Kagome didn't sleep at all that night. instead she stayed up writing in her diary, trying to sort through her feelings. Trying to figure out how she went from wanting to kill the man sleeping not too far off in the massive penthouse to wanting to seek him out just to feel his lips on her one more time. She hated it. It wasn't like her to want attention especially not the attention of some man, she hated men...right? She growled at her dairy, its contents were just as jumbled as her own thoughts...a long rant between hate and dare she say it? adoration. She read over the last paragraph of the entry and nearly choked she didn't even realized she wrote that. She read it again just incase her eyes were fooling her.

Never in my entire life have I hated someone so much, I hate people who try to control me. Never in my entire life have I wanted someone so much, just a kiss and my bodies on fire making me want him to control me and lead me to places I have always feared. Im disgusted by the fact that every night I unconsciously attempt to find another excuse to be with him in his bed and am starting to enjoy the thought of the only way I know how. She glared at the page as the first tear slid down her cheek and hit the panel, She couldn't deny it anymore. Inuyasha frustrated her and she wanted to kill him sometimes but she didn't think she hated him, not like she wished she could. Her whole world was falling apart because she had broken several of her own rules. She even gave him her finest 'treasure' because she knew it would make him happy. She hated it, She hated herself for it. Kagome stayed awake the entire night, when the alarm clock in Inuyasha's room went off she was still staring at her Panel, it had shut itself off but she didn't notice. she was numb, so numb she didn't notice him walk in the room and up to her, brows furrowed in worry, "Kagome?" She didn't here him and his frowned deepened, "Kagome? Pet? hey...you okay?" She still didn't answer and he walked up to her taking the panel from her lap and sitting next to her on the bed, "whats wrong? you didn't even have a snappy comeback when I called you pet." Inuyasha was beginning to really worry, kagome is never this quite..she looks dead...something Is horribly wrong...did she figure out why I have been letting her do whatever and buying all her favorite foods? did Miroku tell her my plan to keep her? She seemed fine earlier when she gave me my sword back..."Hey...earth to Kagome..get up we have people to kill so stop being weird."

She looked up at Inuyasha for a moment, "Hey can I ask you a personal question."

He raised a brow, "uh sure." whatever to get you to stop acting weird.

she stared blankly ahead, "Did you ever have feelings for Kikyo?"

He narrowed his eyes at her, "feelings? not unless you could the urge to get in her pants. no."

"did she ever stay the night? you know sleep in your bed."

He raised a brow, wondering what the questioning was about, "no."

"why not."

"I sleep with women but I don't actually sleep with them."

He could of sworn Kagome tensed but it was gone as soon as it came, "I see...always a whore huh Inu?"

He shrugged, "hey it works for me I get some hot piece of ass and no connections. I hate connections... Wait did you just call me Inu?"

Kagome felt her heart clench in that miserable way it had when Sango and Rin had described Inuyasha with another women only worse. Part of her wished he had said yes, that Kikyo was more than just a living sex toy. then she could feel better about her thoughts. She didn't voice that to Inuyasha though, she didn't dare. Instead she stood, "I need a shower. Ill be ready to leave in half an hour." without waiting for a response she walked out of the room.

Inuyasha sat on the bed, starring at her panel, he thought about reading it but his instincts told him it would make Kagome snap. So he didn't he just waited, and waited...and waited. 40 minutes had passed since Kagome went into the bathroom, she was never late not even a second, ten minutes was ridiculous. He walked up to the door and knocked, "Kagome?"

no response.

Inuyasha suddely got a horrible feeling in his gut, every one of his nerves were screaming that somthing was off. He twisted the doorknob breaking the lock and rushes into the room. He didnt know wether to be relived or worried about what he saw. through the steam he made out Kgaomes figure he didnt smell blood -much to his relief- buy she certaintly was not conscious. Disregarding the fact she would probably kill him later he walked up to her and scooped her naked form into his arms. He carried her from the bathroom and laid her on his bed before fully looking at her. She had dark rings under her eyes from exhaustion, he wondered is she had slept at all last night, and her skin was red and blotchy from places. he looked at one of the reddened areas, It looked like she had scrubbed her skin too hard. her sent made it apparent that she was distressed. He furrowed his brow as he took a another look at the angry red marks on her skin, as inappropriate as it was he couldn't help but hate that something like that dared to appear on her perfect skin in his mind Kagome's skin was flawless porcelain unmarred by anything, absolute perfection, under any other circumstance he would have let his eyes linger on her body but he couldn't stand seeing her like that. It brought anger boiling in his head, he hated that she had done that to herself. He sighed and pulled the covers over her naked body, debating wether or not to call Sango and Rin. in the end he decided against it and dialed Miroku's number instead when the man picked up and offered an weary hello Inuyasha tore his eyes from Kagome, "Tell everyone we will be late."

