The doctor cleared his throat, "uh no actually...seeing as you were so positive the child was not yours...I took the liberty of going to the private blood bank and running a sample from every male Blood Hound in the hope to find Kikyo's babies father...I didn't want the poor thing to be fatherless you see..."

Inuyasha nodded and Kagome smiled slightly, "yes...the father deserves to know..should we leave so you can tell her?"

The doctor shifted uncomfortably and a nervous look passed through Kikyo's eyes causing Kagome to narrow hers, something felt wrong. her suspicions were confirmed by the doctors next words, "the father...isn't a Blood Hound."

Inuyasha growled lowly and Kagome sucked in a surprised breath, She didn't know much of the rules Blood Hounds lived by but she did know that having a sexual relationship with an outsider was completely out of the question because of security breaches. Screwing an outsider was basically a death sentence or your one way ticket out of Tokyo and into a War Zone...in Kagome's eyes they where the same damn thing...Kikyo was a dead women.

okay...so I totally decided these two could not possibly have an over serious first time, what fun would that be? I promise all of you readers of mine That Inuyasha and Kagome will not be able to keep their hands off each other from here on out. (salutes to all of you...yeah thats how fucking serious I am.)
