I don't own Class of the Titans.

For a second time since I'm at this place, I had the impression the time is stopping. We're all watching, helpless, Jay getting hit by that sword. His scream of pain was short but it still send me hard chill on the back. The hit was that strong than he hit the closer tree. He's not moving, lying on the ground. Shit, shit, shit. I'm thinking of the worst. I'm jumping when I heard Theresa screaming in sadness and in fear, falling on her knees. The others are just too in shock to react... and to be honest, I understand why.

''See what happened to your leader. As I can see, none of you will follow me. Men, kill them and capture the girls.'' The leader said to his man as he's throwing his bloody sword on the snow. Well, me, Odie, Herry and Neil are going in front of the girls, weapons out. If that man wants to have the girls, he's going to have to fight us first. We're going to fight to death to protect them. No way in hell we're going to let them having their way with them.

Oh shit. I'm seriously scared right now. I'm hearing a growl. A human growl, almost demoniac. I'm looking behind me and I'm not the only one scared right now. Theresa is losing control of the phantom. What the- Habitually, the phantom is violet but right now, it's black with some red spots, almost brown.

''The witch! She's the witch!'' A man is screaming and- Shit! I'm closer to faint, I will. Theresa sent so fast the phantom and it totally rip off the head of the man, splashing blood closer to us. None of us couldn't hold a scream of surprise and terror. I'm sure even Atlanta stepped away in fear with a scream almost higher that Neil.

She's continuing to kill the enemies, letting the phantom went where it want to go. She's following it closer, controlling it like a puppet. At least, Theresa seems to recognise her friends of her enemies. The phantom went right in front of Odie and it quickly went in another direction, not touching him. Poor him, he almost faint when the phantom spared him.

I'm beginning to fight as I'm keeping an eye on this weird phantom. You know, just in case. All I can see is the guys fighting the enemies, Odie running to see if Jay is really dead and- Oh no! Atlanta didn't move since Theresa started to attack. She's sitting on the ground, completely scared. A man is behind her and he's ready to kill her with a knife.

''Atlanta! Watch out!'' I'm yelling as I'm killing that man with my whip. Atlanta is screaming in surprise as the man is falling closer to her. Oops, I wasn't that careful, she received blood from that man. Well, at least, that wake her up.

She's standing up and stabilising herself with a hand against the tree behind her. She's glaring at me. Why is she glaring me?! I just saved her and... Is it a knife in her hand? Oh please. Don't tell me she's going to use it on me. She's running to me and, with instinct, I'm closing my eyes with a yelp.

I'm waiting for the hit but it never came. I'm opening my eyes and I'm looking behind me. Atlanta killed an enemy. She's panting and looking at me. ''You're protecting my back, I'm protecting yours.''

Oh my god, I'm closer to faint. My legs are shaking. I really thought she was to kill me. I don't know where I found the strength but I'm running to her and I'm taking her in my arms, hugging her.

''Thank you. Thank you.'' I'm saying and she's hugging me back.

''Arch, for you at 7 o'clock.'' She's whispering in my ear and I'm letting my mouth going to her ear.

''For you, at 6 o'clock.'' I'm whispering and we're both jumping on the enemy behind each of us. I'm killing that enemy and I'm stepping back. Whoa! Didn't expect to bump on Atlanta's back. ''Ready?''

''To the end.'' She's answering and I'm smiling. That's the Atlanta I know. We're all fighting until the enemies are all dead. I'm looking around to see if we miss someone. Oh my god, the leader of the enemies will be perfect for a horror movie. I can guess the way Theresa killed him must be not describe if I'm telling that to someone.

''Guys, can someone try to calm Theresa? Jay's alright.'' Odie is saying and I'm nodding. Theresa is back to us, her back facing us. Yep, she's still angry and she's so scary with that black thing around her. It's almost like she's possessed. Thank gods, I'm not seeing her eyes.

''Theresa! Calm down! Jay's alive! Please, come back to us!'' I'm yelling and I'm holding my breath. Oh gods, I let out my breath when she went back to normal. She's looking at us and I can see that kind of magic drained her energy. She looks so tired, almost like she didn't sleep for a week.

''Is he? Really?'' She's asking with a faint voice. I can be in her shoes, if something similar happen to Atlanta one day, I'll be worried to death until she'll be out of danger.

''Yes, he's alive but he's serious wounded. If he stays here, he'll die.'' Odie is answering

''Dammit!''We're all looking faster to the direction of the sound and we're seeing one of the enemies up in a tree. ''Oh no. You didn't see me.''

He's trying to hide with the branch but it's a major fail. We're looking at each other and Atlanta is giving me her laser crossbow. ''Make me proud.''

I'm taking it with a smile and I'm shooting. I hit him and he's falling, killed by my shoot. I'm giving back her weapon to Atlanta and we're going closer to Odie and Jay.

''So, what are we going to do? Sunmil is still far, right?'' Herry is asking and we're nodding. The village is not visible right now.

''Maybe we should-'' Oh damn! I had to catch faster Atlanta. She was to fall unconscious.

''Atlanta! Are you alright?'' Theresa is asking with fear and I'm signing to everyone to calm down as I'm sitting down Atlanta. She's out of breath.

''It's ok. I know what her problem is. So? First massive kill of mortals, right?'' I'm asking and she's nodding with some sounds of agreeing.

''I'm... shaking up. I- I don't know how to-'' I'm shushing her as I'm noticing she's shaking. I'm seeing in the corner of the eye the others are really worried.

''Just give her time to breath. She'll be alright.'' I'm saying to the others as she's taking some breathes. I can understand Atlanta. Monsters and animals are different than humans. It was the first time she managed to kill a human. It took a lot to manage to do it. Unfortunately, it will take me more than a couple of minute to calm her.

''Guys, there is one thing I didn't tell you.'' Theresa is saying and we're looking at her.

''Is that important?'' Neil is asking and she's nodding.

''Yes, especially with Jay's state. It's the reason why no one ever came back from Sunmil alive.'' She's really playing with my curiosity.

''And? What's the reason?'' I'm asking and she's smiling weakly.

I always see the phantom like an aura. So, having that in mind, I looked at the meaning of the color for the aura. Purple, like in the show, is someone highly spiritual. Also, it can mean some changing. Black, like in the story, is someone full of hate and very bad thoughts. You can guess why I choose that color.
