The boy was about Jeff's height. His brown hair was wet and dak, hanging in wild tendrils over his orange goggles. He wore a dark sweater with stripped sleeves and black gloves. His skinny jeans were darker due to the heay rain but the blood stains were still evident. His mask or scarf or whatever had covered the lower half of his face was curved up into what looked like a smile. He shuffled around nervously on his feet. Thunder crashed and the boy jumped a little.

"This is Toby. He will be staying here with us for a few days. I hope you all behave on your best behavior." Slenderman telepathically communicated. Everyone nodded, except for Jeff who was up and had his arms wrapped around Slenderman's thin waist and his face buried in the wet material of the monster's infamous suit.

"You're a fuckhead." He mumbled into the suit, sniffling and wiping his face before stepping holding out his fist. Toby smiled and fist bumped.

"Bro. You're goggles are badass." Jeff nodded, waving everyone else over.

"Thank you." Toby smiled.

"Toby!" Masky laughed happily, pulling his older friend into a hug and grinning widely. "I knew I'd see you here sooner or later. What's been up?"

"Oh nothing much. Just the usual." Toby smiled, pulling down his mask and flashing bright teeth and an even brighter smile. "Hi Hoody."

"Hey."he responded coldly from where he still sat on he couch.

I'm Smile Dog. Do not cross my masters or I will end you. Smile Dog telepathically greeted quietly from where he smiled up at the boy.

"Noted." Toby nodded. Jack extended his hand and the 17-year old shook it.

"That's Eyeless Jack. He doesn't say much. I'm Ben." Ben smiled, blinking wide black eyes up at Toby. "Jack. Ben" Toby acknowledged happily.

"And that's Clockwork." Toby's breath caught in his throat as the mop of curly hair looked up. She ran a hand through her hair, effectively pushing it out of her face. One of her eyes was a bloody clock and the other was a startling pine green. She had picked up a smaller girl and was walking over.

Up close she was even prettier than he thought. Her blue sweater was pulled up to her elbow, revealing cuts down her forearm over pale skin. A pencil sat behind her ear as she said something to Sally quietly. Sally nodded and responded. She had laughed, a beautiful light sound that made Toby smile.

The eerie clock in her eye seemed to tick in some light and as she spoke.

"Hey. They call me hi Sally." Sally hopped down and instead hugged Toby's leg's, nuzzling his thigh with a bright laugh.

"I like your name Toby. Toooeeee-Beeeeeee. Clocky says your pretty and I said-"

"ANNNDDD that's the end of that." The girl gasped as she clamped a hand over the little girl's mouth and furrowed her eyebrows as a blush spread from her ears to her cheeks. She had first looked up and saw his smile. It seemed natural enough but it didn't look like he did it often. His hood was off and his hair was plastered wetly to his head as he shifted adorably on his feet. His skin was scary pale. Ben had snapped her out of the Toby trance when he announces her name.

"T-Toby." He twitched, cracking his neck and extending his hand out. Anxiety already settled in. He had twitched in front of her, not that he could help it but still she probably thought he was a freak. Just like everyone else. He bit his lip and clenched his other fist.

Clockwork only smiled. She placed her smaller hand in his and as shook his hand. She felt like there was a balloon in her chest making it hard to breathe. She all but dropped dead when he pulled off his goggles and handed them to Sally, who eagerly accepted.

"These might look great on y-you." Sally smiled, pressing a kiss to his nose and running to the bathroom to try them on. "Sle-." He turned around and the monster was gone, as was the kid with the giant smile.

"Oh there a thing. Like a couple thing." Ben told him as he led the boy to the couch. Toby cocked his head and made a confused face that had them all laughing. "Yeah, we know."

"Also, we're pranking Jeff. So tomorrow do not, I repeat DO NOT go into the shed." Masky told him. "Also we should probably get you into some dry clothes. Come on."

A few minutes later and everyone was back in from to the television, Clockwork included. She tried not to let her eyes wander to the closed bathroom door were Toby was showering but she couldn't help it. He also seemed pretty embarrassed about his twitch. Masky noticed the way Toby's breath had hitched when him and Clockwork locked eyes. He leaned over and into the 15- year-olds ear.

"Tourettes. That's why he twitches so much." Masky informed her quietly. She turned around so fast they almost headbutted. "O-oh."

"He likes you, I can tell. Don't hold his hand unless he does it first though." Masky whispered.

"What makes you think I like him?!" She whispered back. Masky rolled his eyes beneath his mask.

"Girl you practically sucked his dick when he walked in the room." Clockwork almost choked on her soda and did an embarrassing mix between coughing to death and laughing.

"You're an ass." She wheezed as she got up to cough as to not disturb the others. She stepped into the dark hallway until she caught her breath. She had already changed into her pajamas- blue gym shorts and a tank top- and was finding hard to fall asleep like she usually did every movie night. She felt electric, like she could take on 10 cops at once. Just as she started to the living room the bathroom door opened, revealing a thick layer of steam and the smell of strawberries.

Toby walked out with a towel wrapped around his waist and shaking his like a dog to dry his hair off. Water droplets landed on Clockwork, who stepped back as she was showered in it. He looked up surprised when her heard her gasp. "S-sorry. About that." His cheeks were turning a pretty scarlett color that ended at his collarbone.

