"And what would we name her?"

Aaron looked to his girlfriend as they walked out of the school, their hands wrapped tightly around one another's. They had finally finished their health project and had to give Michael back to their teacher, and each felt a tiny piece of them break off as they watched the British woman put the piece of plastic back into the box in the back corner of the room.

Letting the younger girl play with his fingers, Aaron frowned. "How are you so sure it would be a girl?"

"We already had Michael, I want a girl now," the ambassador's daughter said playfully.

Aaron untangled their fingers and wrapped his arm around his girlfriend's shoulders, bringing her close to his side. "Alright, well what names do you like?"

Emily leaned her head against the older boy's shoulders and breathed in his cologne, feeling his lips against the crown of her head. "I definitely want Grace for a middle name."

"I think the first name is the important part," the older boy laughed.

"I like Addelyn," Emily smiled smally, reaching up to hold Aaron's hand that hung off her shoulder. "Or Megan. Maybe Scarlett."

Aaron's eyes lit up. "Scarlet's nice."

Emily grinned, stopping them in their stride and standing on her toes so she could kiss her boyfriend. "Good," she giggled. "Now we have a girl name."

"What about a boy?"

The ambassador's daughter looked deep into the honor student's eyes and felt her heart swell, and she stole another kiss from his lips. "I'm guessing we shouldn't use Michael again, huh?"

He couldn't believe they were picking out baby names, but it just felt right. They knew they were going to be together for a long time, if not forever. Their bond was stronger than he thought any could be, and if she wanted to talk about baby names, he wanted to talk about baby names.

"And just replace our first child?" he scoffed, hugging her tight to his side once more and leading her up to his car. "Not a chance." He pressed a small kiss to the side of her head. "What about Adam?"

Emily nodded, pursing her lips as she thought about the name. "Adam Hotchner? That's nice."

"Well what do you like?"

The brunette let her boyfriend open her door for her before she hopped into the passenger seat, and she waited patiently until he was sitting beside her and pulling the car out of the parking lot. "Jamie?"

Aaron tried his best to think it over. "I don't know."

Emily leaned back in her seat and stared out the windshield as they drove. "Shane?"

"What about Daniel?"

The brown eyed girl immediately shook her head to signal her disagreement. "My cousin's name is Daniel; he's a dropout and a drug addict."

Aaron shrugged. "Doesn't mean every Daniel is one."

"Ah, but ours could be. Next choice."

The older brunette shook his head and smiled, hearing the strong tone his girlfriend used when there was no turning back on a topic. "Well it's your turn," he chuckled, reaching over to take the younger girl's hand. "What other names do you like?"

Emily's head rolled to the side so she could look at the trees they were passing, and she couldn't stop the smile from gracing her face. She had decided to skip a grade and enter her senior year early, just as her parents and the school had wanted her to do in the first place. She and Aaron had already talked about applying to and attending to the same schools, and if they ended up at different ones, they'd know how to make it work. It was them they were talking about. "What about Nathan? Or Alex?"

Aaron slowly nodded his head. "What about David?"

"David," she whispered, smiling as the named rolled off her tongue. "David is good. I like it."

He slowed down the car just enough to lean over and kiss his girlfriend hard on the lips. "We have names."

Emily smiled wide at the happiness she saw on his face. "I could never imagine not having kids." She sat herself back in her seat and nodded to herself. "Even before everything that's happened, I wanted kids." Her eyes cast down to their clasped hands in her lap, and she bit her lip. "Maybe that's why it was so hard for me."

The older boy kept himself quiet, knowing that this wasn't a moment for him to intervene and tell her how much he loved her. It wouldn't make a difference.

"Thank you for standing by me," the ambassador's daughter whispered, looking to the brunette teen whose left hand turned the steering wheel. "You made everything so much easier for me."

Aaron tightened his hold on his girlfriend's hand. "I love you."

"I love you too." Emily smiled to herself as she stared out at the now rainy sky, her dark eyes brightening at the rainbow she saw appearing over the trees in the distance. She had never doubted the older boy's love for her, and now she knew she would never have to.
