," says Sam Lane, he starts walking to the barn.
The three teenage boys are on the ground doing push-ups, they are told to do 50 in one minute, Phoenix is done with his push-ups as the two others are still going, The Ex-General is counting as the two do their push-ups, once the two are done they get up and the Ex-General says "not bad, not remarkable either"
"What?" asks Jon before he asks "What are you talking about? 50 push-ups in a minute? That's like way above average"
"I'm sure your coach would be impressed, but we're talking about a whole different kettle of fish here, son"
"he's right, I did my 50 easily, I can do at least 100 in a minute," says Phoenix.
"How?" asks Jordan.
"I've been trained since I was young, I become S-Class because I trained hard, my trainers were tough, very tough"
"Who were your trainers?" asks Ex-General Lane.
"My celestial Spirits, all of them, they trained me in different things, stuff they were strongest at" replies Phoenix. Ex-General Lane nods, he walks a bit towards Jordan and says "Listen to me, this is not some dumb competition between you and your brother, this is a test to see how special you are"
"yeah, you're right, I could've done better," says Jordan.
"Good, I'm going to give you another chance to prove it," says Ex-General Lane before he says "Give me everything you have this time" Jordan nods.
"you too, Jon," says Phoenix. Jon nods. He is about to get down but is told by his grandfather to grab some water, Phoenix goes with him. The two head inside and Jon grabs a drink, Phoenix then says to Jon "Don't worry about keeping up with Jordan, you have abilities that Jordan will barely understand"
"That's true, I just feel useless," says Jon.
"then show them your power, show them the Angel within," says Phoenix. Jon smirks, and the two head back to the barn where Jordan is punching a bag, Jon says after walking in "Well, I guess if Dad's ever up against giant corn bag aliens, then Jordan's got you covered"
"not helpful," says his grandfather.
"Look, I think, honestly, at this point, the only way he's going to learn how to fight a real bad guy... is to spar me," says Jon after grabbing some gloves. Phoenix leans against the post and smirks, Jon's grandfather says "I'm afraid that's not an option"
"what? Why? 'Cause what, too strong or something?" asks Jon before saying "Come on, he'd be lucky to get one hit in, I was and still am being trained by one of the best"
"where's this coming from, Jon?" asks Jordan.
"just wanna see how I stack up against Superboy, you know?" replies Jon before adding "Using my magical power"
"Magical?" asks Jon's Grandpa. Jon smirks.
"come on, what, are you... scared or something?" Jon asks Jordan who turns to his grandpa who says "It's your call" Jordan decides that he will fight Jon. He and Jon square up, Phoenix is smirking before Jon punches Jordan who is quite surprised, he turns towards Jon as Jon smiles and says "Oh, come on, don't tell me that hurt, come on, come on" Jordan punches Jon in the gut and asks "are we done yet?" Jon's eyes turn gold and he straightens up, he squares up and throws a punch towards Jordan who then tries to punch Jon but Jon dodges each punch, this surprises Jon's grandpa who looks shocked, Jon then gets Jordan in the gut twice and punches him in the face, Jordan ends up on the floor before Jon's grandpa gets between them and says "hey, hey, hey, that's enough, that's enough"
"what is wrong with you?" asks Jordan.
"you're done here," says Jon's grandpa to Jon
"fine, I was just showing him what a real bad guy would do, and that he or she wouldn't stop just because you ask them to," says Jon, he takes off his gloves and walks out, and Phoenix follows him.
That night Phoenix, Jon and Jordan arrive at Sarah's quinceanera party, the three walk towards Sarah and her parents, and Sarah says to them "Hi"
"Hello," says Mrs Cushing.
"hey," says Jordan.
"um, no-no parents?" asks Sarah.
"Oh, they're just gettin' dressed, and, uh-" Jordan finally notices Sarah's dress and he starts to stammer by saying "Y-you look, um,"
"I think the word he's reaching for is 'stunning'" says Jon.
"I'd say Elegant" comments Phoenix. Jordan leans over to Sarah, touching her shoulder and says "That's not the word, neither of them" Sarah chuckles.
"Hey, you watch it, Rico Suave" Mr Cushing says to Jordan who moves beside Sarah. Mrs Cushing says to Sarah "Sarah, why don't you go show the boys the table?"
