No Turning Back Chapter 2
Sam grabbed Mercedes and lightly pushed her towards the bedroom shutting the door
"Baby what is going on you've been on 10 since we got here,you promised not to mess this trip up, you're kinda reneging on that promise"
"Baby don't you feel it? That something's not right? I feel that we should be here, my gut is telling me that we should pack up and leave!"
"Honey your gut has steered you wrong before"
"Omg Sam that was one time I was wrong at the frat party,all the other times I have been right"
"Look baby maybe you need some liquor in your system to loosen up a little"
"No I need to be alert"
"You don't wanna mess this break up do you, everyone would be so disappointed In you"
She sighed
"Ok but Manly Sue and Justin Timberfake need to leave I don't know what their deal is but I don't like them"
He chuckled at her insults
"Ok I'll make them leave"
"Good"
He grabbed her hand
"now let's have some fun ok"
He attempted to lead her out the room so they could join the others before she stopped him making him face her she stood on her toes wrapping her arms around his strong neck, placing a kiss on his lips
"What was that for?"
He asked her with a slight pink tinge to his cheeks, grinning his signature grin
She shrugged
"No reason, just love my sexy guy that's all"
He blushed

"I noticed we didn't finish what we started back at that spine-chilling cabinet"
She slowly started pulling at his shirt he raised his arms so she could pull it over his head, she made him step out of his shoes, then started to unbuckle his jeans

"Well damn Puck since you blocked us can you at least leave so we could go into the restroom or let us get a quickie in?"

"Look at Cedes taking charge being a bad girl,only for you Cede see you guys soon"
They could almost feel him smiling on the other side of the door
Mercedes pushed Sam back on the bed, she grabbed a condom off of the nightstand , tore it open with her teeth and rolled it onto him, she lifted her hips and eased down on him
"Puck if you're still out there,I hope you enjoy Cedes cries of pleasure you damn creep! You..."
Sam yelled towards the door before Mercedes made his breath catch in his throat by bouncing frantically on top of him

"Welcome back party poopers I think you ran our guest away"
"Well good they should run away"
Mercedes grabbed some snacks and poured her a cup of liquor she took a seat on the sectional folding her legs up under her
Sam noticed how low the music was
"What you guys got going on in here?"
He asked as he poured himself a drink as well
"We're thinking about playing truth or dare, are y'all down?"
Tina asked them
Sam shrugged and looked over to Cedes
"I'm down,what about you Cedes?"
Mercedes looked around at the others they stared at her intently patiently waiting on her answer probably expecting her to back out
She quickly gulped her drink down and wiped her both with the back of her hand
"Let's do it!"
Quinn jumped up giving her a high five
"That's what I'm talking about best friend!"
"Well let's get this party started then! Whoo!"
Mike jumped up
Puck cleared his throat
"Ok who first?"
Tina raised her hand

Tina tapped a finger on her lips staring up at the ceiling like she was thinking

He looked at the deer head hanging on the wall

Tina stood up and shrugged

Quinn said to Puck gently patting his knee
Mercedes was pissed Puck answered for her, something he did on an regular, she hated how he could be so overly protective of her, it was like he sometimes forgot Sam was now her boyfriend and not him, he still went about certain things like they were still together and he was courting her and Quinn at the same time,then on top of that they always treated her like the boring scary one, it was time she proved them wrong
Mercedes stood up she slowly unbuckled her jean shorts pulling them down her thick legs to her bare pedicured feet and stepped out of them, staring at Puck as she did it he smirked lustfully at her while sipping on his drink
She pulled her fitted vneck shirt over her head throwing it to the floor,she stood there confidently in her black laced bra and panties