"why? Is everything okay?"

"its fine Miroku. see you In an hour." Inuyasha hung up, noticing Kagome was opening her eyes, "You okay pet?"

Kagome's sapphire eyes studied his face for a long moment, "you saw me naked?"

Inuyasha frowned at her, "yes, you fucking passed out in the shower after apparently scrubbing yourself raw, why did you do that Kagome?"

She sat up, using the silky black sheets to cover her bare chest, "Because I felt dirty."

He blinked at her, "why?"

She looked at him for a second she wanted to tell him the truth and get the weight off her shoulders but she knew she couldn't, what would you tell him anyways? 'I did that because I felt dirty for wanting to give my virginity to you for attention like a desperate school girl and I did that because even after you basically told me that all that would happen is sex I still kind of wanted to do it, just so you would be mine. even for a little while.'..yeah so not saying that. Instead Kagome just shrugged, "I don't know...so when are we leaving?"

"after you tell me why the Hell you did that to yourself."

She practically growled at him, "Because I was disgusted with myself."

Kagome glared at him, that idiot cant he fucking tell by his super demon senses what happens every time he touches me? ugh fuck him and his stupidity. She sighed, deciding maybe a little bit of yelling and revenge would lighten her mood. "Because I..." she mumbled the last part so low Inuyasha couldn't hear.

"Because you what?"

she glared at him again, "BECAUSE IM HAVING DIRTY THOUGHTS!"

Inuyasha grinned when she wasn't looking, liking the way this conversation was going, naked Kagome plus dirty thoughts plus my bed? what more could a man ask for? "really? about what?"

did he really just ask me that? fine if he really wants to know then Ill give him something to think about, "Kouga."

"I see so- wait what?"

Kagome's rage heightened when Inuyasha did nothing more than raise a brow, "I. Want. To. Fuck. Kouga!"

Inuyasha's mind was reeling, when the bloody fuck did that happen?! Im the one who saved her life, let her move in, give her practically whatever the fuck she wants. Only to hear she wants to fuck Kouga!? where the fuck did her fear of men go!? He grit his teeth together to suppress the snarl threatening to slip past his lips, "oh is that so? sucks for you."

Kagome blinked, wanting to scream in rage, "Why?! why does that suck for me?! if I want to fuck Kouga then I will!"

Inuyasha shook his head, "It sucks for you pet, because you will never fuck Kouga."

That was Kagome's last straw she refused to sit there and be lectured by him. She stood from the bed no longer caring about her current state of undress, "YOU ASS! I DO SO KNOW WHAT LOVE IS! YOU KNOW THAT STUPID FEELING IN THE PIT OF YOUR STOMACH EVERY TIME YOU SEE THEM! LOVE MAKES YOU WANT TO DO THINGS YOU HAVE NEVER EVEN CONSIDERED BEFOR! Inuyasha stood silent for a second just staring at her, she was beautiful. Red marks gone, face flushed, hair wild, and eyes filled with passion, standing there in all her glory looking wild and passionate...it would have brought him to his knees if a burning rage wasn't flowing though him. She wanted to give all that passionate glory to Kouga along with her heart. It made him furious and an emotion very foreign flowed through him, he could only assume it was jealousy. he wouldn't admit it out loud but he wanted to murder the wolf, he wanted to rip his head off and set him on fire. he would have to consider doing so later, after he talked some sense into his pet. or screamed some sense into her, either worked for him but no way in Hell was he letting her fuck the damn wolf. She would not taint her perfect body and sent by letting the Wolf touch her, "then stop loving him, this is ridiculous Kagome."