"okay" replies Sarah. She then leads them away from her parents towards the table. Mrs Cushing says "Have fun, you guys"
"all right, thanks" replies Jon.
Sometime later that night, Jordan is on his phone as Jon and Phoenix enter the room, Jon says to Jordan "Hey, I just, um, I just wanted to say I'm sorry about what happened with Sarah, really sucks"
"yeah" replies Jordan.
"Yeah," says Jon before he sits on his bed, Phoenix joins him and Jordan asks Jon "Jon, what- what's going on, man?"
"Can we just not get into this right now? I'm tired"
"me too," says Phoenix.
"come on, keeping secrets never works out," says Jordan. Jon scoffs and says "Says the guy literally keeping a massive secret" before saying "Dude, can you just- can you just for once, like, just quit acting like you know everything"
"yeah, well, can you quit lying to my face?" asks Jordan getting off his bed.
"I'm not lying!" exclaims Jon before his eyes turn gold. Jordan jumps back and says "You have powers, no wonder you were so much stronger this morning" He then asks "Why didn't you just tell me, man?"
"because it's not powers" replies Jon.
"then what is it?" asks Jordan.
"it's magic" replies Phoenix before saying "More specifically, his Take Over Magic: Angel Soul"
"Angel Soul?" asks Jordan confused.
"There is multiple Take Over Magics, one of them being Satan Soul and another being Angel Soul, another is called Beast Soul," Phoenix tells Jordan who nods in understanding.
"We have to tell Mom and Dad," says Jordan.
"later, they're kind of busy with everything that's going on," says Jon.
"And I'm training him with his magic, he's mastered his Angel Soul but it's not perfect, not yet anyway," Phoenix tells Jordan before he says "and your dad won't be able to help since he doesn't have the knowledge that I or our guild master has"
"guild master?" asks Jordan.
"Makarov Dreyar, the third Guild Master of Fairy Tail and the grandfather of Laxus Dreyar," Jon tells Jordan
The next day as Jon and Phoenix are getting dressed Jordan comes in, he obviously wants to know more about Jon's Angel Soul Magic and everything else Jon can do, since he has never seen what Jon could do with his cards or his Requip. Jordan asks "What kind of stuff can you do?" he keeps asking different questions when Jon's phone rings, it's Coach Gaines, Jon answers and says "Yo, hey, Coach, how's it going?" the coach is talking to him.
A few minutes later they are all in the kitchen, Jon is telling them the good news, and Clark says to Jon "Dude, you're starting tonight?"
"that's amazing, honey," says Lois.
"See? What'd I tell you? You just put your head down, work hard, have a little patience, and you get your shot" says Clark as he packs their lunches.
"yeah, well, Timmy's sick, so..." says Jordan.
"it doesn't matter how it happened, Jordan, what matters is what your brother does with this opportunity," says Lois.
"I'll be there tonight, to cheer you on," Phoenix tells Jon who says "Thanks"
"your mom's right, now's your chance to show Coach and everybody what you can do," says Clark to Jon.
"Definitely," says Jon.
"all right, let's talk about it in the car," says Clark. They all leave the house and get into the car to school.
Later that day Jon, Jordan and Phoenix are back at the Kent Farm, they are sitting in the dining room with Lois, Sam Lane and Jon and Jordan's aunt Lucy who says to Jon and Jordan "Can we talk? Are you guys running the spread? I know high school's more smash mouth, run it down the middle, but from what your grandpa has told me, it would be a shame not to see you cut loose"
"I mean, we run a little spread, for sure," says Jon.
"Are your receivers worth anything?" asks Lucy.
"uh, everybody but Wellnitz" replies Jordan.
"They got speed?"
"that Teague kid's pretty quick," says Jon's grandpa.
"Vax, yeah, no, he's really good," says Jon.
"you guys go vertical with your passing game, or is it mostly crossing routes and button hooks?" asks Lucy.
"some deep routes- second and long, third and long..." says Jon.
"that's good! That's how you win games" says Lucy. They suddenly hear Clark ask "Lucy?" they turn to see Clark looking confused before saying "Hi, it's me, Clark"
"oh, my god, he's exactly the same," says Lucy to Lois standing up, she then says "It hasn't been that long, Clark," the two share a hug and Clark says "Well, you know, I was just-"
"wondering why I was here? I get it" Lucy then says "They were just prepping me for the big game tonight"
"which you need to be leaving for soon," Lois tells the boys.
