Whoa! It's been a little while. First, I want to give a shout-out to the awesome sunflowerstar481! I asked her if I should do one more chapter of Jemma, and she said yes, so here it is! No Stemma for a little while, but I have a grand reunion planned for them! Warning: There is a possible spoiler for the Deathly Hallows! Read on!

Emma POV

"Jonas?" I stutter after what feels like forever. "Um, I didn't know you were going to be here." The hot sun from the noon sun shines on my brown, mousy hair, which makes it stick to the back of my neck.

"Well, um…" He doesn't give an explanation to why Felicia is draped across him. So I decide to confront him. "So, what's going on with you and Felicia."

Felicia seems to have gotten contacts, because her eyes aren't blue like they were behind her glasses at Christmas. They are now gray-ish. She smirks at me. "I've just had a bit of an…accident, and Jonas is going to take care of me."

I raise an eyebrow at my boyfriend.

"Well, it's true. Felicia sprained her ankle and her parents have asked me to take care of her. They were going on this vacation, and invited me to go along, since I need to take care of her and stuff."

"But I'll be fine, Jonas." Felicia smiles devilishly and finger-walks from his elbow to his shoulder, lingering at his bicep.

"Um, okay then," Jonas says. He's obviously pretty uncomfortable in this situation. "Well, then, Emma, I'm taking you out. Into the city."

The city is tiny, but I nod. "Let me get dressed."

Jess is the only one in the room, or everyone else is working on the party. She is reading Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.

"What part are you at?" I ask her, slipping on a lilac tank top. It's a teeny tiny bit low cut, but I don't care.

"Funny you should ask," she replies, looking up to face me. "I'm at the part where Ron is a traitor because of the locket. Just like Jonas is a traitor to his relationship."

"Oh, come on," I say, buttoning my short white jean shorts. "He's taking me out. Did you steal my heels?"

"I had no occasion to steal them for. Besides, your feet are way bigger than mine. But trust me, he is a big cheater."

"Is not!" I insist.

"So you trust your cheating boyfriend more than your loyal best friend?" Jess challenges.

"I guess so, if my best friend is lying." I glare at her, and tears form in her eyes.

"I'm not lying. I don't want you to get hurt."

"I really couldn't care less. You're always acting like it's your job to protect me. God, it's so annoying."

"I just want to protect you."

"You're just as bad as Darcy! Ugh!" I exclaim.

She glares at me, and her eyes are really bright from the tears in her eyes. "Like boyfriend, like girlfriend. Now if you'll excuse me, I have other friends to be with. Real friends. Including Stewart, the loyal boy who you deserve."

"Who broke up with me for Sophie!" I remind her. But she's gone. I exhale deeply, only to find that Jonas is at the door.

"I never liked her, anyways," Jonas dismisses Jess. I thought he had a crush on her. Hmm. Oh, well. "Are you ready?"

"You bet. Where are we going?"

"Oh, you know. Around."

We walk to a little park with almost no one in it, since it is a super hot day. But I like it, since it's not usually like that in New England.

Jonas begins to kiss me, and his hands are all over. I follow in the same fashion. It's much more deeper than my kisses with him, or anyone, for that matter.

After a few minutes, I stop, for it starts to rain. Typical Wyoming. Jonas laughs, and kisses me again. "You know I love you, right?" I smile. "Hey, nice outfit, by the way. Different from your usual things." I blush, knowing that I went a little wild on my outfit.

We walk home, kissing or hugging every minute or so. It's pretty sappy and cliché, but I'm in that mood, just because my ex-friend is overdramatic.

The rest of the day goes by quick, and I hardly see anyone, including Jonas. Well, everyone else is in the lake, clothes and all, and the twins are splashing Jess. They've already got a couple inches on her. Cassidy is being her normal, mischievous self around the lovely Tristan Berkeley. Megan is wearing quite the outfit, so I bet she was designing in her sketchbook and Simon pulled her in or something.

In between splash wars, Jess is joking around with Bailey, Madison, Stewart, and Darcy. I can tell no one is thinking about me.

That night, none of the girls say a thing to me. They have a lot to say to each other, but when I ask a question, one of the Wyoming girls will give me a one-word answer, or even just nod, shake their head, or shrug. It feels so awful.

But I've got Jonas. That's what matters.

Deep, deep, deep, deep, deep, deep down, where I hide my most unknown secrets in my heart, I have a feeling that Jess is right, and Jonas cheat on me. But I can't afford to think like that. I just have to be lucky I have him.

Because he's the only person I currently have.

Sorry if Emma seemed a little OOC in this chapter.

Thanks for reading!

As always,

Alexis
