The Chase Part 3

Because of being so good fans, I'll give a good end... To this off-panel :D. But really, sorry for not posting any sooner. I'm into game design, along with school that leaves me almost with no time to write :(. Anyway, I hope you guys enjoy!

Sarah was sitting there, watching how Shadow ate his biscuits.

After losing their chasers, Sarah went with Shadow to a fancy restaurant, and because of being a federal agent Shadow had enough money to afford eating there.

And because of Shadow's blue dye in his fur, her fangirls thought he was just another hedgehog. Yup, he was going to execute this trick every time he went out in the open.

"Isn't it nice Shadow? You and me, eating in this fancy restaurant."

"Well, I'm not trying to be mean or anything because I'm really enjoying this... But you haven't even touched your plate." Shadow stared at the untouched BBQ on Sarah's plate.

"Heheh... Oops." She blushed

"Ahem, may I have your attention?" Shadow and Sarah turned around o see that the manager of the restaurant, a slim clear brown-skinned human with a mustache was trying to give an announcement. Although, for Sarah, he looked kinda familiar.

"Thanks, I wanted to warn you that we busted a punk filtrating some kind of hallucinating gas in the restaurant, although it is harmless. But if you notice something strange like a five-eyed bird, a moving table, or if your partner turns into the opposite sex, please remain calm and ignore it, Thanks." With that, he retired.

"A hallucinating gas?" Shadow was kinda puzzled.

"He said it's harmless, let's just keep..." Before she could end the sentence though, a fire truck broke through the wall.

Everyone stared at the fire truck, but they remembered about the hallucinating gas, so they kept eating like if nothing had happened. That, until the truck lifted a hose that threw hot water to Sarah.

"What the?!" Shadow stood there gobsmacked. That wasn't clearly an hallucination, but what happened afterwards scared him even more.

Sonic was now standing where Sarah was, using EXACTLY the same clothes she was using, and the pink leotard didn't suited him well at all.

"HOLY SHIT!" He said as he cleared his eyes from seeing him.

"Wha- What happened?" Before Sonic could say anything else, a jet of cold water threw him out of the chair.

Shadow noticed this and went to aid him (or her? GAH! It's confusing!)

"Are you alright?" He asked Sarah, which was laying on the floor. "Those hallucinations were awful."

Sarah was about to ask what was happening, until of course, she remembered what was she doing before hitting the floor. She stood up rapidly, bearing an awkward smile on her face.

"I'm sorry Shadow! I just remembered I have to do something important right now. Maybe we can go on a date another day, ok? ok. Bye!" She said rushing out of the place.

"Ok, What the fuck was that?" Shadow wondered.

/-/-/ Some time later...

Tails was cornered in an alley, surrounded by his friends, or at least those who were involved in all the chaos, except for Shadow.

Amy, Fioso and Sarah where standing in front of Tails, whereas Ralik was grabbing a really mad Syra with a leash. Also, Syra's eyes were fully red.

"Let me go! Me and my claws want to have a little chat with them!" Syra said, still trying to get to Tails.

"Boy, it was a very good idea to buy that leash, either way you would be ripping everyone apart!". Ralik said strengthening his grip.

"So, what should we do with you?" Sarah asked him.

"It's not like it's my fault entirely, its also your fault for not leaving me in peace!" Tails defended himself.

"You could have just used a conventional prank like the ones he... ahem, she did. But a love taser, really?" Amy said.

"Ok, let's get to the punishment so I can go home please." Ralik said as he tried not to let go of Syra's leash.

"How did I let you put me this leash?" Syra asked while trying to get free.

"That's confidential." Ralik smirked.

"Wait? Punishment? Don't you think I..." Tails was going to argue back, but then again, only he, Sonic and probably Amy knew what happened when he got struck with his own taser. "...sigh, fine, just say it."

"What about letting me beat the crap out of her!?" Syra suggested.

"Ain't happening, we aren't going to do him any physical damage." Ralik answered.

"Wait, I was talking with Cream the other day and she told me she had heard about your cousin and she wanted to meet her. I could arrange a sleepover for them..." Amy suggested.

"No! I'm not going to have a sleepover with Cream as a girl, never!" Tails refused.

"Look Tails, I have a dog with rabies here and I'm really desperate to let it go..."

"Hey, I'm no dog!"

"So you can either accept the consequences of your acts and go home, or I could let go of the leash and leave you playing with Syra, sounds like a plan?"

Tails looked at Syra for a moment. She was scratching the floor with her claws, which she didn't had before, while trying to break free from the leash. And boy, she did looked menacing...

"Ok, fine! How many days?" He asked.

"Just the weekend." Amy replied. "She has to go to school anyways, but I hope that you do not try a trick like that EVER again!"

"I promise!" Tails said

"Hey Sonic, if you could do me a favor? Get Tails out of here, this girl isn't a pushover you know."

"Right." She said picking up Tails.

"And Sonic." Ralik said before Sarah got away.

"Yes?"

"Please get rid of that leotard." He said.

"Thanks for the reminder." He said speeding off with Tails on a tow.
