Chapter 10
Immediately following the match…
Walking toward the room where Issei currently sleeps Sirzechs keeps his expression neutral. Walking next to him Ajuka Beelzebub has his lips curled in a slight smile. Both of them were watching Issei's death match against Riser, and when Issei managed to finally kill Riser and then consume his body Ajuka came to Sirzechs, looking to see Issei, the creator of the Evil Piece system claiming that it's simply to congratulate Rias' newest servant on his victory, though Sirzechs has his doubts. Unfortunately for Sirzechs he can't quite imagine why Ajuka would want to see Issei after his death match.
"Rias' newest pawn is quite the power house." Ajuka comments innocently, and Sirzechs grins.
"Well, Rias-chan removed all the limiters she had on Issei-kun's Evil Pieces, and he did consume eight pawns after all."
"So soon?" Ajuka asks, raising an eyebrow in surprise. "That much power when his body can't withstand it could shorten his remaining lifespan..."
"Rias-chan thought it would be all right for only a few hours." Sirzechs explains. "She immediately restored the limiter after the match, so he shouldn't have suffered any major damage."
"I see..." Ajuka replies, the two of them falling into a comfortable silence as they continue to walk toward Issei's room in the Gremory Estate.
"This is it." Sirzechs explains, the two Super Devils stopping at a nondescript looking door.
Sirzechs reaching out and opening the door Ajuka walks in first, Sirzechs following quietly both Maous are not the only two in the room with the unconscious devil lying in the bed against the wall opposite the door.
Both Rias Gremory and Akeno Himejima are present in the room, both girls stand right next to the bed, both Devils worried for the young man lying on the bed in front of him. At the sound of the door opening Rias turns and looks, her eyes going wide at the sight of two of the four Maous walking into the room…
"Oni-sama...Ajuka-sama..." Rias trails, awe in her voice.
Smiling at her Ajuka tilts his head ever so slightly toward her.
"Rias." Ajuka offers in greeting, the handsome Super Devil walking around Rias on her left side, Akeno on her right, his attention fixed solely on Rias' only pawn.
"Rias, Akeno..." Sirzechs offers in greeting, Akeno not even bothering to acknowledge him while Rias casts a momentary glance toward her Queen before stepping away from Issei's bedside.
Her bother making no move to approach Rias approaches him, the red haired heiress of the House of Gremory lowering her voice.
"What is Ajuka-sama doing here?" Rias asks as the other Maou bends forward, looking closely at Issei's face, his body covered from the neck down with a blanket.
"He wanted congratulate Issei on his victory." Sirzechs shrugs. "I can't imagine what other reason he could have for wanting to see your precious pawn."
Frowning Rias turns her attention back to the other Maou in the room with her, Ajuka still looking closely at Issei's face and chest.
"Interesting..."
Raising his hand Ajuka seems to point at the air above Issei's chest, the other Maou interested in something that neither Sirzechs, Rias or Akeno can see.
"Something wrong Ajuka?" Sirzechs asks, and Ajuka lowers his hand, standing up straight before he replies.
"No, I just thought I saw something interesting, turns out I was wrong." Ajuka smiles, and Sirzechs is suddenly sure that his childhood friend is keeping something from him.
"Well, since Issei-kun is unconscious, why don't we return after he's awakened?" Sirzechs offers, and Ajuka smiles.
"Perhaps. If I'm busy I'll have to send my congratulations along."

Present
Groaning Issei opens his eyes, his eyelids fluttering open Issei looks around the bedroom to see he's still in the bedroom at the Gremory Estate, Issei wondering for a half moment if he's alone until he looks down, seeing Rias on his left, Akeno on his right…
Both of them are naked, and both lie next to him. Their arms crossed over his chest Issei can't get up even if he wanted to. With the blankets pulled up Issei can look beneath the sheets to see the both of them are completely naked, the sight of it threatening to send blood spewing from Issei's nose.
I guess they were both serious when they said they would share me…so that means the both of them will have sex with me together…
His cheeks turning red Issei's face nearly turns tomato red before he closes his eyes and shakes his head, clearing the thoughts from his head.
I can't be thinking about that stuff right now…I need to focus on getting out of this room and back to my life. I only have a year to live, and I don't want to live it without seeing my parents and Matsuda and Motohama and at least saying good bye…
His arms pinned by Rias and Akeno Issei can't move either of them, both of his limbs held by the devils on either side of him. Trying to move his arms Issei feels his muscles jerk and tense, his arms otherwise unable to move even as Akeno and Rias begin to stir.
