Start of a New Day
Chapter Eight
Hermione walked down the stairs and the smell of bacon, eggs, and pancakes with maple syrup. She inhaled deeply and exhaled slowly. She walked through the swinging door that led to the kitchen and saw Ron with his head on the table, grumbling, and Harry cooking the delicious food at the stove. She walked behind him and wrapped her arms around his waist. She kissed the back of his neck on her tiptoes and felt him shiver and let out a soft growl. He grabbed her hand and kissed the inside her wrist and turned around and gave a her a small but simple kiss on the lips.
"Ahh! My virgin eyes!" Draco exclaimed as he walked into the room.
"You? A virgin? Tell me something that's true." Harry smirked at Draco. Draco scowled at Harry and sat down at the table. Hermione buried her face into Harry's chest and gave him a hug before letting go and reaching for her potion. She only needed the memory reviving potion, seeing as she was already better. She downed in one go and went stiff as memories flooded her mind.
"Come on, Hermione!" A thirteen year old Harry and Hermione ran down the hill, racing away from the werewolf that was their professor for the year. They ran behind the tree that was wide enough for both of them to hide. They heard snuffling, and snorting from in front of the tree. Hermione almost smacked herself. Of course a werewolf could sniff out their scent. She tried walking slowly around the tree only to come face to face with a werewolf.
Out of nowhere, a hippogriff popped out of the woods and attacked the werewolf. Hermione and Harry took their only chance, sprinting towards the Black Lake. When she got there, she gasped. There were hundreds of black hooded creatures hovering over a prisoner and... Harry? Dementors. But Harry was standing next to me.
Timeturner. I looked down at me chest and there was an hourglass hanging from a chain. She dimly heard Harry scream, "EXPECTO PATRONUM!' when everything changed.
She walked down the stairs that led to the first floor of Hogwarts. She could hear some music from there and she slowly made her way down the stairs. She looked up and saw almost every eye on her. She blushed and got to the final step. A Bulgarian lad came up to her and took her hand and kissed it then led her away. She looked back at people and smiled excitedly at them and stood in line, waiting for them to start calling their names. Bulgarian and herself made their way to the floor once they had called their names.
They danced all night and Ron had to come up and ruin it. She remembered bawling her eyes out and falling asleep in her dress when white captured her sight.
'Crucio!'
Hermione's body twitched in the floor of what look liked a waiting room of some sorts. She screamed and screamed as it like her body was on fire and her insides were melting. She stood under the spell for a good 10 minutes before she could catch her breathe.
"Where did you get it! Who told you where it was!? Why did you steal it?!" The crazy woman questioned.
"I didn't steal anything! I swear! I swear!" She heard herself sobbing. The crazy woman got on top of her.
"Still not talking huh? Well maybe this will make you." She had a knife in hand and she knelt down next to Hermione's left arm and started carving something into her arm. Hermione screamed and tried to throw the lady off of her but it was no use. She was too weak. She felt the knife carving, making wounds in her body as she was made to sit there and take it.
The lady got off of her and told a strange looking man to go and get 'Griphook.' Who was that? But she didn't care. She turned her head painfully slow and looked at whatever she carved into her skin.
Mudblood.
Dirty blood. It automatically came to her head and she knew that it was a cursed knife that would leave scars that wouldn't ever be able to be erased. She sobbed and let a tear out and a white light captured her attetion.
Hermione came back to her senses and saw that she was on the floor. Harry's face was in front her, shaking her body, trying to get her to wake up from her daze. She weakly grabbed his hands and stopped him. He stopped and looked at her with concern.
"Are you alright? What happened?" She looked behind him and saw Draco and Ron looking at her with concern. She got up and stood up, holding herself up with the counter.
"It's just some of the memories I saw. They were all sad or depressing or made me angry and happy at the same time." With that, she tugged up her sleeve and almost sobbed at the scar that was there plain as day on her left forearm.
"It'll never go away, will it?" She asked quietly. Draco looked at what she was looking at and almost start sobbing himself.
He got up and hugged her and started whispering in her ear.
"I'm so sorry, 'Mione, but it'll never go away. But it doesn't change who you are, or how you look, or how you are." They rocked back and forth, giving each other comfort.
I have no idea how to go forth with this, someone give me an idea please?
