The purple smoke cleared and the former residents of Storybrooke were back where they belong. But, he still didn't come back. Most of the people cheered as they saw familiar houses, their homes. But, in that crowd there were four people crying some for different reasons than the others. Snow and Charming cried because they believed that they are never going to see their only daughter again and her son. Neal cried for his father, his son and the woman he loved. Belle never let go of Neal or Regina she thought that if she did let them, they'd disappear just the way Rumple did, in one perfect moment she had her family, her true love and in another her love was ripped from her. But, Regina, she didn't cry, she just wanted her son back, and some part of her had had a feeling that Rumplestilstkin was alive, but when he didn't show up, she wasn't sad, she was pissed off, she was angry at him for leaving Belle and Neal alone, Regina could handle it, she was used to being alone.

"Can I have everyone's attention?" Charming yelled at the crowd, Snow usually did the talking but she was not in state to do so. "Thank you. Now, before you go back to your homes, I'd like to say a few words. Now first on our list is the dark castle. Currently it's being occupied by Robin Hood and Merry Men."

"That castle belongs to Neal and Belle!" Regina spoke. "You can't give that castle to what ever the hell is his name! They have every right on that castle!"

"I understand that, but maybe they could spend a few months in your old castle until Robin and his men find another place." Charming tried to reason Regina.

"No! If you don't get them out, you can bet that I will! I saved all of these people's lives, multiple times, so you owe me." Regina didn't know why she was so protective over The Dark Castle, that place brought her nothing but misery.

"I never did think you would be so protective over The Castle. And that you would point out that we owe you."

"Well, let's not forget that it's in my genes, I simply can't help it. And when Rumplestilstkin comes back, and trust me he will, he wouldn't want to have thieves in his castle." There it was, the reason she was so protective over the castle.

"Okay then, The Dark Castle goes to Belle and Neal, The Queen's getting her castle and her land back, if she maybe so many things but her kingdom never starved, that's of course if you people agree with it. And Snow and I will take care of our part of the kingdom, but Regina will be officially The Queen. "

The crowd thought about it, Regina might be evil but she was the best ruler the kingdom has ever had, the kingdom never starved, she could get her way with everyone. First one "Regina for the queen!" was told by Neal, and soon cheers were heard from the crowd.

Three Months Later

Regina and The Charmings worked together, it wasn't all that perfect, they still had their fights and didn't agree on some things, but the kingdom was brought back to the way it was before the curse if not better.

Belle and Neal were worried about Regina, they last saw, no, talked her was three months earlier. She'd come in the castle and studied books, spells, potions, and would stay quite all the time. That time was no different, she came after the meeting she had with Snow White and Charming, she found a potion she wanted to try, she got everything she needed for it and started to make it, but she added just a little too much of the white powder that was specific for the potion. The potion exploded, and Regina covered her face with her arms and duck as the pieces of it flew over the place. She made it all stop with her magic, but she was bleeding from her arm.

When Belle heard the explosion, she called Neal and they went to find the source together. When they walked in the library, they found Regina on the floor bleeding from her arm.

"Regina, I know you want to bring him back, but this is gone too far." Belle said as they helped Regina up.

"I'm fine, I need to get back to the books." And the she touched the bookshelf with the arm that was bleeding, and then a book she never noticed before appeared in front of her.

"Blood magic, I should have known." She muttered under her breath.

"Regina, I agree with Belle, you need to stop doing this! What if something like this happens again?! I don't want to loose you like we lost him!" Neal half-yelled at her.

"I am sorry! But, just let me try, just this book and I promise if this doesn't work I'll give up, just let me try." Regina pleaded.

"I'm sorry but I just can't let that happen." Neal said, it was hard for him to tell her no, she was his younger sister, but he needed to protect her.

"No! You can't do this to me! You got 14 years with him a your father. 14 years! And do you know what I got 12 years of manipulation, anger, hatred and just a few months with him trying to get to me, trying to get to know me better! A few months! I can't just give up on him." She was angry, but she also had tears streaming down her face.

"Regina, I..." Neal started but Belle cut him off. "One more day, you try for one more day and if that doesn't work then you'll have to accept that he is... not coming back, we're going to leave you now, so that you can focus on... whatever you need to focus on." Regina was grateful to Belle, they left and she opened the book, on the first page with a golden, beautiful writing was written "I knew you wouldn't give up", that gave her a dangerous thing called hope. She found the page that was written with that same golden writing. It was a spell and details that told her when, where and how to say it. She needed to hurry she had three hours until sunset. She needed to cast a spell on sunset, and on the place where once was The Clock Tower was in Storybrooke. She thought about how to find the place where The Tower had been in Storybrooke, and then something came on her mind. She disappeared from the library and she reappeared in Snow White's castle.