Holding his arms both devils no doubt felt Issei trying to move his appendages, both Rias and Akeno opening their eyes, turning their bleary gazes toward Issei. Not knowing what to say Issei simply lies there, not quite sure what to say as both Rias and Akeno take in his awake face.
"Issei…" Rias says his name, Issei opening his mouth to say something, anything.
"Ara-ara…aren't you energetic?"
Her hand moving beneath the blankets Akeno's tone makes it extremely clear what she's referring to. Issei's cheeks darkening in embarrassment he can't help but be in the situation that Akeno is referring to.
"G…Guys are like that in the morning…!" Issei tries to argue, and Rias turns a momentary glare toward Akeno.
"Can you get your mind out of the gutter for one day?" Rias mildly scolds her Queen, Akeno grinning in spite of it.
"I can't help it if I want to do that when I'm naked in bed with him, unlike you."
Rias' own cheeks darkening the red haired Gremory Princess clearly doesn't like her Queen's insinuation.
"I never said I didn't want to do that!" Rias scowls at Akeno. "There are just more important things to deal with right now."
"Ufufu…like telling him about Yubelluna-chan?" Akeno asks, and Issei blinks in surprise.
Yubelluna? Who the hell is that, and why would Rias have to tell me about her?
"Yubelluna-chan?" Issei manages to ask, and Rias slowly nods.
"That's right…" Rias replies slowly, her hesitation palpable.
"What about her?" Issei asks, clueless, and Akeno giggles.
"She's going to become your first servant." Akeno explains to him, and Issei's face falls, his jaw dropping.
"WHAT!?" Issei blurts out, and Rias looks away from him, her expression clouded with worry.
"When Riser died he had a full set of servants. Those servants have now become known as Free Pieces and are the property of the Phenex Family. Oni-sama made a bet with Lord Phenex that if you won the battle you would be given one of Riser's former servants, and Yubelluna, his former Queen, was chosen."
"His Queen?" Issei asks. "But…I don't have any pieces…"
Nodding Rias turns her attention back to him.
"For now she'll just be a Free Piece. When you become a High Class devil and are given your own pieces you can choose to trade your Queen for her or reincarnate another. If you choose not to keep her she'll have to return to the Phenex Family, probably to be traded to another high class devil."
Blinking Issei nods, taking in all the information Rias has just told him.
I don't think it's going to matter all that much…I'll be dead in a year, and I don't think I'll be a high class devil by then, no matter what I do…
It's a depressing thought, knowing that no matter what he does Issei is going to die in roughly a year. All he can do between now and then is simply use the time he has left to the best of his ability. He's already done just about everything he wanted to do in life, and really could die content.
His expression seeming to gain a far off look both Rias and Akeno notice the somber look in Issei's blue eyes. Looking at one another neither devil needs to say anything. After he'd passed out from Akeno's comment about threesomes they'd both discussed what they'd believed Issei's response to the news that Yubelluna was going to become his servant would be and they'd both agreed that he would be happy and talk about her chest. Instead Issei had looked subdued, neither Rias nor Akeno even remotely comprehending why Issei would react in such a manner to the news. Ever since becoming a devil Issei has made no secret of his desire to become a 'Harem King' so why wouldn't he be happy at the prospect of having a potential harem member metaphorically dropped onto his lap.
"Issei?" Rias asks, the silver haired devil blinking in surprise. "Are you all right?"
"Yeah." Issei grins at her. "It's just a lot has happened recently, it feels like I'm dreaming and I'm sorta waiting to wake up…"
Rias and Akeno sharing another look both of them metaphorically shrug, not choosing to press the issue at the moment.
"Well then…what shall we do now…?" Rias asks, her hand drifting toward the tent in the blankets when the bedroom door opens.
"Rias…" A woman's voice calls out pleasantly. "I'm afraid Yubelluna-chan just arrived…"
Issei looking at the newcomer for a moment Issei thinks that it has to be Rias' sister. The two of them are nearly identical, their faces and even their hair almost carbon copies of one another. It isn't until Issei looks closer that he can spot the minor differences between them, the woman definitely older than Rias, the woman carrying a mature air about her and she wears a dark purple evening gown, as though she were attending a cocktail party or some other social gathering.
Looking at the scene before her the woman smiles, her expression one of happiness, the woman not all displeased to find Rias, Akeno and Issei in what can be modestly described as an inappropriate situation.
