16. Chapter

It was like the days just flew by, which, in Alec's case, was a bad thing. But in Magnus's, it was a good thing. He seemed excited about going to Paris. He couldn't stop talking about it, talking about what he and Lilac was going to do and see. He bought books about France and a dictionary. He was so ready to go and Alec was so not ready for him to do so. They had spent the whole weekend together doing nothing and everything. They went to the park with Lilac, feeding ducks and Alec had invited Jace just to piss him off. Jace had a phobia for ducks, and Alec didn't know why, but it was good entertainment. Jace had kept calling him during the weekend, asking weird questions about Magnus and what the sex was like, and sometimes Alec thought he was the one making those moaning calls. But that would just be weird.

He had received one more call, Sunday night, the person was whispering weird stuff and Alec could hear people in the background. This person was really getting on his nerves, but right now there was nothing he could do. And Magnus could tell something was wrong, but there was no way Alec was going to tell him about the caller.

Anyway, they spent the weekend together, like really together

Izzy stared at Alec across the table. He was spooning his black coffee and shifted in his seat every now and then. She knew why he did so, but it was fun to see him so uncomfortable and yet so composed. Jace was right, getting it out of the system really does help a person.

"So, I guess you had a good Monday morning?" She asked and Alec glared up at her. "Oh come on! Are you going to stay mad at me until I leave? I'm sorry I called and disturbed you and hot daddy's sexy time. I just wanted to say goodbye before I leave." Izzy really did miss her brother, she missed him everyday. And even though they texted or skyped everyday, it was never the same when you were actually with him in person. But the time and school was always in the way, and Maryse was to busy with work and sometimes forgot to book a ticket and give them money for the trip. Once Izzy missed Alec so much, she grabbed Max and they walked all the way to Alec. They stayed at his dorm the whole weekend, eating chips and candy, and drinking soda. They mixed up all the sodas, something they always did and made a game out of it. They had to guess what kind of sodas was mixed up and if they guessed wrong they had to eat whatever candy and mixed up food they could come up with. Once Izzy got gummy bears and Mac'n cheese, and it was the worse and most awful combo she had ever tried. But it was the best time of her life, just her and her brothers having a real sibling moment, something they hadn't have in a long time.

When Alec came out it wasn't a surprise to her. She knew her brother was different. She saw the way Alec looked at Jace, with admiration and confusion. So when he finally came out she was happy for him, because he seemed relaxed and more like Alec. He had no secrets or anything to keep hidden, he could be himself. Izzy feared for her parents reaction, and she was happy that Maryse tried her best to understand, where Robert freaked and had a hard time to understand. He decided to move out with his mistress and Izzy never spoke with him again. Max sometimes spoke with him and went to visit them when Robert and his mistress were at their summer house in the Hamptons. Izzy knew Robert only allowed it then, because he could give Max whatever he wanted there. They could go surf and do real father and son things, but Izzy hated him for not including Alec. Alec, being the good human being he is, told her not to be angry with Robert because of him. But how could Izzy love someone or even care about someone when they didn't like someone she held dear? It would feel so wrong.

She smiled and leaned over grabbing Alec's hand. He glanced up and looked at her confused by the gesture.

"I love you big brother," she said and smiled wider. "I'm glad I got to spend time with you."

"Izzy," Alec said and smiled slowly. "I love you too. I'm going to miss you when you're gone."

"Well, thank God there is something called texting and Facebook," she said and chuckled and removed her hand. "Also, how about next time you come visit us? You can see Max and mom. It could be fun." Alec blinked and bit his bottom lip. She knew what he thought, that he wasn't sure about mom. Even though she understood, she sometimes came with inappropriate remarks and it made Alec uncomfortable.

"Maybe," he mumbled and took a sip of his coffee. "So, how about you tell me what happened after the party?"

"I didn't hook up with four eyes if that's what you're thinking," she took a piece of her brownie in her mouth and chewed. "He was cute and sort of a good kisser. We exchanged numbers and well, we've been texting ever since."

"Really?" Alec said and looked surprised. "Oh Izzy that's great! I mean Simon seems like a nice guy, maybe not your standard, but I think that will do you good. Date someone else. Who knows, you might like him."