Tina looked over at him and he shrugged she smiled and gave him a playful push

"Y'all ready!" She walked to the back as everyone followed She got in a running stance and Quinn opened the door
She took off running towards the lake and they all ran behind her, she jumped in the air tucking her knees and jumping into the lake disappearing under the water she came up throwing her hands in the air
"Whoohoo! Come join me guys!"
They all stripped down to their undergarments and jumped in with her
"That's not fair the rest of us didn't get to do our dare!"
Mike said as he started to swim backwards
"We could still do it!"
Sam responded before he dared Puck
"Puck I dare you to kiss Tina!"
Sam dared him trying to get him back for staring at Cedes
Puck looked at Mike for the ok and he shrugged
"Whatever just don't let it go overboard or I would have to drown you in this lake"
He then looked over to Quinn she shrugged as well
"As long as it's ok with Mike and Tina it's ok with me"
Puck floated over to Tina pulling her to him, he wrapped an arm around her waist and leaned in..their lips connected and they kissed slow when they separated from the kiss Puck wiped his mouth with the back of his hand

Sam did a sinister laugh Puck looked at him

Quinn,Mercedes and Tina all looked at each other, they all knew what Puck and Sam were doing, they were the best of friends more like brothers but they constantly bumped heads over the most petty things
They all jumped on their boyfriends backs to stop their bickering they all started play fighting in the water,racing in the water and having fun forgetting about the pettiness,thick fog suddenly started to spread across the lake and seeing each other became a challenge
"Mercedes, Tina where are you?!"
Quinn called out for them as she floated around in the water next to Puck, Mike and Sam
"Tina! Mercedes baby where are you!...Tina! Mercedes!"
They all floated around calling for them Quinn almost jumped out of her skin when she felt a small cold hand grab onto hers
"Mercedes?"
"Yea Quinn it's me, Tina hold on to my hand"
Everyone was relieved to see that Mercedes and Tina was together, they all held on to each other as they made their way to dry land shaking the water off of them, they quickly ran into the cabin not bothering to grab their clothes, to warm up from the cool water, the temperature outside had went from humidly hot to cool Puck grabbed some towels and started the fire place, they all wrapped in the towels standing around the fire,all the guys held their arms securely around their girls to help them warm up with their body warmth
"What was that back there? We thought you both disappeared"
Puck asked them curiously
"It felt like someone pushed me away , it took all my strength to swim back, I ran right into Mercedes, she was scared to even move"
"Yea I felt a little push, I thought someone was behind me trying to push me away spooked me out"
Mercedes replied
"Don't start with the suspicious weird feeling mess now Mercedes I'm trying not to get spooked my damn self"
Said Mike
"Well sure spooked my ass out I was playing around in the water with you two next thing I know you both were gone"
Quinn replied
"Let's get outta these wet clothes"
Said Sam, all the couples showered together, when they were done the girls searched the kitchen to prepare a meal, they cooked steaks, loaded mash potatoes, and broccoli, they all made their plates and cuddled up on the huge sectional popping a movie in and pigging out as they watched it
The only collection of movies Puck's uncle had was horror films,the less graphic one was the latest Texas Chainsaw Massacre and that said a lot seeing how graphic that one was
"It's so eerie we're out in a secluded area in a cabin in Texas,watching this movie"
Quinn Said
"Tell me about it"
Mercedes replied
"This is true, but all I got to say is damn y'all did y'all thing on this meal,I feel like I'm at Friday's, or Outback Steakhouse hmmmm"
Sam said stuffing his mouth with food
After their meal, they all was laid out full and sleepy except for Quinn and Puck, Quinn stood up and reached for Puck's hand, she bent over and whispered in his ear
"Let's take a walk sexy"
He stood up and she led him outside
"Aye lock the door, just knock and someone would let you back in"
Sam said to them on their way out the door
Mercedes, Sam, Tina and Mike were asleep shortly after Puck and Quinn left, an hour had went by before Mercedes was waking up, she looked at the digital clock and noticed the time, she could hear a soft moan, and looked over to see Mike and Tina clearly having sex under the covers

"Quinn we've been walking in circles,let's go back in now, there's no telling how many creatures are lurking around out here in this fog"
The fog was still fairly thick out and they could barely see in front of them