"Ah, so you're both sharing, good…" The woman smiles, and Rias scowls.
"Okaa-san!" Rias calls out, and Issei blinks in surprise.
"O…Okaa-san!?" Issei blurts out, looking between Rias and the woman identified as her mother.
"Ufufu…Issei-kun this is Venelana Gremory, Rias' mother." Akeno explains for him.
"Bu…but…you could be sisters!" Issei stammers, his fingers pointing to Rias and then Venelana and back again.
Blushing Venelana raises her right hand to her right cheek.
"Oh my! Why thank you!" Venelana smiles at him, clearly pleased with his comment about her appearance. "Although flattery won't get you anywhere. I'm happily married."
Issei's mouth hanging open Rias sighs.
"My mother is using magic to alter her appearance." Rias explains to Issei, her tone dead level; Venelana's blush disappearing with Rias' statement. "It's a common practice among female devils."
Blinking Issei remembers that his mouth is hanging open and chooses then to close it.
"Oh…" Issei trails, and Venelana clears her throat pointedly.
All heads turning to her the Gremory Matron speaks casually.
"It would be best if you three were to place your current activities on hold until after Issei-kun can meet his servant. It would be rude to keep her waiting."
Sighing Rias pushes herself to a sitting position.
"Of course, Okaa-san..."

Walking into the Gremory Estate's Living Room Issei spots a woman sitting around a coffee table, a cup of tea and a saucer in front of her, Issei taking in the sight of her long wavy purple hair and matching eyes, her large breasts giving Rias and Akeno a run for their money in size. Her long hair hangs down over her right eye, a black headband with an orange jewel in the center holding her locks in place. She wears a dress consisting of a navy blue tunic top with gold accents and a pale blue skirt with open sides, and black shoes over matching thigh-high stockings with garter belts. The top reveals much of her cleavage, and is held with a gold choker with blue and red jewels. Over this, she wears a white overcoat with black and gold accents and matching pauldrons.
Wow...and she's supposed to be mine!?
Issei can't believe the notion. He's never met her before, but he knows her name is Yubelluna, and she used to be Riser's Queen until the match. Now the Phenex family is gifting her to Issei, though the young devil can only guess that's because he's gained a fraction of the Phenex family's abilities.
"Hello, Yubelluna-san." Issei offers formally, both Rias and Akeno held back by Venelana, Rias' mother saying that it would be best for the young devil to meet his first servant alone.
Unbeknownst to the two of them, that is not the only reason Venelana doesn't want either Rias or Akeno in the room with them.
"Hello, Hyoudou Issei." Yubelluna replies, ducking her head toward him before reaching out, grasping her cup by the handle and raising it to her lips.
Feeling a bit uncomfortable Issei chooses then to sit down across from her, the coffee table thankfully between the two of them. The thought has entered his mind that this woman might just hold more than a little animosity toward Issei for his killing of her former master, and she could very well be looking to do to him what he did to Riser.
Taking a sip of her tea Yubelluna says nothing, Issei beginning to feel the silence weigh down on him, as though a weight were dropped upon his shoulders.
"I..." Issei stammers, Yubelluna looking up from her tea at him with the sound of his voice, her hair hiding her other eye, Issei not sure what is going through the woman's head.
"Yes?"
Swallowing Issei lowers his eyes, his fingers balling into fists hands coming to rest on his knees.
"I'm sorry for what happened to Ya...I mean, Riser-san..." Issei apologizes, having to catch himself before he called Riser 'Yakitori.'
Lowering her tea cup a faint smile traces Yubelluna's lips.
"Thank you." Her words are quiet, her tone solemn.
"I...I don't know how I would feel if I lost Buchou or Akeno-chan, so...if you don't want to do this now, or don't want anything to do with me, I'll understand."
Looking at him a moment Yubelluna doesn't immediately respond, instead the buxom woman leans back against the love seat, raising her right arm and resting it atop the back of the small sofa, her hand hanging off at the wrist, her fingers splayed against the front of the sofa.
"Do you know why I'm here?" She finally breaks her silence, her tone inquisitive, Issei blinking in surprise at her question.
"Of course." Issei nods. "You're here because the Phenex family wants to give you to be to become my Queen when I become a High Class devil."
"True." Yubelluna agrees. "But that is only part of it. The other reason I'm here is to convey a request from Lord Phenex."
Blinking Issei raises an eyebrow curiously.
"What does the head of the Phenex family want with me?" Issei asks, raising his left hand and pointing to his face.