She looked at Inuyasha on the brink of tears, "stop? do you really think that it's that easy? to just stop? Love wasn't written in my story Inuyasha but because of one stupid bomb and a few gang members it became part of it, I went from wanting a peaceful death and some revenge to wanting a wild, chaotic life, one where If I die I don't want it peaceful. I went from wanting bloodless silence all alone as my last breath left me to wanting to go down in flames and bloody rage, with you."

Inuyasha stood dumbfounded for a moment taking in her words. with me...she wants to die with me..? "what...didn't you just say you're in love with Kouga?"

Kagome picked up the sheet and wrapped it around herself, finally having calmed down and regained the little common sense she actually seemed to have, "Idiot...do I ever smell like Kouga?"

Inuyasha thought back and couldn't think of a time when Kouga's sent was strong enough on her to show anything but minor contact and the occasional sparring match, "no..then why the fuck did you say you loved him and said you wanted to fuck him!"

She shook her head at him, "to piss you off fir being an idiotic asshole that made me weak."

Inuyasha studied her for a second, her exotic eyes half closed and directed to the floor, an awfully shy movement for his wild Kagome. her Inky hair was untamed, tumbling over her back in messy waves, the blacks sheet around her made her look like a goddess, illuminating her unearthly eyes and pale skin. He knew he cared for her, he would kill for her, he was absolutely mad about the women, why else would he let her live with him? I was caught the moment I really looked at her that day. he wouldn't say he loved her, he wasn't sure about her, he didn't trust her fully but he didn't hate her. He worried for her, he liked the way she fit in his arms, and now he was sure her feelings were the same. "I see...so pet, did you just say your in love with me?"

She grinned at him, her usual cocky and sly demeanor back in place, "so Scruffy did you just say this was ridiculous and to stop?"

She glared at him but walked over to him anyways, pulling him by the forelock for a kiss, she smiled lightly into the kiss when he placed his hands on her waist, the she brought her knee up. hard. He yelped loudly and hit the floor with a loud thump she smiled down at him, "you like the way I express my love baby?"

Inuyasha glared up at her, "your lucky your fucking hot and we have somewhere to be pet, but you'll pay for that later I promise."

Kagome shrugged, "nah. Im moving out." the moment genuine anger flowed back into Inuyasha's eyes Kagome's smile faded, "I seriously should not have- Whoa!"

Inuyasha pulled her down to the floor with him, rolling on top of her, successfully pinning her to the floor, "No pet, you shouldn't have said that." He sealed his lips over hers in a searing kiss, forcing her lips apart with his tongue, savoring the taste. He grinned as she whimpered slightly when we pulled away, he immediately latched onto her neck licking and sucking on her soft skin, her small gasps music to his ears. He pulled himself off her and examined her neck, satisfied with the purple bruises that dotted it an her collar bone. He smiled at the lustful look in her eyes and the sent of her arousal, her honey rainwater sent heightened and mixed with the smell of sake. He closed his eyes and breathed her in before smirking down at her, "get dressed pet, we have a war zone to get to."

She rolled her eyes, blushing from the feeling of his body on hers, and stood making her way back to the bathroom to change. Inuyasha chuckled when she screamed, "INUYASHA WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS!?" She came storming out of the room in her usual rebel gear.

He smiled at her and walked toward the bathroom, "their called hickey's marks of possession you know."

She followed him into the bathroom, glaring at his bare back before smirking. She wrapped her arms around him and kissed his back, "Inuyasha..."

He froze for a second, "hmmm?"

She smiled and stood on her toes, pulling him down just enough to latch onto his neck, She watched in satisfaction as his golden eyes close when she sucked lightly, nipping and licking as he had done. She pulled away and smirked happily when she saw the purple mark on his sun kissed skin. She walked out of the room telling him to meet her in the garage so they could leave, She laughed when she reached the elevator and heard Inuyasha angrily roar her name as the elevator closed she smiled to herself, "really Dog boy did you really think that I would let you have the upper hand just because I love you? stupid puppy, I love winning just as much if not more." Kagome walked thorough the hallways to the garage where everyone was waiting, When she walked in the room everyone went quite. she looked at them like they where idiots, "what?"

Sango stood next to Rin and Miroku staring at Kagome's neck, "Uh...Kagome you got a little...wow I don't know what do call that who did you fuck woman?"

Rin smiled, "was it the boss?"

Kagome shook her head in the negative, "like I would fuck him."