"yes, ma'am," says Jon
"five more minutes, please?" asks Lucy.
"you have plenty of time," says Clark.
"Good, 'cause I wanna hear more about the O-line," says Lucy before she says "though I am wondering who he is" motioning towards Phoenix. Jon says "That's Phoenix, he's my boyfriend" Lucy gasps and asks "A boyfriend?" she then says "I'm so happy for you" She hugs Jon before turning to Phoenix and saying "It's nice to meet you, Phoenix"
"It's lovely to meet you too" Phoenix replies before Lucy asks "How long have you two been dating?"
"since the start of Summer" replies Phoenix.
"Well, I hope that you two are being safe," says Lucy giving the two a look. The two boys freeze, remembering what happened a little bit ago and Lois says "Oh, they better be, if they decided to continue being physical together" also giving the boys a look. Clark also gives the boys a look that says 'You better be respecting each other and anyone else you're sleeping with'.
"yes ma'am," the two say in unison before the conversation goes back to the subject of football which Phoenix mostly stays out of.
That night Phoenix watches as Smallville beats the Gators, Jon wins the game without any enhancement, not even his Angel Soul Strength, Lois and Lucy have a fight causing Lucy to leave.
Three days later Phoenix is in his dorm room with Xavier, Ajax, Jon and Kent, they all are talking, chatting and everything when they hear an owl hooting, they see Hedwig flying through the window, and landing on Phoenix's bed, Phoenix heads over and takes the letter.
"who's the letter from?" asks Jon. Phoenix opens it, translates it and mutters "fuck"
"what's wrong?" asks Jon.
"It's from Hermione" replies Phoenix before he says "The new professor, from the ministry, is taking over the school, as High Inquisitor, Hermione had sent me some of the Educational Decrees she made, some of these are fucking ridiculous, she's also inspecting the classes"
"what do you mean?" asks Kent
"here" Phoenix hands over the Educational Decrees to Kent to look at with Ajax and Xavier who all agree that they are ridiculous. Phoenix reads that Umbridge isn't teaching them proper defence either, making Hermione think about creating a defence club.
"tell her to create it, make sure that she teaches non-magical self-defence too," says Xavier.
"agreed, just in case they lose their wands," says Ajax.
"maybe get the students to carry hidden weapons, like knives and daggers too, and learn how to use them" suggests Kent. Phoenix writes all this in the letter, creating a nickname for Hermione which is Athena, with a nickname for Phoenix which is Inari. Phoenix sent off the letter to Hermione before Phoenix suddenly gasps, he is getting a Premonition, it's of the future, he sees his mother and two sisters together, he sees a few things but the main message of the vision was that the three sisters will be uniting and the Charmed Ones will be activated.
Once the vision is over, Phoenix looks around the room a bit and Jon asks "What did you see?" Phoenix gets up, grabs his Book of Shadows and five white candles, he flips through the pages until he gets to the spell he needs, he then places the candles in a circle and lights them, he returns to his Book of Shadows and chants
*"Hear these words,
Hear my cry,
Spirit from the other side,
Come to me,
I summon thee,
Cross now the great divide"*
A swirl of white light appears, once they're gone they see a very stern-looking woman with brown hair and brown eyes appear. She turns around, the woman looks at Phoenix with a very stern look, she looks over at Ajax, Kent and Xavier, and eyes them as of she is assessing them, once she's done she turns back to Phoenix she asks him "What have you summoned me for?" she then asks "and who are they?" motioning to Kent, Ajax and Xavier.
"I had a vision" replies Phoenix smiling. Grams looks at Phoenix before she asks him "What did you see?"
"The Charmed Ones being united as one" replies Phoenix smiling, he tells his great-grandmother what he saw in his vision. Ajax soon asks "The Charmed Ones?"