"He wants to extend a formal offer of adoption." Yubelluna explains to him. "Should you accept you'll be given all of Riser-sama's former servants and be given the name Phenex. You'll gain your own peerage and formally be engaged to Rias Gremory."
Sitting there Issei feels like a deer in headlights.
WHAT!?
Well, aren't you the popular one…
"What...but..." Issei stammers, and Yubelluna meets his gaze, her eyes filled with resolution.
"While I can't say I'm pleased with the idea, it's certainly a better fate then remaining as a free piece, though my servitude to you isn't predicated upon you agreeing to the adoption."
Staring at her a question comes to Issei's mind.
"What would happen to you if you remain as a free piece?" Issei asks, and Yubelluna sighs.
"What usually happens to free pieces is we're traded, usually for another servant or a sum of money or a favor."
His mouth dropping open Issei can't believe his ears.
"But...that's wrong! You're not a piece of property to be negotiated over! You're a person!"
Smiling Yubelluna slowly shakes her head no.
"In the eyes of pure blood devils, we're nothing more than servants." Yubelluna explains to him. "Being reincarnated to the House of Gremory you were lucky. They're one of the few houses that care deeply for their servants and have a strong emotional attachment to them. The Phenex family isn't terrible, but they don't value reincarnated devils the same way they do pure bloods."
Sitting there Issei doesn't know what to say for a long moment.
Maybe agreeing to the adoption wouldn't be so bad...I'd have a harem, and it would at least keep Riser's other servants from going to someone would treat them badly…
"I see..." Issei trails, and Yubelluna lowers her arm, picking up her tea again and taking another sip from the warm beverage.
"Though Ravel-sama will be all right." Yubelluna explains to him. "She was born into the Phenex family and only added to Riser-sama's peerage at the whim of his Father. She can just as easily have her bishop piece replaced with a King and become a high class devil."
He added his own little sister to his harem of servants? That damn Yakitori bastard had everything!
"So, do you want me to agree to this adoption thing?" Issei asks, and Yubelluna sets her tea down, shrugging her shoulders before her hand returns to her lap.
"You seem like a descent person, though from what I'm told you have an unhealthy obsession with breasts..."
Sighing Issei hangs his head.
It figures she would hear about that…
"Though, I don't mind letting you see them or touching them if you wanted." Yubelluna replies, and Issei's head snaps up, his eyes wide.
"Really!?" Issei asks, and Yubelluna nods.
"Riser-sama did more than that with me, and I never once told him no..."
Looking at her Issei can already begin to imagine all sorts of scenarios, his hands unconsciously opening and closing, his eyes lingering on her breasts.
I can fondle, grope and suck all I want...where do I sign?
"I'm also supposed to tell you not to agree immediately, and to take your time in making a decision." Yubelluna explains to him. "The Young Devil's Gathering will be coming up soon, and you'll have to attend along with Rias Gremory and the rest of her servants. Lord Phenex would like an answer then. Until then I am yours."
Blinking Issei is suddenly reminded of time, and how little of it he has remaining. He has no idea how long from the now this Young Devil's Gathering will be or what 'soon' can mean. Devils can live for a millennium or more, so it could very well be that this event won't happen for a year or more, and Issei will be dead before he even has to make a decision.
"I...I see..."
His attitude suddenly subdued Yubelluna can only question why that would be so. When she'd mentioned letting him play with her breasts he'd been enthralled. Now it seems like his mind is a million miles from the room, his thoughts preoccupied with something else entirely.
He really is an interesting young man, and kinda cute, for a high school boy…

Standing in her bedroom Rias Gremory stands with her arms crossed over her chest, her left pointer finger tapping against her right bicep, a sure sign of the Gremory heiress' irritation. Across the room from her Akeno stands with her hands behind her back, her expression tranquil compared to Rias, Rias' mother Venelana standing in the room with them, the Gremory Matron choosing to insure that her soon to be son in law has ample privacy to get to know his first servant. Much as Rias may not want him to, Issei has been given a servant and the best thing that can be done is for him to get to know her and for the two of them to take things at their own pace. Though she can understand why Rias would be attracted to her newest servant. He's the White Dragon Emperor and managed to kill Riser even though he was in the midst of a berserker state.
Venelana has already told them both about the offer of adoption from the Phenex family, though Rias would never agree to let Issei go. Unfortunately for her she isn't the head of the Gremory Family, and if her Father dictates that she is to agree to the adoption then she won't have a choice. The only thing that has kept Rias from defying her mother and going to Issei is the fact that Issei won't be allowed to decide today, and she's going to have time to convince him not to agree to the adoption.