Inuyasha chose that moment to walk into the room, "fuck who."

everyone in the room's eyes widened and Kagome followed their gaze to Inuyasha, more directly the purple mark on his neck, Kagome laughed, "No one. And no Rin there was no fucking involved, just one of our odd fights. I won."

Inuyasha narrowed his eyes at her, catching on, "You so did not win. I did, I always win our fights."

She smiled sweetly at him, "sure you do. you people ready?"

Inuyasha rolled his eyes and rested his sheathed sword on one shoulder, "yeah yeah, lets go to your Idiots war zone."

On both Sango's and Rin's insistence, Kagome had not taken a motor cycle as usual on the grounds of 'approaching storm.' Kagome figured they just wanted to hear about her neck. she was proven right by the vicious amount of squeals she received when they pulled out of the garage and where on their way to the war zone. Rin flipped around in her seat, "one...two...three...four...five! ohhhh kagome! you so cannot deny your attraction to him anymore!"

Kagome rolled her eyes, "well no shit Rin it would be ridiculous to love someone your not even attracted to."

Sango suddenly hit the breaks on her car, "WHAT?! WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED TO YOU NEVER LOVING HIM WHEN THE FUCK DID YOU DECIDE YOU WOULD ADMIT YOU LOVE HIM?!"

Kagome glared at her, "drive." she waited until Sango did as she asked to continue speaking, "I uh admitted it to myself last night."

Rin nodded, "okay but most importantly does Inuyasha know?"

"it might have slipped out."

Sango hit the breaks. again. both girls turned to face Kagome, "SOOO?!"

Kagome raised a brow, "so what?"

The two sighed, still in unison, "SO DOES HE LOVE YOU BACK!?"

Rin giggled, "I bet it was romantic!"

Kagome scoffed, "uh no. Sango drive already!"

Sango huffed and did as she was told, "he doesn't love you back but you fucked him why?"

"I never said he didn't love me back I said it wasn't romantic. I accidentally told him when we where fighting. oh and we DID NOT fuck."

Rin squealed, "so our big bad boss is in looovvve!"

"I never said that either. are you guy's insane? Inuyasha is a pervert, he doesn't like connections, I know that and so do you."

Rin frowned, "so what did he do when you said you loved him?"

"well we had a little bit of sarcastic banter and he ended up telling me to 'come over here and give me a little bit of that love you where talking about' sooo I walked up to him an-"

Sango and rin squealed, "Hickeys!"

Kagome rolled her eyes, "no. I walked up to him and expressed my love, I kissed him and waited till it was deep enough and he was in the right place. Then I kneed him in the balls and asked him is he liked the way I expressed my love."

The car was silent for a few seconds, then the girls burst out laughing. Sango gave Rin a high five and looked at Kagome through the mirror, "that Kagome is fucking perfect! I so wish I was there!"

"No you don't I was naked half the time."

Rin looked at her strangely, "are you sure you didn't fuck?"

"positive, and we wont. ever...probably."

Sango raised a brow, "Probably?"

Kagome blushed a little, "well uh...he's always walking around in nothing but sweats and lately my mind has been...well lets just say Ive been wondering what that finely toned body is capable of."

Rins jaw dropped, "oh my god. how did you go from hating men to wanting to mount your boss and have mad rabbit sex with him?"

Kagome glared at her, "I do not want to have mad rabbit sex with him and I still hate men...Inuyasha's just different." The two girls awed, Irritating Kagome further, "oh look we're here. now you can all shut up and get to work." Kagome quickly exited the care and walked up to Inuyasha who was standing at the barbwire fence that made up the border for War Zone 82, A bright red dog bone painted on the ground, the words revenge running through it. Kagome smiled at the symbol when she reached him then flashed a grin to the women In charge of this sector, "Hello eighty-two."

The women smiled back, "hey leader. I brought some of our best men here to help with anything you need..." She trailed off a bit when she spotted Kagome's neck, "Uh...Leader...If you don't mind my asking when did you...uh take an interest in the opposite sex?"

The boys she had brought with her looked at Kagome with mixed expressions of shock and confusion, A few of The Blood Hounds chuckled and sent glanced Inuyasha direction. Kagome rolled her eyes, "Who said its the opposite sex Im interested in? I mean he's not a women yet but the way things are going, He will be soon. Im very expressive."

