AN: I would've posted this yesterday but my internet crapped out.

Well i think we all know that this chapter will have a bit of hot jelly time, he gets a bit...uh, frisky so...warning?

So if you don't want any of that, then...why have you read this far? LOL omg what even. *flails* make sense of that if you can.

To 'Guest', what I meant by that was that I had a plan of what was supposed to happen but I just couldn't find the right words or the motivation to look for the right words.

Chapter 10-

"Erza, did you like seeing me in the shower?" Jellal asked, a mischievous glint in his eyes as his smirk grew, "You know, it'd be only fair for me to see you in the shower now too."

Erza shoved Jellal away and scrambled to her feet, eying him like he was a complete stranger. He slowly got to his feet as well, moving with almost predatory gracefulness as his dark eyes studied her. His mind was only filled with lust and the thought that he wanted to have some fun. He tisked in disapproval and shook his head.

"You haven't gone shy on me, have you, Erza?" he taunted lowly.

Erza mustered up her nastiest glare at threw it at him.

"I'm not a shy little girl anymore, Jellal," she retorted.

He smiled at her and deliberately, slowly traced over her figure with his eyes.

"Oh I know," he said pointedly, his teasing grin growing.

He stepped towards her and she instinctively stepped back. He continued to approach her and, despite knowing better, she continued to back up. She flinched as her body touched the wall behind her. In her chest, her heart was a jittery mess, pulsing with excitement, confusion and nervousness.

Calm down, Erza, she told herself, this is just like a battle, it requires focus and strength.

Jellal moved closer to her, maintaining eye contact the entire time. He planted his hands on the wall either side of her head, blocking her in. They were inches apart, he lowered his head towards hers and tried to memorise her expression.

Her face was set determinedly and yet he could see a hint of a different sort of passion. He let his gaze glide over her features, spending a particularly long time on her tempting mouth. His own mouth quirked up knowingly as he noticed her quickening breaths and met her pretty eyes once more.

He loved this, the highly charged air between them, the silent battle of wills and the rising heat, but, most of all, he loved that he had her complete attention and that he was so close to her. He couldn't help but inhale deeply to catch her soft, alluring scent as he nuzzled his head against the side of hers.

Ah, this was perfect; only one thing was missing, or rather, should be missing. He moved back a little and smirked at her once again as he pulled back his right hand and rapped his knuckles lightly against the breastplate of her armour.

"You don't need to be wearing this right now, Erza," he purred, "Take it off."

"I don't think so," she said, shaking her head slightly and trying to act as if there wasn't a faint blush to her cheeks.

He whispered in her ear, "Take it off or else."

A thrill shot down her spine and she straightened up.

"Or else what?" she asked, her tone one of challenge.

"Or else…I'll make you."

Despite her pounding heart and the sense that this was getting dangerous, Erza couldn't stop herself from snorting.

"You'll make me?" she said derisively, "You can't make me do anything."

"Really?" he drawled, a smile slowly widening, "Hmm…"

He moved a little and placed his hands on the backs of her thighs, suddenly lifting her up and pressing her tight against the wall. They both couldn't stop the groans that bubbled up at the intimate feeling. Jellal pressed his forehead to Erza's.

"So, you think I can't make you do anything?"

She pressed her lips together, stubbornly saying nothing and trying desperately to ignore the heat seeping through her body and the fact that Jellal's face was so close to hers. Jellal laughed softly and slowly glided one hand over Erza's skirt clad thigh, moving steadily to slip between their bodies.

Erza's heart thudded loudly in her ears and she couldn't bring herself to stop what he was doing, she instinctively wrapped her legs around him. He rubbed his fingers against her heated core and bent his head into her smooth neck, brushing the sensitive skin there with his lips. His every touch sent arcs of tingling pleasure through her. She gasped and clutched arms.

"J-jellal!"

He placed a lingering kiss on her neck and then lifted his head to smirk at her.

"See?" he asked in a warm tone, "I made you say my name."

He moved his fingers gently against her again and he lightly nipped her neck before staring into her eyes once more.

"I made you wet too," he whispered, grinning.

Her grip on his arms tightened and she squeaked embarrassedly. Then she fixed the best expression of annoyance onto her face that she could manage as she tried and failed to fight off the heat flooding to her face at his bold words.

Jellal laughed again, "And I made you blush too, Erza. I can make you do a lot, it seems."

She cleared her throat before responding, "My armour stays on."

"But I think it should come off," he told her as he moved his hand up from between her legs and placed it over her heart, sending magic into his palm.

Erza narrowed her eyes at him, feeling the heat through the metal. She let out a little growl and knew that he would ruin her armour unless she requipped it away.

