[Location Canterlot. Time next morning]

Arch and Luna were all snuggled up in the bed after the event of the previous night. They looked peaceful to say the least, Arch was in the deepest sleep he has had in years in the protection of Luna. Moments later Luna yawned and began to wake up.

She looked and saw Arch Angel practically clinging to her she giggled, "Arch, are you awake?" Luna asked. Arch eyes slowly began to open up. He looked up to see Luna smiling at him and Arch flushed deep red.

"I-I ummm." Arch tried to find words but could not. Luna nuzzled him a bit and was about to say something but was interrupted when Princess Celestia, Princess Cadence, and Shining Armor opened the door and saw the situation. They took it the wrong way except for Cadence who could see the true scenario. "GET OFF THE PRINCESS YOU FILTH DOG!" Shining Armor rushed and pulled him off her. Luna looked frightened at what just happened but saw her sister approaching her about what happened.

Arch on the other hand was pushing the shining off of him and got into a battle stance but Cadence took action and stepped in between the two of them. "Sister I can explain!" Celestia looked between the two and looked back at Luna and sighed.

"I do hope their is a good answer to why the commander of your guard and Ghost was in bed with you I know he loves you but I need a good reason to not put him in for crimes."

Luna looked. "Tia, Arch Angel did nothing wrong nor did he try anything bad. Last night he had awoken from the continuous nightmares he has every single night and decided to get out of the castle for a while. Next he explained to me that he truly felt alone and he never had the feeling of being loved. after all you of all should know how he was created!" Celestia seemed to be accepting of this exclamation but wanted to ask Arch Angel.

"Arch Angel can you please tell me how you ended up in here with my sister." Celestia asked calmed down as Cadence walked next to Shining Armor to calm him down. Arch looked to Celestia. "Yes, you see. After giving the reasons I also confessed to feeling like I am only a tool a weapon to you and Luna." Shining Armor whispered to Cadence. "Yeah he is…" But cadence did not really feel good on why he said that but smiled and told him to stop.

Arch continued. "Anyway, as I said this I tried to run away but Luna caught me and took me to her room with we started talking their she told me that she knew about my feelings for her. So I confessed and told her I wanted to spend my life with her and that's their where we kissed and I asked if she could stay by my side and well," he blushed. "To my surprise she did."

Celestia smiled "Ah, alright it was just all one big misunderstanding. I am sorry about that Arch angel." Arch nodded and smiled and went over to Luna to give her a kiss on her snout "I have to go, today's mission is ready and I have to go I promise I will be back." he then ran off leaving Luna smiling and Celestia smiling that her sister found someone. While Cadence and Shining Armor just left to go and eat.

[Location Saddle Arabia, Ghost Squad one. Time Unknown]

"SO, you're sure that this is going to be a peaceful mission Arch?" Guedo asked. Arch looked to his friend who joined the Ghost's a year after the outbreak of zombponies. Arch looked up at him and smiled "Yes of course we can trust them I have faith." Guedo laughed and punched him in the shoulder. "Alright I understand. Want to live stream whats up to the castle?"

Arch immediately hit the live feed on his shades. Throughout the castle and also some of Arch's friends like the other ghosts and friends like Drop Waterfall, Bella, and Ella. They all gathered around in the castle to when they heard Luna say "All come to the big screen!" As they watched.

"So hey everypony back at the castle the mission has been successful as of yet…. wait...do you hear something Geudo?" Guedo looked around to see if he heard something but moments after… "I guess it was nothing anyway-" Suddenly a bright orange and and red fireball consumed the screen.

Arch…. was the only survivor in the explosion as he was dragged away from the site of the ambush he then realized. His friend Guedo someone who he trusted with everything was dead….But he could do nothing. He was hurt to much to get up. But inside his mind, something snapped a mental barrier holding something back. Something dark. "No…. Please no." Arch said in his mind

"hahahahahaaaHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH I AM BACK!" Arch, No somepony else arose and darkness began to surround him. Corrupting him turning him back into what he was a long time ago Mephiles the Dark.

Pure darkness as the ones who shot up Arch's convoy began to run in fear they were quickly shot down by this monster. he picked up an insurgent and began to choke him to death by keeping a grip of iron on his throat and eventually, crushed his windpipe.

[Canterlot]

Back with the castle they saw all of this go down and immediately Flash and Luna pulled on an Alarm Arch had installed if this day ever arose. The alarm sounded around Canterlot with Luna saying

"Stay inside your homes do not go out." Cadence looked confused along with, Shining Armor, and the rest of the guards. Flash drive Arch Angel's first friend called for the attention of all Ghost Operatives including former memeber Drop Waterfall who decided to live peacefully for a while.

"This….. is DEFCON ONE. We need to take immediate action OR WE ALL DIE!" Flash began to run along with all other Ghost's.

[Saddle Arabia, Time 1200 Hours.]

Back with Mephiles, he began to talk to himself. "hahah….. Time to revive the other creatures of the dark….. Nightmare Moon will rise again. and so will that scum Sombra. But I need him to win. I will have my power back soon enough. But I need to remember of all who are in the way and I must keep the Light side of the weakling Archangel out."

He began to manipulate the shadows and dark around him and use them to transport him on his way to Canterlot where the Ghost's. Princess Luna, Celestia, Cadence, and in addition the Elements of Harmony on their way after a letter from Celestia came in. He was going to bring back Nightmare Moon.