The men from both the Shikon Rebels and The Blood Hounds chocked on air, Inuyasha glared at Kagome while Sango and Rin burst out laughing . The women Kagome had called eighty-two simply nodded, "I see...anyways..should we head to base first?"

Kagome nodded, "yep."

The rebels led them through the zone, It was slightly cleaner than the one Kagome came from but according to the rebels was highly electrical. the base was located near the old power plant. once they were all settled Kagome turned to Inuyasha and whispered in his ear, not minding the odd looks she got from the rebels who had all gathered from sheer curiosity, "Anything specific you want from them?"

Inuyasha thought for a second then looked at her, "other than the safest way to get in and out of the warehouse? nothing unless they trap people as well as you."

She rolled her eyes, "No one traps people as well as I do Scruffy."

He chuckled, "for once I might have to agree with you pet, I guess miracles do happen."

She scoffed, "you still feel my love or do I have to renew it?"

He smirked, "Sure, renewing the first half sounds great right about now."

Kagome looked at him wide eyed, "Whoa hold up I don't do hal-"

Before she could finish her sentence Inuyasha kissed her, holding onto her wrists to ensure she didn't decide to 'renew the second half of her love,' using her fist. collective gasps of shock and outrage rang through the room, he was pretty sure he heard a few things drop to the floor too. Knowing it would piss off Kagome he deepened the kiss, hoping she wouldn't bite his tongue off. To his pleasure and relief she didn't, she seemed a bit shell shocked to him honestly. He pulled away smirking, "you don't do what pet?"

She glared at him, "watch it. I might just shove you in front of a bullet today." She looked around and when she saw the very confused expressions on her rebels faces, she practically growled, "INUYASHA! YOU BROKE MY REBELS! BAD DOG!"

He scoffed, "I did not break your rebels they clearly never functioned right in the first place!"

At this The Blood Hounds moved into the crowed with the rebels dragging the War Zones leader with them, Sango smiled when she gave them a confused look, "trust me...Eighty-two?...you'll thank us. those two," she gestured between Inuyasha and Kagome, "have some seriously bad fights. Too much sexual frustration and responsibilities if you ask me. you so don't want to be caught in the middle of it. Miroku, one of Inuyasha's top six, went into their apartment after their fight one time and apparently the place was ripped to shreds."

Eighty-Two looked at her, so did the rest of the rebels, "their apartment?"

At this Inuyasha who was still in the middle of screaming match with Kagome spun on them "HELL NO! ITS MY APARTMENT THE FUCKIN WENCH IS JUST A FREELOADER!"

Kagome glared at him, "OH YOU DID NOT JUST SAY THAT!" she tackled him to the floor and started throwing punches, he threw her off him and ducked out of the way when she threw a knife at his head, "YOU ARE SUCH AN IDIOTIC ASSHOLE!"

Inuyasha scoffed, "FEH! WOMEN YOUR THE ONE WHO'S REBELS DIDNT EVEN REALIZE NARAKU WAS USING THEIR DOCKS FOR WEPONS SHIPMENTS! SO PLEASE DO REMIND ME, WHOS AN IDIOT!?"

Kagome glared at him and pulled him down by his ear, "OH SHUT UP!"

Inuyasha growled holding his ringing ear, "WATCH IT WENCH! the ears are sensitive..crazy bitch."

She rolled her eyes and Miroku chose the moment they calmed down to jump in, "good...now Kagome..kiss me and make up so we can get on with our mission."

She looked at him confused, "kiss you?"

"he nodded, its a inner city custom, for emotional trauma you know?"

A chair flew by Kagome and hit Miroku in the stomach, Kagome looked back at a seething Inuyasha, "DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT PERVERT!"

Kagome rolled her eyes, "like I would kiss him. I hope you enjoy your emotional trauma Miroku...but your right we need to get to work...so we need to get to the docs safely. the third warehouse to be specific...soo direct us and tell us a good escape route." she waited a second, frowning when she got no response, "NOW!"

The rebels suddenly sprang into action mapping out the best routs and dangerous places, within the hour the group of Blood Hounds was out the door, ready for battle.

so yeah, Kagome's realized his love but will Inuyasha admit his? ehhhhh probably not. I dont know. maybe. depends on my mood.