She grabbed his hand and they continued on their route Puck squinted as they came to a stop,he could tell that they were in the back of the cabin by the lake again he noticed something odd their clothes they left out were now gone

Quinn shrugged nonchalantly
"Yea, but I'm guessing maybe one of the others came out to get them, maybe Mercedes did let's go"
They continued to walk Quinn stopped him and stood on her toes facing him, she started kissing him passionately he deepened the kiss and lifted her up in the air making her wrap her legs around his waist she stopped kissing him for a sec

Puck stood up swinging through the fog with no knowledge of who was holding her, all he could see was Quinn dangling in the air by her blond locks a 6"3 statured stepped closer to Puck, and he could see their face more clear

The stranger laughed sinisterly

this didn't sound like his goofy best friend whom came up missing a year ago this voice sounded demonic,unearthly Puck could strongly feel that something wasn't right, but he tried to convince himself other wise
Two guys grabbed him both looked pretty normal then suddenly a satanic form flashed across their faces showing Puck that they weren't quite as normal as they looked,that something far more evil hid behind those faces
"I'm dreaming I'm dreaming this can't be real,wake up wake up!"
Puck closed his eyes shut tight trying to block out the images, trying to block out Quinn's screams,he didn't believe what he was seeing,it wasn't real nor possible, it only happened on tv, when he opened his eyes back he was still in the same place

Puck wanted to help her, but he couldn't move the two guys held him still with their inhumanly strength he reached out to her but sadly reaching didn't do much, Quinn received a stab to her body which shut her up, Puck couldn't tell where harm was done at but he could see blood gushing from somewhere, her body slumped and all Puck could do was cry, he wasn't sure if she was dead or passed out but she was harmed tremendously
that wasn't Finn, Finn would not have done Quinn like that, a ex of his own, Quinn and Finn were each other's first, maybe something took on Finn's form that was the only logical thing Puck could come up with even though he didn't wanna believe it
Puck tried his best to get loose, he almost busted a blood vessel straining himself, when he finally got loose they all vanished even Quinn

Puck punched around not connecting with no one, he took off running screaming Quinn's name, blindly trying to guide himself through the fog that seemed to never let up when he made it to the front door of the cabin he banged on it as hard as he could

Back in the cabin
Mercedes became concerned, over 2 hours had went by Quinn and Puck still weren't there, Mercedes couldn't sleep like the others, she felt that something wasn't right, Tina and Mike dragged theirselves to their room retiring to bed, Sam dragged Mercedes too their assigned room he quickly undressed down to his boxers and got in bed instantly falling into a deep slumber, Mercedes sat up in bed staying alert so she could hear Puck and Quinn at the door she shook her legs nervously as time went by,
"Come on Puck and Quinn where are you?"
Mercedes mumbled to herself she tapped Sam several times before he woke up

The digital clock in the front room said 2am when we came to bed it's probably going on 3 by now"

Sam sighed and threw the pillow off of him, he got up and stepped into some sweat pants and a white tee shirt, he slipped his feet into his tennis shoes Mercedes was ready right behind him
"Let's go so I could finally get some sleep"
Mercedes rolled her eyes and followed behind him as soon as they stepped in the front room they heard loud banging on the door
Bang, Bang, Bang!
"Help! help! Open up!"
"Puck?!"
Mercedes ran towards the door and Sam pushed her back
He unlocked the door and flung it open, Puck fell right at his feet out of breath Sam quickly shut and locked the door helping him to his feet pushing him to the sectional to sit

