ON TO THEIR FIRST NIGHT IN THE WWE! I will warn you all ahead of time that I don't remember everything that happened during the period of time in which I am setting this so not everything will match up. Please forgive me and enjoy the story for what it is! ^_^ (And I know I could do research but…admittedly I'm being lazy. XD)
Music rang loudly throughout the arena. Sym peeked out one of the curtains as the fireworks went off and the announcements began. Quickly drawing her head back behind the curtains she nibbled on her lip nervously and began shaking before turning to start walking towards the exit but was quickly halted by her sister who had her in a choke hold, "Where do you think you're going?" Ella enquired as Sym slightly struggled in her grasp. After a few more moments of struggle, Sym slowly stopped but her shaking was so violent that it caused Ella to shake too. Ella looked down at her sister who was hiding her face behind her hair as best as she could, "Oh, your stage fright?" She asked and Sym slowly and shaking nodded in response. Ella spun Sym around to face her, "Look Sym, I know it is scary to think that we are going to go out there soon and do announcements in front of millions of people with no time before hand for rehearsals, but Sym, all of this…" She explained letting her sister go to gesture around them and even to the curtain, "We've talked about it, dreamed about it for as long as I can remember. And now it's happening! It's really happening! We're finally gonna be able to kick some ass, take some names, and be actual WWE Divas! Now you had better grow a pair and march out onto that stage!" She ordered just as Sym's name had been announced as one of two new divas that would be joining the announcement team that night.
The song, 'Odds Are' by Barenaked Ladies began to play and at first Sym was reluctant but was then quickly turned around, her hair pulled back into pony tail, and pushed out the curtains by Ella. For a moment, Sym stood there in utter fear, looking around in amazement and horror because of where she was now standing and currently standing in bell bottom jeans, boots, and a low cut tank top (Ella picked out the outfit). But after a moment, she raised a hand and shyly waved. A few people in the audience cheered, causing a small smile to appear on her face. She then punched the air and a few more people cheered, next thing anyone knew she was darting down the ramp and making her way into the ring. Looking around like an excited child, she began running from one side of the ring to the other as she bounced off the ropes, then to a corner where she quickly climbed to the second rope and looked out over the crowd who were quickly feeding off of the energy she was exuding at that moment before she jumped off and ran to another corner then was called to the announcement table. Sym now had the biggest grin on her face as she made her way out of the ring and over to Booker T. and Michael Cole shaking their hands and taking an offered seat before putting on her head set, "So Sym, you and your sister, who we are about to meet, both were born and raised here in Colorado?" Michael asked looking over to Sym who was still looking around before nodding in response to Michael's question.
Then, 'Headstrong' by Trapt came on and Ella popped out from behind the curtain punching the air and grinning like a mad woman causing Sym to giggle, "She doesn't seem to be quite as nervous as you were." Booker commented watching Ella also rush down the ramp and into the ring. She strutted her stuff and even flipped her hair which now had some curls. Sym again giggled, "Well, Ella's always had great self esteem and confidence with no stage fright. I'm the opposite in that respect." She explained as she watched her sister walk around the ring a couple times before exiting the ring and making her way over to the table. After shaking offered hands she took a seat beside Sym and put her head set on as well, "I can't believe we are finally here Sym!" She said excitedly before giving Sym a high five. Then the night began. Ella and Sym did their best with commentary on the first match while answering periodic questions which were asked, after Sym had hugged the combatants. The next match a couple wrestlers known as Jack Swagger and Dolph Ziggler were put in a match against Kofi Kingston and R-Truth. Before the match even had a chance to begin Sym once again went into the ring and hugged all who would accept her hugs, which would be; Kofi, R-Truth, and surprisingly Jack Swagger. It was obvious that she wasn't too excited about hugging Jack but did anyway out of fairness. Well, the match went as expected, back and forth with Vickie Guerrero screaming constantly at Dolph causing Sym and Ella to flinch whenever she did. But then as per heel rules, when it looked like Dolph and Swagger were going to lose Vickie got up onto the ring and began to distract the referee. At that both Sym and Ella stood from their seats but Sym was the first to take off her head set and head towards Vickie who was just getting down from the side of the ring as Kofi kicked out.