The sound of footsteps carrying from the other side of the door Rias looks up in time to hear three gentle taps against the solid wooden door.
"Buchou? We're done talking..."
Rias sending a momentary glance toward her mother the Gremory heiress walks toward the door and opens it, seeing Issei standing outside her door, Yubelluna standing near him, her clothes unruffled with no obvious sign on either of them that they did anything intimate or took their clothes off.
"Well...let's go back then."

3 Days Later…
Feeling weight pressing down on him Issei opens his eyes, his head one of the only parts of his body that can freely move. Looking around Issei can't believe what he's seeing. On his left Rias Gremory lies on his left arm, his right arm pinned by Akeno, Asia's blonde head resting just above his 'special place.'
The only one who isn't here is Yubelluna, though bringing her home had been an adventure, especially with Akeno and Rias moving in…

Flashback
Sitting in the living room of the Hyoudou Residence both Issei's mother and father can't believe what they've just heard. Standing in front of them is not one, not two, but THREE foreign girls, each of them very beautiful and each of them wanting to move in because they want to be closer to their 'incarnation of desire' son Issei.
"Oh my...I'm going to have so many grandchildren to look after..." Issei's mother comments, and Issei can feel his face turn as red as a cherry.
"Mum!" Issei screams in embarrassment, his mother smiling happily at the thought that her son has actually found multiple women who want to be his wife.
"Son..." Issei's father begins slowly. "Have you gotten any of these women pregnant yet?"
Falling over in surprise Issei can't believe what he's just heard.

Present
So the four of them started living together with him in his parent's house. His parents actually went out and bought bunk beds for the spare room, the five girls supposed to be living in the spare bedrooms but somehow they always seem to end up sneaking into his bedroom. At first Rias had been the only one to sneak in, then Akeno followed shortly, then Asia. Fortunately Raynare hasn't tried to follow in Rias' lead, and Yubelluna only smiled at the sight of him pinned in the bed before walking away.
I'm pretty sure she was laughing later...not that I blame her…How did things even get like this? What did I do to deserve this?
Albion has told them that dragons naturally attract powerful creatures, and Rias, Akeno and Asia are all quite powerful in their own ways. That still doesn't explain to him why each of them would be willing to share him, he isn't Kiba, girls don't fawn over him and ask him out at least once a day. It's quite the opposite, most of the girls in school think he's a filthy pervert and it's only gotten worse since he started going to school with the two most desired girls in school. Plus Asia has developed her own following, and Rias even got Yubelluna a position at the school working as a school nurse. With her appearance and demeanor she's become a hit with the student body.
His classmates and his parents were a little surprised with the change in his hair color, but his parents were quickly dealt with by Rias and Matsuda and Motohama thought it was strange that he'd bleached his hair. Most of his other classmates just think he's doing it because Rias or Akeno wanted him to.
"Ise-kun, it's time for morning training..." Yubelluna calls out, her voice trailing as she opens the door, seeing Issei in the state he's in.
Seeing him Yubelluna grins, even as Rias, Asia and Akeno begin to stir.
"Well, you four come down soon." Yubelluna explains, closing the door before walking away.
"Mmm..." Rias mumbles, reaching up and rubbing her eyes.
She's naked, just like Akeno and Asia, neither of the them wanting to 'lose to Rias.'
Whatever that means…

Since Issei is still relatively weak, he still does morning training with Rias coaching him, Raynare, Asia and now Yubelluna supporting him as Rias works him, doing everything she can to help Issei improve his base stats and make him stronger. In order to further improve his stats Rias gives him a set of weights that make him heavier by absorbing demonic power. So, Issei literally puts them on and then Rias funnels her demonic power into them, making them heavier and heavier until Issei can barely stand, and then she runs him through as much exercise as she can before he's ready to pass out, and Asia heals him.
Sitting down to breakfast Issei barely manages to mumble a customary word of thanks before digging in. Sitting on his left is Rias, while Asia sits on his right, Raynare in her human disguise and Yubelluna in a business suit that matches her hair sit across from Issei. His parents sit perpendicular to Issei and the others, his father at the head of the table, his mother opposite her husband.
"So Rias-chan, you can make Japanese food too." Issei's father compliments the red haired Gremory.
