About: Katie sees Travis flirting with some Aphrodite girls. What's her revenge?

Time: Before Giant War. After Second Titan War.

Katie's POV:

I hate Travis Stoll. I absolutely hate him. He is obnoxious, a player, rude, sassy, and just plain outright stupid! I hate him!

Okay, maybe I don't hate him. I'm still mad at him, though.

I guess I should tell you why I'm so angry; Well, Travis was flirting with the Aphrodite cabin! Flirting! While I'm his girlfriend!

He shouldn't be doing that! Who does that anyway?

Yeah, I was mad.

I was so wrapped up in my thoughts that I wasn't watching where I was going.

"Ow!"

I dropped to the ground, landing hard on my butt.

"Sorry!" Annabeth's voice made me look up.

"It's okay." I said. "I wasn't watching where I was going. It's my fault."

Annabeth smiled. Her smile faded as she took a good look at my face. "You okay, Katie?" she asked.

I bit my lip so I wouldn't cry.

"Can I... talk to you? I really need someone to talk to." I managed to get out.

Annabeth smiled sympathetically. "Okay, come on. I know a place where we can talk." she said.

I nodded and followed her.

Annabeth led me down to the beach and to a little cave hidden from the rest of the camp. "Percy and I sometimes come here when we need to be alone." she said.

"What's wrong?" she asked, facing me when we were settled.

"It's Travis." I said.

Annabeth rolled her eyes. "Tell me what he did so I can go beat him up."

I cracked a small smile at that.

Annabeth turned serious and gestured for me to continue.

~ONE HOUR LATER WITH LOTS OF THREATS FROM ANNABETH ABOUT KILLING TRAVIS "THE PLAYER WHO DIDN'T DESERVE TO HAVE KATIE AS A GIRLFRIEND"

Annabeth was a genius. End of story. Well, it's kind of obvious since she's an Athenian, but whatever. I'm not counting that.

She came up with the best plan.

"You know the saying?" she had said. "The one that's like; 'Treat others the way you want to be treated'. If Travis is flirting with others, you go do the same thing."

Pure genius. Pure evil. Now Travis' could get a taste of his own medicine.

First thing I did was go straight to my wardrobe.

I was shifting through my clothes when my sister Miranda tapped me on the shoulder.

"What are you doing?" she asked, eyeing the pile of clothes I had scattered all over the floor.

I took a deep breath and explained my problems.

She immediately took my wrist and pulled me away from my hopeless clothes.

She reached into her suitcase and shifted through it. I smiled. My sister could totally pass for an Aphrodite girl.

Miranda straightened up and dragged me into the bathroom of the Demeter cabin.

~TIME LAPSE

Miranda could work some serious magic.

I looked in the mirror and barely recognized myself. I looked like someone completely new.

I had on Miranda's white sundress with yellow and orange flowers. It was form-fitting down to the waist, then it flew loose down to the middle of my thighs.

My sister had done my make-up beautifully. It was subtle, yet the green eye-shadow and light red lip gloss still made me look pretty.

My brown hair was in ringlets around my shoulders.

My eyes seemed to pop and everything about me shone.

"Thank you Miranda!" I cried, giving her a hug. "This is perfect!"

Miranda hugged me back, laughing slightly. "You're welcome. Go show him what you're made him!"

I walked out of the Demeter cabin and decided to head to the Apollo cabin. There was a boy named Mark Hill(A/N: OC) and I was pretty sure he liked me.

I spotted him outside the Apollo cabin. He was sharpening his arrows.

"Hey Mark!" I called.

Mark looked up. His cheeks turned red as soon as he saw me and his mouth dropped open.

"W- H-hi K-Katie," he stuttered. "You look amazing!" he blurted out.

I blushed. "Thanks. You don't look so bad yourself."

This just made Mark blush more. "Th-thanks. Y-You wanna sit?" he asked, patting the seat on the rock beside him.

"Sure," I shrugged. "What're you doing?" I asked.

"I'm making sure my arrows are sharp. I have a competition against Will Solace today." he said. Mark seemed a lot calmer now that he was talking about things in his own category.

"Well, I'm sure you'll win." I cooed. Mark blushed. "You really think so?"

"Of course. I'll be there to cheer you on."

"Alright," he beamed. "It's at the-"

"Katie!"

Travis' voice interrupted Mark.

"Katie..." his voice trailed off as he saw me and Mark. "I need to talk to you." he said glaring at Mark. Travis took my hand and hauled me after him.

"Hey, wait!" Mark called. "Katie!"

I looked back. "Don't worry, Mark. I'll see you later!" I called.

Mark bit his lip and sat back down.

"Travis!" I cried as soon as we were out of ear-shot, dragging my hand out of his death grip. "What are you doing?"

"Katie? Do you love me?" he asked suddenly.

I was startled. "Travis..."

"Please! I just need to know!" he begged. "Tell me you love me, please!"

I frowned. "And why should I do that? You could just go to your Aphrodite chicks. You've been flirting with them all day!" I countered.

Travis looked taken aback. "Flirting?"

"Yes, flirting!" I said.

"Katie, you were the one flirting with Mark!"

"Yeah, right! Travis you were totally-"

Travis cut me off with a rough kiss.

"I was asking them for help." he growled when we broke apart.

"Help with what?" I asked, quieter now.

"Katie..." Travis took a deep breath. "I love you." he said.

I stared at him. "Really?" I asked.

Travis nodded. "I was wondering how to show it to you in the best way." he said.

"Say it again." I whispered.

"Katie Gardner... I love you." Travis murmured.

"I love you, too." I said, throwing my arms around his neck.

Travis' arms tightened around my waist.

Suddenly, we were kissing.

I never actually went to that duel between Will and Mark.

I have no regrets.

There you go.

Was it worth the wait?

I'm really sorry about not updating for such a long time! I didn't mean to, but I had lots of work.

Q: What was the prophecy for Percy's first quest?