"Finn!"
"What about Finn?!"
"I saw Finn,but it-it wasn't Finn!"
"Puck what do you mean?! Finn is dead!"
Sam said finally admitting to himself that Finn was gone
"Maybe he is,but I saw him I-God Quinn is gone!"
"Puck what happened to Quinn?!"
Mercedes asked
"Someone took her! Finn and those guys, (Puck grabbed Mercedes hand) Mercedes the supernatural is it true?! Finn and those guys weren't human"
Mercedes snatched her hand away,
"Puck it's fake, that's all on tv"
"Well what was that back there?!"
"Puck we gotta find Quinn!"
Sam said to Puck pulling him to his feet
"Tina?!"
Mike came running out the room disoriented
"Mike what's going on?"
"Tina's gone!"
"What do you mean she's gone?!"
"I-I woke up and she was gone, the window was open and-gosh!"
"Quinn's gone too Mike"
Puck told him
"What?!"
"Everyone just calm down! We're going to go find Quinn and Tina,Mike you and Cedes stay here and secure the cabin, do not let us in until you know for sure it's us"
Sam told them
"I witnessed Quinn impaled with a knife"
Puck said as calmly and as emotionless as he could
Mercedes gasped
"No! are you sure that's what you saw Puck? Please don't tell us this!"
He dropped his head with a soft sobbed
"I did and I-I couldn't help her"
Mercedes covered her face and cried into her small hands
"No Quinn-Tina"
"The longer we wait here the farther they could be, let's go find our girls Mike look after Cedes secure everything"
Sam pulled Puck to his feet pushing him towards the door
Mercedes ran up to them stopping them both
"Y'all come back do you hear me?! You two better come back to us!"
Mercedes said pointing in both of their faces, they both gave her a nod then quickly retreated out the door
Mercedes slammed and locked the door right behind them just as quickly as they left
"Mercedes give me an hand!"
Mike started pushing the sectional to block the door with the help of Mercedes, they quickly moved throughout the cabin blocking windows and doors, Mike found some tools and sealed all the windows shut, both calling Tina's name as they were moving throughout the cabin
Mercedes prayed that whatever had Tina or Quinn wasn't in the cabin with them, they checked every room making sure they was alone, after the cabin was secured the best way they could, they patiently waited nervously around the door waiting to hear Sam and Puck

Meanwhile outside
Tina! Quinn! Tina!

That distant voice came to Puck again as him and Sam searched around for Quinn and Tina

"Something is telling me that we should split we could cover more ground"

Puck pulled away from Sam and took off running
"Got dammit Puck!"
Puck vanished through the fog and Sam chased after him
"Puck!"
Sam blindly ran through the fog now searching for Puck,Quinn and Tina"
Sam ran into Puck's back and fell flat on his
"Fuck!"
He rolled around in anguish until the pain subsided
He stood up dusting himself off, Puck stood in one spot like a statue breathing heavily and staring straight ahead
"Puck what are you looking at?! And don't you run away from me again!"
Puck pointed straight ahead Sam eyes followed and he gulped, out of the fog came Finn and others
"Finn?"
He laughed
"Well the jock and the jock/nerd"
At the moment Sam knew that this wasn't Finn his voice was demonic their faces briefly turned demonic
"Get them!"
Finn screamed his demonic voice gave off a deep rumble and Sam could feel the ground shaking under his feet,Finn laughed his satanic laugh from his gut
"Hahaha!"
"Puck we gotta get outta here!"
Sam pulled at Puck's arm but his feet stayed planted as if he was in shock
Suddenly they were grabbed from the back, Sam fought for dear life,Puck was suddenly pulled away, Sam attached himself to him pulling him back with as much strength as he could muster freeing Puck, he took off running literally dragging Puck's solid form with him, he reached his fist out throwing a punch to Puck's face trying to snap him out of his daze, Puck spit the blood filling his mouth out on to the ground,eyes opening wide as if he came to a realization snapping out of it
He wiped the access blood from his mouth with the back of his hand
"Let's get the fuck outta here!"
They both ran full speed back to the cabin not even sure if they were even going the right way
When they made it to the door they both banged on it