"the three most powerful female Witches in the world"
That night Phoenix, Ajax, Xavier and Jon are all in Ajax and Phoenix's room, Kent went back to his room to sleep, and Jon and Phoenix are sharing a bed while Ajax and Xavier are sharing a bed, as they all sleep Phoenix dreams, something he's never dreamt before but feels like he's lived before
-Dream Sequence Begins-
At the royal palace, on one of the many balconies, is a young carrier by the name of Phillipe De Winter (Not anyone really knows what his true name is as he is also known as Adrien Backson, Gregory de Breuil, Nikolai Jovovich and Terence Clarick to name a few). Phillipe stands on the edge of the balcony watching the guards as they go through their drills, he soon moves away from the edge as the guards turn towards the balcony.
He moves towards one of the benches when he hears "Stay where you are!" he turns as the voice says "This is the Queen's Wing, you can't be up here" He sees at least seven or eight guards and so he says putting on an innocent act "oh, thank goodness" one of the guards comes right next to Phillipe as Phillipe says "I got so lost, I took a wrong turn and then a door slam behind me" he takes a breath before he says "I've been trapped up here, in the sun" he places his hand on the guard's shoulder pretending to be weakened by the sun as he says this "in this heat"
"it's going to be alright," says the guard.
"oh, I'm going to faint," says Phillipe and he pretends to faint into the guard's arms, the guard says to Phillipe "You're in safe hands"
"oh, thank you" says Phillipe before he hears in the background "and march!" he gives the guard a look before he hits the guard's shoulder and gets out of the guard's arms grabbing the guard's sword and slicing the guard, one of the other guards goes to confront him, he leaps and spins in the air with the blade of the sword outwards, the blade hits the sword of the guard and slices the guards throat, he lands and deflects the sword of one guard before he grabs the blade and he slices the guard before he stabs another guard who was on the ground, he grabs the arm of a guard who tries to swing his sword at Phillipe but he uses it to deflect the swords of two of the guards who try to attack him, he deflects another sword before he elbows one of the guards, he rolls over the back of the guard who is crouched over, swinging the sword to hit one of the guards' sword, he stabs one guard in the stomache, deflects another sword before he slices the guard, a guard soon gets behind him and tries to grab him but Phillipe just hits the guard and grabs his gun, he whacks a guard with the gun and stabs the guard as he points the gun at the guard he got the gun from, he aims it at the guard's face, the guard says "you can't shoot, they'll hear you"
"shh" replies Phillipe. The commander of the guards below the balcony, who had finished their grills, yells out "Wait for it" The clock bell rings and Phillipe shoots the guard in the face.
He soon strips down his clothes, he has attached to his arm some grappling hook wire, which he takes off, he walks towards the statue of an angel and stands on the top. He connects the wire to the angel statue, he tests it to see that it's secure before he leaps down, he has the wire hooked up to his body and he lands on another balcony as the guards turn towards the balcony again Phillipe hides, the wire is thin enough that the guards don't see it. He takes out a hairpiece from his hair, he looks at it before he takes out one of the metal pins which is actually a lock-pick, he unlocks the door and enters the room.
As he enters the room he looks around, he sees a candlestick on the fireplace and turns its head, a hidden door opens in the wall that the fireplace is on, he enters and sees the corridor is clear and starts to walk forwards until he remembers something and mutters "too easy" he takes out a red ribbon and throws it, the ribbon gets cut to pieces so Phillipe takes out a metal case full of powder and blows the powder towards the corridor, this reveals the small sharp wires in front of him, he leaps through the space in the wire and when he lands he stops himself from going even more forward as a wire is right in front of his face, he gets up and steps over the wire, he walks over to the Diamond Necklace and takes it before he leaves.
Dream Sequence Ends-
Phoenix wakes up quickly with a loud gasp, the movement waking Jon while the gasp woke up Ajax and Xavier, Phoenix tells them about his dream, what had happened in the dream and how it felt like he had lived the events of the dream before, he then tells Jon that the dream he had wasn't the only dream like the one he had, as he's had several just like it.
Jon suggests writing it down before going back to sleep, which Phoenix does.
A day later Phoenix and Jon ask Lois and Clark if they both can go to San Francisco so that Phoenix can meet his birth mother, Phoenix asks if he can bring Jon with him, and Lois and Clark allow it but tells them to call them as soon as possible which the two promise to do.
Phoenix tells Principal Weems that he's going to visit his birth mother in San Francisco and that he's bringing Jon with him.
