Naruto furrowed his eyebrows in his sleep before he rolled onto his side. Crying, he was crying, locked away in a dark, musty room. Naruto buried his face into his knees while a gentle hand ran through his spiky, blond locks. A small voice shushed him, "I-it's okay. We'll get through this together, Naruto."

"S?"

Kiba looked around the room and walked into the kitchen. He grabbed a cup from one of the cupboards and filled it with water before walking back to where Naruto lay sleeping. Kiba splashed the water from the cup onto Naruto's face, waking him up with a start.

"Holy shit, Kiba what the hell did you do that for?!" Kiba shrugged, "Dude, don't yell at me, I was the one who had to carry your heavy ass through the parking lot. What happened? Did you remember something?" Naruto frowned, "A little. Do you know who 'S' is?"

"No clue. Was he the person kidnapped with you?" Kiba watched in silence as Naruto rubbed his temple before nodding. Water dripped off of Naruto's hair and onto his shirt, "His voice was familiar, I've heard it before." Kiba nodded and patted his friend's back. Naruto's eyes stared blankly at the floor, lost in a daze. He looked up when he heard the front door open and Iruka walk into the living room.

Iruka smiled, "Are you okay, Naruto? I heard you gave Kiba quite a scare earlier." Naruto smiled, his usual cheery self-returning.

"Yea, I heard he had to carry me." Naruto jokingly wrapped an arm around his best friend, "He's such a badass, no wonder all the ladies want him." He laughed when a scarlet blush danced onto Kiba's painted cheeks. Iruka chuckled as he set his briefcase down and loosened the tie before he undid the first few buttons of his gray suit and white shirt.

"Kiba, are you going to stay for dinner?"

"Nah, my mom would kill me if I'm not home immediately after school." Kiba's eyes widened in realization, "Shit, I got to go!" He tossed Naruto his keys, "Your bag is in the trunk. You can return them to me tomorrow since I don't have any homework today." Kiba ruffled Naruto's hair quickly before halfway slipping on his tennis shoes and scurrying out of the small apartment.

Iruka smiled, "Are you sure you're alright? You look a bit scratched up." Naruto nodded, "Yea, I tripped earlier and scraped my knee pretty bad." Iruka bent down to look Naruto in the eye, "If anything, or anyone is bothering you, you'd let me know right?" Naruto nodded and put on his best fake smile, "It's honestly nothing like what you're thinking." He chuckled, "I just scraped my knee earlier, no biggie."

Iruka nodded, "Okay, whatever you say." He kissed Naruto's forehead, "I'll start dinner in a few. You might want to go get your bag out of Kiba's car." Naruto stretched his arms and yawned quietly like a cat, "Nah, I don't have any homework today, except vocab but I can finish that in the morning." Iruka ruffled Naruto's hair, "Alright. I'm making spaghetti tonight; it will be done in about an hour."

"That's fine. I think I'll go for a walk then." Iruka thought a moment before nodding, "Okay, be safe. Don't go too far." Naruto rolled his eyes, "I'll be fine, and I'm just going down to the park." He easily slipped his favorite orange jacket over his shoulders before he half slipped his shoes on. Naruto began quietly whistling a small tune as he opened the door. He did his best to conceal his limp from Iruka as he walked out of the apartment.

Once out of the apartment he closed the door and slowly walked over to the elevator, figuring walking down stairs would be a bit hard. He sighed, he got his ass kicked, and he actually fainted in the middle of a parking lot, which had to be the epitome of a bad day. Naruto stared blankly as he watched the elevator doors close in front of him, 'Who the hell is S?' He rubbed his eyes as he tried to put a name to a face. Surprisingly that bastard Sasukes face appeared, making him scowl.

Naruto shook his head, there was no way Sasuke was S, it had to of been someone else. He walked mindlessly from the building into the cool air, heading for the park nearby. 'Shikamaru? No way, he probably would have been smart enough to figure out how to escape. Sai?' Naruto shivered as he remembered the creepy painter that always questioned his masculinity when he was younger. 'Definitely not that asshole, he probably would have just sat there and waited to be rescued. Shino? Nah, S was definitely not creepy. Who is it then?'

Naruto shrugged slightly to himself, and put his hands in his pockets. He smiled when the familiar park came into sight, old memories of playing with Kiba and the others appeared. Naruto took his seat on his favorite swing, the one where he used to watch the others play while he was by himself. Naruto frowned; being a street rat wasn't his fondest memory. He was distracted from his thoughts as he heard a loud yell. Naruto immediately rushed to the scene to find out what happened, slightly surprised to see the cool head raven casually leaning against a tree while a female with bubble gum hair confronted him.

"Sasuke! I don't understand, aren't I good enough for you?" The bubblegum haired girl moved closer to Sasuke, daring a one sided hug while she cried into his chest.

"Sakura, let go. I told you it was a onetime thing and that it wouldn't happen again." Sakura sniffled, "But why?! Was I not good enough, I can improve I swear! Please, Sasuke!" Naruto's eyes widened as she leaned forward and kissed the raven. He jumped slightly in shock when his blue orbs met with unamused obsidian orbs. Naruto quickly turned, and acted like he didn't just see that before he limped away. He looked back over his shoulder before gulping,'What the hell just happened?'