Back in the cabin Mike and Mercedes stood by the door waiting on Sam and Puck both fidgeting around
"Mike what do you think happened to Tina and Quinn? Do you think Puck really saw Finn?"
Mike stared at her unsurely
"I-I don't know Cedes, how could he have seen Finn, Finn is dead, I never wanted to admit it, but it has always been in the back of my mind and if he's not dead,why would he stay away so long and what the hell is he doing all the way out here? I mean he was looking for other schools but he never showed interest in Texas"
"I knew we shouldn't have came here Mike, I just can't wrapped my mind around this, please let Sam and Puck hurry back and I pray they make it back safely"
"Trust me they will leave it up to Sam they will,I mean Puck's got that leadership attitude but he tends to fall off sometimes,but Sam is something he could take on that role just as well as Puck and even me they'll be back"
Right on Que they received banging on the door
"Mike! Cedes! Open up!"
Mike pushed their barricade out the way and quickly opened the door
Sam face showed fear and disbelief
He pointed towards him and Cedes bedroom
"Baby pack your stuff, we're leaving"
Puck grabbed him
"What?! No we're not leaving until we find Quinn and Tina!"
Mike agreed
"I agree I'm not fucking leaving here until we find them!"
Mercedes sighed
"They're right baby we came here together and we're leaving together"
Sam pinched the bridge of his nose
"You're right well the most we can do is wait until the sun come up it's pitch black out there and that fog is not letting up"
"They could be long gone by sun up"
Mike added
"Sam's right Mike the sun would be rising shortly,we have a better chance of finding them"
Puck agreed with Sam
"I can't believe this"
Mercedes said plopping down on the couch
"If only you guys would've listened to me then we wouldn't be in this mess!"
"There's no time for the blame game baby right now we need to focus on finding Tina and Quinn"
Puck plopped down next to Cedes
"I can't believe it either, I-I still can't wrap my mind around this am I dreaming? If I am somebody wake my ass up"
"Gosh it's cold"
Mike said rubbing his hands together
"I'll start a fire"
Sam said he walked over to the fire place and lit it, instantly warming up the front room he grabbed a blanket and sat next to Cedes wrapping his strong arms around her as she weeped into his chest
"That couldn't have been Finn he looked and sounded demonic"
That announcement made Mercedes cringe and weep harder she couldn't believe they saw Finn, how could she believe something like that demonic? No not Finn, Finn was a big Teddy bear with an beautiful soul
Mike and Puck were glad that Cedes was safe but both couldn't help their resentfulness towards the couple Mercedes was there in the flesh being held and comforted by her other half while their other halves could be somewhere captured and being tortured or even worst dead
The realization made Puck sick to the stomach he stood up walking over to the blocked window staring out of the little space with a little hope in his heart that he would see his Love and his Best friend Tina running up to the cabin fresh from escaping
Mike paced back and forth thinking of different scenarios in his head of who and what had Quinn and Tina and why?
He felt like he was in one of those lame horror films, soon everyone worried theirselves to sleep Mercedes was the first to awake she woke up to her and Sam laid across the sectional while Mike and Puck slumbered on the floor relieved that no one else was missing but still sad that her best friends more like sisters were gone the sun was seeping in the cabin, she eased off the couch to go to the restroom, she screamed when she felt someone grab onto her arm
