Sorry for the delay! I had this chapter ready but College took over my life and I couldn't update. READ this and I promise you won't regret waiting :)

Chapter 20

"Tala, stop!" Kai shouted after the running figure on the street.

Tala slowed a bit but didn't stop. Kai ran after his friend swearing under his breath. He finally caught up, "Do you really think its reasonable to try walking to our Hotel?"

"I don't care," Tala answered in a hoarse voice.

Kai pulled Tala's arm, trying to stop him, "What is your problem?"

Tala whirled around and was about to say something angrily when he stopped. What was bothering him? What was his problem? Ian and Hina laughing happily. The stab of jealousy that Tala had felt was painful but why did he feel jealous?

Tala sighed, "I don't know."

"Is this somehow related to Anna?" Kai asked suspiciously.

Tala felt anger sweep over him. Anna…why did she leave him? And why wouldn't anybody let him forget? Why couldn't he let himself forget? Why did his mind throw up images of her, her hair, her smile, her face, her words, the way she walked, the way she tucked her beautiful blonde hair behind her ear, the way she said his name…

Tala pushed Kai roughly, "Stop poking your nose into my affairs. You just want to rub salt into my injury. I hate you, Kai. I hate you and your perfect life. You don't deserve any of it."

Kai pushed Tala's hand away and gritted his teeth, "If you want a fight, I am ready."

Tala blinked at Kai as if he had just realised what he had said and ran away.

Kai closed his eyes and sighed. What was happening to everybody? First Ian and now Tala. He was expecting Spencer to go all drama-queen now.

Spencer was, at the moment, speechless. He had tried three times to get up and flee but every time Angelina had caught his hand and pulled him back.

Right now Angelina was in the middle of a speech, "-and so I told her to shove it. I mean, seriously? Of all the things she could have said, she said that? Don't you agree with me, darling?"

Spencer, who had been trying to catch Bryan's attention, started, "What? Eh-y-yes."

Angelina tutted, "You have the sexiest woman by your side and you don't pay attention to her? Now, that's bad manners."

Spencer turned red.

"But never mind, we have the whole night to get along," Angelina smiled.

Spencer's eyes widened, "W-whole night?"

Angelina batted her eyelashes and nodded.

"I think," Spencer gulped, trying to wrench his hand free from her grip, "you are mistaking me for someone else." He saw Kai entering the restaurant and half-got up, "Kai, over here, bro-" He never got to finish the sentence as Angelina shushed and leaned over to kiss him.

Spencer had to push her back as gently as possible. What did she plaster over his lips? He cringed at the thought of wearing her awful lipgloss. He wiped his mouth with the back of his hand.

Angelina winked, "You still think I am mistaking you for someone else."

Spencer had had enough. He wrenched his hand free, getting nail marks on it and was in the process of walking away when he collided with someone. Already tense, Spencer couldn't maintain his balance and being the heavier of the two he fell over the other.

Eyes involuntarily closed he put out his arms to stop himself from crushing the person.

When he opened his eyes, he was staring right into sparkling, light brown eyes. He tried to look away but then he ended up looking at her soft lips. It couldn't possibly be-?

The girl looked at his expression and smiled playfully, "We must stop meeting like this."

Spencer should have probably got up and helped her up too but his brain could only register one thought and that was what he managed to say, "It is you."
