All reviews are more than welcome. Remember you review I write more no reviews…well you get the picture.

The Three Broomsticks was busy as always as the couple entered. People talking and chattering happily as they huddled over butter beers in an attempt to keep the chill from the autumn breeze away.

Sirius and Hermione quietly made their way through the crowds, hoping the find a table. The nervousness of earlier had somewhat eased. In the case of Hermione it had eased to the extent that she could once again hold somewhat of a normal conversation with him. Although, every now and then she would be reduced to shyly looking up towards the face of the wizard next to her. While in the case of Sirius it was as if the nervousness had ebbed away entirely. Leaving him his usual maurader self, confident, handsome and oh so ever flirtatious, as they moved through the crowd. Every once in a while casting a wink to passing witches or throwing a compliment, though it did not bother Hermione. For he would always make sure that she knew that he was there with her. This was something that he would show either by holding her hand, which he had done almost the entire time. Or by occasionally leaning down and whispering something in her ear. Something that was intended only for her.

Hermione for one could not get over that this sweet man was the same guy that would always have a snide comment for her, almost always being hurtful. It was a change that made her think back to the conversation that she had had with Remus by the lake. This little date experiment as she had resigned herself to calling it was still an experiment. Even though she could not deny that she thought him to be incredibly handsome, smart and was genuinely attracted to him, she could not help but be sceptical about it. As a small part of her was still convinced that it was all an act. Yet, she also had to admit that this part of her was slowly being silenced as she observed him now.

It was not long before, against all expectation, Sirius managed to spot a relatively secluded table available in the corner. Knowing that it was only a matter of time before it was taken he quickly guided Hermione through the crowd where he quickly pulled out the chair for her, effectively claiming the table for themselves, and it was not long before the kind face of Madame Rosmatra appeared before them. Smiling they ordered two butter beers before shyly looking back to each other. It was a moment where the previous self-confidence vanished and the two teens were left staring at each other before simultaneously breaking into giggles.

"God why am I being so nervous?" Hermione scolded herself softly, but yet loud enough for Sirius to hear her. Who unbeknownst to Hermione was glad that she had broken the ice. Sure he could act self-confident and all, but when it came down to it he was just as insecure are the rest, perhaps even more. After all as quick as he was to admit his good points, he was also just as quick to admit his faults, to himself at least. His childhood and the shadow of his formidable family was something that haunted him day to day. The coldness of the family, and the lack of love from his parents was something that crippled him greatly. It was this handicap that he knew made him a prat, but he was too afraid to open up about it, for fear of being rejected. But how to move past it?

"Hermione…" he began slowly, "I want to thank you for agreeing to go out with me." It was a statement that got Hermione's full attention. "I know I have been a prat to you, and I do not deserve you to even look at me twice… But the truth is that I really like you, and I want to get to know you better. I hope that this would be alright with you?" he finished. It was probably more than he had ever admitted to anyone else. Sure he had had conquests in the past, but there was no real feelings there. It was all lust and pleasure. With Hermione though he knew that he felt something else, something more.

"Oh really? So is this how you behave to all the girls that you like, like a total prat?" Hermione teased. It was a tease, but there was also genuine interest there too. The Sirius that Hermione was used to from the future was smooth and gallant. This one was in some ways the opposite.

Sirius sighed, he should have known that this question was coming. And to be fair he knew that Hermione deserved an answer. So with a heavy sigh and a smile he admitted, "No just the ones that I really like." And then came the signature wink that Hermione had come to know and love in another life. So it was no wonder that it caused her to melt completely and smile at him.

"Sirius I still need time to heal a little, it was not easy dealing with the way that you treated me," she began but quickly continued as she saw the crest fallen look befall his face. "But the truth is that I like you too. After all who could not you are gorgeous and charming when you want to be. So to answer your question yes I would like to get to know you too and see where this goes." It was a confession that brought an ear to ear, and in a gesture of true Gryffindor courage reached over and took hold of her hand and gently kissed the back of it.

"Thank you Hermione you will not regret." He said kissing her hand again, and Hermione was truly happy she had to admit. For the first time since she had woken up in this time she was happy.

The couple spent hours there in the three broomsticks talking and getting to know each other. Where they quickly discovered that despite things they did have a great deal of things in common. When they finally left the three broomsticks, they went by the stores, stopping at the quidich store for Sirius, and the book store for Hermione. Both could not remember when they had had more fun. Sure they both lived exiting lives and had fun all the time, but this was a different kind of fun, and each admitted that they did not want the day to end, but like all good things it had to at one point.

Together they walked back to the Gryffindor common room where they parted ways, Sirius going to the boy's dormitory and Hermione to the girl's. Though before they did part there was a question that was burning in Sirius' mind. "Can I kiss you?" he gently asked her. It was a question that he had never asked a girl before. It was also a question that Hermione could hardly believe that he asked, and suddenly she found that she could no longer breathe, so with goaded breath she gently nodded her head.

The kiss was gentle and innocent, and in a very real way a first for both of them. Sirius's hand went to her arm where it rested for a short moment before reaching up and running it gently through her hair. Hermione on the other hand was a bit slower to react.

Hermione could not remember ever having been kissed the way that Sirius was kissing her now. Both passionate and innocent at the same time. When she finally did react she fisted her hand in his shirt, where she could feel the muscles flexing under the fabric. It was a feel that caused her to softly moan into the kiss.

Sirius wanted the kiss to last forever, but he also knew that this date had been so pure and innocent that he did not want to ruin it now. So with a moan of his own he ended the kiss, sure that there would be many more of its kind in the future. So with a final gesture he conjured a red rose and presented it to her.

"I am afraid that I have to say goodnight my fair lady."

"Do you really have to go? Can't you stay?" She had said it with such a seductive voice that Sirius found himself groaning.

"I intend to prove to you that I am the one Mione, so I do not want to ruin this by pushing it too far too fast." It was a statement that left Hermione as nothing more than putty causing her to lean into him. Sirius chuckled gently before leaning in for a final kiss before leaving her. Yes he most definitely would prove to her that he was the one, and he was looking forward to every minute of it.

A/N: There it is, I hope you liked it. I know that Sirius is more of the player type but I thought to write him with a bit more of sensitive side.

Review and tell me what you think and I will write more, and if not well then…

Also what should I write next more Sirius Hermione or some more Remus Solarius, let men know.