"Sam?"
"Where are you going?"
"To the bathroom"
"I'm coming with you"
"Sammm"
"No arguments Mercedes I'm coming to make sure you're safe"
She huffed
"Ok fine"
He stood up stretching out his limbs and followed her to the bathroom
He stood back watching her like a hawk as she relieved herself in the toilet and freshened up, she stripped down and quickly showered making Sam shower with her, they dressed and made their way back to Puck and Mike who were still asleep
Mercedes prepared Toast, scrambled with cheese eggs, bacon and sausages for everyone,she woke Mike and Puck to freshen up for breakfast, they all sat at the kitchen table eating in silence before Sam broke the awkwardness
"We need to come up with a plan"
Puck took a sip of his orange juice
"We'll split up, Mike and I search north and you and Cedes search south"
"What's is the deal with you and this splitting up?"
Sam asked him
"He's right Sam splitting up is a good idea"
Mike agreed
"Whatever let's just be on our way"
Sam replied pushing himself away from the table
They all cleaned up their mess and split up like Mike and Puck suggested
Sam and Mercedes walked hand in hand the opposite way of Puck and Mike
"Quinn! Tina!"
"Sam the more we walk around the worst feeling I get in the pit of my stomach, baby something isn't right"
"I know baby, just keep searching for them ok Tina! Quinn!"
"Sam look"
Mercedes noticed something in her peripheral vision she walked over to it and picked it up she held it out to Sam
"look Sam it's a piece of Quinn's shirt she wore last night"
Sam snatched it out of her hand
"Is that blood?"
He said eyeing the dark stains
"Yes it's dried blood"
Mercedes covered her mouth and gasped
"Fuck!...Quinn! Tina!"
"Quinn! Tina! Somebody help us!"
"Mercedes we're the only ones out here there's no one to help us"
"Well maybe someone would hear us Sam! What about Puck's uncle friends"
"Sue and her son William? I thought you didn't want to deal?"
"Well I'll do anything to find Quinn and Tina!"
"Mercedes calm down"
"Calm down?! Calm down?! Sam our friends are missing!"
"Shhhh come here"
"What are you shushing me fo..."
Sam covered her mouth and pulled her behind a large tree he put his finger to his lips making her quiet down they both peeked around the tree
"Finn?"
Mercedes whispered with wide eyes
"Shhh"
Mercedes watched Finn and two other guys walk around sniffing the air like dogs Mercedes saw their faces and at that moment she witnessed what Puck and Sam had witness, behind those normal faces were some demonic beings
"Omg"
She covered her mouth trying to calm her breathing
Finn and the two guys stopped sniffing the air and stared towards the tree her and Sam were hiding behind their eyes turned black making Mercedes freeze in place,Sam gently placed a hand on her arm
"Baby run!"
They both took off running
"Ahhhh! Somebody help us!"
"Aye! Catch those two!"
The not quite Finn voice rumbled making the ground shake the rumble made Mercedes fall flat onto her front Sam lifted her up and they continued to run he looked back and Finn and the two others were gone but that didn't stop them from running they made it back to the cabin Sam pulled his key out and quickly unlocked the door with shaky hands,when they made it in he locked the door and blocked it
Mercedes fell to the floor
"Sam that wasn't Finn! What did we get ourselves into? Help! somebody help us!"
"Shhhh Mercedes we can't let them hear us ok?"
He wrapped his arms around her and muffled her cries she soon cried herself to sleep
"Come on Puck and Mike"
He whispered as he rocked Mercedes in his arms

