A Matter Of Trust-Ch 46
The women, Jack, Henry and Hank stayed at the Rossi mansion while the men all headed to Hotch and Emily's for the night because Derek nor Penelope wanted to take any more chances on anything going wrong, not after what happened before. Chad and the rest of his little pack headed back to their apartments by agreed to meet at the Rossi mansion early the next morning so that they could get dressed and make sure that everything was ready for the ceremony.
The next morning Fran had fixed some fresh donuts and muffins and after making sure that Henry and Jack were fed JJ and Emily walked up to the room Penelope stayed in the night before. They were thinking that she was still going to be asleep but when they knocked on her door she quickly said, "come in", they pushed the door open and saw her holding a sleeping Hank, she grinned and said, "morning girlies".
Emily said, "how did you sleep last night?", she said, "pretty good, he was only up twice", JJ laughed and said, "enjoy it when you can get it Garcie", Penelope laughed and said, "I hear that" as she looked back down at her son. Emily said, "Fran fixed some fresh donuts and muffins, the boys have already ate and Sarah and Desi are getting them dressed for us", Penelope said, "well then I guess I better get a move on then" as she stood up with her son in her arms and followed her friends out of the room.
A little while later after finishing their breakfast Fran took Hank to get him ready since she was already dressed and ready for the day, JJ and Emily led their nervous friend back upstairs to her room where they were going to start getting her ready. They knew that they had a couple of hours but they wanted to be able to take their time while helping their friend/sister get ready for the most important day of her life, her wedding day.
At Hotch's house Derek laughed as Dave said, "now that's a true story", Reid shook his head and said, "only you Rossi, only you", causing the four men to start laughing until they almost lost their breath. Dave glanced down at his watch and saw that it was almost 11 and the wedding was scheduled for 1 so he said, we better get dressed and headed back to my place, we don't want kitten to think that you've changed your mind now would we?", Derek jumped up and said, "noooooo, we don't" as he started making his way up the staircase.
Dave looked at the other two men and said, "he's in a hurry isn't he?", Reid grinned and said, "I think he's afraid that Penelope is gonna change her mind about marrying him", Hotch said, "their is noooo way that she'll change her mind, they are head over heels in love with each other and nothing or nobody is gonna change or stop that" as they too headed upstairs to get ready for the wedding.
At casa Rossi Mick and the others were the first to arrive, Sarah and Desi smiled as they hugged their boyfriends, Mick sighed and said, "man I need a girlfriend and fast, I hate being one of the only people on the team without one". Chad said, "you and me both", Ron said, "hey don't leave me out of that, I'm single too ya know", Sarah said, "welllllll me and Desi have some friends that we can sit you up with" causing the men to grin and nod their heads eagerly.
Upstairs Penelope was all smiles as JJ finished with her hair, Fran said, "you look amazing", Penelope said, "do you think Derek will like my dress?", JJ laughed and said, "Garcie, Morgan isn't gonna be able to think about your dress once he sees your face". Fran said, "I would have to agree with JJ on this one, my son God love his heart, the minute he sees you everything else is gonna fly right out the window".
Emily said, "where are Sarah and Desi?", Fran said, "their boyfriends are here so they're downstairs with them", Penelope said, "so that means thatttttttt who has Hank?, Emily said, probably Mick", Penelope said, "it feels so good to have everybody here for us today". JJ said, speaking of I wonder if Morgan is nervous this morning?", Fran laughed and said, "if he is let's hope he's not as nervous as Reid was at your wedding", Penelope laughed as she remembered Reid forgot to put his shoes on at first until Derek and Hotch had reminded him
Penelope looked up at the clock on the wall and said, "Derek and the others should be here soon", Fran said, "I'm gonna head on downstairs honey, I'll see you outside", Penelope nodded her head and said, "see you out there Fran" as she watched her future mother-in-law disappear out into the hallway.