"I doubt it," she said and snorted. Yeah, Simon was nice and awkward, and it sort of intrigued her interest. But she could never see herself with someone like him. He was so different from everybody else she used to date. Though, he made her laugh and smile, and no boy had ever done that. He was different in the good sense. "But he's cute."

"It's the glasses isn't it?" Alec said and wriggled his eyebrows playfully at her. "There is something about the glasses."

"Nerds," Izzy said and sighed dramatically. "There is something about them speaking Star Wars and being all giggly around a pretty girl. It turns me on."

"Whatever makes you happy."

"Or wet."

"Oh come on!" Alec exclaimed and pushed his cup away. "I did not need to hear that." Izzy smiled and took the cup of coffee spooning the milk around.

"So, I have permission to maybe date Simon?"

"Since when do you ask for permission?"

"Since he's you friend?"

"He's not my friend," Alec said and grabbed his phone starring down at it. "He's Clary's friend whose Jace's girlfriend. Also, I don't think anyone would mind you going out with Simon."

"Then it's settled," Izzy said. "I'm going out with Simon. I wonder what color his laser stick is? Or size? Do they come in different sizes?"

"Shut up," Alec said but couldn't help but laugh.

"What about Magnus's laser stick?" She asked and leaned over the table. "I bet it's big and perrrfect, right?" Alec smirked and shrugged.

"He's doing just fine," Alec said and looked at Izzy.

"Details," she begged and folded her hands in a prayer. "Please."

"It's long, caramel and delicious," he said and Izzy could see the blush creep up on his neck. "Like a caramel stick. Only much, much, bigger."

"Mmm, yum," Izzy said and licked her lips before laughing. "Lucky you." Alec shrugged and smiled, before glancing down at his phone again. He looked upset and caressed his thumb across the screen like he was waiting for something.

"Hey," Izzy said in a soothing tone and poked Alec's wrist. "What's going on?"

"He's leaving today," Alec said and pocketed his phone. "He's going to Paris with Lilac. For 4 days."

"Oh," Izzy said and leaned away. "And I just ruined your alone time. Well, don't I feel like shit."

"Izzy, it's fine," Alec said and smiled. "I get to see Magnus everyday and I only get to see you for 7 days a month, or less. I'd rather be with you." Izzy smiled wider, and couldn't help but be happy that Alec wanted to be with her. But of course he would she was his sister and he would never say no to her, but she could see that he missed Magnus and he wanted to be with him.

"Where is he?"

"At the airport," he said. "He wanted to be there earlier, because there might be a chance that he could get an earlier flight. Apparently, Camille is very rich."

"Okay get up," she said and grabbed her brownie and jacket. Alec looked up at her and fumbled with his jacket before getting up.

"Wh-where are we going?" He asked, sounding surprised.

"Like I'm going to let you sit here, sobbing over hot daddy who leaves for Paris," she tsked and tried to look offended. "What do you think of me."

The trip to the JFK airport was exhausting. Alec had been tripping and looking out the window the entire time. He never thought waiting for something would bother him so much. He kept thinking that Magnus was already gone on one of those many airplanes in the sky. But then again Magnus had promised to text him goodbye, so that made Alec breath out in relief. He just wanted to kiss him one more time and say goodbye before they parted. Also, just to remind Magnus of himself when he came to Paris. Yes, Alec was a little scared about the whole Camille deal, it made him feel pathetic and stupid, because he should trust Magnus. And he did. He couldn't see why not.

As they walked through the airport, Izzy grabbed his hand like she knew he needed someone to hold him. He couldn't help but smile and tightened his grip, before glancing around. It wouldn't be difficult to find Magnus. He just had to look for a tall Asian and flamboyant guy with a little girl. How many looked like that? Only one. Alec's boyfriend. He smiled when he saw the familiar pair walking with their suitcases.

"Magnus!" Alec yelled and Magnus turned around and smiled wide when he saw Alec. Alec ran fast pass the people and threw himself against Magnus. Magnus grabbed him by the waist and held Alec tight. His feet levitated from the ground as Magnus held him tight, and Alec didn't mind. He buried his head in the crook of Magnus' neck, taking in the sweet scent. Magnus planted Alec's feet on the ground and Alec cupped this beautiful mans face before leaning in for a kiss. God, he was going to miss this. Not being able to do this whenever he felt like it.