Meanwhile back outside
"Quinn! Tina!"
"Puck shhh did you hear that?"
"Hear what?"
"I swore I heard Cedes"
"I didn't hear anything"
"Oh...Quinn! Tina!"
"Maybe we should drive to get help"
Puck suggested
"What about Sam and Mercedes?"
Mike asked
"Well come back quickly, remember before I thought I hit something I noticed a small police station on the way"
"But that's still a distance though"
"Well how about I go myself and you go inform Cedes and Sam"
Mike placed a comforting hand on Puck's shoulder
"Ok Be careful bro"
"For sure"
They walked to Puck's truck Mike stood back and watched him get in once Puck cranked the engine up he started walking backwards towards the cabin still keeping an eye on him Puck pushed on the gas and took off
"Boom!"
Puck's truck was suddenly pushed back flying into the air and flipped over
"Puck!"
Mike ran to Puck's turned over truck and trailer which laid upward from the passenger's side
He yanked the door open trying to pull a bloody passed out Puck out suddenly he was pushed out the way falling onto his back he lifted up on his elbows and watched "Finn" yank Puck out the truck
"Puck!"
Before he could get back to his feet they vanished
He looked around trying to grasped what happened he jumped up and took off running towards the cabin

"Mercedes,Sam,Mike,helllpppp us!"
"Tina?!"
Mercedes jumped up out of her sleep screaming Tina's name
Sam looked down at her
"Cedes?"
"Sam I heard Tina, Tina!?"
"Shhh Mercedes you were dreaming"
"No Sam I know the difference that wasn't a dream I actually heard Tina but she didn't mention Puck,Tina where are you? Talk to me!"
"Mercedes hush, you're looking crazy right now you were dreaming"
"No I wasn't Sam I heard her in the distance"
"Boom!"
"What was that? Cedes did you hear that bang?"
Mercedes jumped when she heard it again
"The door"
"Sam! Cedes!"
"It's Mike, Cedes help me push this out the way"
They unblocked the door and opened it for Mike he stepped in with wide eyes
"They took Puck"
"What?! How?"
"I don't understand what happened,he-he was going to get help he started his truck and when he went to take off it's like something was blocking him, like a invisible force or something it pushed his truck back and then it flipped..it's like an illusion or something, I think we're entrapped here, and that boom we heard on the way here was us entering into the trap, before I could save Puck that thing! that's not Finn and his guys took him!"
Mercedes couldn't believe what was happening
"Omg that's why Tina didn't say Puck's name"
"Tina? Wait do you know where she is?"
"Mike Mercedes dreamed that Tina was calling for help"
"It wasn't a..."
Sam cut her off
"Mercedes..guys we have to stick together for now on no more splitting up, it'll be nightfall again soon once the sun comes up we will look for help maybe we'll get lucky enough for someone to come find us"
"I can't-can't believe this"
Mercedes sobbed into her hands
Mercedes was the first too wake the next morning the last thing she remembered was crying now she was waking up to a new day the sun beamed through the window, she heard no sounds but the soft snores of Sam and Mike a part of her felt like it was missing actually a part of her were missing her friends, this wasn't normal barely believable, her friends being kidnapped by some humanly psychopaths was normal but being kidnapped by some demon possessed beings wasn't and if they made it out safely who would believe them? They would come off as some young crazy college kids who got high off a drug that had them hallucinating, she tipped toed pass Sam and entered into the bathroom, she ran a warm bath and gathered her things, she dropped her clothes and stepped into the warm water, she sat and laid back sliding so far down into the water it touched her chin, she closed her eyes and images of where Tina, Puck, and Quinn could be flashed behind them, what if they were being tortured or dead the thought brought tears to her eyes and she sobbed softly
"Mercedes, Sam, Mike help!"
She heard it again and was positive she was wide awake she closed her eyes tighter trying to ignore the voice maybe she was losing her mind
"Help!"
She heard it again she sat up straighter in the water and opened her eyes looking around the bathroom she sighed and closed her eyes back she started talking
"Tina where are you?"
"I don't know it's dark and I'm-I'm scared"
"What is happening?"
"am I losing my mind Lord are these voices real am I really hearing Cedes? Lord help me!"
"Tina you're really hearing me you have to help me out Tina"
"I can't!"
"What are you doing?"
Her eyes popped open Sam stood above her brows furrowed
"Are you talking to yourself?"
"Sam, I could...never mind"
"Never mind what? Mercedes don't start this I hear Tina mess again"
"I'm just exhausted Sam"
"Trust me we're all are baby scoot up"
He dropped his clothes and stepped in with her he placed himself behind her turning on the faucet adding a little hot water to the bath
