"Felicity," Barry said, his face pale and horrified at what he saw before him. Felicity was too shocked to do anything, all she could see was the anger fuming from Oliver as he pulled Barry by his shirt, flinging him into Felicity's apartment.

"You!" Oliver growled, pushing him into the wall as he looked over to Felicity with sad eyes.

"Olivier, I didn't-" Barry chocked out, looking at Felicity. He'd done that to her, it was his fault. All those scrapes and cuts, it was his fault. "I didn't mean to hurt y-''

"What are you doing here?" Oliver growled as Felicity stood up and closed the door. "Do you want an arrow in your heart?"

Barry shook his head, his eyes bugging out. "I didn't come here to fight, I just came to apologize." He looked between Oliver and Felicity, hurt showing on his face. They were together now, he knew it and he knew that he didn't deserve Felicity because he couldn't even keep her safe from himself, whatever he was. There was no way he would ever be good enough for Felicity Smoak. He was kidding himself from the beginning.

"Oliver," Felicity touched Oliver's arm gently, careful not to startle him. "I don't think he's going to hurt us."

"You didn't think he was going to hurt you before either." Oliver retorted, noticing Felicity's bare legs still on display. "Go put some pants on."

Barry kept his eyes on the wall behind Felicity, if Oliver caught him looking at Felicity's legs he'd be even angrier. Felicity could feel her face heating up as she disappeared. How could she have forgotten that she wasn't wearing pants?
"I just came to get my things, I won't come back." Barry told Oliver and he swore he could hear Oliver growling, "I promise."

"If I ever see you again, I'll kill you." Oliver seethed, "Got that?"

Barry gulped, nodding frantically as he took his suitcase and left in a hurry without a chance to say good bye to Felicity.
When Felicity came out of her room she was wearing pajama pants. She didn't own many pairs because she mainly slept in oversized shirts so they took her a while to find but she didn't expect Barry to be gone already. She hoped Oliver didn't scare him too much, she really did believe it was all an accident. Oliver was just being territorial.

"Did he go?" Felicity asked, walking into the lounge room as Oliver strode towards her. "Did he at least get his things?"

"He's gone, I told him not to come back."
"I thought you might have done that." Felicity whispered glumly.
"He could have killed you, one little spike in his temper and-''
"You get moody too sometimes and I bet you could kill me then too!" Felicity exclaimed, "He didn't mean to hurt me, he's not like that."

"Felicity, I would never be so careless to put you in the danger he did." Oliver balled his hands by his side, he didn't want to upset Felicity but she had to know that Barry wasn't perfect. The world wasn't all gumdrops and Dr. What's His Name, there were outside forces that could hurt her. One's she wouldn't even think about. Barry Allen was one of those forces and Oliver was going to find out exactly what made him this way.

A knock at the door made Oliver growl in frustration, he opened the door with a dark look in his eyes. It was the Pancake guy who Oliver felt he definitely needed to tip for giving him such an intense look; he just couldn't etch it from his face. He took the bag, paid the guy and slammed the door shut.

"Why are you mad?" Felicity asked, wanting to fold her arms but knowing it would hurt her shoulder.
"I'm just angry that he came back, he just thought he could come back here." Oliver shook his head.

"He had to get his things, at least he's gone now." Felicity said, trying to make Oliver seem happier like he was before he opened the door to Barry.

"I'm staying here for the rest of the day." Oliver said, "I'm cancelling my meetings."

"You don't need to do that."

"I am, I'm not leaving you here by yourself."

"Get Diggle to come over, he can watch movies with me. You have to be at the board meeting, if Isobel doesn't see you there she'll be pissed and then I'll have to deal with her." Felicity said, "You'll only be a couple of hours, it's okay."
"Fine," He moved towards her, rolling his eyes. He wasn't pleased but it was a compromise. In truth, he'd rather stay with her, hold her all day and keep her safe. He secretly wished she'd never met Barry, because if she hadn't she would have been hurt and she wouldn't be in danger right now.
"Really?" Felicity's eyes lit up as Oliver took her hands and pulled her to his chest.

"Mmm." Oliver said, pressing his lips to her forehead.

Felicity pulled back, "How about a real kiss, Queen?"

Oliver rolled his eyes in sarcasm and brushed his nose against Felicity's, teasing her before swooping down and capturing her lips. He wasn't soft this time, but he wasn't rough, he was as relaxing and stimulating as hot water on your neck in a steam filled shower. He tugged on her lips and invaded her mouth, he cupped her jaw and she whimpered in satisfaction before feeling the delicate but detailed ending of their moment. After pulling back he touched her lips softly once more and she melted into his chest.

"Don't be gone too long." Felicity murmured, hearing Oliver chuckle.
"I'll be back before you know it."