After the training Rias went to work on making breakfast, though Issei doesn't know why she volunteered to make the morning meal. He had no idea that Rias can cook Japanese, Chinese and Western food. Since she's like a princess Issei thought that Rias would have no knowledge of how to cook, but it turns out that she's been living in the human world on her own for a long time, so she's learned to survive on her own.
Of course that doesn't help the fact that Asia views Rias as a rival, so she's started to learn about Japanese culture and cooking and trying to get better. She's already started to learn to write in Japanese and probably can match a grade school child's knowledge on writing now and she's only getting better. For Issei it's impressive that she's come so far so quickly, but for Asia she just says that she likes studying.
Taking a bowl of Rias' Miso Soup to his lips Issei drinks some of the broth, his lips curling in a smile at the taste of the soup, Issei feeling a small twinge of pain in his leg from his right side, Asia quietly gripping his leg and showing her apprehension.
"Ise, I forgot to mention but today the club members are coming here." Rias explains to him, and Issei blinks in surprise.
"Here?" Issei asks, and Rias nods.
"You remember when I said the cleaning service was going to be cleaning the old school building? That's today." Rias explains, and Issei nods.
"OK." Issei agrees.
The truth is only half of what Rias just said is true. She uses her familiar to clean the old school building, not some cleaning service. She only said what she said to explain it to Issei's parents.
"I'm sorry, Otou-sama, Oka-sama."
"That's OK. I'm just glad that Ise has more female friends." Issei's mother comments, his father nodding his agreement.
"Matsuda-kun and Motohama-kun are nice, but they're both very lewd and not the best influence. With you all living here now I don't really want them here anymore, they'll corrupt you girls."
Much as Issei may want to argue he really can't.
"So, we'll be having the club activity today, please take care of all of us."

"This is a picture of when Issei went to grade school..."
"Ara-ara...so he went to the beach naked?"
Issei's mother and his girlfriend talking Issei's mouth falls open.
"Mum! Stop showing her that kind of stuff!"
The Occult Research Club is supposed to be meeting in Issei's house, but not long after the rest of the club arrived Issei's mother showed up with Issei's photo album, and everything has gone down hill from there.
"...Ise-sempai's embarrassing past..." Koneko mutters.
"No! Don't look Koneko-chan!"
Issei can remember years ago his mother saying that if he ever brought a girl home his mother was going to show his photo album to them. Now she's following through on that threat. She never thought that she would actually be going through with her threat, but now that Issei has become a devil and even gotten a girlfriend, she's happily doing just that.
"Small Ise..." Rias mutters, Issei feeling a rush of embarrassment as Rias stares at a picture of Issei from when he was younger. "Ise when he was a child, Ise when he was a child, Ise when he was a child..."
Seeing that Rias seems oddly satisfied Issei suddenly isn't sure if Rias is a closet shota-con or not.
"I think I know how Buchou feels!" Asia proclaims loudly, taking Rias' hand with her blue eyes sparkling.
"You know how I feel, I'm so happy..." Rias agrees, the two of them seemingly in another world.
Even Kiba is looking at Issei's album with a grin, the young White Dragon Emperor feeling even more embarrassed at the prospect of the young blonde pretty boy looking fondly at Issei's baby pictures. Trying to take the album back Kiba expertly dodges Issei's hands, the young Knight far too fast for Issei to catch up to, no matter how hard he tries. Trying to take the album Issei is treated to actual gap in skill between him and Kiba, the effort a strong reminder of just how lacking Issei really is.
Like Asia viewing Rias as a rival, Issei also views Kiba as a friendly rival.

Kiba staring at one page in particular Issei can't help but wonder what could have the blonde pretty boy so interested. Looking at his face he looks more than a little surprised. Moving next to him Issei looks at the same page Kiba is, the image from when Issei was in kindergarten. The image is a picture of Issei with a boy he used to play with when he was younger and the other boy's father. The boy moved to another country before Issei began first grade, so he has no idea what they're up to now.
Kiba placing his finger on the picture he's pointing toward the other boy's father, or actually the thing the older man is holding. Looking at it closely Issei recognizes that it's a sword, but Issei can't fathom why the other boy's father would ever have a sword.
"Do you remember this?" Kiba asks, and Issei shakes his head no.
"Hmm, no, not really. I was young back then..."
"Things like this happen huh...To find something like this in a place like this..."
Laughing lightly Kiba's eyes are anything but mirthful. Looking at his eyes they're so filled with hatred that Issei can safely say that he's never seen the expression on his comrade's face before.
"This is a Holy sword..."