Mercedes laid back on his chest and closed her eyes
"Cedes?"
"Yes Sam?"
He took a deep breath
"this seems ridiculous,but what did Tina say?"
"She said help I asked her the locations, but she said she didn't know she said it's dark and she's scared"
"So you really think you're hearing her?"
"Yes I'm positive I'm not going crazy I don't know how, but I'm hearing her"
"Tina?"
He heard a whisper
"Sam?"
He jumped splashing water over the edge of the bathtub
"Sam what's wrong?!"
"I couldn't have heard Tina something is playing with our heads Cedes!"
"It could be Tina Sam!"
"Sammmm"
"Shut up!"
He grabbed his head Shut up! Mercedes let's get bathed so we could get out of this water
the whole time they were bathing Sam stared straight in to space like a zombie, probably trying to grasp what was going on as well something about hearing Tina's eerily voice did something to him she couldn't figure out why hearing Tina's voice didn't have her just as spooked maybe it was because of her history of watching and reading the supernatural even though she didn't believe any of it her mind was always more open to it than Sam's
She stood in the bedroom after their bath staring at the mirror brushing her damp curls into a ponytail
she started praying something she hadn't once did since she been there
"Lord I come to you I ask you to protect my...to protect..."
For some reason something was stopping her from praying or praying properly for that matter
"Mike!"
Sam's booming voice echoed throughout the cabin as he screamed Mike's name
She dropped her brush attempting to run
Her and Sam ran right into each other Sam whispered voice shaky
"Mercedes hide get in the closet right now"
"Sam what's going on?"
"They took Mike"
he looked back when he heard glass breaking "hide"
"Sam?"
"Hide Mercedes"
Mercedes ran to the closet and shut it hiding behind the clothes that were hanging she peeked her head around the clothes staring through the cracks of the wooden door
"Where is the girl?!
She could hear the deep rumble of the unearthly Finn's voice which made her ears throbbed
"I don't know she's gone"
"Don't lie to me boy!"
"Finn?"
"I'm not Finn not where is your girlfriend?!"
"She's gone!"
"Omg Sam"
Mercedes covered her mouth trying to stop her heavy breathing and the sounds of her rapid heartbeat in her ears"
She froze when Sam and this evil Finn entered the dim room he held Sam by the neck
"I'm going to ask you one more time where is she!?"
Sam stayed quiet as Finn lifted him up and threw him over his shoulder taking him away
"That's ok we'll eventually get her"
Mercedes reached her hand out even though he couldn't see her...she placed her hand on the floor to push herself up..Sam put his finger to his thick lips to shush her like he knew what she was getting ready to do she stayed in place and just like that they vanished
She stayed in the closet crying and rocking back and forth everyone was gone, she was left by herself how was she going to survive? she stayed in the closet for so long that the sun started to go down making the room darker she pulled her knees to her chest and sobbed and sobbed she couldn't bring herself to stop "Sam?" She whispered his name hoping that she could hear him like she heard Tina
"Help where am I? Help!"
She heard a familiar voice that wasn't Sam's, Tina's, Mike's or Quinn's but she knew that voice
"Kurt?"
She opened her eyes and could see a silhouette in the room
"It can't be"
Kurt was in Daytona with his boyfriend Blaine how was he there?"
"Is someone in here?! Help!"
She wanted to reveal herself but she couldn't trust it, it could've been a trap for all she knew suddenly Kurt was gone she waited for a few mins before she exited the closet the room was so dark she couldn't see in front of her she crawled around slowly she heard something and slid under what she realize was the bed
She was on top of a rug ,she felt a bumpy surface,she rubbed her hand over it searching for the end of the rug finding it and flipping it over realizing that it was a hidden door in the floor maybe a hidden basement
Once the noise died down she slid from under the bed by then the moon was shining brightly into the window giving the room some light
she stood up and walked to the door peeking around it the cabin was trashed by then the only light coming from outside ,the front door was wide open, she walked to the door to shut it but froze in place when she felt a presence behind her she slowly
turned and there appeared Finn
He smiled sinisterly
"There you are"
She took off running out the cabin running and running until she couldn't run anymore ending up in a unfamiliar place on a dock of a part of the lake the only choice she had was to jump in the lake before she could Finn appeared again
"Where are you going sweetie?"
"Ahhhhhhhhh help me!"
Calling for help was all she could do...