"It's fine... believe me." She murmured the last part quietly as she wiped off the droplets and tried not to stare at the strongly built insanely hot half naked murderer in front of her. His right arm was scarred up bruised but he moved as if it didnt bother him. His blush seemed to intensify and he twitched.

"Did Masky tell you were you were going to sleep?"

"No. He said you w-would show me actually."

"That I did." Masky appeared at the end of the haLl with his mask up and a smirk on his face. "Here are his clothes. I'll see you later. Cough cough safe sex cough cough." Clockworked gasped and covered her face as Masky and Toby laughed. Toby accepted the bundle of clothes and held them to his chest. He decided she looked beautiful embarrassed.

"Umm...okay lets go upstairs I guess." Clockwork finally whispered nervously, turning to walk up the steps. Toby looked down and everywhere but at her butt. He twitched again.

She led him down an intricate hallway that had various doors. "I might as well give you the tour, right?"

"That'd be cool. Thanks." No stutters. He congratulated himself silently. She opened up a door to the left. " This is Masky and Hoody's room." Bunk bed, nightstand, MCR poster, bookshelf, array of knifes and swords on the wall.

"They share a room?"

"Don't even ask." She chuckled. His heart fluttered when she smiled up at him. She moved onto the next one a few doors down.

"Sally's room. You'll probably see more of this when she convinces you to let her braid you're hair."

"That won't happen." He twitched as he looked over the Disney bedspread, the pink canopy, the little table and stuffed animals.

"I give you 2 days before you get Prison braids."

Toby laughed, a deep new sound that made Clockwork shiver and smile herself. "Deal."

They moved on to Jack's room. Nothing spectacular. Just a bed and a nightstand. No light or anything. "Woah. Intresting guy."

Clockwork laughed. "He's not so bad ya' know. Just..quiet." She closed the door behind her.

"This is my room." Giant spectacular papers covered an entire wall. Landscapes, portraits, animals, crime scenes, all captured beautifully in the confines of the paper. Toby found himself drawn to it, dropping his clothes on the dresser by the door and approaching the wall like one would an injured animal. He let an ivory finger trace over the lead; a picture of a young girl with her mouth taped shut holding a plush giraffe.

"...Is this you?"

"...yes." She whispered from the doorway, fidgeting as she looked at the noticed

"This is awesome. All of it, really. You're- IT I MEAN IT it's all beautiful. " He stammered, scratching the back of his head, other hand still holding the towel around his waist. As he spoke the towel as slipped down to show his v-line and Clockwork closed her eyes. Fuck.

"You're really talented." He whispered. She smiled, all bright teeth and closed eyes.

"Thank you." She beckoned for him to follow. That room down there when you turn the corner is The Jendy room. If you value your eyes dont go in there." She turned to actually look at his eyes. They were brown, an odd light color like whiskey or aged wood. They blinked down at her and he cleared his throat,

"Shit sorry. You can um..sleep here." She opened up the door to a room with giant windows and a bed with black comforters. Moonlight filtered in and seemed to bounce off his skin as he stepped into the center and threw his clothes on the bed. He reached up to move his hair with his bad arm and Clockwork tried not to stare at the way his muscles moved in perfect unison under hi

s exposed skin but Fuck was it hard not to look when this boy looked like a moving marble statue.

"Thank you. For everything." He twitched again, bringing his hand up to his lips to bite at.

"No problem Toby." The way she said his name made his heart flutter. "If you need me I'm right next door, okay?"

"Noted."

"Okay then... see you in the living room..."

"Yeah. definitely"

A few minutes later after she had sat down and ignored Masky's eyebrow wiggles and was watching the hallway intently."Looking for Ticci?"

"No.. shut up." She snapped back, nervously chewing at her hair. Just as Masky leaned back over to whisper something else he emerged from the darkness. His hair was completely dry and light brown, some of it falling over his dark eyes. He wore a simple black tank top and flannel pajama bottoms.

"What happened to your arm? " Sally asked as he sat down by Clockwork.

"Oh my gawd Sally you cant just ask people what happened to their arms. Rude" Ben replied.

"Oh im sorry Toe-Beee -"

"Car accident. It's okay though. I dont feel pain at all." Sally's grew wide as he wiggled out of the kids and ran to the room. He threw a confused look at Masky and Clockwork who just smiled back knowingly. Minutes later Sally appeared with her Hello Kitty band-aid kit. She began to place the tiny pink bandages on each scar, gracing each with a kiss.

"These you to make my cuts get better. Like magic. You can have some so all your boo-boos get better." She explained. Thinking about the accident had made anger and sadness open like a pit in his chest. He twitched as he even thought about his sister, tears welling up in his eyes. When Sally had pressed a feather-light kiss to his arm he had been startled out of his haze. He smiled down at her.

"Dr. Sally. I like it." She beamed.

When Clockwork fell asleep and her head lolled onto Toby's shoulder no one said anything, instead just tapping each other to point it out. "Look at Loverboy over there." Ben whispered to Jack with a smile. Jack turned to see Clockwork with her knees up leaning heavily against Toby's pale shoulder, snoring peacefully. He grit his jaw and stood up abruptly. "Where ya-"

"Sleep." He mumbled before all but stomping out the room and up the steps.

"Its about to be the fucking Great Gatsby in here." He mumbled.