"Where is Snow White?" She asked the first maid she saw.

"In her chambers, Your Majesty."

"Thank you." She was walking so fast to Snow White's bed chambers. There were two guards in front of it.

"I'm sorry, Majesty, but you can't go in." One said to Regina.

"Why?"

"Well, Prince and Snow are kind of... busy." The other answered.

"Seriously? In the middle of the day?!" One guard nodded in confirmation. "I don't have time for this." She said and knocked on the door.

"Get up of that bed, Snow!" Regina yelled at the door.

"Oh my God, Regina?!" Snow opened the door in nothing but her bathrobe. "What do you need?"

"Henry's book, map of Storybrooke, anything from Storybrooke, do you have anything?" Regina asked Snow White.

"There's only one thing we have from Storybrooke, but, uhm, it's Emma's."

"Oh, then I'll just find some other way." Regina said and started to walk away.

"Wait! What do you need it for?"

"I need something from Storybrooke so that I could find the place were The Clock Tower would be and bring Rumplestilstkin back, but I don't have anything, and I knew that you might be the only one to have something from there." Regina explained.

"Then take it." Snow said and gave Regina Emma's necklace.

"I can't just take it, it's the only thing you have of hers." Regina said, she might have hated her but she knew what it was like to lose a child.

"Please, if it will help you to get your father back then it's the least I can do."

"Thank you, I'll get it back to you, I promise."

Regina went back to The Dark Castle and found the potion that would help her find the place were the Tower would have been. She poured the potion over the necklace and hoped it would work. The necklace glowed and started to float, she followed it and it lead her somewhere in the forest. She waited for sunset and repeated the spell over and over again in her head. Sunset started, and she performed the spell and soon bright, gold light appeared. When the light cleared, Rumple stood out of it, but his skin wasn't like it was before, it was back to the normal, human skin.

"I did it! I really did it!" Regina said in surprise.

"I know you did it, I taught you well." Rumple said and hugged his daughter.

"Wait! How did I do it?! You told me that's impossible to bring back the dead!"

"That's because I wasn't really dead, I mean I was but I wasn't."

"So, you were stuck in some kind of place between life and death?" Regina asked.

"Yes." He answered.

"I heard you. When I was about to recast the curse I could hear you, that's the reason I never gave up, I believed in you." Regina said and Rumple hugged her and kissed the top of her head.

"But, why are you... normal looking?"

"I thought you would notice that, it's just because of the curse."

"So, you haven't lost your powers?" Regina was worried.

"No, they are still there." He answered and Regina smiled again "What did I miss?"

"Oh, you know, I am officially the Queen, I've brought the kingdom the way it was before, I destroyed your library when my potion exploded, but don't worry I fixed it." Regina said.

"Anything else?"

"Oh, and I threatened a bunch of Merry Men that if they don't give The Castle back to Belle and Neal I'd kick their asses." Regina said with a smile.

"That's my child." Rumple also smiled, he then made her and himself disappear and reappeared in The Dark Castle.

"Can I tell them?" Regina asked him. "I kind of made them lose their minds." He nodded. "You go in the library, I'll bring them there."

Belle was sitting on the couch and Neal was next to her.

"Hi!" Regina said cheerfully.

"Hey." Neal said with only a little enthusiasm in his voice.

"I'm sorry, for driving you both mad, and not talking to you for three months." Belle and Neal both hugged her. "Now, I have something for you both in the library."

"You cleaned up the mess you made?"

"No, but I'll do that, now let's go." She said and lead them to the library. When they saw Rumple, they both ran to him and hugged him.

"You brought him back. Thank you." Belle laughed and hugged Regina.

"Oh, you don't need to thank me, I just wanted to have a little more time than a few months, but if you don't want me here, I'll leave." Regina said the last part in saddened voice.

"Oh, no, I didn't mean it like that. You're the part of this family, you are not going anywhere." Belle said and hugged her again.

"Thank you, I just miss my son so much and I thought that if I had a father it'd make it better."

"I will make it better, I promise." Rumple said from the corner of the room.

"Thank you."