"God," Magnus breathed when they finally pulled apart. "You're amazing, Alexander."

"You didn't expect me did you?" He said and was proud that he had been able to surprise Magnus. He loved how Magnus's face had lit up when he saw him come running towards him. It was the most beautiful thing ever.

"I love surprises," Magnus said. "Especially when you make them." He winked, remembering the time where Alec had woken him with hand-job, and of course Alec had to blush at that statement.

"Well, aren't you two obnoxious," Izzy said and stepped next to her brother with her arms crossed. "But I still like you." Magnus glanced at her and smiled, before looking at Alec again.

"I promise to text you when we arrive," Magnus said and placed a kiss on Alec's forehead. "I promise to Skype with you everyday." He placed a kiss on Alec's nose and Alec couldn't help but chuckle. "I love you, Alec."

"I love you," Alec said and leaned in for a sweet kiss, he wanted it to last longer than it did, when he felt someone tug at his shirt. He pulled away and looked down seeing Lilac, with her big green eyes staring up at him.

"I love you too," she said and smiled widely. "Now, give me a goodbye kiss." Alec smiled and bent down and took her into a tight hug. She yelped and laughed, as Alec placed kisses all over her face.

"Love," he made fart noises against her neck and Lilac laughed hysterically. "Love you, princess." He pulled away and tugged at her braids. "I'm going to miss you too."

"More than dad?" She said and had hope in her eyes.

"Hmmm," Alec looked up at Magnus, who narrowed his eyes like to dare him to answer that question. "More than your dad." Lilac poked her fathers leg with her elbow and looked up proudly.

"I'm better than you," she said. Magnus snorted and rolled his eyes. Alec got up on his feet and smiled apologetic at Magnus. But he didn't get the chance to say that of course he was going to miss them both equally, when Magnus placed a slow kiss on Alec's lips. He leaned away, and opened his eyes looking at Alec. Alec felt his whole body flush at the look in Magnus's golden eyes.

"You better behave," he said and slowly slid a hand behind Alec's back and caressed his abdomen before reaching for Alec's ass, giving it a teasing squeeze. "Or else this nice ass of yours is going to be neglected for a very long time."

"Dude," Izzy said and grimed. "Right here." Magnus smiled but kept his eyes on Alec before pulling away.

"I got something for you," Magnus said and opened his handbag. He took out a long and slim box and gave it to Alec. "Don't you dare open this before we chat. Got that?" Alec nodded and held the box tightly against his chest.

"Daddy, we have to go," Lilac said and grabbed his hand. "I want a blueberry muffin before the plane." Magnus sighed and nodded, and smiled sadly at Alec. They leaned in for one final kiss before Magnus was pulled away from Alec. They waved their byes, and Magnus and Lilac disappeared behind the corner and Alec was left alone with his sister. She took his hand and leaned against him and placed her head on his shoulder.

"Don't worry big brother," Izzy mumbled against his shoulder. "It's just for 4 days."

"Yeah," Alec sighed and leaned his head against his sisters head. "I just miss him already. It's horrible how gross I've become ever since I've gotten a boyfriend."

"I actually think it's adorable," Izzy said and pulled away and sighed. "But now, let's enjoy the rest of the day together. Let's go feed the ducks, or steal lollipops from children or better yet, go lingerie shopping." Alec chuckled, but he followed suit as his sister dragged him out of the airport and further away from the two people he was falling so unbelievable fast in love with.

Okay, It had a mix of sweet Malec, smut, fluff and Izzy and Alec sibling bonding. I really wanted Alec and Izzy to hang out together before she left, because I don't think she got the scenes she deserved... Also I like writing Alec and Izzy, they are so sweet together! But of course Izzy is going to be back ;) Magnus being in Paris is of course sad for Malec but I'm really excited to write Magnus in Paris having father moments with Lilac and well... Camille is of course involved, but what I'm more excited for is to write Alec being with Jace and bonding with his new "friends."