Sym didn't go back to her seat however because Vickie had noticed her and began to shout questions about what she was going to do and how she should go sit and to the announcements like a good little girl. At that Sym visibly twitched which took Vickie by surprise and she began to retreat as Sym took a couple steps closer to her. Dolph then jumped in between the two and took a step toward Sym expecting her to retreat but instead was only glared at. Vickie then began screaming at her that she shouldn't be disrespecting them when she only just got there, that they could get her in trouble or fired. Meanwhile in the ring, Jack Swagger was having to deal with both Kofi and Truth who were tagging in and out before he finally managed to make his way to the other side of the ring and reach out to tag Dolph who reluctantly got back into the ring leaving Vickie to face Sym. For a moment it looked as though Sym was going to slap/punch Vickie, but she instead smiled and patted her head before walking toward the announcement table as Kofi did a Trouble In Paradise and pinned Dolph. In a fit of rage Swagger at first went after Kofi but was promptly pulled off by R-Truth. But then Vickie slid into the ring and crawled over to Dolph making it so R-Truth and Kofi couldn't do anything and were hit from behind by Swagger. Both of them began repeatedly kicking the other two as Vickie laughed before Sym and Ella were in the ring, with steel chairs, and pushing the guys off. Upon seeing the two, now pissed off sisters with said steel chairs, at first the two were taken aback in shock that these girls not only had the guts to stand toe to toe with them but threaten them with steel chairs.
After a moment they began to laugh at the sisters who looked at each other with raised eyebrows. Vickie then stepped forward and began to mock the girls. Ella visibly sighed before putting her chair down then tackling Vickie. When Dolph and Jack moved to help Vickie, Sym hit Dolph in the back with her chair then kicked Swagger back as Kofi and Truth got to their feet. After managing to pull Ella off of Vickie; Dolph, Swagger and Vickie all retreated as the crowd cheered. Sym and Ella looked at each other with big grins before looking back to Kofi and R-Truth who were looking at the two a little shocked before grinning in return, hugging them both then raised their hands in victory with their own. After their hands were let go Sym and Ella jumped up and down happily before hugging each other. Kofi and R-Truth laughed before they left the ring, Ella and Sym not far behind as they made their way back to the announcement table, "Already making names for yourselves, huh?" Michael asked looking over to the sisters as they put their head sets back on.
"Doin' it big is the best way to do it. These girls are makin' sure that the other divas and even the superstars know that they aren't afraid of anyone! That's what I'm talkin' about!" Booker exclaimed excitedly before patting Ella's back before all of their attention turned back to the ring. After a couple matches and Damien Sandow's debut, causing the girls to face palm, "Really? What's the point in being a wrestler if you're not going to wrestle in all matches that are put before you?" Sym asked looking over to Ella who was shaking her head, "I really don't know but I swear that whole intellectual superiority crap is gonna get on my nerves." It was then that a sip was heard and Ella looked over to her little sister, "What are you drinking?" She asked with a raised eyebrow. Sym smiled meekly before replying, "Coffee." Ella sighed and pinched the bridge of her nose, "You've been drinking that since the beginning haven't you?" She asked as Sym finished off her coffee and nodded, "No wonder you've gotten so relaxed."
Booker, Michael, and Josh all looked at the girls confused, "Is it bad that she drank coffee?" Michael asked one arm on the announcement table. Ella ran her fingers through her hair, "It depends on the situation because coffee doesn't affect her like it does normal people. She is pretty much a child in an adults body so when she drinks coffee she becomes really, really hyper. Thus one of the reasons why she's been hugging dang near everyone so far." She explained as Sym nodded quickly and happily before Sheamus's music hit. A big grin appeared on Sym's face as she jumped up out of her chair. She waited as patiently as she could, her eagerness reflected that of a playful kitten getting ready to pounce it's mother. Before Sheamus even had a chance to speak she quickly slid into the ring, walked right up to and hugged him. The look on Sheamus's face was one of shock and confusion as he looked down at this little woman who was now hugging him tightly. At first he thought it was a fan who had managed to get past security and the barrier but when no one came he looked down at her again and gently grabbed her shoulders and pushed her back so he could see her face. When Sym grinned up at him a look of recognition and surprise crossed over his features for only a moment before he got back into character, "I'm guessin' you're one of the new divas I've been hearin' about." He said with a smirk as Sym quickly nodded before he let her go and she went back to the announcement table.
A small chuckle left Sheamus before he made his speech about what happened at Extreme Rules and his and Daniel Bryan's match began (not before Sym quickly hugged Daniel too). A few minutes in, it looked like Sheamus was well on his way to victory when suddenly Ricardo Rodriguez and Alberto Del Rio came in and attacked Sheamus. Once again the girls were on their feet and in the ring not bothering to bring chairs with them this time as Sym speared Rodriguez out of the way and Ella kicked Alberto, breaking his hold on Sheamus's arm. The girls went back to back as they now had Alberto Del Rio and Ricardo on one side and Daniel Bryan on the other. Heavy sighs left the both of them before they pushed off of each other.