I don't want him to win.

"Fine," she snapped, causing him to stop the flow of magic, "But you have to do something for me in return."

Jellal sighed but was smiling as he answered, "Anything."

"You have to keep away from me."

His expression tightened as he amended, "Anything but that."

"No arguments."

He, very reluctantly, decided to go along with her demand, even though he could just get his own way by melting her armour away. He let out a long sigh and then peeked hopefully at her.

"How about a kiss first?"

The question sent Erza's heart into a flurry and her eyes widened. She quickly shook her head.

"Definitely not," she told him, pushing at his shoulders.

This is all the fault of that stupid parfum, she mentally hissed.

Laughing, Jellal managed to sneak a kiss onto her pink tinted cheek before he set her back to the floor. He winked at her.

"Interesting," he commented.

"What?" demanded Erza in confusion and slight worry.

"It's interesting…you're a strong woman, Erza, and yet you didn't push me away at all really."

Jellal grinned and stepped back from her as he teased, "You liiiiiiiike me, don't you, Erza?"

"W-what!?" she spluttered.

"You," he said deliberately, even going so far as to point to her and then to himself, "Like me."

Before she could attempt a denial, Jellal pulled a face.

"Armour," he prompted.

She sighed in annoyance and requipped, leaving herself in her navy skirt and white blouse.

"We should get going now," she stated, needing a change of subject and heading towards the door.

"What? Why?" Jellal asked, a hint of complaint in his voice, "I thought we were going to sleep."

"You were supposed to sleep, but it seems you no longer need to, so we shouldn't waste any more time."

As she moved to step passed him, he tripped her and caught her in his arms. She frowned at him.

"You promised to keep away from me," she reminded him after straightening up. He still retained his hold on her arms.

"I can't help it if you can't keep away from me, Erza," he winked.

So that's how you're going to play, is it, Jellal?

She pushed at his chest hard but forgot how he still held her. He fell backwards and pulled her with him.

Jellal laughed, "You really can't keep away from me, can you?"

She growled and moved so she was straddling him so it would be easier to get to her feet.

He chuckled and rested his hands on her legs as he said, "I don't mind though, I like being near you and I'm especially enjoying the view right now."

Erza didn't think she had ever been as aware of her chest as she was right in that moment.

"I'm going to let your behaviour slide, Jellal," she said through gritted teeth, "You are not yourself."

"How about we let something else slide, Erza."

She grabbed a fistful of his still damp blue hair and was about to scold him. But that was when their room door was flung open by Mr Davden.

Her head snapped towards the direction of the spluttering man standing in the doorway and she realised how the position she and Jellal were in could look. The Innkeeper blinked, and continually blurted apologies as he blushed and started to back out of the room.

"Wait!" commanded Erza, causing the man the freeze mid step, "Why did you come in here?"

"Oh, I, uh, um," Mr Davden verbally stumbled as he tried to recall his reason.

Erza dropped Jellal's head, uncaring in the moment that it thumped back to the floor and caused him to wince. She jumped to her feet and stood over him, aiming her gaze at the other man and waiting for her answer.

"Oh!" cried Mr Davden then, "That's right! I was just so excited because I was told to tell the both of you that you have been personally invited to a dinner party hosted by the Mayor tonight! It seems he's really taken a fancy to you!"

Ignoring Jellal's snort of amusement, Erza questioned, "When are we expected at the Mayor's house?"

"In about two hours."

"Alright," nodded Erza, hiding her concern, "Thank you."

Mr Davden flicked one last look between her and Jellal before scuttling out of the room, pulling the door closed as he went.

"You know what?" asked Jellal casually, "I like this view even better."

Erza blinked and then gazed down at him, suddenly becoming aware of the fact that he could probably see up her skirt. She suppressed a yelp and hurriedly stepped over him, sitting herself on the floor a few steps away and tucking her skirt around her legs tightly. She pressed her knuckles to her forehead and let out a sigh.

Unbelievable…there's no way I can take him to the party when he's like this…but, there's no way that I can't either, the Mayor will no doubt want him there…

She instantly imagined Jellal amongst the crowds, flirting, or worse, being inappropriate and causing trouble.

I can't let him bring shame to Fairy Tail, she vowed, I can't let him out of my sight.

Jellal sat up and stared at her.

"Sounds like we've got some time to kill, Erza," he said suggestively, "We could play a game, what do you think?"

AN: I was writing this chapter before work this morning, so excuse the crappiness.

Also, IF there is an actual lemon in this story, it will be after the story has been completed, it would be a bonus chapter.
